Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh negatif terhadap prokrastinasi akademik siswa Madrasah Aliyah Al-Muayyad Surakarta Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Adapun populasi berjumlah 238 siswa diambil sampel 149 siswa dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin eror 5% dan teknik sampling menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling. Teknik analisis data yaitu uji prasyarat meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedostisitas dan uji linearitas. Untuk uji hipotesis secara parsial yaitu uji hipotesis iklim sekolah terhadap prokrastinasi akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh negatif iklim sekolah terhadap prokrastinasi akademik dibuktikan dengan hasil pengujian koefisien regresi sebesar -0,460. Hasil perhitungan uji t diperoleh pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap prokrastinasi akademik t-hitung sebesar -14,07 dengan nilai signifikan 0,001 > 0,05 maka terdapat pengaruh negatif iklim sekolah terhadap prokrastinasi akademik. Dan perhitungan R Square sebesar 0,574 (57,4%). Hal ini berarti bahwa kontribusi pengaruh iklim sekolah Muayyad Surakarta Tahun pelajaran 2023/2024 adalah sebesar 57,4% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 42,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. This study aims to analyze the application of learning management systems in the form of technology to support the implementation of learning. Specifically, this study aims to ascertain the relationship between the teacher's technology acceptance model and the technology readiness index. At the elementary school (SD/MI), junior high school (MTs), senior high school (MA), and vocational schools in the city of Bandung, 185 private teachers participated in the survey. The results showed that perceived ease of technology was positively and significantly influenced by optimism and innovation, positively and significantly influenced by insecurity, and negatively or not significantly affected by discomfort. Then, optimism significantly increases people's perception of how helpful technology can be. While innovativeness and inconvenience have little effect on how useful technology is for people, perceived ease of use and insecurity have a small but positive effect. The implications of this research can be explained by the fact that teachers' acceptance of technology in learning can determine their optimism and innovation in learning. Therefore, teachers must be encouraged to prepare various skills and competencies to use technology to support their teaching and learning activities.

The teacher is educator who has advantages as well as limitations as ordinary humans. Therefore he needs other people (supervisor) to help him minimize his weaknesses, so that his professional abilities are formed. In addition, supervision activitiy also aim to guarantee the quality of learning that has an impact on the quality of graduates. This means that supervision serves as a quality assurance aimed at establishing quality culture of teacher. Teachers with a high quality culture will lead to the achievement of the quality of learning and education and determine the quality and competitiveness of graduates.

Abstract Marriage is a sunnatullah for Muslims with one of its aims to develop Islam at the quantitative level. But the development of Islam qualitatively must also get the attention of various groups (parents, society, and government). Highlighting the importance of the role of parents in children's education as one of the closest figures to children, they need to understand how Islam provides concrete examples in educating children. The role of the family in assisting children to reach the stages of their social-intellectual development requires to be following the educational models contained in the Qur'an (such as Lukman's letter) and also the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Golden age (early age) child development needs to get soft touches of education from both parents, without using physical or psychological violence to create generations of great future Muslims. Abstrak Pernikahan merupakan sunnatullah bagi umat muslim dengan salah satu tujuannya untuk mengembangkan Islam dalam tataran kuantitatif. Namun perkembangan Islam secara kualitatif juga harus mendapatkan perhatian dari berbagai kalangan (orang tua, masyarakat dan pemerintah). Menyoroti pentingnya peran orang tua dalam pendidikan anak sebagai salah satu sosok terdekat dengan anak, maka mereka perlu memahami bagaimana Islam memberikan contoh kongkrit dalam mendidik anak. Peran keluaga dalam mendampingi anak mencapai tahap-tahap perkembangan sosial-intelektualnya perlu menauladani model-model pendidikan yang tertuang dalam Al-Qur’an (seperti surat Lukman) dan juga sunnah Rasulullah Muhammad SAW. Masa keemasan (usia dini) perkembangan anak perlu mendapatkan sentuhan-sentuhan pendidikan secara lembut dari kedua orang tuanya, tanpa menggunakan kekerasan fisik maupun psiskis guna menciptakan generasi-generasi muslim masa depan yang berakhlak mulia.

Quality assurance is an important part of the higher education system which ensures that the effort to achieve quality is in accordance with the quality standards set by the government. The problem of the low quality of human resources of a nation is a manifestation of the inability of the quality assurance system to work effectively. Application of a model that is less effective in quality assurance, will have an impact on achieving the quality of Education. In Indonesia, various changes in the regulation of the quality assurance system began in 2006 - until now, basically both conceptually but not optimally in implementation. Internal and external quality assurance of higher education (HE) institutions has not produced satisfactory results, with the still low competitiveness of HE graduates and the competitiveness of the nation's human resources.

Education is the right of every citizen and does not look at differences in status such as; ethnicity, race, religion or social class. This right was explicitly stated in the mandate of Article 31 of the Republic of Indonesia Constitution. The mandate was realized with a budget allocation of 20% of the National Budget for the benefit of Education. Equal distribution of Education opportunities, by providing opportunities to underprivileged children through a scholarship program, the fact is not yet fully able to answer the issue of the quality of the nation's human resources. Program acceleration and innovation are needed to ensure that higher education opportunities are open, which in turn has an impact on improving the quality of human resources and the nation's competitiveness.

This study reports on the planning and management of Islamic Boarding School Daarul Abror in developing curriculum of Islamic Education Subject. This study attempts to address the following question; (1) How is the administration management at Islamic Boarding School DaarulAbror? (2) How are the development and implementation Islamic Education Subject at Islamic Boarding School DaarulAbror? It is conducted at Islamic Boarding School Daarul Abror Bangka, Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The data for the study are obtained through two instruments; The interview and observation.The interview is conducted to obtain the clarification and expanation from the boarding school. The observation is done during the interaction in the teaching learning process to observe the activities done in the school. The subject of this study is the vice-head master of the school who has been a teacher as well as curriculum developer in the Islamic Boarding School. The finding reveal that, (1) the administration management at Islamic Boarding School Daarul Abror is conducted based on the educational institutions of the Ministri of Religious Affair and the Ministri of Education and Culture Republic Indonesia. (2) the development of and the implementation of Islamic Education subjetcs is by applying education in a classroom as well as out of classroom refering to the achievement life skill and the Islamic character building in dayly life. Based on the finding it is recommended that the stakeholders of the Islamic Boarding School should keep managing their institution to develope and applying nowdays educational system.

Organizational performance variable is an important variable in management studies including education management. Assessment or measurement of organizational performance aims to provide an overview of how the process of achieving organizational goals and quality is realized. This variable has occupied an important position in every study and institutional (management) research. Many researchers are interested in assessing organizational performance from various perspectives. The impact can be seen in the variations of the use of dimensions and indicators in exploring research data. Dimensions such as; effectiveness-efficiency, focus on processes, structural transformation, teamwork and strategy are dimensions often used by researchers in assessing organizational performance. Organizational performance is not an independent variable, but is related to or influenced by other organizational variables such as; leadership, management systems, commitment and culture.

Abstract: This study is an attempt to unveil the meaning as well the function of kepunan and malet culture in Bangka society with a Qur’anic exegeses perspective. This research begins by examining the meaning of both (kepunan and mallet) and how they function according to the understanding of the Bangka community. In the second stage, this study will interpret the kepunan and malet with the cultural interpretation approach. With this cultural interpretation paradigm, the kepunan which is generally understood by the Bangka community as customs, myths, and syirk (an act and belief of polytheism), even considered as the cause of disaster is eventually interpreted as a form of social solidarity of the people of Bangka. While malet which is understood by the Bangka community as a form and means of rejection of disaster and bad things, could be understood as a form of social ethics of the Bangka community in respecting the gifts of others. The aim of this research is to find out the leadership strategy of madrasah heads in utilizing ICT to improve the quality of education at Mim Kragilan Simo Boyolali. Because, the quality of education results from the learning process, in learning it requires planning and implementation as well as evaluation of various elements of education, no less important is the role of a madrasa head. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. This means procedures or ways of solving research problems by describing the object under study as actual facts that are occurring/taking place at the present time. The subject of this research was the head of the MIM Kragilan Boyolali madrasah, while the informants included the school principal, teachers and students. Data collection methods in this research are observation methods or non-participant observation, interview methods and documentation methods. The data analysis process begins by reviewing all data from interviews, observations and comments related to the use of ICT to improve the quality of education, followed by data reduction and verification to draw conclusions. The results of this research are: (1). The Madrasah Head encourages and directs teachers and students to follow the use of social media. (2) The Madrasah Head always provides a good example to his students and teachers. (3) The Madrasah Head always tries enthusiastically to improve the learning process and learning output by utilizing ICT.
