Abstract

The situation of lack of oxygen supply to cells and tissues is often not realized by many people (hypoxia). Hypoxia can occur in various situations in life. The main effect of hypoxia is the effect on the brain, so the body will do everything it can to restore the state of homeostasis. HIF-1α protein is a marker of hypoxic conditions. HIF-1α regulates the synthesis of many genes to maintain and restore body homeostasis from hypoxia to normoxia. This study was a descriptive study with cross-sectional design. The sample of this study were six swimming athletes with a 12-19 year age range who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The HIF-1α protein is measured by the ELISA method. Data were analyzed statistically. The results showed higher levels of HIF-1α after anaerobic exercise than the levels of HIF-1α before and after aerobic exercise. This is greatly influenced by the intensity of the exercise carried out. This proves that cellular adaptation to hypoxia is more stable in aerobic exercise, where the body's metabolism during aerobic exercise is more stable

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out different impacts of the teaching methods; practice style and command style. This research is conducted in the Faculty of Sports Science, State University of Padang during the academic year of 2010/2011. The applied research method is an experimental method. The sample consists of 40 (college) students who are divided into 4 groups of 10 persons. The data analysis technique is performed by a two-ways variance analysis followed by the tukey test at the significance level = 0, 05. The results of this research are: 1) in all aspects, the skill of butterfly stroke by the teaching method of command style is better than the practice style, 2) for the students with high motor skills, the skill of butterfly stroke by the teaching method of practice style is better than the command style, and 3) for the students with low motor skills, the skill of butterfly stroke by the teaching method of command style is better than the practice style. Keywords: teaching methods of practice style and command style; motoric abilities; the skill of butterfly stroke.

Abstract

This study plans to decide the nature of the free-form swimming method. This examination is a sort of unmistakable exploration. The populace in this study were all swimming competitors from Tirta Kaluang Padang, adding up to 13 individuals. Abstract

The problem in this study is the decline in swimming sports achievement in Sarolangun Regency, as seen from the acquisition of medals at the PorProv Jambi event for the last three periods. CIPP model. The purpose of this study is of course to evaluate the swimming sports achievement coaching program at PRSI Sarolangun Regency.This type of research is qualitative, the research method used is program evaluation with the CIPP model. For informants, namely the management, trainers, and the chairman of BimPres. Collecting data through observation, interviews, documentation. The results of the evaluation show that, (1)the context aspect, the coaching program carried out aims to produce high-achieving athletes, both at the regional, provincial, national and even international levels. This is already relevant to the Vision and Mission of PRSI. (2)input aspect, there is a written management structure, already has a coach who is certified or already has a license, lots of good potential to become a swimming athlete, it's just that interest is lacking, facilities and infrastructure are already available but need maintenance and renewal, no there is funding transparency, and there are no written planning documents and training programs (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly as well as training manuals). (3)the process aspect, there are no small clubs for the athlete regeneration process only taking from O2SN activities, there is no written preparation of the coach in the implementation of training weight training which is given not based on coaching knowledge only refers to the coach's experience who was formerly a swimming athlete, and (4)Product aspects, achievements at the Jambi PorProv event which he attended in 2012, 2015 and 2018.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengungkap pengaruh metode pembelajaran bermain, metode pembelajaran demonstrasi dan motivasi belajar keterampilan dasar bolavoli mini peserta ekstrakurikuler SDN 09 Lanai Sinuangon Kabupaten Pasaman. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen yang menggunakan rancangan treatment by Level 2 x 2, yaitu suatu eksperimen factorial yang menyangkut dua faktor. Populasi adalah seluruh siswa ekstrakurikuler bolavoli di SDN 09. Sampel penelitian ini adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler SDN 09 yang berjumlah 40 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling. Data Motivasi Belajar diukur menggunakan tes Angket Motivasi Belajar, dan untuk mengukur keterampilan dasar bolavoli mini menggunakan tes keterampilan dasar bolavoli mini, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pengujian persyaratan analisis varians dan analisis varians (ANOVA) 2 x 2. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: (a) terdapat pengaruh kelompok metode pembelajaran bermain dan metode pembelajaran demonstrasi terhadap keterampilan dasar bolavoli mini peserta ekstrakurikuler SD Negeri 09 Lanai Sinuangon. (b) Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan, terhadap metode pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar  kategori tinggi terhadap keterampilan dasar bolavoli mini peserta ekstrakurikuler SD Negeri 09 Lanai Sinuangon. (c) Tidak terdapat interaksi antara metode pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar terhadap keterampilan dasar bolavoli mini peserta ekstrakurikuler SD Negeri 09 Lanai Sinuangon. Kesimpulan  terdapat pengaruh secara keseluruhan pembelajaran bermain, Demonstrasi, dan Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Keterampilan dasar bolavoli mini Peserta ekstrakurikuler SDN 09 Lanai Sinuangon Kabupaten Pasaman.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the lack of youth athletes representing POPDA in Kab. Kampar due to the difficulty of teachers assessing youth athletes to take part in regional championships, especially basketball. The aim is to determine the validity of developing a web-based self-assessment application and to determine the reliability of the developed self-assessment application. This type of research is RnD using the ADDIE model. The subjects in this study were students of SMKN 1 Bangkinang Kota, taking samples by random sampling and the number of samples was 32 students. The data collection instrument used expert validation questionnaires, documentation, and basketball shooting tests. The data analysis technique used was the Aiken rater score analysis. The results of this study were that filling out a questionnaire by basketball experts obtained a value of 1,000 with a very valid category, measurement test experts obtained a value of 0.840 with a high category, material curriculum experts obtained a value of 0.932 in a high category and evaluation expert obtained a value of 0.932 in a high category with a reliability test result of 0.868 with reliable category. From the trial, it was found that 24 out of 32 students had succeeded in reaching the school KKM limit of 75. It can be concluded that the basketball shooting self-assessment application is valid and reliable and can be used as an assessment medium used by PJOK teachers in assessing students.

Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, dan guru PJOK, dan peserta didik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan Dokumentasi, Observasi, dan Wawancara. Data analisis deskriptif dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kulitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan evaluasi Context, materi pembelajaran yang digunakan relevan dengan kurikum 2013, namun teknis pelaksanaan tidak terlaksana secara keseluruhan; Input menunjukan latar belakang pendidikan guru sesuai dengan kualifikasi guru PJOK dan latar belakang peserta didik sudah mampu melaksanakan pembelajaran, sarana prasaran PJOK yang menunjang aktivitas di air sama sekali tidak disediakan sekolah. Process meliputi pelaksanaan pembelajaran PJOK sudah berjalan cukup baik; Product hasil belajar peserta didik dan nilai rerata kelas sudah di kategori cukup Baik; Outcome yaitu dampak untuk peserta didik pentingnya pembelajaran PJOK untuk kesehatan dan kehidupan sehari-hari. Secara umum program pembelajaran telah berpedoman pada (BSNP), akan tetapi belum sepenuhnya sesuai standar nasional pendidikan, yang meliputi kesesuain pelaksanan pembelajaran dengan RPP yang disampaikan, sarana dan prasarana PJOK materi aktivitas di air masih kurang memadai, serta pelaksanaan dan cara pemberian nilai pembelajaran PJOK juga belum sesuai standar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the physical education learning program for sports and water activities at SMP Negeri 14 Pekanbaru using an evaluation approach to the Context, Input, Process, Product, and Outcome (CIPPO) model. The subjects of this study were the principal, and (SPEH) teachers, and students. Data collection is done by Documentation, Observation, and Interview. Descriptive analysis data were analyzed by qualitative descriptive technique. The results showed that the evaluation of the context, the learning materials used were relevant to the 2013 curriculum, but the technical implementation was not carried out as a whole; The input shows the educational background of the teacher in accordance with the qualifications of the SPEH teacher and the background of the students being able to carry out learning, the SPEH infrastructure facilities that support activities in the water are not provided by the school. The process includes the implementation of SPEH learning that has been going quite well; The product of student learning outcomes and the average class value are in the good enough category; Outcome is the impact on students the importance of learning PJOK for health and daily life.
