Abstract

AbstrakCompetitiveness, excellences dan quality merupakan isu strategis dan agenda besar BPSD Kementerian Pariwisata termasuk Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata (STP) Bandung dan Bali sebagai UPT BPSD Kementerian Pariwisata. dalam menciptakan kualitas lulusan yang memiliki kemampuan daya saing berkelanjutan. Untuk mewujudkan visi dan misi lembaga, maka dengan kelemahan/keterbatasan yang STP Bandung dan Bali miliki terutama berkenaan dengan sumber daya (tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, fasilitas fisik, keuangan), maka di era globalisasi yang sangat ketat dan cepat berubah, upaya melakukan dan mengembangkan kemitraan (aliansi strategis) dengan semua stakeholder merupakan suatu keharusan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji gambaran empirik masalah-masalah strategis yang dihadapi dan strategi yang dilakukan dalam merespon kebutuhan-kebutuhan pengembangan sumber daya manusia ke depan serta Aliansi Strategis yang dilakukan STP untuk merespon persaingan global.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif naturalistik, dengan metode deskriptif dan studi kasus, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purfosif. Analisis data dilakukan melalui proses display data, reduksi data dan verifikasi data melalui proses triangulasi.Kata Kunci : Manajemen stratejik, Aliansi Stratejik, Keunggulan Bersaing Berkelanjutan, PT Kepariwisataan__________________________________________________________________________________________AbstractCompetitiveness, excellences and quality is a strategic issue and a big agenda BPSD including Tourism Ministry Tourism College (STP) Bandung and Bali as UPT BPSD Ministry of Tourism. in creating quality graduates who have sustained competitiveness. To realize the vision and mission of the institution, then the weaknesses / limitations of STP Bandung and Bali have had especially with respect to resources (educators, physical facilities, finance), then in the era of globalization is very tight and rapidly changing, efforts to conduct and develop partnerships (strategic alliances) with all stakeholders is a necessity.This study aims to identify and assess the empirical description of strategic issues faced and strategies undertaken in response to the needs of human resource development forward and carried STP Strategic Alliance to respond to global competition.This study used a qualitative approach naturalistic, with descriptive methods and case studies, with data collecting technique uses interview, observation and document study. The sampling technique used is purfosif. Abstract

Kurang aktifnya Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) menjadi suatu permasalahan yang terjadi pada beberapa desa wisata. Hal ini dapat mengakibatkan kurangnya keterlibatan masyarakat dan kurang maksimalnya manfaat yang didapatkan dalam mengelola desa wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi produk wisata di desa wisata serta sejauh mana keterlibatan masyarakatnya dalam mendukung kegiatan pariwisata. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan fokus pada keterlibatan masyarakat dalam mendukung program desa wisata. Analisis yang digunakan untuk mengolah data hasil temuan adalah analisis Tourism Area Life Cycle (TALC) dan pemetaan pemangku kepentingan (stakeholders). Penelitian ini menunjukkan informasi seputar produk wisata serta keterlibatan masyarakat dalam mengolah produk yang sudah dimiliki, agar dapat mendukung jalannya desa wisata. Didapati juga kedudukan masyarakat dan Pokdarwis sebagai pemangku kepentingan berada pada posisi subjects yang mana memiliki kepentingan tinggi tetapi pengaruhnya rendah. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi untuk meningkatkan keterlibatqan masyarakat dalam aktivitas pariwisata.

Abstract

Identifying school leadership strategies to support students learning from home during the pandemic is the core objective of this study. To answer the problem above, we have reviewed dozens of publications interested in discussing educational disruption during the outbreaks where the effect of the disruption forces students to study from home with all the problems that arise. We get the data from an online search, and we study it with a phenomenological approach. We evaluate the data with a coding system to know what and how school leadership responds to the pandemic. Based on the data and the discussion, we found that many things must and have been done by the school that does not have to wait for the direction of policy superiors from the central state. The support provided is, for example, teachers and school boards assisting students and guiding how to prevent students and parents from panicking through the disrupted period of the pandemic. Schools do not force students with assignments and work, but teachers should encourage collaborative learning with parents while maintaining progress. Thus, we hope this study is helpful to many parties.

Abstract

Abstract This research examines students' efforts to improve academic achievement in higher education the research method used in literature. The literature used comes from books and national and international journals. The results of this study indicate that for students, the application of digital technology to improve student academic achievement can innovate and change student learning achievement so that it is in line with the goals and ideals of the nation. For further research, it is hoped that field studies can prove that students' academic achievement by relying on the internet is only honed from their cognitive abilities without understanding what they take on the internet.

Abstract

This study aims to explore information related to the implementation of self-reliance character education through the creation of a school climate in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Dayah Darul Huda, Langsa City. Through this research, it is hoped that various policies and strategies carried out by Madrasah Tsanawiyah will be found in an effort to internalize the values of the character of independence through the creation of a school climate.This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The technique of checking the validity of the data used is the method triangulation technique. The analytical technique used in this research is inductive analysis technique, which is an analysis that starts from the data and leads to general conclusions. The steps of data analysis include: data reduction, unitization and categorization, data display, and drawing conclusions. The findings in the study show the following results: first, that in the context of implementing self-reliance character education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Dayah Darul Huda Langsa City has a policy to build independence in students (santri) both independence in terms of learning, self-regulation independence, independence in managing time while students are in the Madrasah environment. Second, in an effort to implement independence character education in the learning process the teacher uses the following strategies: 1) assignments that require students to independently utilize existing learning resources in the dayah and madrasah environment, 2) make learning contracts, and 3) integrate independence character education in the learning process. teaching and learning in the classroom. Third, related to the obstacles experienced by madrasas in implementing independence character education, namely the lack of consistency of parents, and the presence of several teachers who have not integrated independence character education in the learning process.

Abstract

Festival merupakan sebuah kegiatan yang diselenggarakan guna menggunakan massa dalam jumlah besar. Salah satu festival yang memilki cluster peminat terbanyak adalah peminat dari festival kuliner. Festival kuliner biasanya dapat berdiri sendiri maupun digabungkan dengan festival lainnya dalam satu lokasi yang sama. Kolaborasi dengan kelompok masyarakat juga berperan penting dalam berjalannya sebuah festival yang mengundang massa dalam skala besar. Festival kuliner berpotensi mengundang wisatawan dari wilayah sekitar maupun luar kota sehingga datang dan menikmati festival yang diadakan. Para wisatawan yang berkunjung secara tidak langsung memerhatikan komponen 3A pada saat pelaksanaan sebuah kegiatan yang diselenggarakan. Hasil ini menjadi dasar penilaian bagi para wisatawan dalam menentukan keputusan untuk datang mengunjungi sebuah festival ataupun tidak serta bersama siapa mereka datang.

Abstract

Brand can be a tool to provide differentiation and competitive advantage for tourism destinations. It is important to see how the brand performs in providing a positive image of the destination. Brand performance is seen through the influence of destination brand experience on tourist behavior intentions. The concept of destination brand experience can be seen through the sensory, affective, intellectual, and behavioral dimensions. So this study aims to see the effect of destination brand experience on tourist behavioral intention through tourist satisfaction. This research was conducted with an associative method with a descriptive quantitative approach. The number of samples used was 304 domestic tourist respondents. The results of this study indicate that the destination brand experience has been carried out well, but optimization is still needed. Tourist satisfaction with the destination brand experience is at a Satisfied level, tourists also say they will do positive word of mouth and make return visits. Then the variables between destination brand experience and behavioral intention influence one another through tourist satisfaction as a mediation.

Abstract

This study aims to understand in-depth and comprehensively how the Nglinggo Tourism Village community understands tourism development in its place. This study has used a qualitative approach with a case study design. The data collection techniques used were direct observation of the location of the locus that the researcher wanted to examine, observing events, incidents, poses, and conditions along with a list that needed to be observed in Nglinggo Pager Harjo Tourism Village, as well as conducting interviews with key informants who were involved and experienced all activities relating to the Tourism Village in Nglinggo Pager Harjo. The study concluded that people have begun to understand tourism as an industry that significantly influences improving people's welfare regarding human resources, community potential, and physical development. Community understanding of tourism development can be assessed and understood by the local community. In addition, it can also be concluded that tourism has not negatively influenced the norms, laws, and customs of the local community.
