Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses, dan output dalam penerapan kurikulum 2013 pendidikan agama Buddha pada pendidikan dasar dan menengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi, dengan model evaluasi program CIPP. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses pendidikan agama Buddha pada pendidikan dasar dan menengah, dalam penerapan kurikulum 2013, telah berjalan cukup baik. Output pendidikan agama Buddha dan Budi pekerti, pada tingkat dasar dan menengah, dalam penerapan kurikulum 2013, telah memiliki kuantitas capaian tujuan (output) pembelajaran ketercapaian nilai yang baik. Semua siswa dalam belajar berhasil dengan baik. Kualitas capaian tujuan (product), dilihat tentang perkembangan kondisi sikap dan minat siswa terhadap mata pelajaran, juga kemampuan siswa dalam menerapkan dan praktik beragama dalam kesehariannya. Siswa telah bersikap positif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang meliputi pengembangan instrumen percaya diri guru pendidikan agama Buddha, dan melakukan modifikasi penilaian kinerja guru pendidikan agama Buddha. Subjek penelitian guru pendidikan agama Buddha. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Februari sampai dengan Juni 2019, yang dibagi dalam lima prosedur. Analisis data kualitatif dilakukan untuk mengolah data kualitatif, juga dilakukan analisis dengan Exploratory Factor Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi percaya diri guru pendidikan agama Buddha adalah faktor lingkungan, suasana kelas dan faktor lingkungan dari tugas tambahan yang dimiliki guru tersebut. Indikator yang mempengaruhi lingkungan kelas, terdiri dari suasana kelas yaitu indikator sarana pendukung belajar, seperti ruang kelas, buku, jumlah siswa, lokasi dan jumlah kelas. Sedangkan faktor lingkungan yang kedua adalah lokasi tugas tambahan yang sesuai, baik sebagai administrasi atau bidang tugas yang lain, sarana pendukung tugas tambahan, dan tekanan kerja. Besarnya pengaruh percaya diri terhadap kinerja guru pendidikan agama Buddha 0,318, yang menunjukkan bahwa prestasi kerja dapat dipengaruhi secara langsung melalui rasa percaya diri sebesar 0,318. Jika rasa percaya diri mampu ditingkatkan dalam satu satuan, dengan asumsi variabel lain tetap, maka prestasi kerja dapat ditingkatkan sebesar 0,318

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis bagaimana pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Buddha di SMA Bhakti Karya Kabupaten Temanggung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X dan XI di SMA Bhakti Karya Kaloran Kabupaten Temanggung. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Buddha di SMA Bhakti Karya Kaloran sudah berjalan dengan cukup baik. Adanya faktor penghambat saat pembelajaran daring seperti belum meratanya fasilitas pendukung dan masih kurangnya motivasi siswa saat pembelajaran daring sehingga pembelajaran masih kurang efektif. Hasil belajar siswa mengalami penurunan karena beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi seperti fasilitas pendukung yang belum merata, keberadaan siswa tersebar dibeberapa tempat yang minim signal, siswa kesulitan dalam memahami materi, kesadaran siswa akan tanggungjawabnya dalam mengerjakan tugas masih kurang, dan faktor lingkungan di sekitar siswa yang kurang mendukung. Sehingga menyebabkan menurunnya capaian hasil belajar siswa pada saat pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) know the mastery of the Buddhist education teacher on teachingmaterials, and the development of teaching materials. In addition in this study also aims (2) toknow the teacher's understanding in terms of the assessment used. This research is an evaluationresearch. That is an evaluation of the learning program of the Buddhist education teacher, interms of carrying out his duties, in the field of mastery and development of teaching materials,as well as his assessment model. Discrepency model is used to determine the level of conformitybetween the standards that have been determined in the program and the actual performance ofthe program. The results show that the mastery of the Buddhist education teacher on the teachingmaterial to be delivered is still imperfect and incomplete. The understanding of the teacher indeveloping teaching materials is still too far from the competencies that should be. The teacher'sunderstanding in terms of assessment is still imperfect, and the teacher's understanding of thedevelopment of assessment models that are in accordance with Buddhist education material, isstill in sufficient category, teachers are still limited in the use of older models, with standardmodels such as multiple choice instrument-based assessment models.

Abstract

Education Buddhism does not stand alone. Religious education is an integral part inbuilding the character of the child. Religious education will be embedded in the values of morality,intellectuality, besides nationalism to the nation and state life to Buddhism. Given the charactereducation experienced the longest process in the family, and religious values should be embeddedfrom the family environment and child behavior problems encountered in the field, then theformulation of the issues raised is how the process of character education and religion can worktogether through education in the family? This research is combined , using descriptive qualitativeapproach . As a result of the study are seven ways to be done to foster the main virtues ( goodcharacter ) , that empathy , conscience , self-control , respect , kindness , tolerance , and justice. The seventh kind of virtue is what can make the man of quality . The technique can be used toperform character education and religion in a family environment is by blending educationBuddhism , character education within the family , by instilling the values of the precepts andmorality , in the form of real-life examples behavioral will be able to form a good character , inaccordance with a family destination . Parents should be examples of good models .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the advantages of using two types of scale models by comparing Likert scale and semantics differential scale, in addition to knowing the silla construct and knowing the indicators. This study uses a development model, using the Borg and Gall model, which is adjusted. The sample used was the Buddhist community in the Central Java region, which consisted of Wonogiri, Semarang and Temanggung Regencies. Analysis by using factor analysis with exploratory factor analysis, in addition to descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that the components that can be used to compile the Silla instruments in Buddhism, according to the two instruments, consist of five dimensions of the Buddhist Pancasila. The indicators in each component of the Silla include four indicators of silla, namely thoughts, speech, physical body actions, and self-control. The advantages and disadvantages of the two forms of attitude rating scale, are differential semantic scales, have more advantages in terms of relatively higher validity and reliability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the role of parents on student achievement in the subject of Buddhist Education, to determine the effect of learning motivation on student achievement, to determine the effect of the role of parents and motivation on student achievement at SDS Bodhisattva in Buddhist Education Subjects. The results of the study 1) the results of the significance of 0.038 > 0.05 and t count 1.815 > t table 2.03011 so that Ho2 is accepted and Ha2 is rejected, that is, there is an influence of 41.8% on the role of parents on learning achievement. 2) of 0.033 > 0.05 and t count 1.978 > t table 2.03011 so that Ho2 is accepted and Ha2 is rejected, that is, there is an influence of 41.8% motivation on student achievement. 3) the significance value is 0.616 < 0.05 and learning achievement is 0.616 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 3.078 < F table 2.465809. It can be concluded that Ha3 is accepted as having an effect so that 19.9% the role of parents and motivation on student achievement. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the role of parents, motivation and learning achievement in grades IV, V and VI in Buddhist education subjects at SDS Bodhisattva Bandar Lampung

Abstract

Students who have grown accustomed to online instruction may experience cognitive dissonance while transitioning back to traditional classroom settings due to Covid-19's oversight. The creation of a blended learning module that incorporates online and in-person instruction is one approach to resolving the issue of how to carry out the learning process. This research set out to answer two questions: (1) how one might go about creating a blended learning module, and (2) whether or not such a module might be used effectively to teach Buddhist religious education content to seventh-semester middle school. Cennamo and Kalk's Spiral model is used for this study. In the spiral model, you first define the problem, then create a solution, then show how it works, and last deliver the solution. The average proportion, based on questionnaire data from large-scale experiments, was 92.24%. This blended learning module of Buddhist religious education has been found to be quite viable in order to be used for seventh grade students in junior high schools in Blitar Regency, as per the previously established requirements. Blended learning-based module solutions are suitable for usage as demonstrated by the results of completed questionnaires from content experts and media experts. The average percentage acquired in the massive study, as calculated by the table data from the questionnaires, was 92.24%. The integrated learning module for Buddhist religious education has been found to be quite viable in order to be used and applied to pupils in Blitar Regency's seventh grade of junior high school. After that, SPSS factor analysis indicated that the KMO and Bartlett's Test values were both more than 0.5, indicating that the product was viable. As a result, the study determines that the module can be used.

Abstract

This paper discusses the success or failure of the implementation of civic education learning programs that implement character values. The assessment was carried out by analyzing the Context, Input, Process, and Product for the implementation of the civic education learning program in class 5 at SD Negeri Jumo. The research was conducted from October to February 2022 to 2023. The research is evaluation research with a qualitative approach using the CIPP model. The research results indicate that context, seen from the vision, mission, school goals, syllabus, strategies, and programs, is appropriate and supports character building. Input is also based on the background of the teachers, students, facilities/infrastructure, formulation of lesson plans, and teaching materials that are appropriate in supporting the learning process so that the learning process can be carried out properly. The process is in the form of implementing civic education learning in which the teacher has carried out according to the lesson plans, in the implementation, the right methods/strategies, tools/media, and teaching materials have supported character education. The product has been achieved enough well, where students already have character values such as applying 5S (smile, greeting, greeting, being polite and courteous), cooperation, mutual cooperation, etc, and can apply them in everyday life. The process of civic education learning programs can be said to succeed as seen from students’ product data.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja penyuluh agama Buddha. Penyuluh agama ialah petugas yang berada di bawah Kementerian Agama yang memiliki tugas dalam memberikan penerangan sosial keagamaan kepada masyarakatnya sehingga penyuluh berperan sebagai ujung tombak dari Kementerian Agama. Secara garis besar, terdapat beberapa peran yang demban oleh penyuluh agama. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Prosedur pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan systematic random sampling. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer yang dilakukan dengan wawancara terstruktur menggunakan instrumen kuisioner pengaruh motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja penyuluh agama Buddha. Analisis bivariat yang dilakukan dengan uji asumsi klasik dan uji regresi yang meliputi: uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Populasi penelitian ini adalah penyuluh agama Buddha di Kabupaten Temanggung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwasannya, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja penyuluh agama Buddha di Kabupaten Temanggung. Dibuktikan dengan besarnya nilai R Square adalah 0,861. Angka tersebut memiliki arti bahwa pengaruh motivasi dan kompetensi secara simultan terhadap kinerja penyuluh Buddha sebesar 86,1% sementara pengaruh sebesar 13,9% disebabkan oleh variabel-variabel diluar model ini.
