Abstract

Kuantan Singingi Regency has many potentials with various tourist objects such as natural attractions are quite interesting and reliable to be developed as a rural tourist attraction. The potential and character of the Kuantan Singingi regency as mentioned above is also supported by the Kuantan Singingi regional government policy stated in the vision and mission of Kuantan Singingi Regency in the development of regional economy.Related to the number of tourism potential owned by Kuantan Singingi Regency and the effort to realize the vision and mission of Kuantan Singingi Regency Government in the field of tourism, the government of Kuantan Singingi Regency made the regional regulation no. 18 of 2012 on tourism business, and in this regulation governing tourism issues such as tourism services business, the exploitation of tourism objects and attractions, the business of tourism facilities, the exploitation of attractions and various tourism regional economic development.The theory used is according to Suwantoro (2004: 3) Tourism is a process of temporary departure from someone or more to another place outside the residence. The term tourism is closely related to the definition of travel, ie as a change in tempaat stay for a reason and not to conduct activities that generate wages. In this study the authors used descriptive qualitative research with the location of research at the Department of Culture and Tourism Kuantan Singingi Regency and the key information is the Head of Tourism.From the results of research known that the implementation of tourism development conducted by the Department of Culture and Tourism Kuantan Singingi regency has not fully run with the maximum. This is caused by the existence of several factors that the authors encountered in the location of research that is; 1) Limitations of Funds, 2) Lack of human resources, 3) Infrastructure in supporting tourism 4) And lack of adequate support Facilities and Infrastructure.

Abstract

From the production data that has been obtained, the production results at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Tamora Gardens continued to show increases, exceeding the stipulated Budget Work Plan (RKAP). Increased production of oil palm, while initially this Tamora Gardens produced rubber. However, the lack of a level of commitment to employees' awareness makes the company constrained. Therefore it is necessary to study strategies to improve employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine how the strategy for improving employee performance and to determine the factors supporting the strategy for improving employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Tamora Gardens, Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. From the research results found that the strategy to improve the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Tamora Gardens has been going well. Judging from several well-executed indicators, such as motivation by providing direction and meeting economic needs or appropriate remuneration for what employees do, discipline by enforcing existing rules, work environment by providing supportive housing facilities, and commitment by providing sanctions for employees who break the rules. Abstract

The problem of poverty which is quite complex requires the intervention of all parties together and coordinated. Therefore, regional governments must budget funds for social assistance to people who are classified as poor to be assisted in their lives, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, especially for Pekanbaru City in 2019 there are 324,000 people who are classified as poor and continue to increase, therefore the Government Pekanbaru City can provide social assistance to the affected poor vulnerable people in meeting their basic needs. One type of social assistance to the community is basic necessities, which is assistance given to almost all poor people. The Pekanbaru City Social Service has the role of coordinating social issues in the provision of Pekanbaru City social assistance, the role of the Pekanbaru City Social Service in distributing basic food assistance, starting from planning assistance needs, monitoring, coordinating and assisting in providing assistance. However, in the implementation of basic food social assistance to the community, there are still problems that can hinder these activities such as misappropriation of social assistance funds, the absence of socialization carried out by the government to the community. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the performance of the Pekanbaru City Social Service and the factors that influence the provision of basic food social assistance in Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City. The research method used is qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study concluded that the performance of the Pekanbaru City Social Service in Providing Basic Food Social Assistance in Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City according to the level of productivity achievement carried out by data collection and monitoring activities for the poor and the provision of basic food assistance has been going quite well. As for the influencing factors, among others, not all parties in the sub-district area who participated in the data collection of the basic food program, the number of human resources/implementers and the re-reporting were not given to the kelurahan party. Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the effectiveness of the implementation of online health information systems in health office of Rokan Hilir Regency. The background of this research is health office of Rokan Hilir regency as institutions which develops online health information system and efforts to improve the quality of health services integratedly to the society. The existence of this online health information systems coordination, then the decision making process, the process of handling problems, performance improvement officer health and wellness data can be obtained accurately and realtime. This research aims to know the implementation of the online health information system, factors that affect the provision of online health information systems in health office of Rokan Hilir Regency.The research method is qualitative descriptive with the purposive sampling technique. Informants in this study are the health office of Rokan Hilir Regency, Secretary of health office, Head of sub-division of planning and programs, Staff of sub-division of planning and programs, head of Bagan Punak Clinic, head of Rimbo Melintang clinic.Result of research of qualitative descriptive data analysis, the Data Type is primary data and secondary data collected through observation, interview and documentary studies. The result of this study shows that the implementation of online health information systems in health office of Rokan Hilir Regency is not done properly. This can be seen from bad of the process of data reporting by the health centers that exist in the Rokan Hilir. Restricting factors in the implementation of online health information systems is still plentiful. Restricting Factors that faced include human resources, disruption of networks, facilities and inadequate of infrastructure. This causes the disruption of the drafting process of health profile of Rokan Hilir health office.Keywords : Effectiveness, Organization Effectiveness, Online Health Information Systems.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of educational programs and job training and what are the inhibiting factors. The problem in this study is that the percentage of local labor absorption is still low, not all job seekers can join this program because of the participant quota restrictions, there is no follow-up to this program, such as in the distribution of labor to companies to participants, the guidance process is not optimal, there are limited facilities and infrastructure, no permanent teaching staff. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. While the data collection technique uses the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the education and job training programs carried out by the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Bengkalis Regency had not run optimally. This is because there are indicators of implementation that have not been going well, besides that there are also inhibiting factors in their implementation, including limited budget, facilities and infrastructure.Keywords: Implementation, Program, Education and Training

Abstract

Corona Virus termasuk penyakit menular dikarenakan adanyaa virus SARS-CoV-2. Untuk saat ini Indonesia berada pada fase New Normal. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah untuk menyampaikan edukasi kepada guru dan siswa/i SDN 026 Kel.Pematang Reba. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan cara mengadakan sosialisasi dan pendampingan pendidikan mengenai adaptasi kebiasaan baru atau yang biasa di sebut New Normal. Adapun cara adaptasi pada kebiasaan hidup baru di terapkan dengan 3M yaitu, Mencuci Tangan, Memakai Masker, dan Menjaga Jarak. Masyarakat sekolah diharapkan dapat menerapkan dan mentaati aturan tersebut dalam rangka menjaga hidup sehat dan bersih di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

Kebakaran lahan dan hutan (karhutla) terus terjadi dan meningkat pada tahun 2019 dibandingkan tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Karhutla membawa kerugian ekonomi, lingkungan, kesehatan, pendidikan dan transportasi yang besar pada masyarakat secara luas. Namun ada pihak-pihak yang diuntungkan secara ekonomi dengan karhutla karena mempermudah dan mempercepat pengolahan lahan untuk pertanian. Usaha-usaha transformasi masyarakat dan korporasi harus dilakukan secara rasional dengan memahami situasi di lapangan dan kebutuhan masyarakat akan penghidupan yang layak. Teori jejaring didasarkan pada relasi antar aktor yang bersifat saling tergantung satu sama lain (interdependence). Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Bagaimanakah peran Aktor kebijakan pada pola jejaring organisasi yang terlibat dalam peneglolaan lahan gambut di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir ? 2). Bagimana Penguatan kelembagaan peneglolaan Kebakaran hutan dan lahan di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir ? Metode yang digunkan adalah kualitatif. Data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas data primer dan data sekunder. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah orang-orang yang dianggap memiliki pengetahuan tentang peran aktor kebijakan pada jejaringan pengendalian kebakaran hutan dan lahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pola hubungan koordinasi formal antar-instansi dalam kerja penanganan dan pengendalian karhutla, dan instansi-instansi pemerintah yang terlibat, status personil Tim Posko Siaga Darurat Penanggulangan Kebakaran hutan dan lahan didaerah yang bersifatex officio sesuai dengan SK Bupati yang diperbarui per tiga (3) bulan. Komunikasi atau pertemuan antar-lintas instansi biasanya bersifat responsif dan menjadi intens terutama tatkala terjadi situasi darurat kebakaran hutan/lahan. Pada konteks jaringan instansi pengendali kebakaran hutan dan lahan koordinasi lebih diartikan sebagai koordinasi operasional, teknis, dan administratif yang bersifat koordinasi formal  maupun koordinasi informal. Koordinasi antar organisasi secara formal berdasarkan Surat Keputusan (SK). Sementara koordinasi informal terjalin antar agen dari organisasi-organisasi perangkat daerah yang berbeda karena namun sama-sama terlibat dalam kerja Pengendalian kebakaran hutan dan lahan

Abstract

Stunting merupakan masalah gizi buruk yang serius yang menyebabkan gangguan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Kebutuhan jurnal ini adalah untuk membekali pengetahuan dan strategi yang lebih luas terkait dengan pembangunan kesehatan dan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang terkait dengan pencegahan stunting di kabupaten Tapung Hulu dengan memperhatikan aspek yang ada. Stunting adalah kekurangan gizi yang terjadi secara umum dalam 1000 hari kehidupan yang berlangsung lama dan menyebabkan keterlambatan perkembangan otak selama perkembangan anak. Stunting dapat terjadi sebelum melahirkan dan disebabkan oleh asupan gizi yang sangat buruk selama kehamilan, kualitas hidup yang rendah sejalan dengan frekuensi penyakit komunikasi sehingga menghambat pertumbuhan. Dalam bentuk pencegahan stunting, kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Mahasiswa Kukerta Universitas Riau antara lain pendataan terkait stunting bekerja sama dengan Posyandu, aparat desa, BPPKBP3A, sosialisasi sunting kepada masyarakat yang mengikuti kegiatan imunisasi di posyandu balita. Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan pemberian senam pagi dan edukasi budaya hidup sehat dan gizi bagi ibu hamil. Terakhir, promosi budaya hidup sehat bagi ibu hamil, dan anak penting untuk menciptakan promosi stunting di desa Sumber Sari, Kecamatan Tapung Hulu, Kampar.

Abstract

Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Pekanbaru merupakan instansi yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan pajak salah satunya adalah pelayanan pajak reklame. Dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya Bapenda Kota Pekanbaru masih mengalami beberapa permasalahan seperti kesadaran dan kejujuran masyarakat dalam membayar pajak reklame masih rendah, belum sesuianya jumlah pegawai dengan kemampuan teknis yang dibutuhkan dan belum efektifnya perizinan dan penertiban reklame. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan izin penyelenggaraan reklame di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Pekanbaru dan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor penghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Parasuraman yang terdiri dari indikator yaitu bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap serta jaminan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan izin penyelenggaraan reklame di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Pekanbaru belum berjalan dengan baik, adapun faktor penghambat dalam pelayanan izin penyelenggaraan reklame adalah kurangnya jumlah pegawai teknis di bidang pajak reklame dan masih terbatasnya sarana penunjang pelayanan izin penyelenggaraan reklame.

Abstract

The city has a promising appeal, along with the development of an increasingly modern era with the progress of the city, unnoticed population growth continues to increase. Of course the level of problems that arise will also be higher, one of which is that there are still many illegal houses arround vacant land and public areas that are used as residences and places to sell. Therefore, the City of Pekanbaru needs to issue a policy in the form of Regional Regulation of the City of Pekanbaru No. 05 of 2022 concerning public order and the effectiveness of controlling illegal houses so that it can restore its original function so that the City of Pekanbaru is beautiful and orderly, creating peace and order for the community. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the effectiveness of controlling illegal houses in Pekanbaru City and to find out the factors that influence the effectiveness of controlling illegal houses in Pekanbaru City. This research uses qualitative research and determines informants using purposive sampling and snowball techniques. Primary and secondary data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation are then analyzed based on the research problem. The results of the study show that : the effectiveness of illegal house control activities has not yet reached the target. Information on illegal houses received is still lacking because illegal houses are reported when there is interest, and socialization and cooperation are still lacking because both are carried out when there are activities Sto control illegal houses. The factors that influence the effectiveness of controlling illegal homes are the absence of sanctions and a lack of supervision. Keywords: Effectiveness, Control, Wild Houses
