Abstract

This study aims to create a Rhythm Gymnastics Modification Model  for Family Fitness During the Covid 19  Pandemic.  The ultimate goal of this study is to produce a modified model of rhythm gymnastics for fitness that can be used as a medium of exercise for families, helping families in maintaining fitness. Research time for 6 months from March to August 2021.  This research was conducted in Jakarta. This research uses research and development (R&D) methods, with reference to the ADDIE model, where this research goes through 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Model Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The initial product manufacturing using 25 model items, after validation by experts, there are 24 model items that are suitable for the Rhythm Gymnastics Modification Model for Family Fitness During the Covid 19 Pandemic. Based on data on the results of research that has been obtained from field tests as many as 24 items of Rhythm Gymnastics Modification Model for each family, and based on the results of research discussions, researchers can draw the conclusion that: Rhythm Gymnastics Modification Model made suitable for use by family fitness during the Covid 19 pandemic. This Rhythm Gymnastics Modification Model is then printed and used as a guidebook for the Rhythm Gymnastics Modification Model for each family. The results of the Rhythm Gymnastics Modification Model for Family Fitness During the Covid 19 Pandemic can provide a positive contribution for families and physical fitness observers specifically in carrying out physical activities for family fitness during the Covid 19 pandemic.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to produce and develop an O’Brien shot put learning model for high school students. This study used the Research and Development (R&D) method from Borg and Gall, while the subjects in this research and development were students of SMAN 8 DEPOK. In limited trials (small group trials) using 20 students and large group trials using 60 students while the effectiveness test used 40 students. In the test of effectiveness of learning model used the instrument assessment of preparation phase, slip phase, delivery phase and recovery phase skills using a rubric / portfolio (process assessment). Data analysis in this study used the t-test, the results of the initial test before being given the treatment of the O’Brien shot put learning model was equal to 47.70 then after being given the treatment of O’Brien shot put learning model turned up to 83.68. In the significance test of the difference with the application of SPSS Statistics, the t-count result was -85,377 and Sig. (2-tailed) 0.00 <0.05 which means that there were significant differences in the O’Brien Shot Put learning model for high school students before and after the treatment of the O’Brien Shot Put learning model was given. Based on the analysis of the data above it was said that the O’Brien Shot Put learning model for high school students was effective and could improve the learning outcomes of the O’Brien Shot Put for high school students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Barrier Hop exercise and the Box Jump exercise models and hand eye coordination toward the jump shoot skills of basketball. The research is conducted at Student of Recreation Health and Physical Education UNIMED. This study uses treatment by level 2 x 2. The samples is consisted of 40 student which is divided into four groups. Each group consists of 10 student. The technique of data analysis is two ways analysis of variance (ANAVA) and followed by Tukey's test at significance level of α = 0.05. The results of this study shows that (1) Barrier Hop exercises models has a better effect than Box Jump exercises models toward jump shoot skills of basketball. (2) there is an interaction between Barrier Hop exercises models and Box Jump exercises models and the hand eye coordination toward the jump shoot skills of basketball. (3) Barrier Hop exercises models have a better effect than Box Jump exercises models toward jump shoot skills of basketball on student which have high hand eye coordination. 4) Barrier Hop exercises models have a better effect than Box Jump exercises models toward jump shoot skills of basketball on student which have low hand eye coordination. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari model latihan Barrier Hop dan Model Latihan Box Jump dan Koordinasi Mata Tangan Terhadap keterampilan Jump Shoot Bola Basket. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan Rekreasi UNIMED, penelitian ini menggunakan treatment by level 2 x 2. Sampel terdiri dari 40 mahasiswa dibagi menjadi empat kelompok, masing-masing terdiri dari 10 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis varians dua jalur (ANAVA) dan selanjutnya dilanjutkan dengan uji Tukey pada tingkat signifikansi α = 0.05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) model latihan Barrier Hop memiliki pengaruh yang lebih baik daripada Model Latihan Box Jump terhadap keterampilan Jump Shoot Bola Basket. (2) terdapat interaksi antara model latihan Barrier Hop dan Model Latihan Box Jump dan Koordinasi Mata Tangan Terhadap keterampilan Jump Shoot Bola Basket. (3) Model Latihan Barrier Hop memiliki pengaruh yang lebih baik dari pada Model Latihan Box Jump terhadap keterampilan Jump Shoot Bola Basket bagi mahasiswa yang memiliki koordinasi mata tangan tinggi. (4) Model Latihan Barrier Hop memiliki pengaruh yang lebih baik dari pada Model Latihan Box Jump terhadap keterampilan Jump Shoot Bola Basket bagi mahasiswa yang memiliki koordinasi mata tangan rendah. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a difference between the effects of Mix Impact Aerobics and 2012 Physical Fitness Gymnastics exercises on reducing body fat percentage. In addition, this study aims to determine the effect of exercise motivation on the two exercises above. This research was conducted at Yakes Telkom Medan in 2017. The method used is experimental research method with 2x2 by level analysis through random sampling with a sample of 40 people. Measurement of body fat percentage was carried out using Skinfold Calibber measuring instruments. The analysis technique used is two-way analysis of variance (ANAVA), followed by the tukey test at a significance level of 0.05. This research can be concluded that overall there is a significant influence between mix impact aerobic exercise and 2012 physical fitness exercises to reduce body fat percentage. This study also concluded the interaction between exercise and exercise motivation. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah perbedaan pengaruh antara latihan senam Aerobik Mix Impact dan latihan Senam Kebugaran Jasmani 2012 terhadap penurunan persentase lemak tubuh.Di samping itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi berolahraga terhadap kedua latihan di atas.Penelitian ini dilakukan di Yakes Telkom Medan pada tahun 2017. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode penelitian experimen dengan analisis by level 2x2 melalui random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 40 orang. Pengukuran persentase lemak tubuh dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur Skinfold Calibber.Teknik analisis yang dipergunakan adalah analisis varians (ANAVA) dua arah, dilanjutkan dengan uji tukey pada taraf signifikan 0,05. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa keseluruhan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan senam aerobik mix impact dan dengan latihan senam kebugaran jasmani 2012 terhadap penurunan persentase lemak tubuh. Penelitian ini juga menyimpulkan adanya interaksi antara latihan dan motivasi berolahraga. Kata Kunci : Penurunan Lemak Tubuh, Latihan, Motivasi Berolahraga

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh terbatasnya pengembangan multimedia pembelajaran untuk siswa SMP N 97 Jakarta kelas VII materi pola hidup sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk multimedia pembelajaran untuk siswa SMP N 97 Jakarta kelas VII materi pola hidup sehat dalam bentuk video interaktif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Research and Devlopment, yaitu dengan melakukan tahapan sebagai berikut: analisis kebutuhan, mengembangkan produk awal, dan evaluasi produk. Setelah melalui tahap produksi dihasilkan produk awal yang divalidasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media. Selanjutnya, produk di uji cobakan kepada peserta didik melalui tahap, uji coba perseorangan dan uji coba lapangan. Subjek uji coba produk adalah peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 97 Jakarta sebnyak 30 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket. Data berupa hasil penelitian mengenai kualitas produk, saran untuk perbaikan produk. Data kualitatif dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian berupa video pembelajaran interaktif yang telah diuji cobakan. Hasil validasi ahli materi adalah “Sangat Baik” dengan rerata skor 4,2 dan ahli media menilai “Sangat Baik” dengan rerata skor 4,73. Penilaian peserta didik pada uji coba utama media adalah “Sangat Baik” dengan rerata skor 4,57. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi bahwa Pencak Silat merupakan budaya asli bangsa Indonesia yang harus dilestarikan dan terus dikembangkan, namun saat ini pencak silat sangat menjadi daya tarik siswa-siswi di era modern untuk berprestasi sehingga diperlukan beberapa cara yang dapat menarik perhatian mereka sekaligus meningkatkan keterampilan mereka dalam bidang Pencak Silat. Oleh sebab itu peneliti menciptakan model latihan teknik dasar serangan tungkai Pencak Silat. yang bertujuan mengetahui apakah model latihan teknik dasar serangan tungkai berbasis media belajar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar beladiri Pencak Silat pada siswa/I. Model yang diciptakan berupa lima teknik dasar tendangan yang sering digunakan dalam pertandingan pencak silat dengan menggunakan media belajar yaitu bangku, Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 110 Jakarta, penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari informasi dari beberapa sumber, serta observasi lapangan. Lalu peneliti membuat desaint produk, setelah itu di adakan validasi oleh 3 ahli. Selanjutnya model itu di uji coba pada siswa/I pada bulan Januari dengan jumlah 20 orang dan teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik uji – t dan validitas ahli. Hasil akhir bahwa model latihan teknik dasar serangan tungkai berbasis media belajar efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar teknik dasar serangan tungkai pencak silat pada siswa/I ektrakulikuler.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kecerdasan interpersonal siswa melalui metode pembelajaran penjas berbasis permainan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Class Room Action Research) dengan pengambilan data kualitatif. Pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan ini melibatkan ahli dalam bidang pendidikan jasmani sebagai kolaborator. Penelitian dilakukan sebanyak 2 siklus, yaitu siklus I dan siklus II dan diawali dengan kegiatan observasi awal. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan bersamaan dengan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di sekolah. Teknik pengambilan data atau cara penilaian kecerdasan interpersonal anak dengan melakukan tes pengamatan yang dilakukan ketika anak melakukan penerapan pembelajaran penjas berbasis permainan. Lembar pengamatan berskala likert dengan kategori 1 = Sangat kurang, 2 = Kurang, 3 = Cukup, 4 = Baik, 5 = Sangat baik. Pada tes awal terdapat 36% atau 12 orang siswa dalam kategori cukup, dan 64% atau 21 orang siswa dalam kategori kurang. Sedangkan pada siklus 1 tidak terdapat siswa yang dalam kategori sangat baik, 82% atau 27 orang siswa dalam kategori baik, 18% atau 6 orang siswa dalam kategri cukup. Pada siklus 2, hasil penelitian siklus 2 menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dengan data sebanyak 82% atau 27 siswa yang dalam kategori sangat baik, 18% atau 6 orang siswa dalam kategori baik, tidak terdapat siswa dalam kategori cukup, dan tidak terdapat siswa dalam kategori kurang, dan tidak terdapat siswa dalam kategori sangat kurang. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran penjas dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan interpersonal siswa kelas IX SMPN 139 Jakarta.

Abstract

Children who first practice swimming, must first be introduced to the properties of water. The introduction of water really needs to be applied to all those who want to learn swimming specifically for children with intellectual disabilities, of course it is very important to do water swallowing. The achievement of objectives in the training process cannot be separated from the role of the trainer in creating a harmonious training atmosphere in the training environment. The purpose of this study was to develop a water recognition exercise model for mentally retarded children. The development of this research refers to Borg and Gall. The subjects in this study were 42 students. Data collection techniques carried out by observation, study documentation, interviews, and tests. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively and quantitatively. The development of the model through small trials, large trials and effectiveness tests. Test the effectiveness of this water recognition model using the significance test Pre-test and Post-test significance test for differences with SPSS 25 in the results of t-count = -28,971, db = 43 and p-value = 0.00 & lt; 0.05 which means that there are significant differences in the ability of students before and after being given a water recognition skills training model in mentally retarded children. In this study conclusions can be drawn. (1) Model of water recognition skills training exercises for mentally retarded children can be developed and applied in training mentally retarded children (2) Models of water recognition skills training exercises for mentally retarded children can effectively improve the water recognition abilities of mentally retarded children.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of various forms of soccer dribbling skill errors, namely first touch, coordination, and ball feeling as well as characteristic causes based on observations made by researchers, the facts in the field state that when the teacher delivers soccer dribbling material there are still many students who lack focus about understanding the strategy that the coach gives to students will have an impact on formations that cannot be applied during play. The next factor is that not many teachers/coaches apply various training models to the learning process, so it tends to be monotonous. The reason the author observes this problem is to find out, analyze and correct the form of football dribbling skills errors. The data collection method used in this research is a survey method with the locomotor skills test technique and the skill development phase test. The research sampling technique used a total sampling technique with a total of 40 responses from some class III and IV extracurricular students of Al-Fath BSD Elementary School, South Tangerang City. The research variables were basic first touch skills, coordination, and ball feeling in doing soccer dribbling. Analysis of research data using descriptive percentages. Based on the results of the assessment analysis, it can be concluded that the form of errors in the dribbling skills of the III and IV graders of football extracurricular is first touching 18%, coordination 45%, and ball feeling 15%. The cause of errors that occur in dribbling skills is a lack of coordination ability, this can be seen in the skill test percentage indicator after being analyzed.

Abstract

Abstract This community service aims to train novice instructors in making creative gymnastics. The research place is carried out in each instructor's house, as for the training method using the zoom meeting media. The implementation time is in October 2020. The methods used in carrying out this community service program are: information discussion, demonstrations, mentoring, training, direct practice, and socialization tailored to the situation analysis and the needs of the strategic target audience. The steps taken are: Collaborative approaches with the management of gymnastics in the Bekasi City area. Observations to the gymnastics. Development of creative gymnastic model materials. In this community service activity concerning: Training on Making Creative Gymnastics Models for Beginner Instructors, it was seen the seriousness of the novice instructors in participating in the activity. This training activity can be carried out well and according to the expected plan. Beginner Instructors take part in training materials through online media zoom meetings in their respective homes, this is done because when this community service is still in the period of the Covid 19 pandemic. Many beginner instructors who take part in this activity consider that the material given to them is something new and useful. Based on the observation and implementation of the Creative Gymnastics Model Making Training for Beginner Instructors and discussions with the instructors, they feel they get a lot of information and benefits, especially in terms of understanding the forms of movement that can be created and created. took place lively because they had a lot of discussions with resource persons and with other friends, both related to theoretical and practical material in the field. Abstrak Pengabdian Kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melatih instruktur pemula dalam membuat senam kreasi.Tempat penelitian dilaksanakan di masing-masing rumah instruktur, adapun cara pelatihan menggunakan media zoom meeting. Waktu pelaksanan kegiatan pada bulan Oktober 2020. Metode yang digunakan dalam menjalankan program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah: diskusi informasi, demonstrasi, pembimbingan, latihan, praktek langsung, serta sosialisasi yang disesuaikan dengan analisis situasi dan kebutuhan khalayak sasaran stategis. Adapun langkah-langkah yang ditempuh dengan cara: Pendekatan-pendekatan kerjasama dengan pihak pengelola sanggar-sanggar senam di wilayah Kota Bekasi. Pengamatan ke sanggar-sanggar senam. Pengembangan meteri model senam kreasi. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini tentang: Pelatihan Pembuatan Model Senam Kreasi Untuk Instruktur Pemula, terlihat keseriusan para instruktur pemula dalam mengikuti kegiatan. Kegiatan pelatihan ini terlaksana dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan sesuai rencana yang diharapkan. Para Instruktur Pemula mengikuti materi pelatihan melalui media online zoom meeting di rumah masing-masing, hal ini yang dilakukan karena saat pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini masih dalam masa pandemi covid 19. Banyak Intruktur pemula yang mengikuti kegiatan ini, menganggapbahwa materi yang diberikan kepada mereka merupakan hal yang baru dan berguna Berdasarkan pengamatan dan pelaksanaan Pelatihan Pembuatan Model Senam Kreasi Untuk Instruktur Pemula ini serta diskusi dengan para instruktur tersebut, mereka merasa mendapatkan informasi dan manfaat yang sangat banyak terutama dalam hal pemahaman tentang bentuk-bentuk gerakan yang dapat diciptakan dan dikreasikan.. Pelaksanaan berlangsung meriah karena mereka banyak berdiskusi dengan nara sumber serta dengan teman-teman lainnya, baik itu berkaitan dengan materi teori maupun praktek di lapangan.
