Abstract

One of the methods that can be applied to create income stability in businesses is creating customers who are lasting and make repurchases. There are several factors that can shape repurchase intention among customers, for example product quality and price. In the relationship between those variables with repurchase intention, customer satisfaction plays a mediating role. This research was conducted to identify the effects of product quality and price on repurchase intention with the mediation of customer satisfaction. This study uses explanatory research to identify the relationships between its variables. From the population of customers of UD Jaga Mutu Utama, 100 people were incorporated as the sample; they were selected using probability sampling with the characteristics of people who have made at least one purchase. The data from the sampling that have been obtained through questionnaires was analyzed using multiple linear regression in SmartPLS version 3.0. The results indicate that product quality and price have positive effects on the repurchase intention of the customers of UD Jaga Mutu Utama with the mediation of customer satisfaction.   Abstrak Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk membentuk kestabilan pendapatan pada suatu usaha adalah menciptakan pembeli yang selalu bertahan dan akan melakukan kegiatan pembelian kembali (repurchase) pada perusahaan. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat membentuk niat pelanggan untuk melakukan repurchase intention, yaitu faktor kualitas produk dan harga. Dalam menghubungkan faktor-faktor tersebut terhadap repurchase intention, terdapat faktor kepuasan pelanggan yang menjadi peran mediasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap repurchase intention, yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pelanggan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan explanatory research untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel dalam penelitian ini. Populasi yang digunakan adalah pelanggan UD Jaga Mutu Utama. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu probability sampling, yaitu sampel dengan karakteristik pernah melakukan pembelian produk minimal satu kali, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Data hasil sampling yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner diolah menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan software SMARTPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh positif terhadap repurchase intention yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pelanggan pada UD Jaga Mutu Utama.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to identify the effect of organizational support on organizational commitment and member performance. This study is categorized as an associative research, which examines the effect of organizational support on the organizational commitment and performance of the members of student research institution of Universitas Brawijaya. The data was harvested from online questionnaires distributed to 47 respondents and was analyzed using Partial Least Squares in SmartPLS 3.0. The results indicate that organizational support positively and significantly influences organizational commitment, that organizational support positively and significantly influences member performance, and that organizational commitment does not significantly affect member performance. This research is able to prove that members of the said institution whose funding application for the 2021 PKM Dikti was approved and who received sufficient support from their organization are able to increase their organizational commitment to perform. The outcome finally leads to their higher performance in their organization.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, training, and work discipline on performance with employee objects on intern employees at PT. Bank Sinarmas Sharia Business Unit (tbk) KCP Malang for the period 2021-2022. This study has a population of 49 interns at PT Bank Sinarmas Sharia Business Unit (tbk) KCP Malang, therefore this study uses saturated samples. The method of this research is to use the type of exploratory research using a quantitative approach. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire and the data used is primary data. Partial least square (PLS) was used to test the hypothesis in this study using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results showed that motivation and training had a significant effect on performance, while discipline had no significant effect on performance. While simultaneously, it shows that the endogenous variable Performance (Y) can be explained by exogenous variables, namely Motivation (X1), Training (X2), and Discipline (X3) by 57.4%. Therefore, the implication of this research is that the higher the level of motivation and also the training provided, the higher the level of performance of intern employees, while the discipline or lack of discipline of intern employees does not affect the performance of intern employees.

Abstract

Research background: The current consumption model tends to be irresponsible. Consumers do not have sufficient knowledge regarding environmental impacts, including waste management. Purpose of the article: The objective of this research is to identify the effects of green perceived value, customer green satisfaction, and green trust on customer green loyalty. As a replication, this research uses a quantitative approach. Methods: The population is consumers of Unilever products in Malang City. According to Hair et al. (2010), the number of samples multiples the research item by 5. Using purposive sampling, 145 people were selected as the respondents. The data were tested for validity and reliability and analyzed using multiple regression in SPSS 26. Findings & value added: This study finds that green perceived value, customer green satisfaction, and green trust partially have significant and positive effects on customer green loyalty. Furthermore, this research proves that, although Unilever committed to greenwashing in the past, it does not reduce customer green loyalty. This is probably because green perceived value, customer green satisfaction, and green trust have been established for a long time through the company's green campaigns. Therefore, the company could minimize the negative effect of greenwashing and maintain customer green loyalty.

Abstract

Fenomena pernikahan dini masih menjadi isu signifikan di berbagai daerah di Indonesia, termasuk di Kelurahan Temas, Kota Batu. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya adalah rendahnya literasi perencanaan keuangan di kalangan remaja. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi perencanaan keuangan pada anggota Karang Taruna di Kelurahan Temas sebagai upaya preventif terhadap pernikahan dini. Literasi perencanaan keuangan yang ditingkatkan mencakup perencanaan keuangan secara pribadi, perencanaan keuangan bisnis, serta cara melakukan perencanaan keuangan yang baik. Peningkatan literasi keuangan ini diharapkan dapat membantu individu dalam membuat keputusan yang lebih bijak mengenai masa depan mereka dan mempersiapkan kondisi keuangan yang lebih baik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya program literasi keuangan yang berkelanjutan bagi karang taruna dalam rangka pencegahan pernikahan dini dan peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat.

Abstract

The purpose of this literature research is expected to build hypotheses regarding the influence between variables which can later be used for further research in the scope of human resource management. The literature review research article determines company performance: analysis of corporate culture, human resource quality, leadership and information technology which is a scientific literature article in the scope of human resource management science. The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use literature studies or review relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research relevant to this research and sourced from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters Journals, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Sinta Journals, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous studies, 1 relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Corporate Culture affects Company Performance; 2) Quality of Human Resources affects Company Performance; 3) Leadership affects Company Performance; and 4) Information Technology affects Company Performance.

Abstract

MSMEs are embedded with dynamic and innovative new ideas, identifying opportunities that the big business world may not be aware of, offering jobs, creating wealth, increasing economic growth, and generating additional capital. The main objective of this study is to examine how innovation mediates the effects of digitalization and entrepreneurial orientation on company performance among MSME businesses in East Java, Indonesia. This study was quantitative research conducted on MSME business actors across East Java. Four hundred respondents were spread randomly. Research data was collected using a questionnaire, and the results were analyzed using PLS software. The results of this study indicate that digitalization and entrepreneurial orientation have a significant positive effect on innovation and the performance of MSMEs. This study also found a significant positive direct effect of innovation on performance. This study also examines the indirect effect which shows that innovation plays a mediating role in the influence of digitalization and entrepreneurial orientation on performance. MSMEs' digital awareness, knowledge, skills, and capabilities were learned and applied quickly due to the demands of adapting to the COVID-19 pandemic, which occurred sometime before this study was conducted. Thus, MSMEs have implemented digitalization sufficiently, which unknowingly, in the long term, has had a positive impact on increasing innovation and performance. On the other hand, this is not only related to digital capacity; MSMEs use networking talents, learning capacity, marketing skills, creativity, and risk-taking capacity as forms of entrepreneurial orientation, directly driving increased MSME performance financially and non-financially.

Abstract

This study focuses on spare part management within the context of a maintenance service company, with a case study on one of the largest State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) subsidiaries in Indonesia engaged in port maintenance services. Spare part management has unique characteristics that distinguish it from other inventory management types, such as irregular demand patterns, a wide variety of items, obsolescence risks, and a close connection to maintenance activities. Failure in spare part management can trigger significant operational and financial problems. This research aims to explore the steps taken to improve and assess the effectiveness of these measures. A phenomenological approach was used to deeply and contextually explore the phenomena. Data was analyzed using qualitative methods with the NVivo application. The study results reveal five main gaps in spare part management, including the lack of clear SOPs, ineffective financial control, inconsistency in spare part naming, weaknesses in inventory control, and manual request processes. The transformation undertaken includes the implementation of a centra application, training, and socialization, the establishment of clear business processes, good inventory management, and increased transparency and accountability. These improvement steps have proven effective in enhancing operational efficiency, cost savings, real-time billing, accurate recording and monitoring, effective evaluation, and increased customer satisfaction. This transformation demonstrates the importance of cross-functional collaboration and good management of information flow. This study emphasizes that good spare part management can improve company performance. The novelty of this research lies in its comprehensive analysis of spare part management improvements in a large SOE context and its practical recommendations for optimizing such systems. Enhanced operational performance and strategic insights for other organizations facing similar challenges in spare part management. The study contributes to the literature by exploring the complexities of spare parts management.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to identify the effects of financial literacy and technological advancement on the intention of university students to invest in capital markets. Using saturated sampling, all 53 members of the population were involved as the respondents. The data of this explanatory research was harvested via Likert-scaled questionnaires and was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in SmartPLS 4.0. This study finds that (1) financial literacy positively and significantly influences university students’ intention to invest in capital markets and that (2) technological advancement positively and significantly affects the students’ intention to make investment in capital markets. These findings indicate that sufficient financial literacy and technological advancements that support accesses to information increase the intention of university students to invest in capital markets.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan dan kemajuan teknologi terhadap minat investasi mahasiswa di pasar modal. Penelitian ini merupakan explanatory research. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Sampel yang digunakan merupakan seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 53 mahasiswa yang dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan software SmartPLS 4.0. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan literasi keuangan terhadap minat investasi mahasiswa di pasar modal (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kemajuan teknologi terhadap minat investasi mahasiswa di pasar modal. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan literasi keuangan yang memadai serta kemajuan teknologi yang mendukung akses informasi akan semakin meningkatkan minat mahasiswa di pasar modal.

Abstract

This research aimed to identify and state the significance of teacher work engagement to improve inclusive school performance, where the inclusive school was a form of education equity and realization without any discriminations which currently have been organized by the government of Indonesia. Further, this research was based on the phenomenon which happened that not all teachers in inclusive school were involved maximally on the inclusive concept. This research was categorized into qualitative research which exerted case study approaches to explore the teacher experience during teaching activity in the inclusive school. It aims to identify teacher engagement at work. This research finding showed that the teacher work engagement was affected by self-efficacy and organizational climate. The teacher who had high self-efficacy referred that the teacher believes their selves were able to fulfill daily challenges in the school and therefore, the teacher tended to be more engaged on work. Besides, this research finding, indicated that the fun organizational climate became attendant which could influence the teacher work engagement.
