Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi dan pembelajaran organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di kantor dinas pangan kota Gorontalo. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak  47 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan penyebaran kuisioner, teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji statistic deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai sebesar 48,7 %. Sedangkan pembelajaran organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan  terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai sebesar 38,8 %. Dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 51,7%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 48,3%  dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteiti pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Environment and Work Stress on Employee Performance at the Gorontalo City Food Service. The sample in this study was 47 employees. The data analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing.The results of this study indicate that (1) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Gorontalo City Food Service by 54.5%. (2) Work Stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Gorontalo City Food Service by 3.41%. so partially the variables of work environment and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Gorontalo City Food Service. (3) Work Environment and Work Stress simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Gorontalo City Food Service with a determination coefficient of 57.9%. While the remaining 42.1% can be influenced by other variables not examined in this study such as competency factors, performance allowances, organizational commitment, organizational culture and performance training.

Abstract

Purpose: There are many ways to promote a business in the technology era. One of them is promotion and marketing using video content based on social media. Many studies have reported the importance of social media in supporting business marketing. However, few have studied the effectiveness of video content on social media to become increasingly modern applications in recent years. For this reason, we have identified what trends have inspired business people to promote their businesses using videos through social media content.Design/Methodology/Approach: This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. After collecting the data and analyzing it involving the data coding system, the core of the data, and concluding, the point is to get answers that answer the problems and enlarged studies with high validity.Findings: This study concluded that social media applications, especially videos, have become a very advanced trend to drive business, especially marketing and promotion because video applications are easy to prepare and attractive to the audience. Thus these results become reference material for further studies.

Abstract

Purpose: Employment plays a pivotal role in driving social and economic development, particularly in Gorontalo Province, which faces significant challenges in integrating university graduates into the labor market. This study focuses on analyzing the influence of internship experiences and social environment on the job readiness of graduates from Universitas Negeri Gorontalo who graduated between 2021 and 2023.Design/Methodology/Approach: This study employed a quantitative method with multiple regression analysis techniques. It involved 1,618 respondents who were graduates of Universitas Negeri Gorontalo from the 2021–2023 period.Findings: The findings indicate that while internship experiences have proven effective in providing relevant practical skills, the role of social networks, such as family and community support, has a more significant influence on graduates' readiness to enter the workforce. The study recommends that universities enhance the quality of internship programs through strategic partnerships with various industries, particularly those experiencing growth. Additionally, strengthening professional social networks for graduates is essential to support their transition into the labor market. Moving forward, further research is encouraged to explore other factors influencing job readiness, enabling more comprehensive and impactful solutions to be developed.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how much influence position rotation and work motivation have on employee work performance at the Class 1A Gorontalo Religious Court. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method, with a sample size of 30 employees, and this research was conducted at the Gorontalo Class 1A Religious Court. To process data obtained from respondents, researchers used the SPSS application. The results of this research show that partially the independent variables (position rotation and work motivation) are only the work motivation variables that have a positive and significant effect, while the position rotation variable has no effect on the dependent variable (work performance). This is proven by the results of the t test. Meanwhile, in the results of the f test simultaneously the independent variables (position rotation and work motivation) have an effect on the dependent variable (work performance). Then based on the results of the coefficient of determination test (R2), the R Square value is (0.737) or (73.7%). This value shows that 73.7% of the dependent variable (work performance) can be influenced by independent variables (position rotation and work motivation) and 26.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Employee Loyalty and Work-Life Balance on Work Productivity at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Yamaha 3S Division Ahmad Yani Gorontalo. The sample in this study is 35 employees. The approach in this study uses quantitative data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires (questionnaires). The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with analysis tools using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 26. Based on the results of the regression analysis of Employee Loyalty (X1), a significance value of 0.000 < from 0.05 and a t-value of 5.052 > t table 2.032, it can be concluded that the Employee Loyalty variable has a significant effect on Work Productivity. For Work Life Balance (X2), the significance value is 0.003 < from 0.05 and the t-value is calculated 3.236 > t table 2.032, it can be concluded that the Work-Life Balance variable has a significant effect on Work Productivity. Based on the results of the F test (simultaneous) that F calculated 19,129 > F table 3,284 and the significance value was 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the study show that 1) Employee Loyalty has a significant positive effect on Work Productivity. 2) Work Life Balance has a significant positive effect on Work Productivity. 3) Employee Loyalty and Work-Life Balance simultaneously have a significant positive effect on Work Productivity. The determination coefficient in this study has an effect of 0.738 or 73.8%. The remaining 26.2% were influenced by variables that were not studied in this study, such as job training, compensation, morale, and teamwork.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture on Development mediated by Self Efficacy (Study of Employees of the Gorontalo Ministry of Law and Human Rights Regional Office). The sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling with the technique taken, namely saturated sampling. The saturated sampling technique means that all members of the population are sampled, so that the sample used in this research is 121 employees. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The analytical test tool used to test this research is path analysis. The data analysis method uses the SPSS 27 application.. Based on the path analysis test, the results of this research show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on career development, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on career development, self-efficacy acts as a partial mediation between the relationship between organizational culture and employee career development. In this research, it is explained that the Career Development variable is 77.4% while the remaining 22.6% is influenced by other variables which were not researched and explained in this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Manajemen Talenta Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada CV Ira Stationery Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampling jenuh dan jumlah sampel 89 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS (21). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara statistik memenuhi kriteria hipotesisnya di mana H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima atau variabel Manajemen Talenta (X) berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dikarenakan t hitung 4,279 nilai t tabel 1,987, dengan tingkat signifikansi (Sig) 0,000 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa jika semakin baik manajemen talenta diterapkan maka akan semakin meningkat kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh desain kemasan secara parsial terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk Es Teh Indonesia di Kota Gorontalo, (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek secara parsial terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk Es Teh Indonesia di Kota Gorontalo.(3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh desain kemasan dan citra merek secara simultan atau bersama – sama terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk Es Teh Indonesia di Kota Gorontalo, Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pembeli produk Es Teh Indonesia di Kota Gorontalo. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi liner berganda dengan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Secara parsial variabel desain kemasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli dengan tingkat siginifikansi 0,000 0,05 dan nilai ttabel thitungyaitu 3.210 1,670. (2) Secara parsial variabel citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,0010,05 dan nilai y ttabelthitungyaitu 6.710 1,670. (3) Secara simultan disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel desain kemasan dan variabel citra merek mempengaruhi minat beli dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 0,05 dan nilai FtabelFhitungyaitu 62.073 3,16. Koefisien determinasi R square sebesar 0,685 artinya persentase kontribusi pengaruh desain kemasan dan variabel citra merek mempengaruhi minat beli sebesar 68,5%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pendidikan dan Pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 31 sampel di PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Cabang Gorontalo. Metode sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampel non probability sampling dan jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji parsial dan uji simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial Pendidikan (X1) terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (Y) ditunjukan dengan nilai t hitung 4.6561.699, Sedangkan Pelatihan (X2) berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (Y) dengan nilai t hitung 4,1611,699 Sedangkan hasil penelitian uji F menunjukan F hitung 15,985 F tabel 3,30 dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Artinya Pendidikan dan Pelatihan secara simultan mempengaruhi Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan di PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Cabang Gorontalo.
