Abstract

Tata kelola menawarkan potensi besar untuk pengelolaan destinasi pariwisata. Tata kelola pariwisata mengeksplorasi konstituen destinasi pariwisata dan berfokus pada pemberian arahan dan batasan destinasi. Namun, baru-baru ini, telah diperdebatkan bahwa bentuk tata kelola kolaboratif dan asosiatif antara pengelola pariwisata dan pihak terkait lainnya semakin penting dalam mendorong pariwisata yang berkelanjutan dan peka lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tata kelola kolaboratif menuju desa wisata yang mandiri dan berkelanjutan, diantaranya: (1) visi dan misi pengembangan Desa Wisata; (2) permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam mewujudkan visi dan misinya; dan (3) tata kelola kolaboratif. Penelitian ini menggunakan disain penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang berusaha memahami sudut pandang, pemikiran, pengalaman para stakeholder mengenai tata kelola kolaboratif menuju desa wisata yang mandiri dan berkelanjutan di Desa Wisata Ngargoretno Kabupaten Magelang Jawa Tengah. Arah pengembangan Desa Wisata Ngargoretno adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Visi desa wisata memiliki peran yang strategis sebagai bingkai yang mempersatukan langkah semua pemangku kepentingan yang terlibat untuk berkolaborasi, bersinergi dalam mengelola desa wisata. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pengembangan desa wisata menuju desa wisata yang mandiri, berdaya saing, dan berkelanjutan adalah semangat/spirit untuk berinovasi terhadap tantangan ke depan dan aksesibilitas.

Abstract

This study examines the best educational management in the era of information technology, known as the 21st century. This study is qualitative research. Madrasahs in Sambas Regency and as primary data are principals and students. Meanwhile, secondary data consists of articles, books, and other supporting documents in this research. The findings of this study indicate that the best practice model to achieve effective and productive educational goals starts with effective schools, management, strong leadership, clear vision, ability to create a good learning climate, has a student monitoring mechanism, progress to have expectations, high level, supported by resource teachers and also involving the community. The results of this study can later contribute to education in Indonesia in general.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the preferences and relationships between preference attributes and demographic profiles of Indonesian netizens. This research uses a survey approach by distributing questionnaires through various online channels. The questionnaire was collected through various filters and screening questions, and a final sample of 1008 questionnaires were completed. The result indicated that Indonesian netizens prefer to avoid the risk in their tourism activities. This research shows that demographics affect the preferences and the influence of demographic factors on the sub-attributes of travel preferences varies widely. The demographic variable that most dominantly affects the sub-attributes of travel preferences is the gender variable, followed by the variable of origin, meanwhile, age and income variables were relatively less dominant in influencing the tourism preference sub-attributes.
