Abstract

This study aims to identify entomopathogenic nematodes symbiotic bacteria phenotypically and based on the gene encoding 16S rRNA sequences. Bacterial symbionts of entomopathogenic nematodes, obtained from isolates from the area Wonokerto (WN01) and isolates Sukapura (SP01), Bromo, Probolinggo, two symbiont bacteria was found in entomopathogenic nematodes Steinernema sp. The method used in this study are: the isolation of entomopathogenic nematodes Steinernema sp. and bacterial symbionts conventionally for the identification of phenotypically, after the characterization of bacterial isolates, the isolation of genomic DNA, 16S rRNA PCR, DNA purification and DNA sequence analysis. The results based on phenotypic characterization showed that isolates WN01 and SP01, yellowish white, gram positive, negative bioluminenscene, catalase positive, can not hydrolyze urea, and also can not produce H2S. The results of the gene encoding 16S rRNA sequence can be deduced WN01 isolates have in common with the bacteria Bacillus strain toyonensis BCT 7112, while the SP01 isolates have in common with the bacteria Bacillus strain cereus ATCC 14 579.

Abstract

Full day school merupakan sistem pembelajaran yang dilakukan dengan memberikan waktu belajar selama 10-11 jam dalam sehari dan sistem full day school ini merupakan program pemerintah, program ini menerapkan sistem pembelajaran secara intensif yaitu dengan memberikan waktu khusus selama lima hari untuk pendalaman materi dan satu hari untuk kegiatan ekstrakulikuler. Melalui penyediaan waktu belajar yang lebih lama sehingga proses pembinaan karakter dalam diri peserta didik akan lebih optimal. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang memberikan gambaran tentang implementasi full day school dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa MTsN 12 Tabalong telah melaksanakan full day school sejak Juli 2023. Tantangan yang dihadapi selama implementasi full day ini dilaksanakan antara lain kondisi siswa yang jenuh, guru yang mengalami kelelahan, dan persediaan makanan yang tidak mencukupi. Adapun solusi untuk mengatasi beberapa kendala tersebut antara lain dengan memberikan dukungan emosional kepada murid, memberikan dukungan motivasi kepada guru dan memberikan fasilitas senyaman mungkin, serta untuk persediaan makanan kepala sekolah MTsN 12 Tabalong telah berkoordinasi dengan para pedagang yang berjualan di lingkungan sekolah. Temuan dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang mendalam tentang implementasi full day school di MTsN 12 Tabalong.

Abstract

One effective digital marketing strategy today is through co-creation marketing. Co-creation places consumers as parties who actively share to create value or products. This study aims to determine the form of value co-creation in the Keripik Tempe Rohani MSME business with the DART model (Dialogue, Access, Risk Assessment, Transparency) as a strategy in product innovation and development while evaluating value co-creation at Keripik Tempe Rohani with the DART model. The results showed that Keripik Tempe Rohani builds an image towards customers by prioritizing customer service and satisfaction. Keripik Tempe Rohani makes good use of social media, one of which is in the context of openness to customers and potential customers. Keripik Tempe Rohani has been good at applying the DART concept in order to create image and value. Although some things can be maximized again, each model makes a positive contribution and is believed to be able to contribute to strengthening the business.

Abstract

This research aimed to assess the effect of Naphthalene Acetic Acid (NAA) and nitrogen fertilizer on the growth of sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum L.) bud chips. The research was conducted using a 4 x 4 factorial design with the basis of a completely randomized design (CRD) of 3 replications. The first factor was the concentration of NAA which consisted of 0 ppm (without NAA), 50 ppm, 100 ppm, and 150 ppm. The second factor was the dose of nitrogen fertilizer which consisted of a dose of 45 kgN/ha, 90 kg N/ha, 135 kg N/ha, and 180 kg N/ha. The growth parameters observed included plant height, number of leaves, tillers, root dry weight, and shoot dry weight. The data were analyzed by analysis of variance and continued with Duncan’s test (Duncan’s Multiple Range Test) at a 5% level. The results showed that the application of NAA could not increase the growth of sugarcane bud chips on all parameters. Application of nitrogen fertilizer at a dose of 45 kg N/ha could increase plant height growth, number of leaves, root dry weight, and shoot dry weight. Nitrogen fertilizer with a dose of 180 kg N/ha reduced the growth of sugarcane bud chips. The higher dose of nitrogen fertilizer inhibited the growth of sugarcane bud chips.

Abstract

Katokkon pepper is a variety of South Sulawesi pepper, distinguished by its large size, bright red colour, and characteristic spicy flavor. Despite its high potential, the growth of catokkon peppers can be hampered by weather changes and environmental inadequacies. In an effort to boost the growth and yield of catokkon peanuts, the application of technology becomes an effective solution. Greenhouses, specialized buildings with materials like glass or plastic, can be ideal containers to tackle environmental problems. This greenhouse, connected to the Internet of Things (IoT) using ESP32 as a microcontroller, is capable of automatically controlling the temperature, humidity, and soil moisture according to the needs of catacombs. The implementation of this IoT technology provides practical solutions for farmers in the face of agricultural problems and improving the yield of catokkon peppers.

Abstract

Blitar City is the largest producer of jimbe drums in East Java, and even in Indonesia. The market segment for jimbe drum products is China and Canada. However, not all jimbe drum craftsmen in Blitar City are able to access the export market. This study aims to (a) Identify the characteristics of SMEs in the Jimbe drum industry in Blitar City (b) Describe the obstacles faced by jimbe drum craftsmen to move up to the export market (c) Develop strategies to encourage SMEs in the jimbe drum industry in Blitar City to move up in a sustainable manner. The type of research is a qualitative case study. The subjects of the study were jimbe drum craftsmen in Sentul Village, Blitar City, Head of the Cooperatives and MSMEs Office of Blitar City, Head of the Trade and Industry Office, Head of Sentul Village, Blitar City. Data collection was carried out by direct interviews with research subjects, observation and documentation. Triangulation of methods and data sources was carried out to obtain accurate data. Data analysis using the Miles, Huberman and Saldana (2024) formula and SWOT analysis. The results of the study showed that there are 2 types of Jimbe drums MSMEs in Sentul village, namely craftsmen and collectors, who do not yet have an association/ cooperative to accommodate the aspirations of craftsmen. The obstacles faced revolve around the difficulty of accessing capital and obtaining raw materials. Based on the SWOT analysis, the appropriate strategy for sustainable upgrading is to first improve the organization, help access capital and increase international marketing reach through partnerships.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the educational policies at the Nurul Musthofa Islamic Boarding School. This research uses qualitative research. Qualitative research contains complex images, examines words, and provides detailed reports from respondents' views. It also conducts research in natural situations. The research results explain that the vision and mission of the Nurul Musthofa Islamic boarding school, in general, cannot be separated from the superiority of this Islamic boarding school, which prioritizes the Tahfidz program. Takhassus Al-Qur'anul Karim, Amtsilati, and Nurul Mustofa Ekselensia are the flagship programs at this Islamic boarding school. Integrating religious knowledge and general knowledge is a characteristic of the Nurul Musthofa Islamic boarding school. Cultivating noble moral traits starts from the example given by the ustadz-ustadzah. The Islamic boarding school always evaluates the implementation of activities at the school.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Natural Resource Management (SDA) in improving the national economy with a descriptive qualitative approach. The Data was obtained through in-depth interviews, document analysis, and case studies from several countries that have implemented different natural resources management policies. The results showed that countries with sustainability-based natural resource management policies, such as the implementation of strict regulations, transparency of governance, and downstream industries, were able to increase the contribution of natural resources to national economic growth. Conversely, countries that still rely on exports of raw materials with no added value tend to face economic volatility due to fluctuations in global market prices. In addition, inequality in the distribution of Natural Resources benefits is also a major problem, where most of the benefits are only enjoyed by a few parties, while the affected local communities do not get the corresponding benefits. Therefore, the study recommends strengthening regulation, investment in the processing industry, as well as the application of circular economy principles to ensure sustainable and inclusive management of Natural Resources.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang peran dan pengelolaan BUMDes Anugerah terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Pajar Bulan, bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dan pengelolaan BUMDes serta partispasi masyarakat terhadap pengelolaan BUMDes Anugerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis dedukatif kualitatif. Penelitian diperoleh melelui data primer dan sekunder, metode wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Peran dan pengelolaan BUMDes Anugerah terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Pajar Bulan telah diwujudkan meskipun belum maksimal, peranan BUMDes Anugerah diwujudkan dengan adanya unit – unit usaha yang ada didalamnya seperti unit usaha penyewaan peralatan hajatan, BRI Link, dan jasa angkut sampah. Pengelolaan BUMDes Anugerah terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat sangat membantu masyarakat Desa Pajar Bulan, dengan adanya pengurus komisaris/penasihat, direktur/pelaksana operasional, dan pengawas. Pengelolaan BUMDes Anugerah lebih tersusun dan lebih lancarnya berjalan BUMDes Anugerah. Partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pengelolaan BUMDes Anugerah , sudah baik walaupun belum maksimal, karena masih ada masyarakat yang belum merasakan adanya BUMDes dan masih ada msyarakat yang kurang tau unit unit yang ada pada BUMDes Anugerah.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi jaringan komputer sekarang sudah semakin cepat seiring dengan kebutuhan para penggunanya terlebih pada suatu instansi. Dengan memanfaatkan jaringan komputer bisa menghubungkan suatu komputer dengan komputer lain sehingga membuat jaringan komputer sebagai sarana yang ampuh untuk bisa berbagi data walau jaraknya terletak pada tempat yang berjauhan. Namun di beberapa instansi perkantoran khususnya di dalam kantor kepala desa sambirejo timur belum memiliki sistem jaringan komputer untuk berkomunikasi atau terhubung dengan dunia luar dan sangat membutuhkan sebuah jaringan komputer untuk membantu melakukan aktivitas kantor seperti administrasi. Oleh karena itu, dengan di lakukannya sebuah perancangan jaringan komunikasi VLAN (Virtual Local Area Network) yang dapat membantu mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi di kantor kepala desa tersebut dengan tujuan dilakukannya Pengabdian ini untuk menganalisis dan merancang jaringan komputer di kantor kepala desa sambirejo timur. Hasil dari Pengabdian ini berupa analisis dan perancangan jaringan komputer dengan menerapkan topologi star VLAN yang kemudian akan disimulasikan menggunakan aplikasi Cisco Packet Tracer dengan metode PPDIOO, berdasarkan simulasi yang telah dijalankan, rancangan desain arsitektur jaringan komputer pada kantor kepala desa sambirejo timur telah berhasil dijalankan dan saling terhubung berdasarkan pembagian/konfigurasi jalurnya masing-masing
