Abstract

Leadership style is a leader's efforts to influence others. The democratic style is very popular used by a leader in the modernization era. The characteristics of the leadership style are related to the opinions of both parties between the leader and his subordinates, a goal of a leader who is able to absorb opinions, and input from various parties in a decision. The facts from this research were obtained through the Head of Pule Village, Pule District, Trenggalek Regency. From this study it can be concluded that they are still not successful in carrying out their leadership. Where the employees are still free and as they wish in doing the work without any direct orders from superiors. The work carried out by employees that should be done according to the set time, is still often late for work, in terms of attendance even employees at the Pule Village Office, Pule District, Trenggalek Regency are still often late, leaving the office during working hours, even returning home before time determined by the regulations in the village hall

Abstract

Pelatihan keterampilan pembawa acara berbahasa Jawa didasari dengan fenomena penggunaan bahasa Jawa dalam acara seremonial atau kegiatan tertentu dalam masyarakat yang masih kurang tepat penggunaannya. Selain itu didasari oleh faktor penggunaan bahasa Jawa dalam komunikasi sehari-hari yang tidak disesuaikan dengan tingkatan bahasa. Pada dasarnya bahasa Jawa di lingkungan masyarakat Jawa merupakan bahasa ibu sehingga bukan menjadi suatu hal yang asing. Diketahui dalam penggunaan bahasa Jawa terdapat tingkat tutur yang harus diperhatikan ketika digunakan untuk berkomunikasi. Penggunaan tingkat tutur ini disesuaikan dengan mitra bicara atau kegiatan yang sedang dilaksanakan. Pelatihan keterampilan pembawa acara berbahasa Jawa diberikan kepada ibu-ibu PKK yang ada di dusun Cabean, Sewon, Bantul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Ibu-ibu PKK identik dengan berbagai kegiatan di masyarakat, sehingga pelatihan ini memiliki tujuan untuk memberikan bekal keterampilan sebagai pembawa acara menggunakan bahasa Jawa yang tepat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pelatihan keterampilan ini yakni ceramah dan praktk. Kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar, memotivasi peserta pelatihan agar dapat menjadi pembawa acara berbahasa Jawa yang baik dan sesuai.

Abstract

Video has become a familiar learning medium because it combines sound, images, movement, and narrative in a form that is close to students’ everyday digital experiences. This study aims to synthesize the reported effects of video-based learning on learning motivation and learning outcomes in Indonesian educational contexts. A qualitative literature-study approach was used by reviewing publications indexed through Google Scholar for the 2020–2025 period. The source manuscript records an initial search of 1,870 items, a refined set of 56 publications, and 14 articles selected as the main body of analysis. The reviewed studies cover different educational levels and subjects, including Javanese language, Indonesian language, English, science, civics, phonology, and distance learning. Across the studies, video-based learning was generally associated with stronger attention, interest, active participation, and enthusiasm, while learning outcomes improved through higher average scores, increased mastery, and better performance compared with conventional instruction. Several studies also note limitations related to internet access, teacher preparation time, and uneven student participation. These findings suggest that video is most beneficial when used as a purposeful, accessible, and context-sensitive learning aid rather than as a substitute for meaningful teacher–student interaction.
