The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the management of inclusive elementary schools, the principal's strategy in motivating the work of inclusive class teachers, and to describe the exemplary value of principals in inclusive elementary schools. Data collection was done by interview, observation, and documentation. Analysis of research data was done by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data through testing the credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of this study were as follows: (1) management of inclusive elementary schools by: planning all inclusive school activities at the beginning of the new school year through meetings with teachers and school committees; division of teacher tasks both basic and additional tasks according to their competence; implementing inclusive school work programs according to plan; monitoring during the implementation of activities and evaluating the work program at the end of the semester; (2) the principal's strategy in motivating the work of inclusive class teachers, namely the principal applying reward and punishment, teaching assignments according to his competence, encouraging teachers to excel, giving trust to subordinates, always two-way communication; (3) the principal values Ã¢â‚¬â€¹Ã¢â‚¬â€¹exemplified by the principal are: discipline in working, nurturing subordinates, family, responsibility for assignments, and applying the 3S culture senyum, salam, sapa (smiles, greetings, say hello) to teachers and students. The researchers thank the Directorate of Research and Community Service of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education for providing grant assistance so that this research can be completed.

This study aims to determine the understanding and readiness of Indonesian Vocational School teachers in Tegal Regency in implementing the 2013 Curriculum. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. Respondents in this study were teachers of Indonesian Language Vocational School in Tegal Regency who had implemented the 2013 Curriculum. The results showed that Teacher's understanding of Curriculum 2013 was in the moderate category, namely as many as 12 teachers (48%). Teachers who were included in the low category were 8 teachers (32%), and teachers who were included in the high category were 5 teachers (20%). While the readiness of teachers to support the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum is in the moderate category, namely as many as 13 teachers (52%). Teachers fall into the low category as many as 10 teachers (40%) and teachers who fall into the high category are 2 teachers (8%). It can be concluded that the teacher's understanding and readiness in supporting the implementation of the 2013 curriculum are moderate.

Teaching material as a course development is a teaching material that is packaged as material to be presentedinthelearningprocess.Thentheteachingmaterialsmustbemadesointerestingthatstudents aremoreenthusiasticinlecturing.Thatisthereasonwhylecturersintertiaryinstitutionsmustdevelop course teaching materials, one of which is the Appreciation and Drama Study course by integrating Brebes culture with the aim of gaining drama knowledge as well as raising awareness of the spirit of preserving its own culture. The purpose of this research is to compile the development of the Brebes Culture-basedAppreciationandDramaStudycourseandtotesttheeffectivenessofteachingmaterials. This research uses the research and development (R & D) method with the research steps, namely 1) Literature study, 2) Research planning, and 3) Implementation of the final product. The results of this studyarelearningbooksthatmeettheneedsofstudentsandlecturers,aswellasmeetingtheprinciples ofdevelopinglearningbooks.Basedontheresultsoftheeffectivenesstest,thisAppreciationandDrama Study course book is effectively used in learning for students of Indonesian language and literature education at Muhadi SetiabudiUniversity.

This study aimed to (1) describe the moral values in the novel “Ceplik” by Nanang Al-Qos, (2) describe social values in the novel “Ceplik” by Nanang Al-Qos. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The approach used is a sociological approach. Data collection method that used in this research is using read and note method. Data analysis techniques used in this research are identifying data, classifying, describing, and reviewing. The results of the study are four aspects of moral values related to God which are sincerity, praying, patience, and worship. The five aspects of social values are love, forgiveness, politeness, deliberation, and responsibility. The results of this study are planned as teaching materials for high school. Keywords: moral values, social values, novel, high school teaching materials Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mendeskripsikan nilai moral dalam novel “Ceplik” karya Nanang Al-Qos, dan (2) mendeskripsikan nilai sosial dalam novel “Ceplik” karya Nanang Al-Qos. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan sosiologis. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik baca dan catat. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu mengidentifikasi data, mengklasifikasi, mendeskripsikan, dan mengkaji. Hasil penelitian tersebut berupa nilai moral yang berhubungan Tuhan yaitu ikhlas, memanjatkan doa, kesabaran, dan beribadah. Nilai sosial lima aspek berupa kasih sayang, saling memaafkan, kesopanan, musyawarah, dan tanggung jawab. Hasil penelitian ini direncanakan sebagai bahan ajar SMA. The purpose of this study is 1. To analyze the effect of motivation on employee satisfaction at PT. Kebab Turki Baba Rafi Surabaya branch 2. To analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance at PT. Kebab Turki Baba Rafi Surabaya branch3. To analyze the effect of compensation on employee satisfaction at PT. Kebab Turki Baba Rafi Surabaya branch 4. To analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. Kebab Turki Baba Rafi Surabaya branch 5. To analyze the influence of employee satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Kaba Turki Baba Rafi branch of Surabaya. This research is quantitative research. The population and samples were distributed by 58 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, Reliability and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). The results showed the effect of the Motivation variable (X1) on Employee Satisfaction (Y1) was significant at 0.002. And Motivation (X1) is not significant with Employee Performance variable (Y2) of 0.297 which means negative. based on the correlation for the Compensation variable (X2) on Employee Satisfaction (Y1) of 0.880 which means negative. And for the Compensation variable (X2) on Employee Performance (Y2) of 0.691 which means negative. And for the Employee Satisfaction variable (Y1) on Employee Performance (Y2) of 0.009 which means strong. The results of this study indicate that, Motivation has a significant effect on employee satisfaction, which leads to employee performance. And employee satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar bermain drama dengan model SAVI (Somatis, Auditori, Visual, dan Intelektual) sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran drama bagi siswa SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D dengan sumber data dan kebutuhan prototipe bahan ajar siswa dan guru SMA. Untuk memvalidasi kebutuhan prototipe bahan ajar drama dilakukan uji pakar dan uji lapangan. Berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan siswa terhadap bahan ajar bermain drama dengan model SAVI secara keseluruhan modul pembelajaran layak untuk dikembangkan dengan aturan kebahasaan yang baik dan tampilan bahan ajar pada gambar yang lebih menarik Sedangkan penilaian prototipe oleh ahli diperoleh hasil kategori baik. Adapun penilaian rata-rata yang diberikan oleh tiga orang guru dengan model dan aspek yang sama juga menghasilkan kategori baik Berdasarkan penilaian ahli dan guru, maka nilai rata-rata prototipe bahan ajar bermain drama dengan model SAVI termasuk kategori baik. Maka berdasarkan penilaian ahli dan guru, bahan ajar yang dikembangkan sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa dan guru. Hasil akhir penelitian ini berupa prototipe bahan ajar bermain drama sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran drama dalam bentuk buku ajar. This study aims to describe: 1) the structure of the Tiger novel! Tiger! 2) The social background of the Tiger novel! Tiger! 3) Cultural background of the Tiger novel! Tiger! 4) Religious background, and 5) Educational value in the Tiger novel! Tiger!. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a sociological approach to literature. Sources of research data consisted of objective data sources in the form of text data, genetic data sources in the form of author biographies and informants by conducting interviews with observers and literature lovers. Based on the results of the analysis of this study it can be concluded as follows: 1) The structure of the novel "Tiger! Tiger!" Mochtar Lubis's work with Themes, no matter how small the crime that is stored, will be exposed as well. Mandate: Life is most important believe in God and yourself. Language style uses personification. The plot / plot of this novel uses a plot / plot forward and backward. Characterization / Characteristics of good and evil doers. The setting / setting was built in the middle of a wilderness. 2) Social background is Belief in customs, superstitious ties, marriage, about leadership, religious life, and social harmony 3) Cultural background is a matter of marriage that is not based on genuine love and affection 4) Religious background is upholding religious value to repent before dying 5) Educational value of the Tiger novel! Tiger! Is the value of strong friendship and high tolerance.Abstract is written in English in maximum of 200 words in italics with Times New Roman 11 point. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan buku ajar dalam perkuliahan Apresiasi dan Kajian Drama Berbasis Kebudayaan Brebes dan menguji keefektifan buku Apresiasi dan Kajian Drama bagi mahasiswa pendidikan bahasa dan sastra Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan model penelitian one group pretest-postest design. Jenis eksperimen ini menggunakan satu kelas dengan perlakuan tes awal sebelum dilakukan eksperimen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa nilai awal (pretest) terdapat nilai yang belum tuntas sebanyak 20 mahasiswa dan nilai akhir (postest) tuntas semua. Hasil uji keefektifan penggunaan buku ajar berdasarkan tabel independent samples test menyatakan adanya perbedaan signifikan hasil pretest dan postest. Dengan demikian, buku ajar mata kuliah Apresiasi dan Kajian Drama Berbasis Kebudayaan Brebes efektif digunakan dalam perkuliahan.

This study aims.to determine.the influence.of speech.card learning media on speaking skills and the influence of speech card learning media in debate materials in class X science SMA N 1 Prohibition, using the type of experimental quantitative research, the population of class X IPA SMA N 1 Prohibition and samples of class X IPA 1 as an experimental class and X Science 2 as a control class. This research is backgrounded by the low ability to speak in front of the classroom, especially in learning Indonesian in debate materials. Data collection in this study used questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The results in this study were in the experimental class t-test and the control class in the speaking skills test questionnaire with a t value of 3,482> t table 1,690 and a sig value. (2-tailed) 0.001< 0.05. Based on the provisions applicable to the hypothesis testing that the researcher had outlined, then Ho was.rejected and Ha.was accepted. Sourced in the table, t-test data were obtained in the research class and the supervision class with a t number of 8. 920 t table 1, 690 as well as sig numbers. ( 2- tailed) 0.000< 0.05. Sourced on. that determination is to test the hypothesis that the researcher has explained, to Ho. rejected as well. Ha acquired. Until, the conclusion of this study is that there is an increase in dialogue skills that are important to accompany students in the research class and supervision classes the results of this talk card learning media are estimated to have consequences in learning Indonesian especially in the debate module.
