Abstract

The implementation of the National Assessment (AN) produces complex educational data volumes, covering the results of the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM), Character Surveys, and Learning Environment Surveys. The management of transactional and scattered data often hinders the comprehensive education quality evaluation process. This study aims to design and implement a Data Warehouse using the Snowflake Schema method to analyze the influence of socio-economic status and school profiles on student literacy and numeracy achievements. Kimball's Nine-Step Methodology approach is used in data architecture design. Test results show that the Snowflake scheme is effective in handling regional and school dimension hierarchies by reducing storage redundancy. OLAP (Online Analytical Processing) analysis reveals significant gaps in literacy and numeracy scores based on school accreditation levels and student economic backgrounds, where school quality is proven to be a moderating variable in improving student achievements from low economic groups.

Abstract

The dynamics of the Indonesian capital market are increasingly influenced by information flow in the digital era. PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA), as a key market proxy, experienced price volatility in 2024–2025 despite solid fundamentals, indicating the influence of market psychology. This study aims to analyze the effect of stock market news sentiment on BBCA stock prices and test the effectiveness of the Multinomial Naive Bayes algorithm. Using a text mining approach, 5,000 economic news articles (2020–2025) were processed using TF-IDF and classified into positive, negative, and neutral sentiments. The results show the model achieved 92.4% accuracy with 89% precision for negative sentiment detection. Pearson correlation analysis revealed a strong positive relationship (r = 0.78) between daily sentiment scores and the following day's closing prices. The study concludes that news sentiment is a valid leading indicator for stock movements. The Naive Bayes algorithm proved efficient for financial text analysis, offering a viable tool for investor risk mitigation.

Abstract

Clothing needs are the main thing that must be met. One of them is KC Boutique. This shop sells various women's clothing and is located in West Jakarta. The aim of this research is to create a Data Warehouse because the KC boutique shop still uses the Excel application to input data. This makes it difficult for owners to combine all the data they have. Therefore ETL is the solution to this problem. Where ETL will integrate all databases in a Data Warehouse which, if connected the data will also continue to be automatically updated. Data collection methods are observation and interviews. The method used is the OLAP method with the process namely ETL. The tool used is SQL Server Management Studio. The result of this research is the design of a Data Warehouse that is connected to the KC Boutique store database so that the data is well integrated.

Abstract

The implementation of data warehouse technology at the Catholic Church XYZ, covering multiple regions, has become a common necessity. The use of a data warehouse aims to manage parishioner data more efficiently through a structured data warehouse system. The organized data integration process is the main focus, enabling church administrators to process data quickly and accurately in accessing the required information. By emphasizing the modeling process, the use of the Star Schema as a dimensional model provides ease in understanding data structures, serving as a key source of information for decision-making, especially regarding territorial allocations. This data warehouse design serves as a comprehensive solution for managing integrated parishioner data, supporting various information needs and decision-making processes. In addition to streamlining processes, the implementation of the data warehouse enhances the church's capabilities in addressing the increasingly complex dynamics of the environment.

Abstract

Danantara is a sovereign wealth fund that has received widespread attention on social media, including on "X." Various public opinions about Danantara have emerged, both positive and negative. To understand public perception more accurately, an effective sentiment analysis method is needed. Lexicon-Based methods are often used but have limitations in capturing context, while Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) are able to recognize patterns in text but require a lot of data. Therefore, this study aims to develop a hybrid CNN and Lexicon-based model to improve the accuracy of public sentiment analysis towards Danantara. Data will be collected from social media "X" using scraping or API methods, then go through a preprocessing process before being analyzed using a hybrid approach. Model evaluation is carried out by comparing the performance of CNN, Lexicon-based, and hybrid models using metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-Score. The results of this study provide a more accurate model in understanding public opinion and provide insights for policymakers in designing more effective communication strategies with an accuracy rate of 86%. In addition, researchers will also contribute to the development of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and deep learning-based sentiment analysis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan sebuah Data Warehouse film dengan memanfaatkan PostgreSQL sebagai sistem basis data utama. Data film diambil dari Kaggle dan berisi informasi seperti judul, sutradara, negara, tahun rilis, kategori, hingga durasi tayangan. Proses pengolahan data dilakukan melalui tahapan ETL, mulai dari extract data mentah, transform untuk membersihkan duplikasi, menangani nilai kosong, memperbaiki format tanggal, hingga menata ulang data agar lebih konsisten, lalu load ke dalam struktur Data Warehouse. Desain penyimpanan menggunakan model star schema yang terdiri dari tabel fakta dan beberapa tabel dimensi agar proses analisis berjalan lebih mudah dan terarah. Pada tahap analisis, konsep OLAP juga digunakan untuk menelusuri data secara multidimensi melalui proses seperti drill-down, roll-up, slice, dan dice. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PostgreSQL tidak hanya efektif sebagai database penyimpanan, tetapi juga mampu mendukung analisis data dengan baik. Data Warehouse yang dibangun menjadi lebih rapi, terstruktur, dan siap digunakan untuk kebutuhan analisis di bidang film dan hiburan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan metode Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) untuk membobotkan sentimen publik terhadap video game offline, dengan dukungan Vector Space Model (VSM). Video game offline tetap populer karena pengalaman imersif, cerita mendalam, serta fleksibilitas modifikasi di berbagai platform seperti PC, mobile, dan konsol, meskipun tren game online terus meningkat. Data penelitian diperoleh dari Kaggle, mencakup 11.001 entri dengan 17 atribut, termasuk judul, rating pengguna, dan genre. Proses penelitian melibatkan pengumpulan, pembersihan, dan pengolahan data. Game "Hades" ditemukan sebagai game dengan rating tertinggi, sedangkan genre "Party" dan "Fighting" paling diminati. PlayStation tercatat sebagai platform terpopuler dengan 67.798 pengguna dan 2.269 game. Analisis lanjutan menggunakan TF-IDF menunjukkan kata-kata seperti "bugs" dan "amazing" memiliki bobot tinggi dalam ulasan tertentu. Dengan VSM, relevansi dokumen terhadap kueri dianalisis melalui kesamaan kosinus dan jarak Euclidean. Evaluasi sistem menunjukkan kinerja yang sangat baik dengan precision 80%, recall 100%, F1-measure 88,9%, dan MAP 95%. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang preferensi pemain game offline dan menawarkan metode yang efektif untuk analisis sentimen publik terhadap video game, memberikan kontribusi berharga bagi industri gaming.
