Abstract

Olahraga renang merupakan olahraga yang cukup digemari dikalangan mahasiswa departemen kepelatihan. Olahraga renang memiliki banyak Teknik yang perlu dikusai. Salah satu teknik tersebut adalah berenang dengan gaya-kupu-kupu yang dapat dikatakan cukup sulit untuk dilakukan oleh para mahasiswa maupun masyarakat awan yang baru belajar berenang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan renang gaya kupu-kupu mahasiswa departemen kepelatihan. Metode yang digunakan dalam Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 11 orang mahasiswa yang sedang mengambil mata kuliah renang pendalaman. Penilaian terhadap keterampilan renang gaya-kupu-kupu dilakukan oleh tiga orang penilai yang merupakan ahli dibidang olahraga renang. Data yang diperoleh dari penilaian para juri dianalisis dengan statistis deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keterampilan renang mahasiswa departemen kepelatihan masih berada pada kategori cukup. Penelitian ini memberikan informasi kepada para dosen, pelatih dan mahasiswa itu sendiri bahwa kemampuan mereka masih perlu ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan metode yang tepat dimasa mendatang.

Abstract

Training programs in supporting an achievement are factors that need to be considered. The impact of these factors will result in the quality and quantity of skills possessed by athletes. This study aims to determine the effect of extensive interval training, intensive interval training, and motivation on the speed of swimming 50 meters freestyle of Agam Regency swimming athletes. This research method uses a quasi-experimental method that uses a treatment design by Level 2x2. The sample of this study was 16 Agam Regency swimming athletes. Swimming athletes' motivation data were measured using questionnaires to measure the speed of swimming 50 meters freestyle using the speed test of swimming speed 50 meters freestyle. Data analysis using two-path ANAVA at significance level α=0.05 and Shapiro-Wilk Sig. normality test 0.05 and continued with the Tukey test. The results of the data analysis showed that: (1) There is an overall difference in freestyle 50-meter swimming speed between the extensive interval training method and the intensive interval training method (Sig. 0.00 0.05) (2) There is an interaction between the interval training method and the motivation to train at the speed of the 50-meter freestyle swimming (Sig. 0.00 0.05) (3) In the highly trained training group, the extensive interval method is more effective than the intensive interval method (Sig. 0.003 0.05) (4) In the group that Having low training motivation, extensive exercise methods could not be different from the intensive interval method group (Sig. 0.057 0.05). So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of extensive interval training, intensive intervals, and training motivation on the speed of athletes swimming 50 meters freestyle.

Abstract

Achievement coaching is a program that has high value for an athlete, with the existence of achievement coaching can improve the quality possessed by an athlete. The low football achievements of Askab PSSI Kerinci can be seen from the medal tally of the last two periods of Porprov and the Jambi Governor's Cup. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the football achievement coaching program at Askab PSSI Kerinci. This type of research is qualitative using the CIPP model. The samples from this study were the chairman of KONI Kerinci Regency, PSSI Askab Board, coaches and athletes. Data collection through observation, interview and documentation using Data analysis in this study is uses divided into three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The evaluation results show that (1) The context aspect of the Askab PSSI Kerinci coaching program has a written management structure that has been approved by the Jambi PSSI Asprov (2) The input aspect, the trainer has an AFC C license and has a training program, but the completeness of facilities and infrastructure is inadequate and still below the established standards (3) Process aspect, the implementation of the training program is in accordance with the design made by the trainer but the short implementation time of 2-3 weeks makes the training program not running effectively (4) Product aspect, getting 2nd place at the 2019 Pre-Porprov event and the 2020 Governor's Cup.

Abstract

Pembinaan Olahraga Bagi Siswa peserta pelatihan dan pembinaan  sangat penting untuk mengarahkan bakat serta minat para siswa peserta pelatihan dan pembinaan tepatnya di kegiatan Olahraga terutama cabang olahraga renang, sehingga para peserta pelatihan dan pembinaan  dapat memanfaatkan waktu kosong setelah sekolah dengan kegiatan  keolahragaan  yang  baik  dan  sebagai  tempat  untuk  lebih  mengembangkan keahlian renang, kebugaran, dan kesehatan. Adapun pelatihan dan pembinaan keterampilan renang juga dapat mempersiapkan siswa peserta pelatihan dan pembinaan, masyarakat khususnya generasi muda merancang keterampilan dan kebugaran jasmani secara umum dan menyeluruh dan kekhususan, yang berarti menyertakan siswa untuk dapat ikut berkompetisi dan bersaing dalam prestasi olahraga, serta mengembangkan keahlian renang terbaiknya untuk berupaya mencapainya, serta olahraga renang dapat timbul dan digemari oleh masyarakat dengan siswa peserta pelatihan dan pembinaan   untuk mengembangkan keahlian renang, kebugaran, dan kesehatan. Dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pembinaan PKM  ini kami berkeinginan untuk upaya menyampaikan untuk para siswa SD, SMP,dan SMA yang sudah dikoordinir menjadi Binaan PRSI Kota Solok untuk lebih   memahami sistematis latihan dan tahapan mulai dari gaya dalam renang serta teknik lanjutan untuk mereka para siswa dapat mengenal terjadinya insan yang dipersiapkan menjadi pelapis dan pesaing klub olahraga renang diluar sana. Selanjutnya agar terus memberikan pelatihan dan pembinaan terhadap perkembangan dan kemajuan olahraga pada khususnya cabang olahraga renang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the physical education learning program for sports and water activities at Junior High School 14 Pekanbaru using an evaluation approach to the Context, Input, Process, Product, and Outcome (CIPP) model. The subjects of this study were the principal, and (SPEH) teachers, and students. Data collection is done by Documentation, Observation, and Interview. Descriptive analysis data were analyzed by qualitative descriptive technique. The results showed that the evaluation of the context, the learning materials used were relevant to the 2013 curriculum, but the technical implementation was not carried out as a whole; The input shows the educational background of the teacher in accordance with the qualifications of the SPEH teacher and the background of the students being able to carry out learning, the SPEH infrastructure facilities that support activities in the water are not provided by the school. The process includes the implementation of SPEH learning that has been going quite well; The product of student learning outcomes and the average class value are in the good enough category; Outcome is the impact on students the importance of learning PJOK for health and daily life. In general, the learning program has been guided by (BSNP), but not yet fully in accordance with national education standards, which include conformity with the implementation of learning with the delivered lesson plans, PJOK facilities and infrastructure, water activity materials are still inadequate, as well as the implementation and method of giving SPEH learning scores. also not up to standard

Abstract

The problem in the research is motivated because the achievements of Indonesian Aquatic Federation swimming athletes have not been maximized. This is suspected, because the coaching program given to athletes is not running optimally. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the coaching program for the achievements of swimming athletes of the Indonesian Aquatic Federation (IAF) Solok City. The research method is CIPP model program evaluation research with informants of administrators, coaches and swimming athletes of IAF Solok City. Data collection was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that, (1) Context aspect, the coaching program carried out aims to produce athletes who excel in swimming, both at the Regional, Provincial and even National levels. (2) Input aspects, there is a written management structure, already has a certified or licensed coach, a lot of good potential to become a swimming athlete, there are no adequate facilities and infrastructure, and need to be renewed, and there are only short-term training planning documents that are not arranged as training programs, (3) Process aspects, there is a written coach preparation. The implementation of the training program provided is in accordance with what the coach has prepared. (4) Product aspects, the achievements of athletes in championships that are followed such as O2SN Provincial Level, BSC and HBSC time trials, NSC, Yogyakarta national students, Igornas Provincial Level, Kejurda, Riau open and Minangkabau open. There are changes in the attitude of athletes such as discipline, courtesy, sportsmanship and a sense of caring for one another.
