Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology or what is known as Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has penetrated various fields of life, including education and teaching. With regard to learning, the use of information technology, in this case, e-learning, is needed not only for educators who are skilled at utilizing technology and technology for the manufacture of teaching materials, but a design is needed to carry out learning effectively. In a learning design (instructional design) there is a process to guide actors (actors) to design, develop, implement e-learning content by utilizing the available e-learning infrastructure and applications. At the next stage in the implementation of e-learning, there is an evaluation stage which is used to revise or adjust to the previous stages. A good educational institution must develop teachers by providing various facilities to support the teaching and learning process. Teachers can replace it with a new method in the form of video or audio that has been combined with the teaching material they want to convey. As technology develops, mobile or smartphone versions of e-Learning can be compatible with the features available in conventional learning so that the quality of content in the form of subject matter can be accessed properly.

The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation in Pangkoh Sari Village. Data analysis includes procedures for data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The findings indicate that the ADD in Pangkoh Sari Village has not been fully utilized for infrastructure development, instead focusing on improving social welfare, community services, and local income. However, one of the main obstacles identified is the lack of community awareness and participation in bureaucratic socialization efforts, leading to uneven development across the village. Abstract

Purpose: This study explores the influence of religiosity and service satisfaction on customer decisions, focusing on the dynamics of these variables within the Islamic banking sector in Indonesia, one of the largest markets for Sharia-compliant financial services globally.Method: A quantitative research approach was used to collect data from 100 respondents via structured questionnaires. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to rigorously test the hypothesized relationships and evaluate the strength and direction of the proposed variables.Result: The findings indicate that religiosity has a statistically insignificant effect on customer decisions. While religious alignment may influence preferences, it does not substantially drive decision-making. In contrast, service satisfaction is a significant and dominant factor influencing customer decisions. Together, these variables account for 50.7% of the variance in customer decisions, highlighting the critical role of service quality in shaping customer behavior within the Islamic banking sector.Practical Implications for Economic Growth and Development: The study suggests that enhancing service satisfaction in the Islamic banking sector can significantly drive customer decisions, thereby contributing to economic growth and development by strengthening consumer trust and increasing market participation.

Abstract

This narrative review explores the strategic role of internal communication in driving successful organizational change. The review aims to identify effective communication techniques, assess employee engagement dynamics, evaluate the integration of digital tools, and examine cross-cultural and sectoral differences. A structured review methodology was employed using literature from Scopus, Web of Science, JSTOR, and Google Scholar. Keywords included "internal communication," "organizational change," "strategic messaging," and "employee engagement." Studies were selected based on relevance, methodological rigor, and publication within the last decade. The findings reveal that two-way communication, credible messaging, and digital platforms such as Slack and Microsoft Teams significantly enhance transparency and employee commitment. Empirical evidence highlights trust as a key mediator in fostering engagement, with participatory communication models proving most effective. Comparative analysis shows that communication strategies vary widely across cultures and sectors, influenced by organizational hierarchies and societal values. Systemic barriers such as leadership misalignment and emotional resistance remain challenges to implementation. This review concludes that effective internal communication is essential for reducing resistance and promoting sustainable transformation. Policies encouraging leader training, technological integration, and inclusive culture development are recommended. Future studies should address digital innovation and longitudinal impacts to enrich the literature and practice of change management.

Abstract

This study explores the construction of social realities regarding women in Eka Kurniawan's novel "Cantik Itu Luka" and its translation "Beauty is a Wound" by Annie Tucker, using the Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) approach of Sara Mills. The analysis reveals that language choices and translation techniques significantly impact gender representation.
