Abstract

This article aims to find out the workload given to the firefighting UPTD in Bungo district, using a descriptive method and a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews with informants set at 15 (fifteen) people consisting of: Head of Agency; Secretary of the Agency; Head of Prevention and Preparedness Division; Head of Emergency and Logistics; Head of UPTB; 2 (two) UPTB Staff; 5 (five) Danru people; 3 (three) people. Research results The workload of the Bungo District Fire Extinguisher Technical Implementation Unit on service to the community is: The number of Bungo Regency firefighters in 2018 was 378 people who dispersed at 8 (eight) fire stations called the Fire Management Region (WMK). Of the 378 Damkar task forces there were 281 people who had attended education and training and had certificates according to qualification standards. The performance of the Bungo District Government in providing Damkar apparatus that has certification according to the qualification standards has only reached 74.33%, while the achievement target of SPM up to 2015 is 85%. There is a gap of 85% - 74.33% = 10.67%. Then the gap is 10.67%. the SPM target must be met in the preparation of development planning and calculation of regional budgets

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the role, constraints, and efforts of the Administration MTs N 4 Bungo in managing of archives. The type of research used was descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The population in this research were employees at the MTs N 4 Bungo.  The unit of analysis consists of 6 people with a purposive sampling technique. The collection of research data was carried out by means of field studies in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of research at MTsN 4 Bungo, the management of archives carried out at Madrasahs is still untidy and greatly affects the retrieval of archives. Archives are stored around the workspace, some are even on tables and on the floor because they don't have file shelves, the room is too cramped, giving the impression that the archives are not well maintained. Archive storage facilities are lacking, there are still several facilities such as archive cupboards that have not been organized due to limited space. Some of the obstacles faced include problems in maintaining archives and the lack of archive storage facilities. Efforts are being made to maintain, arrange, and maximize infrastructure facilities to support archive storage

Abstract

Fraud prevention in a company is very important because fraud is certainly detrimental to the company. This study aims to examine and analyze the improvement of fraud prevention through internal control and good corporate governance. This study made 4 state-owned banks as research units and the sample used as respondents was 100 people using purposive random sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed to employees who work in one of the state-owned banks. The questionnaire used has been tested for validity and reliability with good criteria. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1) Internal control has a positive and significant effect on fraud prevention and 2) good corporate governance has a positive and significant effect on fraud prevention. This finding suggests that if the company wants to improve fraud prevention, the company must also improve internal control and good corporate governance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing volume of waste in the Market Village, where the waste collection fleet cannot transport waste daily, especially in residential areas of Pasir Putih Village and Batang Bungo Village. The aim of this study is to develop a recommendation model using the MSN (Mentality, System, Networking) approach for the implementation of waste management policies in Bungo Regency, with a focus on Pasir Putih Village and Batang Bungo Village. This research employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The findings indicate improvements in attitudes, behaviors, and responsibilities among policy stakeholders, categorized under the Mentality Approach. The organizational structure and functions related to implementing waste management policies across the Kelurahan in Rimbo Tengah and Market sub-districts were found to be relatively effective, falling under the System Approach. However, in terms of synergy, there is a need to enhance institutional collaboration, policy programs and budgeting, human resources, data management, and monitoring and evaluation strategies. For the symbiotic mutualism aspect, it is essential to base efforts on the principles of mutual need, mutual benefit, and mutual support. The Networking Approach analysis reveals that strategic partnerships in waste management are still not functioning effectively.

Abstract

Mitra Sasaran adalah UMKM Klaster Kerupuk Bawang yang beranggotakan lima pelaku UMKM. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah : Kurangnya peralatan implementasi Teknologi Tepat Guna dalam proses produksi kerupuk; Kurangnya pengetahuan tentang pengemasan atau packaging sehingga tampilan produk kurang menarik dan mitra belum mempunyai merk usaha (Brand). Solusi yang ditawarkan dengan mengacu pada justifikasi prioritas penanganan bersama mitra, maka solusi utama yang ditawarkan atau ditetapkan adalah: Penerapan/implementasi teknologi tepat guna terutama yang dapat meningkatkan produksi kerupuk; Membuatkan blogspot atau media online yang mendukung sistem pemasaran produk kerupuk bawang; Penerapan teknologi dalam packaging atau pengemasan yang menarik dan ramah lingkungan serta; Penerapan strategi branding atau pembuatan merk usaha. Metode yang digunakan adalah transfer ilmu pengetahuan terkait dengan desain merek dagang maupun manajemen pengemasan yang menarik kepada pemilik usaha. Hasil dari Kegiatan pengabdian ini antara lain: Dapat meningkatkan keberdayaan mitra pembuat kerupuk bawang khususnya dalam pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang dimiliki.; Dapat meningkatkan keberdayaan mitra pembuat kerupuk bawang khususnya dalam hal kualitas produk; Dapat meningkatkan keberdayaan mitra pembuat kerupuk bawang khusunya dalam hal meningkatkan jumlah produksi; Dapat meningkatkan keberdayaan mitra pembuat kerupuk bawang khususnya dalam hal meningkatkan keberhasilan mitra melakukan pemasaran antar kota dengan sistem online; Dapat meningkatkan keberdayaan mitra pembuat kerupuk bawang dengan jumlah omset yang meningkat; Dapat meningkatkan keberdayaan mitra pembuat kerupuk bawang khususnya dalam hal kemampuan manajemen mitra; Meningkatkan keberdayaan mitra pembuat kerupuk bawang khususnya dalam hal promosi dan branding.

Abstract

Batik is a cultural heritage of the Indonesian nation that has been recognized by the world through recognition by UNESCO. The development of Bungo Batik began during the national event, Indonesia Fashion Craft in Makassar in 2002. The demand for Bungo Batik increases every year because it is supported by the policies of the Bungo Regency Regional Government. But on the one hand, the obstacle is precisely the craftsmen themselves who are not able to produce on a large scale. The partner in this activity is Batik Mulia which was established in 2021. The limited production capacity of Bungo batik is because the equipment used is still very simple, such as the use of waterglass in the manual batik dyeing process so that it is wasteful and immeasurable. In addition, partners also need training in management, entrepreneurship, branding strategies and the use of digital marketing. The method of implementing the activity begins with an agreement between the service team and partners to solve problems. The solution offered by the team to partners is the procurement of appropriate technological tools in the form of Roll Saving Water Glass machines and several trainings needed by partners. The success of this activity can be seen by several positive impacts from the savings or efficiency of the use of water glass in batik dyeing, increasing batik production, and improving partner skills in online promotion, creating marketing content and using digital marketing.
