Abstract

Implementasi teknologi informasi digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi organisasi atau perusahaan untuk mengembangkan teknologi informasi mereka sendiri menjadi kompleks. Namun, tidak semua perusahaan mampu melaksanakan dan mengembangkan teknologi informasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Salah satunya yaitu PT. XYZ yang merupakan anak perusahaan dari Telkom Metra (Telkom Group) dan, bergerak pada jasa penyedia layanan pembayaran digital terkemuka di Indonesia. Dalam mendukung kegiatan perusahaan, diperlukan adanya dukungan dari semua fungsi bisnis termasuk dukungan dari proses pengadaan barang dan jasa yaitu pada Unit Procurement Management. Namun, pada fungsi tersebut masih terdapat beberapa kendala, yaitu: proses pengadaan barang dan jasa masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga data belum terintegrasi. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut, dibutuhkan keselarasan strategi teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan perencanaan Enterprise Architecture (EA) agar tercapai kesesuaian antara kebutuhan bisnis dan teknologi sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan tujuan PT. XYZ. Dalam perancangan Enterprise Architecture (EA), penelitian ini menggunakan TOGAF ADM versi 9.2. Penggunaan TOGAF ADM dipilih karena sifatnya open source dan hasil dari perancangan ini menghasilkan blueprint yang memberikan gambaran umum usulan solusi untuk mendukung strategi teknologi informasi dan strategi bisnis di Unit Procurement Management PT. Abstract

In the digital economy, bot farms have emerged as a controversial tool businesses use to manipulate online visibility and influence consumer perception. While automation offers efficiency, bots' misuse, primarily through coordinated bot farms, poses serious ethical, legal, and economic challenges. This article critically examines the negative impact of bot farms in business practices, focusing on deceptive marketing, unfair competition, consumer misinformation, and the distortion of digital ecosystems. Using qualitative analysis and literature review, this study highlights the urgent need for regulatory frameworks and ethical digital governance to combat the rise of bot-driven manipulation. The findings show that bot farms undermine trust, disrupt market fairness, and erode the integrity of online platforms, calling for cross-sector efforts to mitigate their spread.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology causes fierce competition from digital-born companies to the incumbent ones, so they need to accelerate their digital transformation (DT). Prior research has found the influence of IT governance (ITG) mechanisms on organizational performance. (OP), mediated by DT. However, there is a need to identify the prioritized IT services management initiatives to support their DT. This case study is performed in BankCo using Design Science Research (DSR) and the latest ISACA’s framework of COBIT 2019 Governance & Management Objectives (GMO). The solution and implementation roadmap results are analyzed and designed based on interviews data and documents triangulation. There are three important initiatives BankCo namely DSS05 Managed Security Service, BAI06 Managed IT Changes, and BAI04 Managed Availability and Capacity. The estimated solution implementation increased BankCo’s maturity to 3.XY. This research contributes to the knowledge base regarding IT service management prioritization and provides practical implications for BankCo to enhance their DT, and the banking industry in general.

Abstract

Hoarding in Islam is known as ihtikar, meaning hoarding behavior, which is one part of monopolistic practices. This hoarding behavior hurts the supply of goods in the market, so it can cause instability in the availability of goods and demand for goods and can result in market distortions. This research uses normative juridical, with a qualitative approach based on library research. Many business actors conduct monopolies by setting higher prices; according to business law in Indonesia, such monopolistic practices are strictly prohibited. In Islamic law, monopoly is allowed under restrictions and provisions based on the Koran and Hadith. Monopolies are permitted as long as they do not carry out hoarding (Ihtikar), especially goods that become staple foodstuffs or are related to the livelihood of many people. The role of government is to control monopolies and maintain stability by making regulations and direct intervention.
