Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, motivasi kerjaterhadap kinerja akuntan pemerintah. Pada penelitian ini terdiri dari empat variabel yaitu: satuvariabel dan 3 variabel bebas. Variabel-variabel tersebut antara lain adalah: kinerja akuntan (Y),gaya kepemimpinan (X1), budaya organisasi (X2) dan Motivasi kerja (X3). Penelitian dilakukan padakantor BPKP dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 32 responden dengan cara memberi respondenkuisioner. Data penelitian dianalisi dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPPS 17.0, juga dilakukanpengujian asumsi klasik guna mendapatkan tingkat presesi yang tinggi dari model yang digunakan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan,budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja ketiga variabel ini semuanya berpengaruh secara positif dansignifikan terhadap kinerja akuntan. Jadi. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa gayakepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja yang tepat dan efektif mampu meningkatkan kinerjaakuntan.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT.Tasma puja, Kampar Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision, work discipline and occupational health safety (K3) on employee productivity at PT Tasma Puja, Kampar Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The types of data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data with a total of 126 people and a sample of 51 respondents. Sampling was carried out using the census method. The analysis used in this study was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS version 25. The results showed that partially the (t) test found that the variables of Supervision, Work Discipline and Occupational Health Safety (K3) had a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Productivity at PT. Tasma Puja, Kampar Regency. Simultaneously test (F) it is known that the variables of supervision, Work Discipline and Occupational Health Safety (K3) together have a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Productivity at PT.Tasma Puja Kampar Regency. Meanwhile, based on the results of the calculation of the Determination Coefficient, the R Square value is 0.770, which means that the effect of Work Discipline and Health Safety (K3) on Employee Productivity is 77%. While the remaining 23% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study was focused on identifying the increase in student creativity in project-based learning in classes that use the Simurelay application with classes that use powerpoint as a learning medium, and there are significant differences between the two classes. The research method used in this study is a quasi-experiment with a non-equivalent control group design of a design. This study involved the population of students in class XI TITL SMK YPM 1 Taman Sidoarjo. The research sample of 76 students was divided into 38 students in the control class and 38 in the control class who were selected with the purposive sampling technique. The data collection instrument was in the form of 30 multiple-choice questions. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive and inferential analysis. The results of data analysis showed that there was an increase in creativity before and after being treated in the experimental class with an average score of 19.79 with the category of moderately creative while in the control class obtained an average score of 15.18 with the category of non-creative. There was a significant difference in creativity between the two classes with (t-count = 6.8778 > t-table = 1.993) at a significance level of 5%. The application of the PjBL learning model assisted by Simurelay in the category is quite effective in increasing the creativity of students in class XI TITL SMK YPM 1 Taman Sidoarjo. In this study, students showed an excellent response after the learning model was applied.

Abstract

Abstract–Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesehatan mental melalui pengukuran persepsi tingkat stres dengan menggunakan teknologi sistem informasi berbasis instrumen Perceived Stress Scale (PSS). Pengukuran stres yang efektif menjadi aspek penting dalam memantau kesehatan mental, terutama dalam upaya pencegahan dan penanganan dini gangguan stres. Sistem informasi yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini dirancang untuk memudahkan pengguna mengakses dan mengukur tingkat stres secara mandiri, cepat dan fleksibel. Metodologi penelitian melibatkan beberapa tahapan, yaitu analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi dan pengujian. Instrumen PSS yang digunakan terdiri dari tiga varian PSS, yaitu PSS-14, PSS-10 dan PSS-4 dengan kategori tingkat stres rendah, stres sedang dan stres tinggi. Hasil penelitian menggunakan PSS-14 menunjukkan perempuan masuk ke dalam kategori stres tinggi, sedangkan laki-laki msuk ke dalam kategori stres rendah dan sedang. Dengan metode PSS-10 dihasilkan bahwa perempuan masuk dalam kategori stres rendah dan tinggi dan laki-laki masuk dalam kategori stres sedang. Metode PSS-4 menunjukkan bahwa perempuan masuk dalam kategori stres rendahdan tinggi, sementara laki-laki masuk ke dalam kategori stres sedang. Kategori stres rendah dengan nilai lebih tinggi dapat dikatakan memiliki kesehatan mental yang baik, sebaliknya persentase tinggi pada kategori stres tinggi menunjukkan kesehatan mental yang kurang baik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa instrumen PSS dapat menghasilkan analisis yang cukup baik dalam mengukur tingkat stres secara langsung.Keywords – Kesehatan Mental, PSS-14, PSS-10, PSS-4, Stres

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, organizational behavior, and competence on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Novotel Hotel Pekanbaru. The research population in this study was the Novotel Hotel employees, numbering as many as 135 people. The research sample was taken from as many as 57 people using the Slovin formula, for a total sample of 57 people. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire about work discipline, organizational behavior, and performance competence, which was then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study are that: (1) there is a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance. This means that the higher the employee's work discipline, the higher the performance of the Novotel Pekanbaru Hotel employees. (2) There is an effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. This means that the higher the employee's organizational commitment, the higher the performance of the Novotel Pekanbaru Hotel employees. (3) Employee competence has an impact on the performance of Novotel Hotel employees. This means that the higher an employee's competence, the better their performance. (4) Simultaneously, there is a significant influence between work discipline, organizational commitment, and employee competence on the performance of Novotel Pekanbaru Hotel employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work stress on employee organizational commitment through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Kantor Pusat. The population in this study are all employees of PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Kantor Pusat as many as 375 people. By using the slovin formula, the number of samples used in this study was 195 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire distribution method. Data analysis used in this research is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that workload has a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Kantor Pusat. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Kantor Pusat. Workload has a negative and significant effect on employee organizational commitment at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Kantor Pusat. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Kantor Pusat.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan stres kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening di PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Kantor Pusat. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Kantor Pusat sebanyak 375 orang. Dengan menggunakan rumus slovin di-peroleh jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 195 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Kantor Pusat. Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Kantor Pusat. Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan di PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Kantor Pusat. Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan di PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Kantor Pusat. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signif-ikan terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan di PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Kantor Pusat. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Indrillco Bakti Duri. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu non probability sampling; convenience sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 orang karyawan pada PT. Indrillco Bakti Duri. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan jenis Partial Least Squares (PLS) menggunakan software Smart- PLS versi 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Secara parsial variabel Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Motivasi dan Kepuasan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of rewards and punishment on employee performance with employee motivation as an intervening variable at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Regional Office Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used in this research is probability sampling with a sample size of 115 employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Regional Office Pekanbaru. The analysis technique used in this research uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with Partial Least Squares (PLS) using Smart-PLS software version 3.0. The research results show that rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Punishment has a positive effect and is significant on employee performance. Rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Punishment has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Motivation is able to mediate the influence of reward and punishment on performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know and understand three important studies in the philosophy of science, namely ontology, epistemology, and axiology. Which Until now the study of philosophy of science is still the main concern. The existence of a philosophy of science that results from thinking activities is a pillar of civilization. where humans find themselves, understand the meaning of life, and live a more ideal life. This study reviews previous studies such as journal articles, books, and other academic sources that address similar topics to gain a better understanding of Science in Philosophy Review: Axiology, Ontology, and Epistemology. With the results, the three main components of the study of philosophy of science are ontology, epistemology, and axiology, as mentioned earlier. It has a very important role to understand the philosophy of science as a whole.
