Abstract

This research investigates the influence of motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction on workplace performance. Through a careful review of the literature, this study illustrates the complex relationship between intrinsic and extrinsic motivational factors, levels of work discipline, and levels of job satisfaction on individual and group performance achievement. Various psychological and management theories are utilised to understand how motivation, discipline and job satisfaction interact to shape optimal performance in the work environment. Findings from various studies show that high motivation, good levels of discipline, and adequate job satisfaction can have a positive impact on productivity, work quality, and overall performance. However, there is complexity and variation in the influence of these factors depending on the organisational and individual context. Thus, an in-depth understanding of the relationship between motivation, work discipline, job satisfaction and performance is important in developing effective management strategies to improve individual and organisational performance. Results of this article: 1) Motivation affects performance; 2) Work Discipline has an effect on Performance; and 3) Job Satisfaction has an effect on Performance.

Abstract

Lesson plan is the main key in learning. This study aims to analyze the lesson plans of High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) oriented big ball games subject in physical education learning. This is descriptive quantitative research, with document analysis method. 16 lesson plans arranged by 16 teachers from 16 schools in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta involved in this study. This study analyzes big ball game lesson plans including eight indicators: formulation of indicators, learning objectives, learning methods, learning media, learning materials, learning resources, learning activities, and learning assessments using document analysis guidelines with descriptors ranging from 1-5 scales (very good, good, acceptable, poor, very poor). The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis and is presented in percentage. The results showed that the analysis of HOTS-oriented big ball game lesson plans as a whole was included in the sufficient category with a range of eight indicators 29-84. The learning resource component is the component of the lesson plan that has the lowest average of 1.94. The learning activity component is the lesson plan component that has the highest mean of 19.12. It can be concluded that learning resources need the main attention to be improved in order to realize HOTS learning. Therefore, future research should consider the type of game, level of education, region or area, and health conditions due to post-pandemic situations.

Abstract

Latar belakang dilakukan penelitian karena kondisi kamampuan gerak dasar yang masih rendah dalam bermain sepakbola. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan gerak dasar manipulatif dalam permainan sepakbola di SD Negeri Cebongan, Sleman Yogyakarta yang berusia 10-12 tahun. Penelitian ini memakai pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian peserta didik kelas IV dan V yang berusia 10 - 12 tahun. Instrumen penelitian mengunakan tes keterampilan sepakbola usia 10-12 tahun yang telah diperbaharui oleh Nurhadi Santoso untuk dapat pakai dalam pengukuran keterampilan bermain sepakbola dalam pembelajaran PJOK tingkat SD. Instrumen ini telah memiliki validitas dan reliabilitas yang cukup baik untuk mengukur keterampilan bermain sepakbola bagi peserta didik putra maupun putri. Teknik analisis data mengunakan deskriptif persentase. Keterampilan bermain sepakbola usia 10 – 12 tahun peserta didik putra SD Negeri Cebongan, sebagai berikut: kategori baik sekali sebesar 4,69% (3 peserta didik), kategori baik sebesar 28,13 % (18 peserta didik), kategori sedang 37,50% (24 peserta didik), kategori kurang 21,88% (14 peserta didik), dan kategori sangat kurang 7,81% (5 peserta didik). Keterampilan sepakbola usia 10 – 12 tahun peserta didik putri SD Negeri Cebongan, sebagai berikut: kategori baik sekali sebesar 10% (4 peserta didik), kategori baik sebesar 20 % (8 peserta didik), kategori sedang 40% (16 peserta didik), kategori kurang 22,5% (9 peserta didik), dan kategori sangat kurang 7,5% (3 peserta didik). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan, keterampilan bermain sepakbola kategori sedang ke atas ada 73 peserta didik (peserta didik putra maupun putri) atau 70,19 %. Peserta didik sudah bisa dikatakan tuntas atau memiliki keterampilan gerak dasar manipulatif dalam bermain sepakbola sudah baik. Sedangkan 31 peserta didik (putra maupun putri) atau 19,81% memiliki keterampilan gerak dasar manipulatif dalam bermain sepakbola kurang.

Abstract

In some countries, the Covid-19 pandemic has become a disaster that causes serious problems, including in the field of Education. This research aims to find out the problem of physical education learning in online learning in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses qualitative methods. The research subject is upper-class students from MIN 5 North Lampung school year 2020/2021, as much 106. The instruments the authors use are designed based on previous literature. Interview data is analyzed using content analysis. In most physical education activities interviewed by PJOK MIN 5 North Lamupung education teachers, the total sample of research used in the study was 111 subjects, taking subjects using total sampling techniques. The findings revealed physical education learning problems in PJOK online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic: online learning problems in teachers, limited innovation in online learning, teacher control during PJOK online learning, task problems in students. While the problem in students found difficult to access in online learning, students' interest is lacking in online learning PJOK, limited devices in accessing online learning, facilities, and infrastructure that do not support PJOK.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaharui norma keterampilan sepakbola usia 10 – 12 tahun untuk dapat digunakan dalam penilaian keterampilan bermain sepakbola dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan (PJOK) baik peserta didik putera maupun puteri di sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Norma penilaian keterampilan sepakbola dari Daral Fauzi untuk dapat digunakan dalam penilaian keterampilan bermain sepakbola dalam pembelajaran PJOK usia 10 - 12 tahun. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari peserta didik putera berjumlah 64 dan peserta didik puteri berjumlah 40. Instrumen keterampilan sepakbola dari Daral Fausi ada 6 item tes, yaitu: 1) tes dribbling, 2) tes short passed, 3) tes throw in, 4) tes running with the ball, 5) tes heading the ball, dan 6) tes shooting at the goal. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan tes dan pengukuran keterampilan bermain sepakbola. Teknik analisis data, yaitu 1) korelasi prodact moment untuk mengetahui validitas (korelasi item tes dengan total skor tes) dan reliabilitas item tes (test-retest), 2) pengkatogorian di masing-masing item tes mengunakan data yang telah diubah ke T-skor dan data aslinya, serta pengkategorian keterampilan keseluruhan dengan data total T-Skor. Hasil penelitian dihasilkan norma penilaian keterampilan bermain sepakbola untuk setiap item tes dan gabungan seluruh item tes baik untuk peseta didik putera maupun puteri. Norma penilaian keterampilan bermain sepakbola dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di sekolah dasar untuk peserta didik putra dan putri usia 10 - 12 tahun. Validitas dan reliabilitas setiap item tes baik peserta didik putera dan puteri.   Abstract: This study aims to update the norms of football skills for 10-12 year olds to be used in assessing football playing skills in physical education, sports and health (PJOK) learning for both male and female students in elementary schools. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The norms for assessing football skills from Daral Fauzi can be used in assessing football playing skills in PJOK learning for 10-12 year olds. The subjects of this study consisted of 64 male students and 40 female students. The football skills instrument from Daral Fausi has 6 test items, namely: 1) dribbling test, 2) short passed test, 3) throw-in test, 4) running with the ball test, 5) heading the ball test, and 6) shooting at the goal test. The data collection technique uses a survey method with tests and measurements of football playing skills. Data analysis techniques, namely 1) product moment correlation to determine the validity (correlation of test items with total test scores) and reliability of test items (test-retest), 2) categorization in each test item using data that has been converted to T-scores and the original data, as well as categorization of overall skills with total T-Score data. The results of the study produced norms for assessing soccer playing skills for each test item and a combination of all test items for both male and female students. Norms for assessing soccer playing skills in physical education learning in elementary schools for male and female students aged 10-12 years. Validity and reliability of each test item for both male and female students.
