Abstract

Meningkatnya jumlah UMKM di Indonesia menjadi salah satu faktor tingginya persaingan yang semakin ketat.Hal tersebut cukup berdampak pada salah satu pelaku usaha di Kota Tasikmalaya yaitu Siliwangi Car Wash. Saatini, Siliwangi Car Wash memiliki permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi seperti pengelolaan keuangan yang masihdilakukan secara manual dan banyaknya pesaing baru dalam industri yang sama. Tujuan dalam penelitian iniadalah untuk membuat strategi peningkatan pada Business Model Canvas Siliwangi Car Wash. Dalammerumuskan strategi tersebut, dilakukan pendekatan dengan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang dimiliki olehSiliwangi Car Wash seperti kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman dari sembilan blok Business ModelCanvas. Selain itu, ditambahkan analisis PESTEL dan Porter’s Five Force Model untuk menambah referensieksternal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancarasebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Proses wawancara dilakukan kepada 7 narasumber yang terdiri dari pihakinternal maupun eksternal. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan uji keabsahan dengan menggunakan uji triangulasiberdasarkan hasil wawancara dari narasumber. Hasil dari uji triangulasi tersebut dinyatakan valid. Dari hasilpenelitian yang telah dilakukan, Siliwangi Car Wash telah memenuhi kesembilan blok Business Model Canvas.Hasil analisis tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Siliwangi Car Wash memiliki 12 kekuatan dan 7 kelemahan padafaktor internal. Selain itu, Siliwangi Car Wash memiliki 10 peluang dan 13 ancaman pada faktor eksternalperusahaan. Dari hasil analisis tersebut, dilakukan pencocokan (matching) yang menghasilkan 26 strategipeningkatan, kemudian dilakukan grouping hingga menghasilkan 16 strategi peningkatan untuk Business ModelCanvas Siliwangi Car Wash baru. Dari 16 strategi peningkatan tersebut, dilakukan pemilihan strategi prioritasyang didapatkan sebanyak 5 strategi yang mengisi pada blok Value Proposition, Customer Relationship, KeyResource, dan Revenue Streams. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu menghadapi permasalahan yangdihadapi Siliwangi Car Wash terutama persaingan dengan kompetitor dan pendapatan yang relatif menurun,peneliti merekomendasikan untuk mengimplementasikan Business Model Canvas baru, sehingga Siliwangi CarWash memiliki kesempatan untuk mengatasi tantangan dengan lebih efektif serta memperoleh keberhasilan yangberkelanjutan. Abstract

Planning for mosque construction is based on local conditions by taking into account population structure and community procedures or patterns (SNI 03-1733-2004). However, not only in terms of planning, but in terms of supervising the implementation of mosque construction, experts are also needed who are familiar with building construction so that supervisors can direct construction workers in carrying out construction in accordance with planning documents. Construction of the Sheiik Mohideen Mosque on Jalan KH. Abdul Wahab RT. 001 RW. 002 Payung Village, Weleri District, Kendal Regency requires experts who are able to supervise the implementation of the construction of the Sheiik Mohideen Mosque so that the mosque that is built will be in accordance with the plans and wishes of the residents. Therefore, assistance in supervising the implementation of the construction of the Sheiik Mohideen mosque in Payung Village, Weleri District, Kendal Regency is needed, so that the mosque is built in accordance with the planning, the quality of the building is good, and the construction time is effective because the implementation of the mosque building is in accordance with the planning and produces a building of good quality. worthy. So the mosque construction committee collaborated with the service team from the Construction Engineering Study Program to provide assistance in supervising the construction of the Sheiik Mohideen Mosque. The methods used in this supervisory assistance include initial assistance, surveys, discussions and supervision. The result of this service activity is that the mosque has been built according to the planning and wishes of the residents with good quality and the right implementation time.

Abstract

Community service activity partners are a group of productive partners, namely batik MSMEs in Pekalongan City, namely those who are members of the Kauman batik kampoeng association and the Pesindon batik tourism village. The main problem is marketing, especially digital product marketing in improving the brand image of batik MSMEs towards global competitiveness. This is in line with the aim of community service to optimize digital marketing for batik MSMEs to be able to increase global competitiveness through digital marketing training and mentoring activities by utilizing social media and e-commerce platforms and brand rights registration as part of MSME branding and functions so that consumers can characterizes a product owned by batik MSMEs so that it can differentiate it from other batik products. This activity is divided into three stages, namely the preparation stage including identifying each partner's problem and preparing a problem solving plan, the implementation stage in the form of introducing digital marketing strategies as well as training on marketing utilization and optimization as well as introduction and assistance in creating brand rights, the conclusion evaluation stage of the entire activity, suggestions and conclusions from the results of community service activities. The results obtained from this activity are that batik MSMEs are still minimal in optimizing digitalization for marketing their products, as well as brand rights, only 20% of batik MSMEs have trademarks, the rest have no awareness of trademarks and don't even want to officially register their danang brands.

Abstract

Batik is a product that has become Indonesia's cultural identity. As a batik city, Pekalongan continues to strive to improve the quality of batik products so that Indonesian batik does not become extinct. One of the things that makes batik attractive is its motifs and colors. Through its appeal, batik will increasingly exist and become global. In line with the problems that exist in the batik industry, namely the problem of production time efficiency, this community service aims to provide solutions to problems in the batik industry in order to save or reduce production time, especially in the batik industry. color dyeing stage, while maintaining the quality of the batik. The dyeing process carried out by the batik industry which is the activity partner, namely Perkumpulan Kampoeng Batik Kauman and Kampung Wisata Batik Pesindon, still uses traditional dyeing techniques, so that through a batik dyeing machine solution called a feeder machine, the batik production process at the dyeing stage can be made easier. The results of this service activity were achieved with evidence of a success rate based on evaluation results reaching 87.4% as a dyeing tool innovation that had an impact on efficiency and with a color dyeing printing time of around 20-30 minutes on one 2x1m sheet of paper. cloth. Furthermore, the results of using the feeder machine are visible in the even coloring results and the batik wax does not break. This means that apart from being an efficiency solution, the feeder machine also improves the quality of batik.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi pada dunia konstruksi memberikan kemudahan dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi. Bermacam usaha dilakukan untuk mempercepat dan memudahkan tanpa mengurangi kualitas dari pekerjaan, bahan bangunan, dan konstruksinya. Termasuk dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan pelat lantai dengan menggunakan panel lantai untuk mempercepat dan memudahkan pekerjaan pelat lantai bangunan bertingkat. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan anggaran biaya pekerjaan pelat beton konvensional dengan panel lantai dan mengetahui selisih biaya pekerjaan pelat lantai beton konvensional dan panel lantai. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada proyek pembangunan Puskesmas Petungkriyono Kabupaten Pekalongan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu biaya pelaksanaan panel lantai lebih murah yaitu sebesar Rp 96.814.615,65 dibandingkan dengan pelat konvensional dengan nilai Rp 162.879.434,07 dengan selisih biaya sebesar Rp. 66.064.818,42 atau sekitar 59,44% lebih murah menggunakan panel lantai dibandingkan pelat lantai beton konvensional. Kata Kunci : Pelat lantai beton konvensional, panel lantai, perbandingan anggaran biaya, selisih biaya

Abstract

Degayu Village is one of the coastal areas affected by tidal flooding, which has closed most of the areas in the area. The surrounding community felt various losses, such as loss of jobs, housing and residence. So far, community land covered by water has not been utilized properly. An alternative solution of sea bass aquaculture could be the answer, because the advantages of sea bass make it possible to cultivate it in this location. Therefore, this community service aims to provide alternative solutions for utilizing flooded land. So that people can carry out cultivation activities independently and profitably. This community service activity method is carried out through counseling and providing demonstration plots, using step net cages as containers and sea bass for biota aquaculture. The results of the activity showed good understanding from the participants after the counseling was carried out with a percentage increase in understanding of 53.3%. Apart from that, this activity is really needed by the community which can be seen from the enthusiasm of the questions asked as well as the readiness to install equipment for the plot demonstration. The results of one week's rearing of sea bass aquaculture also showed good conditions. This condition can be seen from the growth of cultivated biota and the healthy physical condition of the fish. The conclusion of this service is that it is effective because it can provide knowledge and alternative efforts to participants regarding sea bass aquaculture.

Abstract

Kota Pekalongan dan sekitarnya memiliki banyak pabrik tekstil yang menggunakan bahan batu bara. Dalam penelitian ini memanfaatkan limbah tersebut dalam pembuatan beton. Penelitian dirancang dengan mensubstitusi sebagian pasir dengan fly ash dan bottom ash. Komposisi dasar campuran beton digunakan 1 semen : 2 pasir : 3 agregat kasar. Proporsi substitusi pada campuran sebesar 10%, 15%, 20%, dan 25%. Benda uji dibuat sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku dalam bentuk silinder 15 x 30 cm. Uji kuat tekan dilakukan setelah benda uji dilakukan perendaman dalam air selama 28 hari. Dari hasil uji kuat tekan, benda uji mengalami fluktuasi hasil. Pada campuran 10% substitusi mengalami penurunan sebesar 2,3% dibanding beton normal, namun pada campuran 15% mengalami kenaikan kuat tekan sebesar 15,16% terhadap beton normal. Kuat tekan optimal didapatkan pada campuran 25% dengan nilai rata-rata 21,89 MPa.

Abstract

Kemampuan lahan untuk pemanfaatan ruang selama ini berdasarkan perhitungan kemampuan lahan untuk pertanian dan dari aspek fisik lahan, belum terkait kemampuan lahan ditinjau dari karakteristik massa tanah pembentuk hamparan lahan yang menjadi faktor penentu seluruh faktor kemampuan lahan. Karakteristik massa tanah lebih ditentukan oleh stratigrafi massa tanah di bawah permukaan fisik yaitu komposisi jenis material, distribusi perlapisan, konsistensi dan densitas massa tanah yang menentukan potensi amblesan. Tuntutan tata ruang Kota Semarang sebagai ibukota Jawa Tengah diperlukan wilayah-wilayah yang siap untuk dibangun sarana dan prasarana kota. Kecenderungan demikian yang menyebabkan terus diadakan usaha-usaha rekayasa lahan dan wilayah rawan untuk konstruksi menjadi daerah-daerah yang harus siap dibangun lengkap dengan prasarananya. Rekayasa lahan dan perencanaan konstruksi sangat dipengaruhi karakteristik tanah setempat yang sangat beragam kondisinya, sehingga efektifitasnya akan diperoleh jika telah diketahui pasti sifat-sifat tanah tertentu pada zona-zona tertentu dalam hubungannya dengan stratifikasi kemampuan lahan. Penelitian dilakukan di Kota Semarang, secara geografis terletak di antara 6°50' – 7°10' LS dan 109°50' – 110°35' BT terletak di kawasan pantai utara pulau Jawa. Penelitian dengan pengeboran, sondir, diskripsi strata lapisan tanah pada seluruh titik uji tersebar di wilayah Kota Semarang dan selanjutnya disusun peta zona material lahan. Sampel tanah tidak terganggu dari bor dianalisis di laboratorium untuk mengetahui parameter karakteristik fisik tanah guna menganalisis potensi amblesan dengan indikator kemampuan / daya dukung lahan, besar dan lama waktu amblesan. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh zonasi jenis material dan potensi amblesan lahan yang dapat digunakan sebagai instrumen mitigasi tata ruang wilayah di Kota Semarang

Abstract

Abstract Based on the source, aggregates can be divided into two, namely natural and artificial. Along with the increasing development of infrastructure using concrete structures, the demand for fine aggregate in the form of sand has also increased, so innovations have emerged to use artificial fine aggregate in the form of stone ash. Stone ash is a material that comes from the process of breaking down and filtering natural rock produced from crushed stone industry waste with a size of less than 0.5 cm. Stone ash was chosen as a building block for concrete because Pekalongan City frequently experiences tidal floods, resulting in the flooding of old and newly built buildings, such as roads and houses made of concrete. Concrete structures generally harden quickly and dry easily, therefore concrete curing is carried out so that the water content of the concrete does not decrease quickly, thereby producing good quality concrete. The concrete curing process is an important method for maintaining concrete quality because it not only maintains the moisture content on the inside or surface of the concrete, but also ensures that the concrete produced is of the desired quality. This research was carried out using experimental methods and was carried out at the Construction Engineering Laboratory, Pekalongan University. The objects of this research include testing materials with fine aggregate in the form of stone ash and making concrete samples to determine the effect of seawater curing on the compressive strength of concrete. The compressive strength results for well water treatment were 18,064 MPa for 14 day old concrete and 22,867 MPa for 28 day old concrete. Meanwhile, concrete treatment with sea water has a compressive strength of 16,400 MPa for 14 day old concrete and 20,416 MPa for 28 day old concrete. From these results it can be concluded that treating concrete with sea water can affect the compressive strength value of concrete. Keywords: Compressive Strength, Rock Ash, Sea Water

Abstract

Indonesia faces a high earthquake risk due to its location at the convergence of major tectonic plates, necessitating earthquake-resistant building design that accounts for both structural and non-structural components, including infill walls. This study evaluates the effect of infill wall materials—clay bricks and lightweight bricks—on the seismic response of a four-story reinforced concrete frame building located on soft soil in Pekalongan City. The analysis was performed using the response spectrum method in ETABS. Two structural models were developed by representing the infill walls as uniformly distributed dead loads on beams, with each load corresponding to the wall material. The results show that the use of lightweight bricks reduces lateral and vertical forces at the ground floor by approximately 9–11% and decreases the maximum inter-story drift by up to 7.6% compared to clay bricks. In addition, the lightweight brick model exhibits a shorter fundamental vibration period, indicating increased structural stiffness due to reduced mass. All models satisfy the mass-participation requirements specified in the Indonesian seismic code. These findings indicate that lightweight bricks provide a more efficient alternative for infill walls and improve the seismic performance of mid-rise buildings in earthquake-prone regions.
