Abstract

Abstract. The community would always expect to make the services hospitals can provide satisfactory services for every users who use them. Satisfaction is one main indicator of to monitor the quality of services. Satisfaction arising based on patients fulfill hope for services provided they received. Because of that need knowledge the quality of health services hospital and the level of patient satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to analyze relations the quality of health service hospital the level of satisfaction inpatients. Design research is correlational by adopting in cross sectional. Population in this research is parents whole inpatients at the hospital PKU Aisyiyah Boyolali. Sample consist of 30 people taken with the methods purposive sampling. Data tested use chi square with independent variable is the quality of health service consisting of: (1) variable of reliability; (2) variable of responsiveness; (3) variable of assurance; (4) variable of empathy, and (5) variable of tangible. While for dependent variable is the level of patient satisfaction. The results of the research indicated a significant relation between the quality of health service and the level of patient satisfaction. Quality of health services in the hospital PKU Aisyiyah Boyolali has affected satisfaction inpatients of 94.5%, while the balance is 5.5% influenced by the other factors.Keywords: Service quality,  patient satisfaction,  health service Abstrak. Masyarakat selalu mengharapkan agar pelayanan rumah sakit dapat memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan bagi setiap pengguna yang memanfaatkannya. Kepuasan merupakan salah satu indikator utama untuk memantau kualitas pelayanan. Kepuasan timbul berdasarkan terpenuhinya harapan pasien atas pelayanan yang diterimanya. Oleh karena itu perlunya mengetahui kualitas pelayanan kesehatan rumah sakit dan tingkat kepuasan pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk menganalisis hubungan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan rumah sakit dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat inap. Desain penelitian ini yaitu korelasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan secara cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah keseluruhan orang tua pasien anak rawat inap di rumah sakit PKU Aisyiyah Boyolali. Sampel terdiri dari 30 orang yang diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Data penelitian diuji menggunakan chi square dengan variabel bebas merupakan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang terdiri dari: (1) variabel kehandalan; (2) variabel daya tanggap; (3) variabel jaminan; (4) variabel empati; dan (5) variabel bukti fisik. Sedangkan untuk variabel terikatnya ialah tingkat kepuasan pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien. Kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit PKU Aisyiyah Boyolali telah mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien rawat inap sebesar 94.5%, sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 5.5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Abstract

Abstract. The accuracy of the medical terminology can be clear and informative for support by medical practitioner in the health. The purpose of this research to know the relationship between the accuracy of the main medical terminology diagnosis with the accuracy code cases of the disease in patients. The population in this research is document medical record inpatients cases of the years 2016 totaling 2919 documents, the sample done by means of systematical random sampling as many as 100 documents. The results of the research showed the accuracy of the writing of medical terminology about 56%, accurate code were 87 %, value p=0.103 >0.05. Conclusion that can be taken no relation between the accuracy of the terminology diagnosis with medical main accuracy code cases of the disease in patients. Influence factors (1) communication between coding and doctors, (2) completeness of medical information, (3) completeness writing diagnosis , (4) workload coder, and ( 5 ) knowledge coder and doctor about ICD-10.Keywords: the accuracy of medical terminology, the accuracy of diagnosis code, diagnosis cases of a disease in Abstrak. Terminologi medis merupakan ilmu tentang istilah medis yang digunakan sebagai sarana komunikasi antar tenaga kesehatan. Penulisan terminologi medis yang benar, jelas, dan informatif dapat membantu petugas coding dalam melakukan pengkodean penyakit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara ketepatan penulisan terminologi medis diagnosis utama dengan keakuratan kode kasus penyakit dalam pasien rawat inap. Desain penelitian ini yaitu korelasional dengan pendekatan secara retrospektif. Adapun populasi berupa 2919 dokumen rekam medis pasien rawat inap kasus penyakit dalam pada tribulan I-III tahun 2016, pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara sistematikal random sampling sebanyak 100 dokumen. Data penelitian diuji menggunakan chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ketepatan penulisan terminologi medis  sebanyak 56 dokumen (56%). Sedangkan kode yang akurat berjumlah 87 dokumen (87%). Hasil perhitungan data didapatkan nilai p=0.103 >0.05. Kesimpulan yang bisa diambil tidak ada hubungan antara ketepatan penulisan terminologi medis diagnosis utama dengan keakuratan kode kasus penyakit dalam pasien rawat inap. Faktor yang memempengaruhi yaitu (1) komunikasi antara petugas coding dengan dokter, (2) kelengkapan informasi medis, (3) kelengkapan penulisan diagnosis, (4) beban kerja petugas coding dan (5) pengetahuan petugas coding maupun dokter tentang ICD-10.Kata Kunci: ketepatan terminologi medis, keakuratan kode,  diagnosis penyakit dalam

Abstract

Hospital statistics on patient mortality rates are needed to assess the quality of hospital services. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the Gross Mortality Rate and Net Mortality Rate. The research method used is a literature study. Data analysis was carried out by extracting data and synthesizing data from the various previous research literature. The results showed that the Gross Mortality Rate and Net Mortality Rate changed from year to year, either decreasing or increasing. The factors that influence it are the severity of the disease, facilities and infrastructure, the availability of medical personnel, the performance of health services, and the accuracy of therapy or treatment. The conclusion is that the calculation of the GDR and NDR statistics can be an evaluation of the quality of hospital services. Therefore, hospitals must carry out internal evaluations regularly to reduce the Gross Mortality Rate and Net Mortality Rate so that they can be used in making decisions for hospitals.

Abstract

The hospital officer potentially experience fatigue caused by work, especially the medical records staff. Many of work less ergonomics, monotonous, and less rest time impact on work motivation. So needed research aimed at work know the effect of fatigue on work motivation on medical record officers at Dr. Arif Zainudin Hospital. This quantitative research uses the correlation method with cross sectional approach, population all medical records officers in Dr. Arif Zainudin Hospital. Research result show that age categories characteristics of respondents in the most 31-39 as much 41%, temporary employee status as much 54%, the highest level of education is diploma as much 59%, fatigue rates at medium level is 50%, and work motivation rates at a high level is 68%. Through fisher exact test shows that results p = 0.00 in significance 5%. The conclusion of this research there is a significant relationship between fatigue and work motivation on medical record officers at Dr. Arif Zainudin Hospital. Fatigue determines work motivation on medical record officers. The researcher's suggestion is that the hospital staffing department should redesign the work station, make variations in the work so that it is not static or monotonous, and provide sufficient rest time for the staff, so as to reduce the impact of work fatigue and increase the work motivation of the officers.

Abstract

The medical record unit is the holder of data for all patients so that the performance of medical record workers supports the quality of health services. The problem that occurs in the Community Health centers at Sawit Indonesia, Medical Record Unit is the limited number of workers so that the service to patients tends to belong. The number of patient visits during the Covid-19 pandemic reached 80-100 people/day. The purpose of this study was to analyze the workload of medical record unit workers. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive research design. Data collection was carried out using observation and interviews. The results showed that: (1) registration workers were carried out by nurses, who served patient registration as well as assisting doctors in providing medication to patients and operating ambulances when needed, as a result, workers experienced work fatigue; (2) analyzing-reporting workers concurrently serve as cashiers, resulting in human errors, inaccurate data and inability to finish on time; and (3) filing workers are carried out by midwives who also provide medical treatment to patients so that the provision of medical record documents is delayed. Workers complain about fatigue, feeling dizzy, drowsy at work, loss of concentration, etc. Researchers suggest that Community Health centers at Sawit district, prepare job descriptions for workers so that the medical record unit can be carried out according to its function.

Abstract

Adequate nutrition during pregnancy affects the incidence of stunting. Every pregnant woman is encouraged to have regular prenatal checkups. But many pregnant women and nursing mothers do not routinely do checkups. They even lost a book to monitor Maternal and Child Health, so the examination history was not fully documented. This creates problems such as incomplete patient data, and midwives having difficulty finding patient history. The purpose of this study is to develop an application to monitor maternal health. Monitoring is also carried out to help detect early if there are potential abnormalities or health problems for the mother and fetus. The research method uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach, by developing computer applications to monitor maternal health. The results show that this application can produce information on the history of physical examinations on patients more quickly and accurately. Reports are presented in the form of printouts and graphics. The graphic display makes it easier for the midwife to read the progress of the patient's health. Midwives are also faster in detecting abnormal patient conditions, so midwives can immediately provide education, action, or therapy.

Abstract

Saat ini hampir semua pelayanan kesehatan dituntut untuk menerapkan penggunaan komputerisasi sebagai media pengolah data untuk menghasilkan informasi yang lengkap, akurat, dan tepat waktu. Data pelaporan rawat inap dapat dipantau dari nilai indikator rawat inap. Unit rekam medis sebagai pemegang data pasien dan pembuat laporan masih melakukan penghitungan secara manual sehingga informasi yang disajikan sering salah dan tidak lengkap. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem informasi berupa SAMURAI, yaitu Sistem Informasi Penentu Indikator Mutu Rawat Inap yang memantau efisiensi pemakaian tempat tidur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manfaat SAMURAI adalah membantu petugas pendaftaran rawat inap dalam memantau penggunaan tempat tidur yang tersedia, membantu petugas rekam medis agar lebih mudah untuk menyusun dan menyajikan laporan indiktor rawat inap, dan membantu pihak manajemen dalam pengembangan infrastruktur yang berkaitan dengan kebutuhan pasien rawat inap. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa SAMURAI yang memuat laporan indikator rawat inap yang tersaji dalam bentuk diagram garis dan bisa terlihat pada periode per bulan, per triwulan atau per tahun, sehingga sangat membantu pihak rumah sakit. Peneliti menyarankan agar SAMURAI diintegrasikan dengan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIM RS), khususnya pelayanan gawat darurat sehingga data pasien dan penggunaan tempat tidur bisa berkesinambungan.

Abstract

Family 4.0 perlu direncanakan secara matang dan diedukasikan mulai dari remaja dan calon pengantin sampai pasangan usia subur. Hal ini untuk mewujudkan Indonesia Emas tahun 2045 dengan generasi yang bebas stunting sehingga siap mengahadapi persaingan global. Selain dengan pemberian penyuluhan edukatif kepada para kader, juga dilakukan sesi diskusi tanya jawab terkait kasus yang ditemui para kader di lapangan dan saran-saran teknik pendekatannya. Penyuluhan Kesehatan tentang edukasi family siaga 4.0 dan kesehatan reproduksi ini terselenggara bekerja sama dengan pemerintah kota Surakarta dan BKKBN Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Kegiatan penyuluhan kesehatan telah terlaksana dengan baik dengan peserta yang hadir berjumlah 58 peserta orang yang terdiri dari perwakilan dari berbagai Kelurahan di Kecamatan Pasar Kliwon yang meliputi Kelurahan Mojo, Gajahan, Kauman, Kampung Baru, Sangkrah, Baluwarti, Semanggi, Joyosuran, Kedung Lumbu, Pasar Kliwon.Untuk mengetahui peningkatan pengetahuan para kader maka dilakukan pre dan post tes terkait materi penyuluhan sebelum dan setelah penyuluhan. Perbedaan hasil pre dan post test diuji dengan uji t berpasangan menghasilkan nilai p = 0,000 maka dapat disimpulkan ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta sehingga diharapkan peserta dapat melakukan edukasi secara lebih maksimal di lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil pengisian angket kepuasan mitra diperoleh nilai rata-rata 4,09 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan edukasi penyuluhan memuaskan peserta kegiatan. Angket kepuasan mitra sebelumnya telah dilakukan uji validitas dengan teknik product moment pearson diperoleh hasil 0,61-0,91 sehinggga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil instrument valid serta uji reliabilitas diperoleh nilai Cronbach Alpha sebesar 0,93 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrument realiabel.

Abstract

The medical record numbering system is a procedure for writing the number given to patients when they come for treatment at a health service. Based on observations at the Toboali Health Center, there were 13 patients who had more than one medical record number, there were also 14 cases where one medical record number was used for more than one patient. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that cause duplication of patient medical record numbers. The research method is descriptive using a cross sectional survey design approach. The results showed that the causes of duplication of patient medical record numbers consisted of regulations/policies, facilities and infrastructure, human resources, patient compliance with MNH and changes in patient data that were not confirmed. The conclusion of this study is that all of these causal factors must be suppressed so that the history of patient data becomes continuous and prevents the risk of medical errors or malpractice.

Abstract

Hospitals as health services are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of patient medical information. Facts circulating in the community, and the identity of Covid-19 patients is being disseminated in order to track or trace the closest contacts or other people's contacts. The purpose of this study is to analyze the limits of what medical information on Covid-19 patients can be disclosed by the health service in fulfilling requests from interested parties, as well as the procedures for disclosing Covid-19 patient information in guaranteeing confidentiality aspects. The research method is descriptive using a cross-sectional survey design approach. The results showed that there were 3 types of medical information for Covid-19 patients that could be disclosed, namely: (1) a Negative Covid-19 certificate, (2) a Diagnostic certificate, and (3) submission of insurance forms for replacement purposes. The conclusion is that all applications for a Medical Certificate, whether a Covid-19 case or not, are required to fill out a Statement of Release of information, and third parties are required to include a Power of Attorney for the Release of Information and a photocopy of identity.
