Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) sector. Although the pandemic has caused most sectors to experience huge losses, SFC Dobel Tree as one of the MSMEs in Bojonegoro Regency is able to survive and be able to develop its business until after the pandemic. The right marketing strategy is important for MSMEs to maintain their existence. Therefore, this study was conducted to evaluate the Marketing Mix Strategy used by SFC Dobel Tree after the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to describe the Marketing Mix carried out by SFC Dobel Tree after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with interview techniques and direct observation. The results showed that SFC Dobel Tree implemented through segmenting, targeting, and positioning (STP) to target its target market and implemented its marketing strategy by establishing a marketing mix and successfully overcoming challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic. The strategy includes product, promotion, people, process and physical evidence.

Abstract

Malang Regency is a major contributor to high divorce cases in East Java. One of the causes of divorce is poor communication, resulting in prolonged conflict. This study reveals the role of interpersonal communication in maintaining harmonious marital relationships in pre-elderly couples. This research method is qualitative descriptive by interviewing couples in Dampit District, Malang Regency who have been married for over 25 years and divorced couples. The results show that elements of openness, empathy, positive attitudes, support, and equality play a role in maintaining harmony in couples. Affection, sincerity, acceptance, and mutual respect are also important factors. Meanwhile, poor communication triggers social depenetration, leading to divorce. This study shows that openness in communication can maintain intimacy and the continuity of relationships in the long term. Kabupaten Malang menjadi kontributor besar dalam kasus perceraian tinggi di Jawa Timur.  Salah satu penyebab perceraian yakni komunikasi yang tidak berjalan baik sehingga terjadi konflik berkepanjangan. Penelitian ini mengungkap peran komunikasi interpersonal dalam menjaga keharmonisan hubungan perkawinan pada pasangan pra-lanjut usia. Metode penelitian ini kualitatif deskriptif dengan mewawancarai pasangan di Kec. Dampit, Kab. Malang yang telah menikah diatas 25 tahun serta pasangan cerai. Hasil menunjukkan unsur keterbukaan, empati, sikap positif, dukungan, dan kesetaraan berperan dalam menjaga keharmonisan pasangan. Kasih sayang, keikhlasan, penerimaan, dan saling menghormati juga menjadi faktor penting. Sementara itu, komunikasi buruk memicu depenetrasi sosial sehingga berujung pada perceraian. Penelitian ini menunjukkm bahwa keterbukaan dalam komunikasi dapat menjaga intimasi dan kelangsungan hubungan dalam jangka panjang

Abstract

Karang Taruna is one of the community organizations focused on social affairs in society. Bendo Village, Blitar City, is one of the areas with potential for developing young community potential. Bendo Village already has a youth community called Karang Taruna. However, Karang Taruna in Bendo Village faces challenges that can hinder its development. One such challenge is the lack of ability to conduct organizational marketing or Personal branding through social media. To address this, videography-based Personal branding training was conducted with the aim of providing new understanding and skills to Karang Taruna in Bendo Village. The implementation method in this community service consists of preparation, briefing, training implementation, and monitoring evaluation. The Personal branding training conducted received a positive response from Karang Taruna members. With this positive response, it is hoped that in future activities, Karang Taruna in Bendo Village can further develop and improve their ability to conduct videography-based Personal branding on social media.

Abstract

Kedai Kopi Abah is one of the SMEs that has good business development potensial in Blitar City because it has a strategic location in the middle of the busy center of Blitar City. However, there are challenge that must be faced by Kedai Kopi Abah namely that the use of social media as a digital marketing platform is still not optimal. This Community Service Program was conducted using training and socialization methods aimed directly at managers of Kedai Kopi Abah. This training and socialization activity takes the form of optimizing rebranding and strengthening digital marketing communications at Kedai Kopi Abah with the aim of improving the skills of Kedai Kopi Abah managers in producing interesting content on Instagram account. This training activity can attract a positive response from participants who attended the training and socialization on optimizing rebranding and strengthening digital marketing communication at Kedai Kopi Abah.

Abstract

This study aims to understand how audiences perceive bullying scenes depicted in the Korean drama series Boyhood. The drama portrays various forms of bullying experienced by the main character, Jang Byeong Tae, which reflect social phenomena that also occur in Indonesia. This research employs a qualitative approach using reception analysis based on Stuart Hall’s encoding/decoding theory. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with nine informants who had watched the entire series. The findings reveal that audience reception falls into three categories: dominant-hegemonic, negotiated, and oppositional readings. Most informants expressed empathy toward the bullying victim and regarded the drama as a reflective medium to raise awareness about bullying issues. However, some informants felt that the physical violence scenes were exaggerated and less relevant to the Indonesian context. This research is expected to serve as a reference for media scholars and content creators in presenting social issues more responsibly.

Abstract

This study analyzes the artificial intimacy that forms between the players and the love interest character in Love and Deep Space, an innovative 3D visual otome game for young women. In the evolving landscape of online gaming, human-AI interaction has given rise to a new form of digital intimacy. Artificial intimacy, defined as intimacy with AI programmed to be responsive and affective, is built through AI personalization features that enable characters to respond to players deeply, cultivating feelings of being understood, valued, and validated. utilizing the Human-Machine Communication (HMC) framework, which views machines as active communicators, this study is unique due to its focus on Love and Deepspace, a sophisticated and new game and its application of HMC theory to examine the formation of emotional attachment and intimacy, as well as their impact on players real lives.

Abstract

Desa Pabean adalah destinasi wisata pesisir yang terletak di Kecamatan Dringu, Kabupaten Probolinggo. Desa ini menawarkan keindahan Pantai Tonggu, yang memberikan peluang bisnis besar bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) lokal. Namun, UMKM di Desa Pabean saat ini lebih banyak menjual produk mereka dengan menitipkannya di minimarket sekitar, sehingga jangkauan pemasaran mereka terbatas pada pengunjung yang datang ke daerah tersebut. Untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar, pemasaran digital sangat dibutuhkan. Melalui program UPN Mengabdi, akan diberikan dukungan untuk digitalisasi pemasaran produk UMKM. Inisiatif ini akan dimulai dengan sosialisasi tentang pemasaran digital, diikuti dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam membuat platform e-commerce untuk pemasaran, serta dukungan yang berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini ditutup dengan evaluasi pengujian sistem untuk memastikan kesesuaian aplikasi dengan kebutuhan UMKM Desa Pabean.  Metode pengujian yang digunakan adalah blackbox. Pengujian blackbox bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa fungsi aplikasi berjalan baik sesuai dengan fungsinya. Sementara itu, evaluasi kegunaan sistem dilakukan menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS). SUS berfungsi untuk menilai seberapa efektif sistem digunakan oleh para responden. Hasil pengujian SUS diperoleh dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 10 responden dari beberapa UMKM di desa Pabean. Dari hasil kuesioner, dihitung nilai rata-rata yang kemudian diklasifikasikan dalam tiga kategori. Nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh adalah 82,25, yang termasuk dalam kategori acceptable. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, sistem dinilai dapat diterima dengan baik, mudah digunakan, dan membantu mempermudah proses transaksi penjualan. Rata-rata nilai dari 10 responden yang menguji sistem tersebut adalah 82,25, yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini memiliki tingkat kegunaan yang baik berdasarkan Skala Usabilitas Sistem (SUS).
