Abstract

Olahraga Petanque termasuk olahraga prestasi yang memiliki ketangkasan dalam melempar bola yang bentuk permainan bola besi (BOSI) yang tujuannya melempar bosi sedekat mungkin dengan jack atau bisa dinamakan dengan bola kayu. Olahraga petanque dapat dimainkan diberbagai kalangan umur dan olahraga ini relatif murah karena olahraga ini dapat dimainkan dimana saja dan kapan saja asal dataran yang digunakan padat/keras. “Hanya membutuhkan 4 x 15 meter luasnya dan membutuhkan bola besi (bosi) dan bola kayu (boka)”. “Petanque dimainkan menggunakan bola dengan diameter 70-90 mm dan berat 650-850 gram. Metode yang dilaksanakan pada kegiatan ini adalah berdasarkan hasil diskusi antara pengusul dan mitra. Selanjutnya dijustifikasikan bahwa prioritas masalah yang disepakati untuk diselesaikan selama pelaksanaan program PKM-PID adalah memberikan pendampingan dan pelatihan olahraga petanque di SLBN Sukoharjo yang akan memudahkan para pelatih dan guru pada anak berkebutuhan khusus serta akan diperhatikan tingkat daya tarik, efektifitas dan efisiensi proses pelatihan yang dikembangkan/dimodifikasi oleh tim pengabdi, agar para anak berkebutuhan khusus tertarik untuk melakukan latihan olahraga petanque. Selain mengembangkan/memodifikasi model latihan petanque yang dimodifikasi sehingga masalah keterbatasan pemahaman tentang olahraga petanque dapat dipecahkan permasalahan secara bersama-sama. Yang perlu diperhatikan dalam kegiatan ini adalah bagaimana pesan pembaharuan dapat disampaikan secara efektif dan efisien. Untuk itu dibutuhkan proses komunikasi, pelaksanaan penyuluhan dilakukan pula dengan menggunakan metode diskusi/dialog dan wawancara.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan berdasarkan hasil diskusi dengan mitra terkait dengan kendala-kendala dalam proses belajar mengajar pada masa pandemic covid-19 untuk mengurangi perilaku hiperaktif anak berkebutuhan khusus. Melihat situasi seperti ini peneliti memberikan solusi berupa alternatif dalam mengurangi prilaku hiperaktif melalui pendampingan dan pelatihan strategi guru dalam mengurangi perilaku hiperaktif anak berkebutuhan khusus di SLB Negeri Sukoharjo Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Fungsi guru dalam mengurangi perilaku hiperaktif anak berkebutuhan khusus adalah peran guru sebagai pendamping, perancang pembelajaran, seniman/aktor pembelajaran, mediator, motivator dan inovator. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada guru dalam mengurangi perilaku hiperaktif anak berkebutuhan khusus baik di dalam lingkungan sekolah maupun di lingkungan sosial masyarakat. Metode dalam pengabdian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif melalui pendekatan penelitian kualitatif maupun kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru sangat berperan aktif dalam mengurangi perilaku hiperaktif anak berkebutuhan khusus untuk melakukan aktivitas baik di lingkungan sekolah maupun di lingkungan sosial.

Abstract

The purpose of the teacher's role in reducing the hyperactive behavior of children with special needs. The population and sample in this study were teachers and parents at the SLBN Sukoharjo, Central Java Province totaling 40 people, carried out on February 20, 2021. Data collection techniques were obtained by observation, distributing questionnaires, and interviews. This research is a type of descriptive research using quantitative and qualitative approaches. The data analysis in this study used a descriptive analysis of presentations using Microsoft word 2019. The results showed that in reducing the hyperactive behavior of children with special needs, an active role was carried out between teachers and parents in synergy in the distance learning process during the covid_19 pandemic. In this study, further research is needed to reduce the hyperactive behavior of children with special needs. In this study, it can be concluded that the teacher's strategy in reducing the hyperactive behavior of children with special needs during the covid_19 pandemic is through the teacher's role as a motivator, companion, learning designer, learning artist, mediator, motivator, and innovator

Abstract

This community service activity was based on discussions and observations with teaching staff for children with special needs at SLBN Karanganyar and Sukoharjo, Central Java Province, about difficulties assisting and teaching children with special needs. Based on the results of observations and discussions with teaching staff, the researcher and a servant provide solutions in the form of assisting the motor skills of children with special needs through high-intensity interval training. Motor ability is an essential indicator of fitness for each individual, closely related to the quality of life. At the same time, high-intensity interval training is an alternative in the form of a solution to improve movement abilities, especially for children with special needs. This community service aims to provide understanding and development of science and technology to teaching staff for children with special needs to improve motor skills through high-intensity interval training. The methods used in community service are documentation, interviews, and observations. The results of this study indicate that one way to improve motor skills is through high-intensity interval training

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan berdasarkan hasil observasi dan diskusi dengan mitra terkait dengan pembelajaran di SLBN Karanganyar dan Sukoharjo. Pembelajaran olahraga pada anak berkebutuhan khusus dilakukan sesuai dengan karakteristik dan perkembangan anak melalui pembelajaran yang dimodifikasi salah satunya permainan tradisional. Dalam rangka penguatan olahraga tradisional telah dilakukan upaya pendataan dan standarisasi olahraga tradisional. Selanjutnya perlu dilakukan pemasyarakatan olahraga tradisional melalui kegiatan invitasi dan festival olahraga tradisional. Permainan dan permainan tradisional yang diadakan oleh kelompok etnis tertentu di Indonesia, dipertunjukkan, diperkenalkan, dan dipertandingkan kepada penonton. Pewarisan sosial merupakan bagian penting dalam menjaga kesinambungan nilai budaya dan pembangunan karakter bangsa, termasuk olahraga tradisional. Dalam konteks ini, menempatkan olahraga tradisional sebagai bagian dari kurikulum olahraga di tingkat sekolah tanpa terkecuali pada sekolah luar biasa dalam hal ini merupakan hal yang penting dilakukan. Tujuan dilakukan PkM ini untuk mensosialisasikan olahraga tradisional pada anak berkebutuhan khusus salah satunya permainan gobak sodor. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sosialisasi Permainan Tradisional Untuk Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus sangat antusias mengikuti permainan gobak sodor.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan berdasarkan diskusi dengan mitra terkait dengan kendala yang dialami oleh guru dalam memfasilitasi anak untuk melakukan aktivitas gerak salah satunya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik dengan pendekatan bermaian, secara tidak langsung rasa senang tersebut merupakan media anak untuk belajar meningkatkan kemampuan motorik anak. Mencermati situasi seperti ini peneliti memberikan solusi berupa alternatif melalui pelatihan olahraga renang untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motoric dengan pendekatan bermain. Karena olahraga renang tidak hanya berbicara tentang kegiatan pengembangan kebugaran fisik terkait peningkatan kemampuan motorik saja, tetapi juga berkaitan dengan penguatan jati diri bangsa di era globalisasi ini. Fungsi pengenalan olahraga renang pada anak usia dini salah satunya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik. Kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada orangtua, guru, dan anak usia dini olahraga renang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi, wawancara, dan angket. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa olahraga renang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motoric anak usia dini

Abstract

The element of good physical condition is one of the supporting achievements of a sport but not only those basic technical skills become a supporting role for the achievement of an athlete's achievement. Mastery of basic techniques in a good volleyball game and good physical condition for athletes must certainly be considered by a coach to deliver athletes to the highest achievements. In principle, to achieve the goal of optimal achievement in each sport, it must be based on the principles of a sports science approach. The principles of modern training of each sport require specificity. Four elements that need to be possessed by individuals to achieve an optimal performance are (1) Physical development; 2) Technical Development; (3) Mental development, and 4) Champion Maturity. The objectives of community service are: (1) Providing knowledge to management and volleyball players about the physical components of volleyball players; (2) Providing knowledge of administrators, coaches, and athletes in the use of science and technology to make it easier to know what physical components I am good for volleyball players; and (3) Provide physical exercise manuals for administrators, coaches, and athletes to be more qualified and productive, where so far the administrators, coaches, and athletes only conduct training according to experience and do not document the progress of the athletes they train. The method implemented in this activity is based on the results of discussions between the proposer and partners. Furthermore, the researcher concludes that the priority of the problems agreed to be resolved during the community service implementation is to provide training on the physical condition of the Volleyball Student Activity Unit, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. Collecting data using the method of observation, interviews, and measurement of physical conditions. The results of this service can be concluded that mentoring and training to improve physical condition can help administrators and students who join UKM Bolavoli to be implemented in physical condition improvement exercises consisting of speed, agility, strength, explosive power, and endurance

Abstract

Promoting swimming from the community, including young people, requires serious attention. Because swimming is not only talking about physical fitness development activities related to improving motor skills but also relating to strengthening national identity in this era of globalization. Without the intervention of the transformation of swimming, the Indonesian nation will be worse off because it is a nation that does not have a strong character. To strengthen the sport of swimming, efforts are made to collect data and standardize swimming from an early age to adulthood. Furthermore, it is necessary to socialize swimming sports through PkM activities. In this context, placing swimming as part of the curriculum for learning swimming in early childhood is an important thing to do. Through various ways in introducing the sport of swimming, it can become part of the life of the Indonesian nation itself and is ready to build the nation towards a nation that has character and has the identity of the Indonesian nation. The formation of early childhood character through swimming. In today's era, many children prefer advanced technology compared to actual sports, this will have an impact on social interaction and character in children. At the time of doing the introduction of swimming with an indirect play approach to instill the values ??of being sporty, honest, tenacious, and patient.                                                          PkM aims to 1) Provide Knowledge to partners related to basic swimming techniques in early childhood and the dominant physical component in swimming, 2) Provide partner knowledge in the utilization of science and technology and sports in swimming in early childhood, 3) Provide swimming guidebooks in early childhood so that partners can provide pursuit for the introduction of water in basic swimming techniques in early childhood.  Quality and productive, where so far the teachers only do teaching following experience and do not document the development of their learners. The method implemented in this activity is based on the results of discussions between the proposer and partners, Furthermore, the researcher concluded that the priority of the problem agreed to be resolved during the implementation of the PkM program is to provide education and training accompanied by practice to partners making basic swimming instruction modules in early childhood where the content in the guidance on the utilization of the development of sports science and technology is the basic technique of swimming in children.  Early age that will facilitate partners by utilizing guidebook products is considered the level of attractiveness, effectiveness, and efficiency of the swimming guidebook developed/modified by the Service team. PkM results can be concluded that swimming assistance and training for early childhood can increase the enthusiasm of students in participating in these activities, this is evidenced by students feeling happy through water games, safety in the water, moving skills through the approach of play

Abstract

This survey revealed the use of digital-based learning media for new UMS Sports Education students in the odd semester T.A of 2020/2021. The purpose of this study was to explore perceptions, strategies, and challenges for new students, especially in the learning process during the transition period of the covid 19 pandemics. The experience of learning from home became a new habit in the learning process from an early age, elementary level, middle level to the university that occurred. since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic which is impossible to repeat. The population and sample of this study were all new UMS Sports Education students who filled out a questionnaire totaling 70 people. The technique of data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Descriptive frequency analysis was used in analyzing research data. The results of the survey show that (i) the learning media used in schools during the pandemic are WhatsApps; (ii) Information obtained about the sports education study program is from family/friends; (iii) The method used by new students to inform the sports education study program in the social environment is through social media; (iv) The sport that the sports education program wants to develop is football; and (v) Non-sports achievements that want to be developed in the Sports Education study program are student organizations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara koordinasi mata tangan dengan kemampuan pointing game pada mahasiswa pendidikan olahraga UMS. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif koperatif menggunakan dua variabel yaitu koordinasi mata tangan dan kemampuan pointing game. Subjek yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa minat bakat olahraga (MBO) petanque POR UMS sebanyak 16 orang, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling. Dalam teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan melakukan tes dan pengukuran agar mendapat atau memperoleh data koordinasi mata-tangan dan kemampuan pointing mahasiswa MBO petanque POR UMS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan tes dan pengukuran, dengan tes koordinasi mata tangan. Data hasil tes dan pengukuran kemudian dianalisis melalui uji hipotesis dengan analisis product moment. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara koordinasi mata tangan dengan kemampuan pointing game mahasiswa MBO petanque UMS diperoleh nilai sebesar rhitung sebesar 0,764 dengan nilai rtabel sebesar 0,497 dan Sig. sebesar 0,001. Dengan nilai rhitung > rtabel , serta nilai Sig. < 0,05.
