Abstract

Abstrak: UMKM di Indonesia, khususnya UMKM Pokdarwis Desa Sungai Jawi, Palembang seringkali terkendala oleh terbatasnya kapasitas manajerial keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengelolaan keuangan UMKM melalui pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi Buku Warung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam mencatat transaksi keuangan secara digital. Setelah pelatihan, peserta mampu mengoperasikan aplikasi Buku Warung dengan baik, sehingga meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi pencatatan pembukuan. Peningkatan kemampuan ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat pondasi keuangan UMKM dan mendukung keberlanjutan usaha mereka di tengah persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat.

Abstract

The strategy for implementing religious moderation is the systematic steps and approaches used to integrate the values of religious moderation among today's diversity. This research aims to determine strategies for implementing religious moderation and supporting factors and inhibiting factors for its implementation in Islamic education management. This research uses qualitative method under case study. The findings of the research show that there are various programs of an Islamic Religious Education Curriculum which is full of moderation values, a program to habituate the values of moderation in daily life, a religious moderation training program for teachers, and the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project activities as strategies for implementing religious moderation. Apart from that, the existence of a clear vision and mission, a strong commitment from the leadership and teaching staff, as well as active support from parents and the community are supporting factors for the implementation of religious moderation. However, limited resources and the influence of students' social environment outside of school which does not always support the values of moderation are factors inhibiting the implementation of religious moderation. In conclusion, the strategy for implementing religious moderation can be carried out with various programs and activities in intracurricular, extracurricular, co-curricular and school culture as well as optimizing supporting factors and innovating solutions to overcome factors that obstruct its implementation.

Abstract

This research examines the importance of instilling moral values based on Islamic education as a theoretical foundation for character education in schools. The main objective of this study is to explore the incorporation of Islamic values such as honesty, compassion, humility, and justice into the character education curriculum for shaping students' character. The research method used includes a literature review to gather data on the effectiveness of Islamic-based character education in various educational contexts. The results of the study indicate that this approach not only strengthens individual morality but also promotes religious identity, tolerance, and independence among students in facing global moral challenges. The implications of these findings are that Islamic-based character education is a relevant and effective strategy in preparing future generations who are responsible, have integrity, and are empathetic towards society. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan kepuasan kerja secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Unit Usaha Migas Sarana Pengembangan Palembang Jaya untuk Wilayah Palembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research, yaitu menjelaskan kedudukan variabel-variabel yang diteliti dan pengaruh antara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya, dan pengujian hipotesis. Dengan teknik survei, penyebaran kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Teknik penentuan menggunakan sampling jenuh dengan jumlah responden 30 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial yaitu: 1. Uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas, 2. Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, 3. Pengujian Hipotesis dengan Uji Parsial (Uji t) dan Uji Simultan (Uji F). Hasil pengujian dan analisis adalah sebagai berikut: 1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan korelasi positif nilai t hitung sebesar 5,692 dengan probabilitas signifikansi t dari 0,001. 2. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan korelasi nilai t hitung sebesar 3,317 dengan probabilitas signifikansi t sebesar 0,003. 3. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan korelasi positif. Dan nilai F hitung sebesar 123,097 dengan F signifikan sebesar 0,001.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of Return On Assets (ROA),Return On Equity (ROE), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock prices in LQ45 stocks. This study contained 28 companies in LQ45 stocks that were always on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) list in 2019-2022. Sampling in study using purposive sampling method, data analysis used in this study is panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Return On Assets (ROA) has positive and significant effect on stock prices, Return On Equity (ROE) has a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices, and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative and significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of a stress management technique using Islamic spiritual practices, known as dzikir, to reduce burnout among high school teachers in the context of an increasing administrative workload under the implementation of the new curriculum. Teachers frequently face high stress levels due to administrative demands, leading to emotional exhaustion, reduced job satisfaction, and lower teaching quality. This research aims to assess the impact of dzikir on alleviating stress and improving emotional and spiritual well-being among teachers. The study employed a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group involving 60 high school teachers divided into experimental and control groups. Quantitative data were collected through standardized burnout inventories, and qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews. Results indicated that the experimental group, which practiced dzikir, experienced a significant reduction in emotional exhaustion and depersonalization, as well as improved personal accomplishment and job satisfaction compared to the control group. This study concludes that integrating spiritual-based stress management practices is highly effective in addressing burnout among educators, contributing to healthier teaching environments. By emphasizing culturally and spiritually relevant approaches, this research offers a practical solution for enhancing teacher well-being and supports the broader goals of improving educational quality in modern learning systems. These findings underline the importance of incorporating holistic, culturally sensitive interventions into education policy and teacher training programs.

Abstract

The company makes planned efforts to enhance the knowledge, skills, and abilities of its employees through training. With the right training, organizations are expected to improve employee work efficiency to achieve the set work objectives. This study aims to analyze the impact of Competency-Based Training on the Productivity of Housewives' Skills (Case Study at UPTD Balai Latihan Kerja Kabupaten Banyuasin). The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where the entire population can be sampled, amounting to 100 people. Simple regression analysis is used to process the data. Simple regression analysis is used to calculate the extent of the influence of the dependent variable on the independent variable. Based on the results and discussions that have been conducted, several conclusions can be drawn, namely that the training variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of Housewives participating in the UPTD Balai Latihan Kerja Kabupaten Banyuasin training.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Green Perceived Value (Functional, Conditional, Social, and Emotional Values), Green Product Knowledge, and Attitude Toward Purchasing Green Products on Purchase Intention toward Green Products among consumers in the Greater Palembang Area. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 200 respondents who had purchased green products, analyzed through SEM-PLS.  The results show that Functional Value, Conditional Value, Emotional Value, and Green Product Knowledge positively affect Attitude Toward Purchasing Green Products, while Social Value has no significant impact. Attitude also positively influences Purchase Intention. These findings support previous studies and confirm the relevance of the Green Perceived Value (GPV) theory. The study contributes to theory and practice by highlighting the importance of emphasizing functional, emotional, and promotional benefits of green products through effective marketing communication and environmental education. Future research should expand the geographic scope and include Word of Mouth (WOM) to better understand social influences on green purchasing behavior
