Abstract

Technological developments in Indonesia and the world show very rapid development, almost all aspects of life have been digitized, even in the health sector. Diabetes is a chronic, chronic disease that often occurs as a result of disturbances in the body's metabolism which are often found with excessive blood sugar levels. The cause is due to changes in lifestyle, including frequent consumption of ready-to-eat food and sweet foods/drinks, smoking and alcoholic drinks. These changes and habits not only trigger diabetes mellitus but also other non-communicable diseases such as cardiovascular disease. Predictions about diabetes can be produced by collecting information about diabetes sufferers which is stored in a database, after which the data is processed and the results will form a certain pattern, where the final results can be used to diagnose diabetes. The aim of this research is to design a diabetes checking application using the Agile Scrum method which users use to check how many percent are affected by diabetes by answering several questions that have been prepared by the system. The results will come out from the answers to these questions, how many percent are affected by diabetes and suggestions are also provided to overcome them beforehand. go to a health facility for further check-ups.

Abstract

The assessment system to determine the best employees at the Yogi shop has not been systemized. It is still limited to the regular assessment assessing the best employees to get an annual bonus based on the owner and manager's assessment, so it seems less accurate and less targeted towards employees who will be given annual bonuses. This study aims to build a decision support system to determine the best employees using the TOPSIS method to make it easier for owners and managers to determine the best employees. The data processing method in this study is the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method. The criteria used in this research are attendance, work attitude, responsibility, discipline, cooperation and creativity. From the results of the tests, it concluded that the blackbox testing process was successful. The results of this study are a decision support system to determine the best employees at the Yogi Banyumas store.

Abstract

Waste is a problem in big cities in Indonesia, including in the Special Region of Yogyakarta which has a high population. In addition, the large tourism potential triggers waste problems that are often experienced by the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The average increase in waste reaches 11.53% per year. This causes an imbalance in the ability to manage the waste system in the province. To overcome this, an analysis is needed to project waste generation to support waste management strategies and processes. This research uses the CRISP-DM framework to facilitate the stages of analysis and effective and efficient decision making. The data used is a time series of waste generation per year in tons from districts or cities from 2016 to 2022. The model used to make predictions is the ARIMA model. This model was chosen because it is suitable for time series analysis and is the most commonly used model. The result of this prediction is that the projected waste generation from 2023 to 2025 in each district or city in the Special Region of Yogyakarta has increased significantly. Based on the ARIMA model, it is projected that the average waste generation of DIY Province will increase from a total of 638 thousand tons in 2022 to 642 thousand tons in 2023, and is expected to continue to increase by 5-7 thousand tons per year.

Abstract

Currently, mental health is an unresolved mental health problem both at the national and international levels. Mental health disorders are conditions where a person has difficulty in adjusting to the conditions around them. Mental Health is an important aspect of overall health. Efforts to maintain and improve it can help a person achieve better well-being in everyday life.  This research aims to conduct Early Prediction Analysis related to mental health problems experienced by students by measuring the accuracy level of the analysis. This research was conducted using the CART (Classification and Regression Trees) and KNN (K-Nearest Neighbor) algorithms with a set of Mental Health Datasets consisting of 11 attributes and 101 data.  The data is processed using the Weka Application and the accuracy results of each algorithm are obtained, amounting to 94.0594% for the CART Algorithm and 91.0891% for the KNN Algorithm. From this achievement, it can be concluded that the performance of the CART and KNN algorithms falls into the Excellent Classification category. Judging from the accuracy obtained, the CART algorithm has a higher accuracy value than the KNN algorithm, so the CART algorithm has a high performance for analyzing early prediction of mental health of students who do not take steps in seeking mental health support.

Abstract

Desa XYZ menerapkan Teknologi Informasi dalam menunjang proses bisnis pemerintahan desa, khususnya dalam proses pelayanan administrasi yaitu adanya aplikasi SINYAMAS. Saat ini aplikasi tersebut sering mengalami kendala aplikasi tidak dapat dibuka sehingga sering menggunakan cara konvensional dengan memasukkan data kedalam komputer atau mencatat proses pelayanan secara manua ketika sistem tidak dalam berjalanl. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, maka dibutuhkan perencanaan arsitektur enterprise guna mengetahui secara detail proses bisnis beserta tahapannya serta mengintegrasikan sistem informasi yang lebih baik dan efektif. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah TOGAF ADM dengan menggunakan empat tahap yaitu arsitektur visi, arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur sistem informasi dan aristektur teknologi. Hasil penelitian ini telah dibuat perancangan arsitektur enterprise desa XYZ berdasarkan kesesuaian antara kebutuhan arsitektur dengan arsitektur yang direkomendasikan melalui analisis requirement management dengan empat tahap TOGAF ADM.

Abstract

The creation of scientific works is inseparable from the activities of searching, processing, and citing existing information. Mistakes in obtaining information or citing from literary sources will result in significant problems. Accusations of plagiarism and even legal action can be taken against individuals who produce scientific articles with the label of plagiarism. The writing methods or the use of citation management tools are still not optimal in reducing the level of plagiarism. The knowledge and awareness of writers about the importance of preserving and respecting the works of others become crucial to understand. Training becomes an effective solution to enhance the knowledge and awareness of writers about the importance of preserving and respecting the works of others, which are intellectual properties. The method used in the training involved lectures and discussions, integrating the material into the Information Technology Ethics, Regulation, and Cyber Law course. After the community service activities were conducted, it can be concluded that 79% of students felt an increase in knowledge regarding the dangers and importance of avoiding plagiarism, and the community service activities were effective in providing education and understanding to the students.

Abstract

Carica ialah tanaman khas di Dataran Tinggi Dieng. Tanaman ini mulai memberi peluang keuntungan sejak buahnya bisa diolah menjadi berbagai produk. Walaupun dalam pengolahan membutuhkan waktu yang sangat lama, tetapi pengolahan carica banyak diminati masyarakat di kawasan Dieng. Banyak wisatawan berdatangan untuk mencoba makanan khas dari Dieng ini menjadikan penghasilan semakin banyak, tapi banyak juga dari penjual carica yang ada di Dieng tidak menjalankan pembukuan laporan penjualan. Namun, variasi yang signifikan dalam hasil penjualan memaksa industri ini untuk menyusun strategi guna menghindari kerugian yang disebabkan oleh tingginya tingkat persaingan. Dalam permasalahan ini, penerapan klasifikasi bisa menjadi rekomendasi untuk memprediksi penjualan Carica di wilayah Dataran Tinggi Dieng. Salah satu metode yang dipergunakan pada studi ini ialah Data Mining dengan mempergunakan algoritma klasifikasi data mining C4.5. Untuk memprediksi penjualan carica di masa depan, data yang diperlukan mencakup merk carica, jenis kemasan, stok penjualan, stok yang terjual, sisa stok, serta harga. Studi ini bertujuan untuk membantu para penjual carica dalam memprediksi penjualan mereka, studi ini juga bertujuan untuk mengolah informasi agar menghasilkan data yang berguna serta bisa memberi wawasan baru. Hasil studi memperlihatkan jika penggunaan algoritma C4.5 bisa memprediksi penjualan carica dengan akurasi senilai 91,6%.

Abstract

This study evaluates the implementation of data security and privacy mechanisms in the Catatmak mobile application, a local personal finance tool. It addresses the increasing risks associated with the handling of sensitive user data, particularly in digital financial platforms used by the general public. A qualitative method was employed, using semi-structured interviews with the main developer of the app, who also oversees the system’s technical infrastructure. The interview explored data collection policies, encryption and authentication mechanisms, as well as role-based access control. In parallel, static and dynamic security assessments were conducted using Mobile Security Framework (MobSF) and the OWASP Application Security Verification Standard (ASVS). Results indicate that Catatmak enforces key security practices including HTTPS encryption, OTP-based login, encrypted cloud storage, and RBAC-based access segmentation. Despite these efforts, user-related vulnerabilities remain dominant, particularly weak password habits and careless sharing of OTP codes. The developer emphasized that “most threats don’t come from hackers, but from users giving away their own credentials.” As a result, the study recommends the integration of two-factor authentication (2FA), user security education, and the adoption of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles. These insights are expected to inform the development of more secure financial apps within the Indonesian digital ecosystem.

Abstract

Digital transformation within the governmental sector has accelerated the wide use of information systems for the support of public services and administrative efficiency. However, this development has also introduced serious challenges of information security that are often overlooked by local governments. The purpose of this research is to identify and assess the risk of IT security at Kabupaten Purbalingga’s Department of Communication and Information . The research is to be conducted using the qualitative descriptive approach based on the OCTAVE-S method. Data collection will involve direct observation of IT infrastructure and a thorough interview with the technical personnel responsible for information systems. From the analysis conducted, it can be concluded that DINKOMINFO has serious threats such as defacement attacks, DDoS, and internal vulnerabilities due to the use of weak credentials. Without a strong security policy, these weaknesses will only become more widespread, not much different from the current resource limitations. Therefore, the best solution that can be implemented in the long term is the implementation of a Security Operation Center or SOC, adaptive security policies, and cybersecurity awareness and training. Abstract

Permasalahan teknis pada sistem Computer-Based Test (CBT) di MAN 2 Banyumas berupa ketidakstabilan server, kerusakan sistem selama pelaksanaan ujian, serta pengelolaan akses yang belum optimal telah diidentifikasi oleh pihak institusi. Akan tetapi, penelusuran terhadap akar permasalahan tersebut belum dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan yang terstruktur. Berbagai faktor seperti ketergantungan yang terlalu tinggi terhadap satu orang administrator, terbatasnya standard operating procedure (SOP), serta absennya sistem monitoring masih berupa asumsi tanpa adanya konfirmasi objektif mengenai kemampuan proses teknologi informasi. Dalam rangka menyajikan analisis berdasarkan standar yang dapat diukur, penelitian ini menganalisis level kematangan layanan teknologi informasi menggunakan framework ITIL V3 pada ranah Service Operation (Event, Incident, Problem, Access Management) secara kuantitatif. Metode survei dengan skala Likert yang melibatkan 304 pengguna CBT, diperkuat dengan wawancara mendalam, diimplementasikan untuk mengidentifikasi gap antara praktik operasional aktual dengan standar ITIL V3. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan disparitas yang signifikan: Incident Management level 4 (Managed) dan Access Management level 4 (Managed) telah meraih kematangan, sementara Event Management level 3 (Defined) dan Problem Management level 3 (Defined) diidentifikasi sebagai pusat kelemahan sistem. Secara keseluruhan, kematangan level 3 (Defined) membuktikan bahwa eksistensi dokumentasi prosedur tidak disertai dengan kemampuan preventif penting seperti monitoring secara real-time dan analisis akar permasalahan yang menyebabkan gangguan berulang secara fundamental. Hasil riset ini menyediakan gambaran objektif mengenai kapabilitas layanan TI berdasarkan ITIL V3 yang dapat dijadikan rujukan bagi MAN 2 Banyumas dalam meningatkan layanan CBT menuju level Optimized.
