Abstract

Saat ini teknisi komputer membutuhkan waktu lama dalam mendiagnosa kerusakan yang terjadi pada sebuah komputer, bahkan sering kali teknisi menunda pekerjaannya hanya untuk menghasilkan solusi dari kerusakan komputer. Perkembangan sistem pakar dapat digunakan untuk memberikan solusi secara cepat dan tepat, misalnya dalam hal menentukan jenis kerusakan pada komputer. Solusi dari permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan merancang perangkat lunak menggunakan metode forward chaining dimana metode forward chaining sebagai proses pelacakan. Metode ini cocok digunakan untuk sistem pakar yang mendiagnosis sesuatu yang belum pasti dengan melakukan perhitungan secara akurat untuk menentukan nilai keyakinannya. Dengan pengujian sistemyang menggunakan metode Black-box yang diperoleh dari sistem pakar berbasis android ini mampu melakukan diagnosis dengan cepat, tepat dan akurat terhadap gejala kerusakan yang terjadi. Dengan kelayakan sistem yang mampu membantu teknisi dalam memberikan solusi dan penanganan secara tepat dari kerusakan yang terjadi pada komputer.

Abstract

Marketing is something that contains all systems related to the purpose of determining prices up to approval and cmpletting goods and services that can meet actual and potencial buyers needs. The more creative the marketing will be more and consumers are intersted. One form of creative marketing by using a web based information system with a unique and attractive appearance. Currently, the development of the internet is also very fast, either in person or agency is in need of internet. They use the internet to present the latest information services required by the community. An agency or company is in need of internet services. As in Ranbow desa Sungai Dusun, they desperately need promotion services to market the production is widespread, but during this promotion are still using manual system only. Web based marketing information system using PHP progamming language designed using Dreamweaver 8 applcation and the MYSQL database.

Abstract

Along with the times, technology and information are developing rapidly in various sectors in terms of human life. In the business world, technological development is very helpful in many ways. The phenomenon that occurs at this time is the increasingly widespread competition in the business world, especially in the field of marketplace in getting consumers to the emergence of various online marketplace sites. So far, Tembilahan online shop business is only known through social media such as Facebook, Whatsapp and Instagram or verbally to the public. Therefore, researchers are interested in taking a title, namely Marketpleace Q-Store Market Analysis and planning. Tembilahan Case Study aims to become a media promotion, and can make it easier for people to find goods that they want. In designing this Marketplace, the analysis used is PIECES and UML (Unified Modeling Language) as modeling and using the Framework code igniter to facilitate researchers in building systems. With the implementation of the Marketplace Q-Store, it provides a platform for seller to market their products.

Abstract

Currently the development of technology is very rapid, many systems have been builtreal time and online information that allows users to accesswhere and whenever to get information. Beautiful travel is a servicetransactions that are still using the conventional way of booking tickets as wellsearch the departure schedule of a prospective passenger, i.e. through the window and viajust call. It is less effective both in terms of time and cost because it canthere is a discrepancy with customer desires. So that information systems are neededticket reservations that can provide clear information and are not limited by distance andtime. This study aims to build a ticket booking information system onwonderful web-based travel. The system development stage includes analysis, design,implementation and testing. The data collection method uses the study methodlibrary and observation. Ticket booking information system on beautiful web-based travelbuilt with the PHP programming language and Mysql database. This system was made forprovide ticket booking and departure schedule information. System test resultsnote that all functions contained in the system are running wellsuch as managing data, providing ticket lists, and purchasing and cancellation transactionsTicket reservations so that all the features provided can make it easy for customersand system operator

Abstract

Kelapa yang merupakan tanaman tahunan yang baru bisa berproduksi setelah berumum lebih kurang lima tahun, oleh karenanya harus dibuat rencana yang matang terkait pemilihan bahan tanam atau bibit kelapa untuk menghindari kerugian baik materiil ataupun waktu. Kesalahan dalam pemilihan bibit dapat menjadikan tanaman kelapa tidak mampu berproduksi secara optimal, walaupun sudah diperlakukan dengan standar operasional teknis budidaya yang tepat. Target khusus dalam penelitian ini yaitu menyusun sistem klasifikasi bibit kelapa menggunakan Nearest Mean Classifier (NMC) Method, klasifikasi bibit kelapa dibentuk kedalam kelas grade A, grade B dan, grade C. Hasil klasifkasi sistem 10 x 10 – fold crossvalidation pada masing-masing katagori kualitas bibit kelapa yaitu: Grade A (80-85 %) dihasilkan ketelitian rata-rata 56,791 % dengan simpangan baku 12,05715 %. Grade B (70-75 %) rata-rata dihasilkan ketelitian 52,525 % dengan simpangan baku 7,481074 %. Grade C (60-65 %) rata-rata dihasilkan ketelitian 62,002 % dengan simpangan baku 16,36763 %. Dapat dinyatakan bahwa Grade C yang memiliki persentase tertinggi dengan jarak 0,379% dan prosentase kemiripan 62 %. Hasil akhir evaluasi dari data eksperimen secara global, memiliki ketelitian rata-rata 86.67 %. Untuk mendapatkan persentase kemiripan yang tinggi harus dilakukan data latih yang banyak terhadap sistem klasifikasi kualitas bibit kelapa. Abstract

Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that can assist a person in making accurate decisions and targeted. Many problems can be solved by using CMS, one of which is a decision support system round oil sales. There are several methods that can be used in building a Weigted Produck SPK them. Weighted product method is one of several methods MADM (Multi attribute Decision Making). MADM method is a method of decision-making that is based on multiple attributes. This study uses a product weighted in determining the feasibility of a decision support system round oil sales.And there are some criteria on which to base decisions, among others, price, distance, trannfortasi. To create a new system that mengefesienkan time in processing the sales data, Provide an overview of a suitable price for oil where the coconut farmers will be marketed. This research is beneficial to coconut seller. As the clouds or the community is able to sell the coconut with high prices and minimal costs.

Abstract

Kota Tembilahan merupakan pusat dari Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir yang terletak di Provinsi Riau, Indonesia. Di kota, fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan mempunyai peranan penting dalam penyelenggaraan upaya pelayanan kesehatan perorangan, baik preventif, promotif, kuratif, maupun rehabilitatif yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah pusat, pemerintah daerah dan/atau masyarakat. Salah satu unsur utama Manajemen Kesehatan adalah informasi kesehatan berupa hasil pengumpulan dan pengolahan data yang merupakan masukan bagi pengambil keputusan di bidang kesehatan. Penelitian ini berupa aplikasi Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berbasis web persebaran fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan berbasis web dengan wilayah penelitian di Kota Tembilahan. Penyampaian dan tampilan sistem informasi geografis dapat lebih informatif serta mempresentasikan kondisi sebenarnya. Sistem dikembangakan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework CodeIgniter. Tampilan sistem menggunakan framework Bootstrap dan template SB Admin 2. Peta yang digunakan pada aplikasi adalah peta digital yang disediakan oleh OpenStreetMap dan ESRI.

Abstract

Until now, the Sialang Panjang Village Office does not yet have a special system to assist office staff in providing services to the community. However, there are several reasons why the Sialang Panjang Village Office wants a village system. These reasons include: they do not have a special program that is integrated into the database in terms of community population administration, besides the need for information for the local village community and the wider community is very large, many village communities do not know about village potential, village statistics, and the latest information. village. To overcome this, we need a software development process in the form of a Sialang Panjang Village Information System. The processes carried out are requirements analysis, system design, system implementation, system testing and system maintenance. The development method used is the waterfall method, while the analytical method used is the pieces method which can be a reference in building an information system for the village of Silang Panjang. UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a system modeling language, PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) as a programming language and MySQL database. Then for system testing using black-box testing, white-box testing and questionnaires. With this village information system, it will be able to assist village office staff in providing services to the community and make it easier for the community to take care of population administration and obtain information. Abstract

The process of selling coconuts that occurs in the Sungai Piring Village is that the farmers sell their coconuts to Toke and then Toke sells the coconuts to the company. For the Sungai Piring itself, there are 3 coconut Toke who buy coconut from the farmers with different prices and different requirements. So far, farmers sell their coconuts to Toke randomly, so a decision support system (DSS) is needed which is part of a computer-based information system including a knowledge-based system or knowledge management that is used to support decision making. The method used is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) which is a weighted addition method to solve a problem. This is done so that the farmers can choose the best Toke to sell their coconuts in order to get a greater value.

Abstract

Saat ini banyak perusahaan yang berkembang di bidang teknologi, fashion dan kuliner. Salah satu bisnis yang banyak diminati adalah bisnis kuliner. Promosi pemasaran yang baik sangat diperlukan untuk mendukung promosi usaha yang sedang berkembang. Dalam bisnis mie pedas maut, pemilik hanya mengiklankan dengan gambar produk. Teknik iklanan ini kurang menarik, tujuan dari perancangan multimedia iklan bisnis kuliner ini adalah membuat video iklan mie pedas maut dengan tampilan iklan yang lebih baik dan menarik agar konsumen membeli mie. Villamil molina digunakan sebagai metode penelitian dalam perancangan multimedia iklan bisnis kuliner ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan Fillmora 9 dalam proses editing video. Setelah itu dilakukan pengujian alfa dan beta untuk mengetahui kelayakan iklan video. Hasil perancangan multimedia iklan bisnis kuliner ini membuat video promosi Mie Pedas berdurasi 54 detik.
