Abstract

Education is the process of each individual making choices regarding the direction of the road to achieve his life goals. Of course this is every god's creature in the world, especially humans and their civilizations have different life goals. It is in these different goals that there must be special expertise in the fields of science, pedagogy or education, and teaching to students who in our country are referred to as "Teachers". Every student of knowledge through the teacher, they really need the fulfillment of personal needs that can make it easier for them to face global challenges in a life that is always changing automatically from one period to the next. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the humanistic method to improve student learning outcomes in class VIII in PAI learning at Ahmad Yani junior high school Batu City, to determine the improvement in student learning outcomes in PAI learning through humanistic methods in class VIII at Ahmad Yani junior high school Batu City. This research was conducted at Ahmad Yani Junior High School, Batu City. The method used in this research is classroom action research. The type of CAR in this study is Experimental CAR, with Kurt Lewin's Model which has two cycles. Each cycle has four stages, including Planning, Implementation, Observation, and Reflection. The data of this study were obtained through observation, interviews, documentation, and evaluation. The results of the study showed the results of the evaluation of student learning in the pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II which displayed the value that became the completeness of student learning outcomes. The minimum completeness criteria (KKM) in grade 8C of SMP Ahmad Yani is 70. It is known that all of them achieved the KKM score. The percentage of learning outcomes in the pre-cycle is 70.5, the first cycle is 86.7 better than before. Meanwhile, in the second cycle, the score was 92.10417. In this study, the author states that it can be used as a recommendation and reference for further research and can be used for educators using the humanity method.Keyword : Humanistic, Learning Outcomes, Islamic Education and Morals

Abstract

Penulisan makalah ini dimotivasi oleh praktik poligami oleh pernikahan sirri. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, penulis mengulas karya empat pemikir Muslim kontemporer yang terkait dengan praktik poligami di Indonesia. Keempat tokoh tersebut adalah Abdullah Saeed, Khaled Abou El Fadl, Nashr Hamid Abu Zaid, dan Jasser Auda. Hasilnya telah ditemukan, bahwa memahami Al Qur'an secara linear adalah penyebab utama maraknya praktik poligami melalui pernikahan Sirri. Untuk mengatasinya kita perlu Integratif-Interkonektif-Multidisiplin.

Abstract

Ada kesan bahwa politik identitas muncul dari monoritas yang ditindas baik oleh negara terhadap negara lain, negara melawan rakyatnya sendiri, komunitas warga negara terhadap komunitas lain dari sesama warga negara, pengikut agama tertentu dengan pengikut agama lain, dan seterusnya. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk membuktikan apakah politik identitas dapat muncul dari mayoritas. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui penelitian lapangan dengan mengamati, bertemu fave to face, berteman, dan bergaul selama bertahun-tahun dari 1995 hingga 2019. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa politik identitas dapat muncul dari mayoritas. Politik identitas tidak selalu datang dari minoritas; Politik identitas tidak selalu identik dengan kekerasan; Ekspresi Politik identitas Kiai tampil dalam bentuk “lembut” baik ketika dalam kondisi penuh “tekanan” oleh penguasa maupun ketika dalam kondisi “bebas” karena menjadi penguasaPolitik identitas tidak selalu datang dari minoritas; Politik identitas tidak selalu identik dengan kekerasan; Ekspresi Politik identitas Kiai tampil dalam bentuk “lembut” baik ketika dalam kondisi penuh “tekanan” oleh penguasa maupun ketika dalam kondisi “bebas” karena menjadi penguasa Kata kunci: Politik, Identitas, Kiai

Abstract

Artikel ini ditulis dimaksudkan untuk menjawab pertanyaan : Mengapa poligami menjadi polemik yang tak kunjung usai ? Penulis berusaha untuk menjawab pertanyaan besar tersebut dengan mengkaji poligami dari berbagai perspektif dengan library research sebagai basis penelitiannya yang dikelola dengan paradigma integrasi–interkoneksi-multidisipliner. Hasilnya adalah bahwa boleh tidaknya berpoligami bergantung dari perspektif mana kita melihat. Dengan demikian, setidaknya kajian ini memberikan semacam pegangan bagi para pemerhati studi tentang poligami.

Abstract

The verstek decision is a decision that the defendant does not attend at the beginning of the first trial and is still absent for the hearing on the following day. The impact when the defendant is not there is that the defendant does not know the trial schedule. Then the verstek trial was held by a summons from the trial through the substitute clerk of the court. The substitute clerk makes a summons at the residence of the defendant. If the defendant is not in the residence, then the call is sent through the family, neighbors or the village head. From the results of the judges' considerations, the Verstek decision was the verdict handed down by the judge outside the presence of the defendant. In the Verstek decision, there is a statement that the defendant is absent even though he has been properly summoned. In this study there are two legal remedies, ordinary legal remedies namely those used not yet fixed, such as technology, appeal and cassation and extraordinary remedies namely those used permanent legal force. Abstract

This article seeks to answer the question of how a married couple can achieve sakinah, mawaddah, and rahmah families. To get the answer, the writer conducted a qualitative research by tracing written sources historically-chronologically-philosophically with a concentration on Marxism and Sufism. Although the author is also a taker of several other figures. The author gets the answer that a husband and wife partner to be able to reach a sakinah, mawaddah, and rahmah family must take a winding road and a long process. If a married couple has succeeded in achieving it, then that is a happy family. The ideal happy family according to the Quran is to have succeeded in achieving a solid degree of faith in Allah SWT and knowledgeable.Keywords: Sakinah, mawaddah, and rahmah, Marxism, Sufism

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of character education at Pondok Pesantren Ainul Falah Bakiong Guluk-Guluk Sumenep, focusing on the concept of character education, its implementation through pesantren regulations, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors encountered. The main problem underlying this research is the challenge of shaping students’ character in the modern era, which is heavily influenced by technology and social change. Therefore, a consistent character education model based on religious values is required. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The subjects include the pesantren caretakers, teachers, students, and parents. Data were collected through observation of pesantren activities, in-depth interviews, and documentation of the regulations and pesantren archives. Data analysis was carried out using Miles & Huberman’s interactive model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through source and method triangulation. The findings reveal that character education at Pondok Pesantren Ainul Falah is implemented through regulations, role modeling by teachers, as well as habituation of religious practices and social activities. Core values fostered include honesty, discipline, responsibility, cleanliness, and politeness. Supporting factors consist of the exemplary role of caretakers, pesantren culture, and parental support. The inhibiting factors involve technological influence, diverse family backgrounds, and limited facilities, which are addressed through digital literacy programs, personal counseling, and facility improvement.
