Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence used Problem Based Learning model assisted by Question Card toward students mathematic critical thinking skill in junior high school. This research was quantitative by using Quasi Experimental with the nonequivalent posttest-only control group design. The technique was purposive sampling method. The instrument of this method was six items, then validity test, reliability test, level of difficulty, and discrimination power. Normality and homogeneity test were used as requirement test and got the data was normal distribution and the two-group homogenous. The hypothesis test used t-test got the result 2,970 made Ho rejected with 5% significance level with effect size was 0,656 or 66% that moderate classified. Based on the result of this research, it can be concluded that there is an influence of problem-based learning model assisted by question card toward mathematic critical thinking skill with moderate criteria.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of village officials in Tutup Village, Tunjungan District, Blora Regency, in carrying out their main duties and functions, as well as to identify the factors contributing to their low performance, particularly in the context of information technology utilization. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the performance of village officials remains suboptimal, characterized by low work discipline, limited understanding of duties, and insufficient competence in operating technology-based administrative systems. Only 60% of the officials are able to independently operate administrative applications, while the rest rely on their colleagues. The main factors affecting poor performance are a lack of skills and low work motivation. Limited mastery of information technology also hinders the achievement of efficient public services. This study recommends enhancing competence through information technology training and strengthening work motivation to support the development of professional and digitally adaptive village officials.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas metode perencanaan hubungan masyarakat dalam membangun citra positif di Yayasan Mutiara Qolbu Indonesia. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus deskriptif untuk memahami secara mendalam bagaimana setiap tahapan perencanaan humas dijalankan dan sejauh mana efektivitasnya dalam mencapai tujuan komunikasi organisasi. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode perencanaan humas di yayasan dilaksanakan secara sistematis melalui tahapan analisis situasi, penetapan tujuan komunikasi, identifikasi audiens, penyusunan pesan kunci, pemilihan media komunikasi, serta evaluasi dan monitoring. Setiap tahapan tersebut terbukti efektif dalam mendukung penciptaan citra positif yayasan sebagai lembaga sosial-keagamaan yang amanah, berkarakter, dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan masyarakat. Meskipun terdapat keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan anggaran promosi, efektivitas strategi humas tetap terjaga berkat konsistensi nilai sosial-keagamaan dan optimalisasi penggunaan media digital. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan studi hubungan masyarakat di sektor nirlaba dengan menekankan pentingnya efektivitas perencanaan humas yang terintegrasi antara kegiatan berbasis komunitas dan strategi komunikasi digital sebagai kunci dalam membangun kepercayaan publik serta memperkuat citra organisasi di era modern.
