Abstract

Dalam rangka menghadapi persaingan bisnis, maka diperlukan strategi bersaing yang tepat agar sebuah bisnis dapat bertahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merumuskan strategi bersaing yang tepat untuk Hotel Soliga dalam menghadapi persaingan industri perhotelan di Kota Gunungsitoli. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dimana data diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Resource Based View untuk menganalisis lingkungan internal dan pendekatan Porter’s Five Forces untuk menganalisis lingkungan eksternal dan dirumuskan dalam Matriks SWOT. Hasil dari pendekatan Resource Based View yaitu Hotel Soliga memiliki kekuatan dalam hal modal, lokasi, differensiasi produk, reputasi, pembagian tugas, dan pengelolaan data serta kelemahan dalam hal fasilitas dan tanggung jawab sosial. Dari pendekatan Porter’s Five Force ditemukan hal yang menjadi peluang yaitu tingkat loyalitas, sikap dan potensi pesaing, daya tawar pemasok serta yang menjadi ancaman yaitu jumlah pesaing dan produk pengganti. Setelah dianalisis menggunakan Matriks SWOT, maka dirumuskan strategi bersaing untuk Hotel Soliga adalah Strategi Intensif Penetrasi Pasar dan Pengembangan Produk serta Strategi Diversifikasi Konsentrik.

Abstract

The food crop commodity whose production continues to be increased to support national food needs is corn. Karo Regency is the largest corn producer in North Sumatra. In production activities on corn farming, the role ratio between the human resources of male farmers and female farmers is balanced, but the ratio of workers is more female farmers than male farmers. This research aims to analyze the role of female farmers' human resources in production activities and decision making in corn farming in Karo Regency. This type of research is a quantitative research method. The method for determining the research area was carried out purposively. The sampling method was carried out using Nonprobability Sampling using the Accidental Sampling technique. The data analysis method is in the form of qualitative and quantitative analysis based on the primary data and secondary data obtained. The research results show that the amount of labor provided by female farmers is higher than that of male farmers and the contribution of female farmers in decision making is very influential in production activities in corn farming in Karo Regency. Keywords: Human Resources, Women Farmers, Production, Corn Farming

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Interpersonal Communication and Core Values AKHLAK on Employee Job Performance at Bank Tabungan Negara KC Medan. The form of research used in this research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 46 people, and the sampling techniques used were simple random sampling. Primary data in this study were obtained through questionnaires directly, while secondary data were obtained through literature studies. The data analysis methods used are instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analyses, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that Interpersonal Communication and Core Values AKHLAK significantly affected both partially and simultaneously Employee Job Performance at Bank Tabungan Negara KC Medan. The determination coefficient test shows a close relationship between Interpersonal Communication and Core Values AKHLAK with an R-value of 0.606. Based on the Adjusted R Square value, it is also known that the Interpersonal Communication and Core Values AKHLAK variables contribute 33.8% to the entrepreneurial decision variable. At the same time, factors outside the capital of this study influence the rest.

Abstract

In today's industrial development, human resources are very important for every company institution to realize the vision and mission determined by the company organization. Although there are still many other factors that can help realize the company's vision and mission, without the support of human resources, the company's operations will not function properly. This shows that human resources are the main key that must be considered with all its needs. The objectives of this study are 1) To find out how much influence indirect compensation has on employee performance, 2) To find out how much influence the work environment has on employee performance, 3) To find out how much influence indirect compensation and work environment have on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative research method with an associative approach. The method of data collection is distributing questionnaires. The number of samples studied was 60 people. The methods used in this study are instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that indirect compensation (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) as evidenced by the results of Tcount (2.532) Ttable (1.672). Work environment (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) as evidenced by the results of Tcount (2.563) Ttable (1.672). Indirect compensation (X1) and work environment (X2) together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) as evidenced by the results of the simultaneous significance test Fcount (6.924) Ftable (3.16). In the calculation of the coefficient of determination, the result is 0.195, which means that the independent variable affects the dependent variable by 19.5%, while the remaining 80.5% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

If human resources experience obstacles in the form of conflicts in the company, then all company activities will also be hampered. However, if the company and human resources can overcome the problem, not only get experience to overcome the problem but all employees who successfully overcome the conflict will also feel job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work conflict and job insecurity on the job satisfaction of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison employees in the Sales Planning And Automation Group. This form of research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison in the Sales Planning and Automation Group, totaling 46 employees with sampling techniques using saturated sampling. The sampling technique used is the Saturated Sampling Technique. The analysis techniques used are instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that work conflict and job insecurity had a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the job satisfaction of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison employees in the Sales Planning And Automation Group, and had an effect of 49.5%, while the remaining 50.4% was influenced by other factors outside this research model.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia industri Food & Beverage (F&B) di Indonesia pasca pandemi covid-19 menunjukkan angka fantastis. Hal ini terlihat dari banyak aspek seperti halnya pendapatan rill yang terus menerus meningkat kembali sampai perkembangan positif di tahun 2022. Dunia pemasaran saat ini dalam keadaan yang semakin kompetitif dengan berbagai jenis strategi pemasaran yang beredar dengan kualitas dan inovasi yang bervariasi seperti persaingan harga, promosi penjualan, dan kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh brand image terhadap impulse buying, untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh sales promotion terhadap impulse buying, untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh store atmosphere terhadap impulse buying dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image, sales promotion, dan store atmosphere terhadap impulse buying secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi didalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Mixue Ice Cream & Tea di Kota Medan dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuisioner yang diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Ms.excel dan SPSS ver 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel brand image memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying, sales promotion juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying, dan store atmosphere memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying, serta brand image, sales promotion dan store atmosphere memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap impulse buying. Uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sangat erat antara brand image , sales promotion dan store atmosphere dengan nilai R sebesar 0,925. Berdasarkan nilai Adjusted R Square diketahui pula bahwa variabel brand image, sales promotion dan store atmosphere memberikan kontribusi sebesar 85,5% terhadap variabel produktivitas kerja karyawan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 14,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Land Value Zone (ZNT) based on market value, ZNT can be used to determine tariffs in land services, community references in transactions, determining compensation, inventory of public and community asset values, monitoring land values ​​and land markets, and references for determining NJOP for PBB, to be fairer and more transparent. In the study, a ZNT map was formed based on land values ​​with mass assessments using a sales comparative approach which was overlaid with the Stabat District Administration Map, Langkat Regency and the 2013 PBB Block Map and compared with land values ​​based on NJOP. The land price data calculated is pure land price data with the value of buildings that have been issued and adjustments according to the characteristics of the Regional Socio-Economic conditions. The Results of the Study Obtained 49 Land Value Zones from NJOP (Taxable Object Sales Value) data and data based on the Land Price Transaction Survey. Meanwhile, from the analysis of the average increase in income, the increase in regional income based on the comparison between Transaction Price and NJOP Value was 409.31%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the smart economy concept in MSMEs of the Indonesian Oyster Mushroom Farm (Jatiramdo) located in Block 10 Village, Dolok Masihul District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. Through a qualitative approach with a case study method, this study explores the forms of technology adoption, digitalization challenges, and village institutional support in the digital transformation process of rural MSMEs. The results of the study show that Jatiramdo has carried out a gradual digital transformation through the use of social media for marketing, the use of semi-modern production tools, and application-based financial recording. However, a number of challenges such as low digital literacy, limited internet infrastructure, and suboptimal institutional support hinder the expansion of technology adoption. The role of the village government as a facilitator is quite significant, although it has not been followed by sustainable strategic policies. Overall, the implementation of the smart economy in Jatiramdo not only increases income and business competitiveness, but also strengthens the social and institutional structure of the village. These findings indicate that a community-based digitalization model can be an important pillar in inclusive and sustainable village economic development.

Abstract

Community empowerment in the field of village planning towards an independent village is part of an effort to improve the standard of living and the economy of the community in the village which is still in a condition that has not been able to escape from poverty and underdevelopment, when in fact the potential of the village at this time can make a significant contribution to improving the standard of living of the community. community income. Dokan Village as one of the tourist destinations in Karo Regency does not have a draft village development document that is oriented towards strengthening the village government. The Dokan Village Government tends to carry out normative development, as a result, the potential wealth of tourism in Dokan cannot be maximized. Research on community empowerment in the making of the village strategic plan in the District of Mark is able to answer matters relating to the reality related to the condition of village tourism, especially in Dokan Village, which shows that the development of tourist villages and tourism potential is not being managed optimally. The research objectives are (1) to describe the potential of Dokan tourism village in supporting village development; (2) to analyze the human resources of the Dokan Village community related to the knowledge factor of the Dokan Village community; (3) to analyze the level of empowerment in tourism village development and its correlation in increasing the income of rural communities; and (4) to formulate a village development strategy in improving the facilities, quality and management of Dokan Village tourism.

Abstract

The current condition of the Deli Watershed (Daerah Aliran Sungai/DAS Deli) is in an appalling condition. This is indicated by several indicators experienced by the Deli Watershed, such as the decreasing amount of forests, polluted river water, slums along the river banks, silting of rivers, garbage dumped into rivers, so that all such conditions result in frequent floods in the City Field. This has become the author's interest to conduct a study entitled "Youth Participation in Management of Deli Watersheds (Daerah Aliran Sungai/DAS Deli) in Medan". This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The results showed that youth participation was still lacking in the planning/process of preparing and evaluating watershed management. While in terms of implementation, utilization and monitoring of youth, it is enough to participate. As for the obstacles faced by youth in their participation such as lack of human resources, lack of tools and technology, low government response, and lack of public awareness. This study also formulated strategies for increasing youth participation through the SWOT (Streingths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis approach and calculation of internal factor evaluation (IFE) and evaluation of external factors (EEF) with. Based on the calculation results, the SO strategy gets the highest score with a total score of 3.56.
