Abstract

Population Information System in terms of managing Population Data based on age classification. Paya Bengkuang Village currently has an information system that is still in manual form, which slows down the process of searching, adding, changing or deleting population data. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out research to build a population information system. The aim of this information system is to make it easier for village officials to manipulate population data and inform them in order to provide efficiency in community services. In this implementation, the PHP programming language is used and MySQL is used as the database. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that this website can be used to handle the process of filling in data, changing data, deleting and searching for population data, this system can also provide printed reports of certificates.

Abstract

Problems that often occur in the world of spring bed sales business are frequent ups and downs in predictions, the difficulty of detecting patterns in what can increase sales from buyers makes spring bed sales business people often experience losses, this also happens because business people don't know the strategy. Certainly in increasing sales, it is necessary to make predictions with a high level of accuracy, one of which is with the help of the application of computer science data mining using the C4.5 method. The C4.5 method used in this research is able to produce an optimal decision tree, with the ability to sort out the most relevant attributes in predicting springbed sales. The use of this data mining algorithm is expected to provide insight to springbed business players in making strategic decisions, such as stock management, production planning and more effective marketing campaigns. The experimental steps in this research include collecting springbed sales data. Experimental results show that the Decision Tree algorithm using the C4.5 method is able to provide spring bed sales predictions with an adequate level of accuracy. This model can help Springbed sales business players in planning more appropriate business strategies based on estimated market demand to increase the ups and downs of sales

Abstract

Human resources or employees in a company organization are very important to support the progress and quality of the company in achieving its goals. Having employees with good performance in a company does not just come from the employees themselves but there must also be a role from the company. Providing rewards to employees is one factor that can be used as a basis for providing motivation to employees. Performance appraisal is a process of measuring the results of work provided by employees, where this assessment will later provide results on who the best employees have the best performance to get rewards from the company. The problem that often occurs is that selecting the best employees or evaluating employee performance is based on subjective factors, which of course is detrimental to other employees and also has an impact on the company. Decision Support System (DSS) is a process that is part of the information system. Where the decision support system will assist in the process of completing semi-structured data processing. The Weight Aggregate Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method is a method that can be used in making decisions that have many attributes or criteria or is also known as MCDM (Multi Criteria Decision Making). The method used in this research is the WASPAS method which can provide the best alternative results, namely alternative A6 with the name "Tian" with a Qi value = 0.9815 which was selected as the best employee.

Abstract

The research conducted is to conduct an employee performance assessment process at a Beauty Clinic. The employee performance assessment process at a Beauty Clinic is carried out to provide awards to qualified employees at the Beauty Clinic. This study applies a Decision Support System (DSS) which is used as a system that can process employee performance assessments at the Beauty Clinic. In the employee performance assessment process at the Beauty Clinic, there are 6 criteria, namely Service Orientation, Integrity, Responsibility, Initiative, Discipline and Attendance. Thus, a system is needed that can make decisions, namely DSS by implementing the MOORA method to obtain preference values ​​from employee performance assessments at the Beauty Clinic, there is the best alternative in alternative A5 with a preference value of 0.37472

Abstract

The hotel industry provides accommodations that focus on guest comfort and safety. One crucial aspect of maintaining hotel security is selecting qualified security staff. However, the hotel faces challenges due to a lack of prior security staff selection. This results in difficulties in establishing clear selection criteria, resulting in an inefficient and unprofessional selection process. To address this issue, a decision support system (DSS) is required. This system will assist in data management, value calculation, and the generation of informed decisions. With a DSS, decision-making becomes easier, faster, and more accurate. This will increase efficiency, professionalism, and reliability in the security staff selection process. Furthermore, the best security staff will be given incentives for a period as a reward for the quality of their work. Implementing a DSS allows the selection of the best security staff based on predetermined criteria. The SMARTER (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Ranks) method can be used as a tool in a DSS to select the best security staff. Using the SMARTER method can solve the problem of selecting the best security staff. Aripin, with a score of 0.87, was selected as the best security staff. This will help the hotel maintain guest trust, provide a sense of security and comfort, and build a positive reputation. As a result, it will become more professional in managing hotel security and providing excellent guest service.
