Abstract

This study aims to examine the development of Islamic education policies based on local wisdom values. Islamic education, which has traditionally been normative, often overlooks local socio-cultural aspects. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach through literature review and document analysis. The findings indicate that integrating local wisdom into Islamic education policies can strengthen students' character, develop contextual Islamic identities, and foster a more holistic educational system. Therefore, the development of Islamic education policies based on local wisdom is crucial for creating an education system that is relevant to the community context.

Abstract

Strategic management plays a crucial role in improving the efficiency of Islamic education amid various challenges, such as limited resources, low management efficiency, and suboptimal learning strategies. This study aims to analyze the implementation of strategic management in enhancing the efficiency of Islamic education. Using a qualitative descriptive research method, this study examines the applied strategies, supporting and inhibiting factors, and the impact of strategy implementation on the efficiency of Islamic educational institutions. The findings indicate that effective strategic management implementation can enhance learning quality, optimize budget utilization, and strengthen the competitiveness of Islamic educational institutions. The adoption of digital administration systems, improvement of educators' competencies, diversification of funding sources, and collaboration with various stakeholders are required to achieve optimal efficiency.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of Hindu ethical principles into the financial governance of Village Credit Institutions (LPDs) in Bali and its contribution to institutional sustainability. Employing a mixed-method approach, the research combines hermeneutic interpretation of sacred Hindu scriptures-Rgveda, Yajurveda, Atharvaveda, Bhagawad Gita, Sarasamuccaya, Manusmrti, and Arthasastra-with quantitative analysis of financial performance across 1.308 LPDs in nine regencies. Four core principles-Karma (ethical productivity), Dharma (social responsibility), Kama (motivational fulfillment), and Artha (material prosperity)-are operationalized within a holistic model of Hindu-based financial management. Empirical testing confirms are positive relationship between these principles and financial indicators such as profit margin, return on assets, and capital growth. The findings demonstrate that Hindu-based financial governance enhances accountability, strengthens community trust, improves leadership integrity, and promotes long-term business sustainability. This study provides a culturally grounded and ethically robust framework for developing resilient and inclusive community-based microfinance institutions in plural financial systems.

Abstract

Marketing and sales management in various Indonesia companies in the Industry 4.0 era In the era of Industry 4.0, the development of digital technology encourages companies to increase the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies to maintain competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the influence of pricing strategies, promotions, and customer satisfaction on sales volume with consumer buying interest as a moderation variable on CV. Holiyeay Indonesian Perfume Industry. The study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 222 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on SmartPLS 4. The results of the study show that pricing strategies, promotions, customer satisfaction, and consumer buying interest have a positive and significant effect on sales volume (p < 0.05). In addition, the combination of pricing, promotion, and customer satisfaction strategies also has a significant influence on sales volume. Consumer buying interest has been shown to moderate the relationship between pricing strategies, promotions, and customer satisfaction to sales volume. An Adjusted R-Square value of 0.757 indicates that the model is able to explain 75.7% of the variation in sales volume, while 24.3% is influenced by other factors outside of the study
