Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of culture, perceptions, and trust on purchasing decisions either partially or simultaneously (jointly). The research method used in this research is a descriptive-quantitative approach. The population in this study includes all consumers or customers who have purchased traditional medicinal products located on Jl.Tjilik Riwut KM.1, Kahayan Palangka Raya market, whose numbers are not yet known. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique with a type of accidental sampling of 80 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed and processed with the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 24.0. The results showed that there was a significant and positive influence of culture, perceptions, and trust either partially or simultaneously on purchasing decisions for traditional medicines in the UKM Kahayan market, Palangka Raya. The suggestion given by the author in this study is that shop owners are expected to continue working in processing traditional medicine in order to increase the trust that traditional medicine is proven to heal. The government should carry out scientific testing to find out what content is in the drug, so that the BPOM and MUI labels are immediately given so that it is known to the wider community that these traditional medicines are suitable for consumption. For further researchers, they should use or add other variables such as social factors, psychological factors, and others so that they can more influence the results of purchasing decisions

Abstract

The importance of Entrepreneurship Assistance activities in Small and Medium Industries (IKM) and Batik Centers in National Community Service Activities (PKM) in Giriloyo Batik Village, Yogyakarta Special Region, Indonesia. The Batik industry in Indonesia has a rich history and an important role in the country's culture and economy. Entrepreneurship mentoring is a concept that offers guidance, training and support to entrepreneurs to develop their business. This report details mentoring methods, the positive impacts that have been seen, and the resulting benefits, including increased product quality, income, job creation, and development of local cultural identity. References from the literature help provide a solid foundation in understanding the concepts underlying these activities and their impact on local communities and creative industries. In conclusion, entrepreneurial assistance activities in Giriloyo Batik Village are an important step in supporting the growth of the batik industry and the welfare of the local community, and can be an inspiration for similar communities throughout Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1). Mengestimasi Pendapatan Rumah Tangga Karyawan Perusahaan PT Uni Primacom. 2). Mengetahui Besaran Tingkat Kesejahteraan Rumah Tangga Karyawan PT Uni Primacom. Penelitian lapangan dilaksanakan di Perusahaan Perkebunan PT Uni Primacom pada bulan Februari hingga April 2022. Penentuan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan metode Slovin sebagai alat ukut untuk menghitung ukuran sampel sehingga diperoleh jumlah responden sebesar 40 responden. Dalam rata-ratanya, setiap karyawan panen setiap bulannya bisa mendapatkan pendapatan hingga mencapai lebih dari 5,8 juta yang sudah termasuk tunjangan jaminan kesehatan serta jaminan sosial dan pendidikan anak. Dan jika dijumlahkan dengan pendapatan non Gaji tetap maka dalam satu keluarga bisa mendapatkan lebih dari 6,8 juta tergantung dari pekerjaan tambahan di keluarga. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Tingkat Kesejahteraan rumah tangga karyawan panen di Perusahaan kelapa sawit PT Uni Primacom dari 40 responden yaitu sebanyak 40 orang atau seluruh karyawan panen masuk ke dalam kategori sejahtera dengan persentase 100%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesejahteraan rumah tangga karyawan pemanen sangat tinggi. Dalam hasil tingkat berdasarkan Sajogyo didapati 3 responden masuk kategori Cukup dan 37 responden dalam kategori Hidup Layak.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of influencer visual content on repurchase intention mediated by purchase decisions. A quantitative method was used, with data collected through online questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0. The results indicate that influencer visual content has a significant effect on repurchase intention through purchase decisions. This conclusion highlights the importance of visual content in influencing purchase decisions and increasing followers’ repurchase intention.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of product quality and marketing mix on purchasing decisions. Quantitative methods are used with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires using Google Forms. Data analysis techniques use SPSS. The results of the study indicate that 1. Product Quality (X1) is proven to have a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions (Y). 2. Marketing Mix (X2) also has a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions (Y). 3. Simultaneously, Product Quality (X1) and Marketing Mix (X2) have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions (Y).
