Abstract

Aplikasi Airbnb yang bertuju pada penyedia jasa akomodasi dengan tamu yang membutuhkan tempat menginap secara online, perkembangan teknologi saat ini yang mengharuskan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi manusia mulai memanfaatkan teknologi. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, dapat memudahkan untuk memesan apa yang dibutuhkan untuk mencari penginapan yang sesuai keinginan. Terdapat beberapa permasalahan pada aplikasi Airbnb seperti, Pengguna kesulitan beberapa fitur yang susah dimengerti,  customer service ketika ada masalah, Aplikasi sering mengalami gangguan bug seperti aplikasi terkeluar sendiri saat sedang pencarian tempat penginapan dan sulitnya melakukan transaksi karena terjadi kesalahan dalam pengoperasian aplikasi tersebut sehingga dengan adanya customer service gangguan tersebut dapat diperbaiki. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengukur bagaimana kualitas aplikasi berdasarkan dari kepuasan penggunaan aplikasi Airbnb dengan menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dengan sampel yang diambil pada penelitian ini sebanyak 106 responden pengguna aplikasi Airbnb, dan terdapat 24 atribut dengan menggunakan 7 dimensi. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan metode IPA yang menemukan 6 dari atribut -atribut yang mesti ditingkatkan kinerjanya, 6 atribut wajib untuk di pertahankan dalam kualitas pelayanan, 7 atribut yang setara antara tingkat kepentingan pengguna dengan kinerja aplikasi, dan 5 atribut tingkat kinerja lebih tinggi dari tingkat kepentingan pengguna. Untuk nilai yang didapat dari presentase CSI pada penelitian ini 69,62% pengguna merasakan puas dengan kualitas pelayanan Aplikasi Airbnb, dari hasil penelitian ini agar dapat melakukan peningkatan kualitas pada aplikasi Airbnb melalui metode IPA dan untuk meningkatkan nilai pada CSI agar lebih baik dari sebelumnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi manajemen risiko informasi dalam sistem pembelian Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) di PT XYZ dengan menerapkan metode ISO 31000. Metode yang ini mencakup identifikasi risiko melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dengan karyawan, dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden yang terlibat dalam proses pembelian sistem TBS ini. Delapan risiko yang teridentifikasi, di mana 4 risiko dikategorikan sebagai tinggi, yaitu  server down, gagal update, petir, dan listrik padam, sementara 4 risiko lainnya tergolong sedang, yaitu kebakaran, human error, data corrupt, dan koneksi jaringan terputus. Dengan dua risiko utama , yaitu server down dan gagal update, yang masing-masing memiliki nilai RPN 25. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan langkah-langkah mitigasi, seperti pemeliharaan rutin terhadap server dan jaringan, pelatihan rutin untuk karyawan, serta pengadaan sumber daya cadangan untuk mengurangi kemungkinan dan dampak dari risiko yang teridentifikasi. Diharapkan, penerapan langkah-langkah mitigasi ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas sistem pembelian TBS, serta memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi perusahaan dalam mengelola risiko secara efektif. Hasil penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi acuan bagi perusahaan lain yang menghadapi masalah serupa dalam manajemen risiko sistem informasi.

Abstract

This study evaluates the performance of Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) algorithms in analyzing user sentiments regarding the popular online game Genshin Impact. The dataset comprises reviews sourced from the Google Play Store and App Store in both Indonesian and English, reflecting linguistic diversity. Preprocessing techniques such as tokenization, stemming, and Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) were employed to enhance data quality. Sentiments were classified as positive, neutral, or negative using TextBlob-assisted processes. Results demonstrate that NBC outperformed SVM across all metrics, with an average accuracy of 71% compared to 63%. Notably, sentiment analysis on English datasets consistently achieved higher accuracy than on Indonesian datasets, emphasizing the challenges posed by the linguistic complexity of Indonesian. This research underscores the critical role of language-specific adaptations in improving machine learning algorithms for multilingual sentiment analysis. The findings provide actionable insights for optimizing user engagement through enhanced game feedback mechanisms.

Abstract

AI is becoming more and more crucial in the digital age to support kids in overcoming obstacles to learning and succeeding academically. The use of chatbots is one example of AI progress. Two well-known chatbots are Gemini and ChatGPT. Because they are useful and support a variety of learning tasks, including answering questions, producing articles, expanding knowledge, and other academic activities, both applications are highly well-liked and preferred by students. By using a case study on the Facebook community with the number of samples needed in this study as many as 377 respondents based on the Krejcie and Morgan formula, The purpose of this study was to determine whether user experiences with different applications differed. User experience measurement was carried out using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) approach on the variables of Efficiency, Novelty, Attractiveness, Stimulation, Perspicuity, and Dependability. The results of the study show that all user experience variables for the ChatGPT and Gemini applications received poor ratings, and there were no significant differences in any of these variables. However, based on UEQ measurements, it was found that both applications received better scores on the stimulation and novelty variables, while the attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, and accuracy variables received poor results. To improve user experience in the ChatGPT and Gemini applications, the quality of all variables needs to be enhanced.

Abstract

Perkembangan era Industri 4.0 semakin meningkatkan persaingan bisnis. Proses membangun sebuah bisnis membutuhkan konsep, model bisnis dan strategi yang tepat bagi perusahaan, sehingga dapat menjadi tolak ukur dalam pengembangannya menjadi bisnis yang dinamis. Model bisnis yang dibutuhkan dipengaruhi beberapa faktor, antara lain  pelanggan, biaya transaksi, dan juga persaingan. Business Model Canvas merupakan salah satu model bisnis berbentuk skema sembilan blok yang dapat digunakan untuk mengkonsep bisnis menjadi lebih sederhana dalam mendeskripsikan proses bisnis perusahaan, agar dapat lebih mempermudah dan bisa dimanfaatkan dalam sebuah perusahaan atau organisasi. Abstract

PT.XYZ is a palm oil company currently implementing the Accurate data processing system to manage data at its factory. This system is utilized for weighing incoming palm fruit, processing palm fruit within the factory, and generating various reports. However, during the implementation process, the system has encountered several threats that have had an impact on the company. These threats include connection errors, human errors, and server downtime. To address these issues, a threat risk analysis is necessary to minimize the likelihood of similar problems occurring in the future. In this study, the OCTAVE-S method is employed as it offers solutions for managing other threats. The risk analysis results indicate that there are six security practices that pose a high risk to the company's system security. These practices are IT Security Monitoring and Audit, Authorization and Authentication, Vulnerability Management, Encryption, Security Planning and Architecture, and Incident Management. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the company conducts a review of its security practices to prevent the emergence of new risks that may affect its business processes.

Abstract

The development of information technology is unavoidable. All aspects of human life require information technology. The use of information technology makes work easier to carry out. However, information technology also poses risks that can threaten the activities of an agency. The Pekanbaru College of Technology (STT) has implemented an Academic Information System (SIAKAD) to improve academic administration services, such as managing KRS, KHS, value input, schedules, and payments. Through interviews, it was identified possible risks that could disrupt business processes in the agency. The purpose of this study was to obtain an RPN (Risk Priority Number) value to provide recommendations for risk treatment in the Academic Information System (SIAKAD). The method used is ISO 31000 to measure the level of risk. The research stages include risk identification, risk analysis, calculation of RPN values, risk evaluation, and risk treatment. This research produces a level of risk from the highest to the lowest that can be used as a reference in the evaluation, treatment, and recommendations to overcome these risks.

Abstract

A decision support system is a system that uses computer technology to assist decision making. Every year, Baznas Riau Province conducts a selection process for scholarship acceptance. Scholarships are financial assistance for individuals, both students and students, for educational purposes. In the scholarship selection process, there are several criteria and sub-criteria, including KTP, educational status (not yet a graduate), GPA, parents' income, and housing conditions. The existence of quotas and specific criteria that must be met makes it difficult for Baznas Riau Province to select prospective scholarship recipients. This research implements the MOORA method, which was chosen for its simplicity, effectiveness, stability, and ability to produce accurate judgments in decision-making when compared to other methods. This method is simple and practical to use, and optimizes various objectives based on ratio analysis by giving values or weights to each predetermined criterion. After testing using the MOORA method, results were obtained from 13 students tested, where the highest value was obtained by A12 (Maya Sari) with a value of 0.2454 and the lowest value by A11 (Rizka Syaputri) with a value of 0.1987. The final result of this research produces a decision support system to determine scholarship recipients at Baznas Riau Province, which is expected to help Baznas in the scholarship selection process and increase efficiency in its implementation.

Abstract

Apotek merupakan salah satu fasilitas layanan kefarmasian yang bertanggung jawab dalam menyediakan obat-obatan. Salah satu tantangan utama dalam pengelolaan apotek yakni memastikan obat-obatan tidak melewati masa kadaluwarsa. Obat yang melewati masa kadaluwarsa akan mengurangi stabilitas obat yang berpotensi membahayakan kesehatan bahkan dapat menimbulkan efek racun  pada tubuh. Apotek rahman, sebagai penyediaan layanan kefarmasian menghadapi kendala dalam melakukan pemantauan stok obat secara real time akibat belum adanya penyediaan sistem digital yang terintegrasi. Peningkatan penjualan apotek rahman menuntut pengelolaan persediaan yang lebih baik lagi untuk memastikan ketersediaan stok dan mencegah kerugian akibat obat kadaluwarsa. Metode First Expired First Out (FEFO)  menjadi solusi untuk memperioritaskan penggunaan obat yang mendekati masa kadaluwarsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi pengendalian obat kadaluwarsa menggunakan metode FEFO di Apotek Rahman. Sistem ini dirancang dengan V-Model sebagai metodologi pengembangan, serta menggunakan teknologi barcode scanning untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil menjalankan semua fungsionalitas dengan persentase keberhasilan pengujian blackbox sebesar 100% dan tingkat penerimaan pengguna (UAT) sebesar 80,53%. Sistem ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan stok obat, mengurangi risiko kerugian akibat obat kadaluwarsa, dan mendukung layanan farmasi yang lebih baik.
