This study aims to determine and analyze budget planning and evaluation in improving the performance of the Aceh Singkil District Government, and to find out and analyze the obstacles faced in planning and evaluating budgets in improving the performance of the Aceh Singkil District Government. Research informants were selected by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used through interviews and observation. Data analysis techniques used in this study are qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that budget planning and evaluation in the Aceh Singkil District Government has not fully been able to improve budget performance, especially financial planning, the most recent data collection for performance evaluation and efforts to overcome budget constraints. The obstacle factor in planning is that there is a tendency to reduce budget allocations for certain activities with the aim that the available budget can be allocated to various other programs, and the inventory money requirement for a one-month period is not well planned. Whereas the constraints in the performance evaluation, data or information available have not fully been able to show the most recent conditions, because there is a possibility that the stages of activities carried out have not been reported, or there is a possibility that the evidence of expenditure has not been recorded because it still can be administered.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how the implementation of PPK-BLUD policies in RSUD Dr. RM Djoelham Binjai in terms of improving the quality and quality of public services, especially health services to the people of Binjai City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using the Merille S. Grindle theory where there are several variables that determine the effectiveness of policy implementation. From the research results it can be seen that after the implementation of PPK-BLUD in Dr. RM. Djoelham Binjai, there was a change where previously the budget management, finance and reporting processes, which had been purely based on financial regulations with the APBD mechanism. However, with the implementation of PPK-BLUD, all the income that the RSUD Dr. RM. Djoelham receives can be directly managed and used for the needs and needs of the RSUD. So it is hoped that it can simplify the bureaucracy, especially finance, so that in the end it can improve the quality of hospital services. In its implementation, there are several obstacles faced, especially the understanding of other sections and fields of PPK-BLUD in RSUD Dr. RM. Djoelham Binjai so that good coordination between divisions and fields is needed.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempermudah pengadaan tanah di Kabupaten Samosir sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan, sehingga anggaran yang digunakan dapat efisien dan efektif, serta dapat mengidentifikasi hambatan pengadaan tanah di Kabupaten Samosir. Memahami rancangan masalah dan data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini, data dapat dianalisis dengan observasi lapangan dan wawancara. Kemudian periksa keakuratan datanya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tim penilai tidak berkinerja baik. Rencana perbaikan jalan sudah sesuai dengan undang-undang, dan keputusan presiden belum dilaksanakan. Hal ini terlihat dalam laporan wawancara langsung dengan sekretariat dan perwakilan kabupaten, serta rincian lainnya tentang rencana pembangunan jalan. Dana yang dialokasikan ke setiap kabupaten untuk land reform tidak efektif atau tidak digunakan Jauh dari kriteria efektif. Hal ini dikarenakan kecamatan tersebut tidak memiliki anggaran untuk periode 2017 hingga akhir 2018, sehingga P2T tidak dapat berjalan normal, mungkin karena luasnya yang kecil.1 Nilai tanah. Belum selesai. Tetapi pekerjaan sudah selesai.

The role of community actors in the management of village funds is conducting village meetings (MusDes), which in the village meetings are planning for the management of village funds used for physical and non-physical development of the village. The role of village government actors in the village fund management process is involved starting from problem identification, planning, implementation and evaluation.Therefore, the village government must involve other community actors starting from problem identification to evaluating the management of the village funds, and if community actors are involved there will be a sense of care for the development generated from the village funds. the involvement of actors in the management of village funds is very necessary, not only involving village officials, in this case community actors are also very necessary because in this case they can build a better village in the future and community actors must be actively involved in managing the village funds. The type of research used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method with the results of the study showing a lack of community involvement in the management of village funds and a lack of openness by village actors in running a village program and a lack of openness in conducting village deliberations (musdes).

The tourism sector is one of the largest contributors to regional income in Samosir district. Therefore, researchers conducted research at one of the most popular tourist attractions for tourists in Samosir district, namely Batu Hoda Beach. The purpose of this study was to analyze the location factor and the diversity of facilities in increasing the attractiveness of visiting tourists at the Batu Hoda Beach Samosir tourist attraction. This form of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Researchers describe the results of the analysis of the two factors, namely location and diversity of facilities and the consequences that occur. Researchers emphasize research instruments on humans contained in the object of research which are used as informants in this study. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This research seeks to describe the results of the analysis with the consequences that occur. This is based on the consideration that researchers want to understand the location factor and the diversity of facilities in increasing the attractiveness of visiting tourists at micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) at Batu Hoda Beach (Batu Hoda Beach) Samosir. The research results are summarized through 3 (three) stages of data collection techniques, namely interviews, observations, and literature studies. Furthermore, the data obtained in the field is then re-examined and described. From the results of data processing, the researcher summarizes the things that have been focused on to be presented and arranged systematically. Furthermore, researchers conducted a data verification stage by making conclusions based on the data obtained from the research results.

The food crop commodity whose production continues to be increased to support national food needs is corn. Karo Regency is the largest corn producer in North Sumatra. In production activities on corn farming, the role ratio between the human resources of male farmers and female farmers is balanced, but the ratio of workers is more female farmers than male farmers. This research aims to analyze the role of female farmers' human resources in production activities and decision making in corn farming in Karo Regency. This type of research is a quantitative research method. The method for determining the research area was carried out purposively. The sampling method was carried out using Nonprobability Sampling using the Accidental Sampling technique. The data analysis method is in the form of qualitative and quantitative analysis based on the primary data and secondary data obtained. The research results show that the amount of labor provided by female farmers is higher than that of male farmers and the contribution of female farmers in decision making is very influential in production activities in corn farming in Karo Regency. This study delves into the critical aspects of fostering high productivity levels among employees, a paramount goal for any organization aspiring to achieve profitability. The primary focus is on assessing the impact of perceived organizational support and workload on employee productivity within the context of Perumda Tirtauli in Pematang Siantar city. The research seeks to provide a comprehensive analysis, examining the individual and collective influences of perceived organizational support and workload on the optimal functioning of employees. Employing a quantitative research approach with an associative orientation, this study carefully investigates the relationship between perceived organizational support, workload, and employee work productivity. The research methodology involves the selection of a representative sample of 80 respondents through simple random sampling techniques. By adopting a rigorous quantitative framework, the study aims to quantify and qualify the extent to which perceived organizational support and workload impact employee productivity. The findings of this research reveal compelling insights. Both perceived organizational support and workload exhibit a significant positive influence on employee work productivity, a phenomenon observed both in partial and simultaneous analyses. These results underscore the importance of organizational support and effective workload management in enhancing the overall productivity of employees. As organizations strive for success, recognizing and addressing these key factors can contribute significantly to achieving optimal employee performance and, consequently, organizational success.

This study aims to determine the effect of job insecurity and workload on employee turnover intention at Mitra Sejati Hospital Medan. Turnover intention will be tested partially and simultaneously on job insecurity and workload. A total of 86 workers were used as samples for this quantitative study. Purposive sampling was used for data collection. A straight distribution questionnaire using a Likert scale was used to compile the data. Multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25 is used to test the validity, reliability, and test the classical assumptions and test the hypothesis. Based on the results of the study that the job insecurity has a partial effect on turnover intention, this is evidenced by the value of t-statistic 5.526 > t-table 1.663. While the workload variable also partially affects turnover intention, this is evidenced by the value of t-statistic 4.579 > t-table 1.663. Based on simultaneous testing that the job insecurity and workload variables have a simultaneous effect on turnover intention with F-statistic 69.467 > F-table 3.11 and an R value of 0.791 and the Adjusted R Square in the study is 61.7% while the remaining 38,3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on work loyalty of employees in the field office of PTPN III Kebun Membang Muda. This research is quantitative research with associative methods. The population in this study consisted of 544 employees of PTPN III Kebun Membang Muda field, and the sampling method was purposive sampling with the slovin formula, resulting in a sample of 85 respondents. Primary data was obtained through direct survey distribution, and secondary data was obtained through books, journals and theses related to this research. Validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing were used in this study. According to the findings of this study, leadership style has a considerable impact on work loyalty. Workplace loyalty is positively influenced by organizational culture. Work loyalty is influenced by leadership style and organizational culture. Based on the coefficient of determination in this study, leadership style and organizational culture are able to explain 66.5% of the work loyalty variable. The rest is influenced by additional variables that are not discussed in this study.

Linawaty Kebaya Sewing Business Medan is a sewing business that provides services in sewing clothes. This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment and competence on Linawaty Kebaya Sewing Business Medan. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive research type. Primary data collection techniques through interviews with several informants at Linawaty Kebaya Sewing Business Medan and observation. For secondary data collection through literature studies and documentation. The data analysis process is carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and competence can improve the performance of Linawaty Kebaya Sewing Business Medan employees such as adequate lighting, sewing skills, punctuality in working on clothing products, building cooperation between fellow employees, the ability to follow developments regarding the latest fashion trends. However, there are several things that need to be considered in order to maintain employee performance. It can be concluded that the employees of Linawaty Kebaya Sewing Business have different motivations but have the same goal to make Linawaty Kebaya Sewing Business Medan better than before.
