Abstract

This study aims to find moral, social and religious values as well as the environment in silat tapak suci. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The selection of research subjects with purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using in-dept interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results showed that members are conducted some behaviour such as ablution activities, prayers, short lectures or cults, reading Al-Fatihah letters, and closing prayers and there was another advisory activity at the end of the silat practice. Another finding is that players are not allowed to hit sensitive parts such as the neck, but are allowed to hit the waist, both the right and left and the chest to the stomach. Even if the opponent has fallen then it cannot be hit. At the same time there is a natural environment value because when there is a level up test, members will be brought camping close to nature both in forest areas and river banks. Silat is also healthy because using the right moves will expend energy and be healthy for the heart, lungs and other body parts.

Abstract

K-POP culture is not native to Indonesia but comes from Korea. This study aims to determine the impact of K-Pop culture on the behavior of school children from the teacher's point of view. This research uses the descriptive qualitative method. Meanwhile, respondents were selected by using a purposive technique, namely setting a sample with various considerations. This study chose teachers as respondents. The results showed the spread of K-pop culture through social media such as Facebook and Instagram and the world of digitalization such as Tik-Tok. Friends also influence the spread of K-pop because other friends will follow the behavior of their friends. Then, K-pop culture has the potential to erode local culture such as angklung and jaipongan in Sundanese society because generations of school children can prefer K-pop culture. This condition is influenced by the role of parents. When parents are literate in Sundanese local culture and make that culture into life behavior, the children at home will follow the example. Likewise in schools, when schools instill local culture, school children will participate in that culture. Simultaneously, the community environment supports local culture, so there will be filtration of culture from abroad. But it is not wrong to learn about other cultures. K-pop also generates economic value because salons as a place to change hairstyles will sell well, and Korean-style fashion will also sell and grow Korean food and beverage cuisine

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find the positive and negative impacts of online learning on students' behavior in playing games. At the same time to find the best method for students not to spend time playing games and the role of parents to control student behavior. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and sampling method with purposive technique. While the sampling method used observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that when learning online, students will participate in playing games, causing students to be lazy to study, undisciplined, enter online classes, and students' behavior becomes aggressive towards negative because they lose playing games. Games also have a positive impact as entertainment for students and learn strategies in problem-solving and educate the brain. Another finding is that online learning causes obesity and eye disease in students due to radiation exposure. Parents play an active role in controlling behavior by diverting children to find positive things such as children being told to look for language lessons online so that time is spent studying compared than playing games and social media. Parents should be friends with children and listen to children so that children are close to their parents.Keywords: Electronic device, game advantage, game detrimental, parent, covid-19

Abstract

The Majlis Ta’lim is classified as non-formal education that is close to the community and discusses issues related to the community. The purpose of this study is to find the transfer of moral education values to children through parents who participate in The Majlis Ta’lim. This research is descriptive qualitative research. While the sampling method includes using a purposive technique. Meanwhile, data collection was carried out in various ways including observation, documentation, and in-dept-interview. The results showed that the Majlis Ta’lim plays an important role in shaping children's morals by providing material to parents in the mosque and the prayer room. The material transfer is carried out to parents and parents will later transfer material to children at home in the form of behavior. The material provided includes material on maintaining oral behavior with parents. The material that has been obtained will be practiced at home so that children will see and observe this behavior. Another way is material about social life, including the urgency of friendship with neighbors so that parents practice it by bringing their children directly to their neighbor’s house. Habituation like this will make children behave socially toward neighbors. Finally, the habit of praying to children, here The Majlis Ta’lim will provide material about prayers in everyday life to parents so that parents will implement them at home.

Abstract

Bola singkong atau Fruit cassava balls merupakan inovasi olahan makanan yang terbuat dari bahan baku singkong di padukan dengan berbagai macam buah ditambah dengan berbagai macam topping yang menghasilkan perpaduan rasa lezat dan membuat tampilan makanan lebih menarik. Pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan cara identifikasi, praktek dan evaluasi hasil. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah dalam rangka meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat RT 01 dan 04 Desa Ciawi Kabupaten Bogor dalam mengolah singkong menjadi cemilan yang sehat salah satunya dengan mengolah singkong menjadi Bola singkong (Fruit Cassava Balls) dengan beraneka topping ini. Kesimpulan dari pelatihan ini adalah meningkatnya pemahaman peserta mengenai wirausaha dan kreativitas peserta mengenai inovasi pengolahan singkong,  pelatihan ini memotivasi peserta untuk mau mencoba dan belajar lebih lanjut mengenai wirausaha makanan. Secara umum, kegiatan pelatihan ini telah mendorong masyarakat khususnya RT.04/RW. 01 Desa Ciawi, Kabupaten Bogor sebagai peserta pelatihan untuk ikut berpartisipasi dan terus belajar guna mengasah kemampuan dan menambah keterampilan yang penting bagi mereka.

Abstract

Kebab pisang merupakan salah satu inovasi makanan yang belum populer diproduksi. Pelatihan kreativitas kebab pisang ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kreativitas Ibu-Ibu Kelompok Wanita Tani dalam berwirausaha di wilayah Perumahan Bukit Mekar Wangi (BMW) Kota Bogor, Jawa Barat. Metode pelatihan ini menggunakan metode pemberian materi lalu disempurnakan dengan praktek. Proses pelatihan dilakukan dengan identifikasi kebutuhan peserta pelatihan, praktek pelatihan dan evaluasi kegiatan akhir. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah meningkatnya minat serta motivasi peserta pelatihan untuk berwirausaha makanan dan harapan mengenai program pelatihan lain dapat mereka ikuti sebagai bagian pengembangan keterampilan yang ingin dikuasai

Abstract

: Artikel ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan servant leadership dalam memberdayakan masyarakat melalui pelatihan tanaman hidroponik. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan memakai metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yakni dengan menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Pada hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan servant leadership sangat berpengaruh secara tidak langsung pada pemberdayaan masyarakat. Pada penelitian ini, usaha yang dilakukan guna memberdayakan masyarakat dengan cara memberikan pelatihan menanam hidroponik di Kec. Kedung Halang RT 03/ RW 07 Bogor Utara. Pada masa pandemi saat ini, waktu luang yang cukup banyak karena Work From Home (WFH) bisa digunakan untuk kegiatan membuat tanaman hidroponik. Pemilihan tanaman dengan sistem hidroponik terbilang sangat tepat digunakan oleh penduduk kota yang memiliki lahan terbatas, namun bisa dimanfaatkan dengan membuat tanaman hidroponik yang dalam pengerjaannya tidak membutuhkan lahan yang luas juga perawatan mudah dan praktis. Bukan hanya digunakan untuk sekedar mengisi waktu luang atau mengurangi stress, tetapi kegiatan ini juga dapat menjadi ladang usaha sebagai upaya memberdayakan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the adaptation and constraints of teachers using an online-based learning system in the village of Nangkasari. The method used in this research is qualitative by using data collection through interviews and observations. Sampling was done by purposive method, that is, directly assigning teachers and parents as research samples. The results showed that there were several difficulties in online learning ranging from limitations to buying credit for parents, network constraints due to remote areas, parents experiencing economic difficulties. Parents also cannot buy online learning facilities such as cellphones. In addition, parents are busy with their work, busy taking care of their children, do not understand how to teach children at home, and cannot accompany their children to study. The strategies carried out by the teacher started from using videos related to material during online learning, singing, and inviting children to the environment.
