Abstract

Generasi sekarang kurang mengenal nama pahlawan, kecuali sebagai nama  universitas, jalan, bandara. Mereka lebih mengenal film animasi, drama Korea.  Untuk itu,  peneliti tertarik mengalihwahanakan perjuangan  Jendral Sudirman yang  religius dan  patriotik ke format wayang beber kontemporer. Tujuannya adalah menciptakan wayang beber kontemporer bersumber dari perjuangan Sudirman,  memperkenalkan  pendidikan karakter dari perjuangan Sudirman, dan  menciptakan video pembelajaran bagi siswa kelas VI  SD.  SD.   Penelitian ini menggunakan teori alih wahana. Metode penciptaan menggunakan metode kreativitas  dari Graham Wallas yang mencakup preparation, incubation, illumination, verification.  Hasil penelitian ini berupa pertunjukan (video) paduan wayang beber dengan  monolog, yakni durasi 30 menit, menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia, mengandung nilai nilai pendidikan karakter, tata cahaya dan panggung dibuat menarik, ilustrasi musik  modern dan menggunakan sound effect, narator seorang aktor teater, lukisan wayang  beber berwarna terdiri tiga gulungan, dan tiap gulungan berisi enam adegan.  Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam menghasilkan model  mengalihwahanakan peristiwa sejarah ke  wayang beber kontemporer.

Abstract

Decubitus ulcers often occur in the elderly because the condition of the elderly is susceptible to disease and requires complete rest (bed rest) due to decreased body function, which causes limitations in body movement. Decubitus wounds are caused by several factors, namely immobilization, friction, and skin moisture. Pressure sores can be treated in several ways, namely by massaging and improving blood circulation, especially in the pressure area. Massage using direct massage requires extra energy so that a massage gun can reduce fatigue risk. This massage gun can be applied with Niggella Sativa Oil (NSO) to help increase skin hydration and elasticity. Objective: To determine the effectiveness of administering a combination of a massage gun and Nigella Sativa Oil (NSO) to prevent the risk of pressure ulcers in the elderly at the Sasana Tresna Wonogiri Nursing Home. Giving Nigella Sativa Oil (NSO) alone is not very effective, so innovation is needed in this tool by adding a massage gun, which helps increase blood circulation so that it can help older people with long bed rest to reduce the risk of developing pressure ulcers.

Abstract

This research examines the Ulaon Unjuk ritual in Sigotom Julu on December 2, 2022, with the aim of analyzing the performance elements and the cultural values transmitted through its execution. Ulaon Unjuk is a traditional marriage ritual of the Batak Toba community, which plays a crucial role in fulfilling the existential goals of hagabeon (prosperity in descendants), hamoraon (wealth), and hasangapon (honor). To this day, the Ulaon Unjuk ritual remains a mandatory practice to ensure that the bride and groom receive social validation as members of the Batak Toba indigenous community. As a marriage ritual, Ulaon Unjuk constitutes a cultural performance that encompasses elements of a staged event and facilitates the transmission of cultural values. This study employs a qualitative ethnographic approach for data collection, with the data subsequently analyzed narratively and inductively using a cultural performance framework. The findings are documented through ethnographic writing techniques. The results reveal that the Ulaon Unjuk ritual is carried out according to specific sequences and rules, is non-productive in nature, utilizes symbolic objects, and involves a designated performance space. These findings imply that Ulaon Unjuk includes performative aspects akin to theater. The ritual also incorporates the concept of Dalihan Na Tolu, which is central to the cultural values of the Batak Toba community, encompassing aspects such as patrilineality, clan (marga), marhobas (mutual assistance), tudu-tudu sipanganon (sharing of food), jambar (division of ritual objects), marsisisean (mutual respect), ulos (traditional cloth), tortor (traditional dance), tandok (ritual container), and others. In conclusion, the Ulaon Unjuk ritual represents a cultural performance that embodies theatrical elements and transmits the cultural values of the Batak Toba indigenous community through its enactment.Keywords: Batak Toba, Cultural Transmission, Dalihan Na Tolu, Ulaon Unjuk

Abstract

RINGKASANBeksan Ajisaka di Kraton Yogyakarta merupakan salah satu bentuk seni tari tradisional Jawa yang sarat dengan nilai budaya dan filosofi. Tulisan ini menganalisis struktur pertunjukan dengan analisis teks dengan elemen utama, seperti gerak, iringan, kostum tari, dan simbolisme yang terdapat pada Beksan Ajisaka. Struktur pertunjukan Beksan Ajisaka yang terdiri dari tiga bagian utama yaitu maju gendhing, inti, mundur gendhing, masing-masing memiliki fungsi naratif dan simbolik untuk menyampaikan pesan moral dan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa Beksan Ajisaka berperan penting dalam menjaga tradisi budaya Kraton Yogyakarta. Oleh karena itu, pertunjukan ini tidak hanya sekedar hiburan, namun juga sebagai media penyampaian ajaran filosofis yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari, serta terdapat unsur sakral dalam tarian Beksan Ajisaka.ABSTRACTStudy of the Structure of the Beksan Ajisaka Performance at the Kraton Yogyakarta. This research focuses on analyzing the performance structure of Beksan Ajisaka in Kraton Yogyakarta, which is one of the traditional Javanese dance art forms full of cultural and philosophical values. This research uses a qualitative approach with direct observation and text analysis of the main elements of the performance, such as movement, accompaniment, dance costumes, and symbolism contained in Beksan Ajisaka. From the results of the research, the performance structure of Beksan Ajisaka which consists of three main parts: maju gendhing, tengah jogedan, and akhir, each has a narrative and symbolic function to convey moral messages and leadership values. This research also shows that Beksan Ajisaka plays an important role in maintaining the cultural traditions of Kraton Yogyakarta. Therefore, this performance is not only for entertainment, but also as a medium for conveying philosophical teachings related to daily life, and there are sacred elements in the Beksan Ajisaka dance.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the values of moral character contained in the traditional Dulmuluk theater and to analyze the implementation and its impact on the character development of students. The research method employed is qualitative phenomenology, with an interpretative approach to the participants' experiences in theater activities. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, which were then analyzed using data reduction and categorization techniques based on the interactive analysis model by Miles and Huberman. In total, there were 20 subjects involved in this study. The results indicate that traditional Dulmuluk theater can shape students' character in various aspects, such as discipline, honesty, responsibility, cooperation, as well as social and cultural awareness. The interactions during rehearsals and performances play a significant role in fostering moral awareness, self-control, and togetherness. Evaluations of the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains also show that performing arts-based learning can enhance students' social skills and empathy. As a recommendation, this study suggests that the traditional Dulmuluk theater be incorporated as part of the character education curriculum in schools. Furthermore, further research is needed using longitudinal methods to measure the long-term impact of arts-based learning on the moral and social development of students.

Abstract

Hadits merupakan teks normatif kedua setelah al-Qur’an yang mewartakan prinsip dan doktrin ajaran Islam. Oleh karenanya, kritik terhadap hadits (naqd al hadits) memiliki peran yang sangat penting karena kedudukan hadits tersebut. Salah satunya adalah kritik matan  hadits  mengenai pengaruh  sayap  lalat  terdapat  perspektif hadits. Dari penelitian tersebut, maka dapat dengan keshahihan matan hadits tentang lalat pada makanan dan minuman dengan atau tanpa dicelupkan, membenarkan sabda Nabi Muhammad SAW, bahwa sayap lalat itu terdapat penyakit beserta penawarnya. Penelitian sains  membuktikan kebenaran mengenai matan hadits Rasullah tersebut. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa lalat pada minuman dengan dan tanpa  dibenamkan seluruh tubuh  ternyata  memberikan hasil yang signifikan. Hal tersebut tentu saja membenarkan apa yang telah disabdakan oleh Nabi Muhammmad SAW sebagaimana yang telah dijelaskan pada hadits diatas yang bahwa sayap tersebut terdapat penyakit dan sekaligus penawarnya.

Abstract

This study explains the character education model in wayang kulit art for early childhood (5 to 6 years old) as one support to form their future personality. This study is based on an action research approach to improve character quality to be better than before. The subjects are male or female students following and understanding character education through wayang kulit. The action method transforms adult puppet into children, concludes figures with positive character, and is responsible for early childhood to be actively involved in education and wayang kulit. The results show that positive character education, such as diligence, sincerity, firmness, helpful, determination, wiseness, humility, fairness, and friendliness, is found in human and animal children characters named Punta, Sena, Juna, Pinten, Tangsen, Bledug, and Belo which follows the child's developmental level rapidly advancing towards the future, and it can be used in the early childhood and kindergarten education environment nationally and internationally. Thus, much support is needed from children's educational institutions and wayang kulit arts, i.e., Kemdikbudristek (Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of Indonesia), Kemen KPP-PA (Ministry of Women Empowerment and Children Protection of Indonesia), SENAWANGI (National Secretariat of wayang kulit of Indonesia), PEPADI (Association of Indonesian Wayang Kulit), UNIMA, UNICEF, and UNESCO, to achieve a culture-based character education program.

Abstract

Pertunjukan Tubuh Ketiga oleh Teater Garasi Yogyakarta dipentaskan di Yogyakarta dan Jakarta, Indonesia. Pertunjukan Tubuh Ketiga diproses melalui riset di Indramayu, Jawa Barat.  Pada Tubuh Ketiga memuat proses interkultural antara modern-tradisi, lokal-global, hingga sakral profan. Kajian interkultural berkaitan fenomena sosial-budaya juga ekonomi yang menimbulkan masalah sosial di dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis unsur-unsur teater dan hubungan pertunjukan Tubuh Ketiga karya sutradara Yudi Ahmad Tajudin Teater Garasi Yogyakarta dengan kondisi sosial masyarakatnya. Pertunjukan Tubuh Ketiga merupakan bentuk interkultur yang ada dalam masyarakat berwujud karya seni yang bersifat elaborasi tanpa menggerus sosial yang ada dalam masyarakatnya. Pertunjukan Tubuh Ketiga sebagai metafora yang menangkap fenomena sosial masyarakat Indramayu yang saling menguatkan dan menjaga keberadaannya. Hanya, kajian interkultural belum dapat menganalisis kontribusi ekonomi dari buruh migran, petani, buruh industry, hingga pekerja kreatif atau pekerja bebas terhadap penguatan Tarling-Dangdut sebagai produk interkultural.Interculturalism in Theater Performance of Tubuh Ketiga Directed by Yudi Ahmad Tajudin & Teater Garasi, YogyakartaThe Third Body performance by Teater Garasi Yogyakarta was staged in Yogyakarta and Jakarta, Indonesia. The Third Body performance was processed through research in Indramayu, West Java.  The Third Body contains intercultural processes between modern and tradition, local and global, to the profane sacred. Intercultural studies are related to socio-cultural and economic phenomena that cause social problems in society. This study aims to analyze the elements of theater and the relationship between the performance of the Third Body by director Yudi Ahmad Tajudin Teater Garasi Yogyakarta and its community's social conditions. Third Body performance is a form of intercultural that exists in society in the form of works of art that are elaborations without eroding the social that exists in the community. The Third Body performance as a metaphor that captures the social phenomenon of the Indramayu community that strengthens each other and maintains their existence. However, intercultural studies have not been able to analyze the economic contribution of migrant workers, farmers, industrial workers, creative workers, or free workers to the strengthening of Tarling-Dangdut as an intercultural product.

Abstract

AbstrakSerial musikal pertunjukan Nurbaya merupakan salah satu karya drama yang disuguhkan secara Virtual. Serial musikal Nurbaya digarap Garin Nugroho bekerjasama dengan tim Indonesia Kaya dan para penulis-penulis baru. Pertunjukan Nurbaya ini terdapat beberapa modifikasi unik yang menampilkan tanda untuk menunjukan makna tertentu. Oleh karena itu peneliti bertujuan untuk menganalisis pertunjukan dengan tanda yang terdapat dalam pertunjukan teatrikal tersebut menggunakan metode penelitian semiotika untuk mengkaji pertunjukan Nurbaya. Hasil analisis semiotika menunjukan bahwa Tim Indonesia Kaya menghasilkan sebuah karya anak bangsa Indonesia yang kreatif. Sekaligus memamerkan tradisi, adat dan budaya Minang lewat Channel YouTube Indonesia Kaya. Jalan cerita yang modern membuat pertunjukan ini semakin spektakuler dan menarik sehingga dapat memperkenalkan budaya secara meluas yang bisa dilihat oleh siapapun dan dapat ditonton dimanapun.

Abstract

Islamic education in the national education system must comprehensively and continuously evaluate the opportunities and challenges of the digital era to strengthen its role in forming a better generation mentally, spiritually, morally, socially and creatively. The importance of Islamic education strategies in the digital era to achieve victory and compete in intense global competition. MAN 1 Kediri City is an example that has implemented digitalization both in the learning process and administrative fields to prepare a generation of qualified Muslims. The method used in this research is a qualitative method by collecting data through observation and interviews with descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the research show that MAN 1 Kediri City has succeeded in implementing strategies to achieve victory in the digital era through the use of digital technology in learning, implementation of vocational programs, competency-based curriculum development, character and moral education, and the use of social and digital media.
