Abstract

Brand can be a tool to provide differentiation and competitive advantage for tourism destinations. It is important to see how the brand performs in providing a positive image of the destination. Brand performance is seen through the influence of destination brand experience on tourist behavior intentions. The concept of destination brand experience can be seen through the sensory, affective, intellectual, and behavioral dimensions. So this study aims to see the effect of destination brand experience on tourist behavioral intention through tourist satisfaction. This research was conducted with an associative method with a descriptive quantitative approach. The number of samples used was 304 domestic tourist respondents. The results of this study indicate that the destination brand experience has been carried out well, but optimization is still needed. Tourist satisfaction with the destination brand experience is at a Satisfied level, tourists also say they will do positive word of mouth and make return visits. Then the variables between destination brand experience and behavioral intention influence one another through tourist satisfaction as a mediation.

Abstract

This study aims to understand in-depth and comprehensively how the Nglinggo Tourism Village community understands tourism development in its place. This study has used a qualitative approach with a case study design. The data collection techniques used were direct observation of the location of the locus that the researcher wanted to examine, observing events, incidents, poses, and conditions along with a list that needed to be observed in Nglinggo Pager Harjo Tourism Village, as well as conducting interviews with key informants who were involved and experienced all activities relating to the Tourism Village in Nglinggo Pager Harjo. The study concluded that people have begun to understand tourism as an industry that significantly influences improving people's welfare regarding human resources, community potential, and physical development. Community understanding of tourism development can be assessed and understood by the local community. In addition, it can also be concluded that tourism has not negatively influenced the norms, laws, and customs of the local community.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to analyze the cost and benefit analysis and find out the feasibility of sport tourism development at Cikole, Lembang in support the lacal community income. This research was conducted at the Downhill Track Cikole Bike Park in Lembang District and is a tourist attraction in the form of downhill bicycle track facilities. The number obtained is the result of calculating the comparison between benefits and costs and shows the value that can be defined as a feasible activity, because the numbers obtained have a value of more than 1 which is an indication of eligibility with a results in the form of> 1 declared feasible and if <1 (less of) is declared ineligible. Based on the calculation results of the Cost-Benefit Ratio (CBR) analysis with the final result in the form of a comparison value of 3,3128528. With the increase in the number of visits and opening of new jobs, the results of the analysis in the form of downhill activities have been declared feasible.

Abstract

Tata kelola menawarkan potensi besar untuk pengelolaan destinasi pariwisata. Tata kelola pariwisata mengeksplorasi konstituen destinasi pariwisata dan berfokus pada pemberian arahan dan batasan destinasi. Namun, baru-baru ini, telah diperdebatkan bahwa bentuk tata kelola kolaboratif dan asosiatif antara pengelola pariwisata dan pihak terkait lainnya semakin penting dalam mendorong pariwisata yang berkelanjutan dan peka lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tata kelola kolaboratif menuju desa wisata yang mandiri dan berkelanjutan, diantaranya: (1) visi dan misi pengembangan Desa Wisata; (2) permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam mewujudkan visi dan misinya; dan (3) tata kelola kolaboratif. Penelitian ini menggunakan disain penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang berusaha memahami sudut pandang, pemikiran, pengalaman para stakeholder mengenai tata kelola kolaboratif menuju desa wisata yang mandiri dan berkelanjutan di Desa Wisata Ngargoretno Kabupaten Magelang Jawa Tengah. Arah pengembangan Desa Wisata Ngargoretno adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Visi desa wisata memiliki peran yang strategis sebagai bingkai yang mempersatukan langkah semua pemangku kepentingan yang terlibat untuk berkolaborasi, bersinergi dalam mengelola desa wisata. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pengembangan desa wisata menuju desa wisata yang mandiri, berdaya saing, dan berkelanjutan adalah semangat/spirit untuk berinovasi terhadap tantangan ke depan dan aksesibilitas.

Abstract

Training in a tourist village is something that many universities do in community service programs. The implementation of this program is located in the Kampung Tua Bakau Serip Tourism Village, Batam in the form of training with the theme of human resources, marketing and packaging. The method of implementing the program focuses on online material training and offline practice. This method was chosen because it can increase efficiency in terms of limited time and is able to increase opportunities for development in a short time. After the training, the participants felt very helped by this activity and got a lot of new information that would be useful for the development of the destinations they managed. This training provider does not stop at 1 university, but it is hoped that there will be new collaborations with other universities, local governments and ministries to private entrepreneurs through the CSR programs.

Abstract

The presence of homestays in tourist villages can be one of the main means for community empowerment, including those in the elderly or elderly category. The stay experience offered by homestays in tourist villages is not limited to one-way service, but also seeks two-way interaction between the manager and the guests staying. This research aims to explore the role and active participation of the elderly in the management of Karang Kedempel Homestay in Karangsambung Tourism Village. This homestay is directly managed by a 73-year-old elderly person, who offers a different stay experience for the tourists. In the management of this homestay, the elderly not only act as managers, but also as preservers of the principles and values of local wisdom. Therefore, this research seeks to explore in depth how the elderly apply their principles and motivations in the management of homestays, as well as analyze the challenges and socio-economic impacts brought about by the presence of homestays.

Abstract

The website is a media that acts as the backbone of digital marketing in a tourism village. As the spearhead of digital media and sales channels, the tourism village website must always be optimized so that it always has a high conversion rate. Copywriting is a technique for writing content in digital media that is widely used practically in increasing conversion rates. This study aims to evaluate the Pandanrejo Tourism Village website as an information base for formulating conversion rate optimization (CRO) at a later stage. This study uses a qualitative approach with several collection methods, namely by conducting interviews with website managers, copywriting experts and website-based information system experts, making direct observations of the Pandanrejo’s website, and reviewing the literature. To produce valid information and results, the data was analyzed by confirming between informants and references to the literature. The results obtained from this study indicate that the Pandanrejo Tourism Village website content does not yet have a touch of copywriting elements through the AIDA formula.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the preferences and relationships between preference attributes and demographic profiles of Indonesian netizens. This research uses a survey approach by distributing questionnaires through various online channels. The questionnaire was collected through various filters and screening questions, and a final sample of 1008 questionnaires were completed. The result indicated that Indonesian netizens prefer to avoid the risk in their tourism activities. This research shows that demographics affect the preferences and the influence of demographic factors on the sub-attributes of travel preferences varies widely. The demographic variable that most dominantly affects the sub-attributes of travel preferences is the gender variable, followed by the variable of origin, meanwhile, age and income variables were relatively less dominant in influencing the tourism preference sub-attributes.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja website Desa Wisata Ngargoretno dengan menggunakan pendekatan eMICA Model dan Search Engine Optimization Tools (SEO). Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penelusuran secara eksplanasi. Data dianalisis melalui penelusuran konten website Desa Wisata Ngargoretno serta Site Audit dari Ubersuggest. Hasil analisis eMICA memperlihatkan bahwa website Desa Wisata Ngargoretno masih jauh dari standar kelengkapan konten suatu website yang digunakan sebagai alat digital marketing.  Begitupula dengan hasil Site Audit Ubersuggest memperlihatkan bahwa website Desa Wisata Ngargoretno keberadaannya dalam mesin pencari (search engine presence) masih jauh dari kategori baik. Hal tersebut harus menjadi perhatian bagi pengelola Bumdes Argo Inten untuk dapat meningkatkan kapasitas dari para pengelola website tersebut, seperti memfasilitasi pelatihan atau bekerjasama dengan program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) perusahaan, tenaga ahli dari perguruan tinggi dan atau para praktisi digital marketing. Kata Kunci: Website Desa Wisata; eMICA; Search Engine Optimization; Digital Marketing; Desa Wisata ABSTRACT This study aims to evaluate the performance of the Ngargoretno Tourism Village website using the eMICA Model and Search Engine Optimization Tool (SEO) approach. The research method uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory search. The data were analyzed through browsing the content of the Ngargoretno Tourism Village website and the Site Audit from Ubersuggest. The results of the eMICA analysis show that the Ngargoretno Tourism Village website is still far from the standard of completeness of the content of a website that is used as an internet marketing tool. Likewise, the results of the Ubersuggest Site Audit show that the Ngargoretno Tourism Village website's presence in search engines is still far from a good category. This should be a concern for the Bumdes Argo Inten managers to be able to increase the capacity of the website managers, such as facilitating training or collaborating with the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, experts from universities and or digital marketing practitioners. Keywords:  Website Desa Wisata; eMICA; Search Engine Optimization; Internet Marketing, Tourism Village

Abstract

This study examines the best educational management in the era of information technology, known as the 21st century. This study is qualitative research. Madrasahs in Sambas Regency and as primary data are principals and students. Meanwhile, secondary data consists of articles, books, and other supporting documents in this research. The findings of this study indicate that the best practice model to achieve effective and productive educational goals starts with effective schools, management, strong leadership, clear vision, ability to create a good learning climate, has a student monitoring mechanism, progress to have expectations, high level, supported by resource teachers and also involving the community. The results of this study can later contribute to education in Indonesia in general.
