Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguraikan persoalan yang sering dijumpai oleh masyarakat umum dalam pemilihan lokasi perumahan strategis khususnya di kawasan Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. Rumah sebagai tempat tinggal adalah kebutuhan paling mendasar bagi manusia. Dengan demikian, lokasi yang strategis sangat penting dalam memastikan ketepatan dalam pengembangan perumahan. Pertimbangan seperti konektivitas dan aksesibilitas, termasuk akses ke pusat kota, jalan utama, dan transportasi publik, memiliki peran kunci dalam menetapkan lokasi yang strategis. Selain itu, adanya fasilitas umum penunjang lainnya seperri sekolah, pusat perbelanjaan, rumah sakit, dan perkantoran juga menjadi aspek penting dalam peningkatan kualitas hidup penghuni perumahan. Lingkungan yang aman, nyaman, dan ramah bagi keluarga juga menjadi faktor penting. Metode analisis Weighted Product digunakan dalam proses pemilihan lokasi perumahan strategis di Sidoarjo. Metode ini memungkinkan penentuan keputusan dengan menghubungkan nilai atribut berdasarkan bobot yang ditetapkan untuk setiap kriteria seperti Harga, Fasilitas Umum, Waktu, Tempuh Ke Pusat Kota, Desain Rumah, dan Perizinan. Dalam penelitian ini mengevaluasi beberapa lokasi perumahan strategis di Sidoarjo yaitu perumahan Pondok Mutiara, Pondok Jati, Citra Garden, Heavenland Park dan BluruKidul. Merujuk pada hasil penelitian yang telah dilangsungkan, perumahan Citra Garden berpotensi menjadi alternatif perumahan strategis yang memiliki kesesuaian dengan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditetapkan dalam penelitian. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi rekomendasi untuk para calon pembeli hunian perumahan yang selaras dengan kriteria dan kebutuhan

Abstract

Bisnis kecil dan menengah (UMKM) membantu pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Surabaya. Toko Mekarsari, sebuah UMKM tanaman hias di Surabaya, adalah salah satu yang bertahan selama dan setelah pandemi Covid-19. Setelah berpindah ke Sentra Pasar Bunga Tenggilis selama tiga tahun, pemilik usaha perlu melakukan promosi lebih luas di tempat baru. Digital marketing adalah salah satu cara untuk memperluas pemasaran. Untuk menggunakan digital marketing diperlukan website dan instagram sebagai media pemasarannya. Program ini dilakukan untuk memberi pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada Toko Mekarsari dalam rangka pengembangan website dan instagram toko. Hasil kegiatan adalah berupa website dan instagram yang dibangun untuk peningkatan jangkauan pemasaran.

Abstract

Promosi hewan adalah bagian penting dari industri hewan dan membutuhkan manajemen informasi yang layak dan tepat.Ini menanyakan hal-hal untuk merencanakan dan membangun database yang sempurna untuk mendukung metode menjual hewan menggunakan aplikasi. Sebuah studi kasus telah dilakukan untuk membedakan kebutuhan informasi tertentu dan merencanakan kerangka kerja database yang dapat secara efektif mengawasi transaksi, stok, dan data klien. Strategi pengembangan kerangka kerja menggunakan pendekatan pengembangan program komputer yang meliputi pengujian prasyarat, perencanaan konseptual, perencanaan fisik, implementasi, dan pengujian. Analisis sosial digunakan dalam program database untuk memastikan kejelasan data, normalisasi, dan konektivitas antar substansi. Penggunaan teknologi modern, seperti bahasa pemrograman modern dan manajemen database yang andal, semakin meluas.

Abstract

Pet Care is a company that offers animal care services that are equipped with a variety of pet shop products such as food, vitamins and care. In addition to Daily Pet Care selling pet supplies and also offering animal medical and treatment services. on one computer. Pet sitting services are one of the best solutions for the majority of Indonesian people who have pets but have to travel far and cannot bring their pets with them. The owners of Niz Petcare see this as a great business opportunity. However, currently they still use manual recording in their business processes, sometimes resulting in loss of material and customer confidence. The purpose of this research is to solve this problem by designing a flow and design of a petcare application prototype that is integrated and more organized using information technology that is developing rapidly and makes it easier for customers to access online. Given these needs, the authors apply the prototyping method to accommodate these needs. The implementation of making software uses the model view controller (MVC) method which adopts the CodeIgniter framework. In this study, an evaluation was carried out using UAT and Usability Testing with ISO/IEC 9126. The evaluation results show that the application of the MVC method can produce good software products that work according to their functionality. Based on the ISO/IEC 9126 percentage, the criteria with the greatest value for understanding on P05, P07, and P09 is 89%, usability on P05 is 89%, and learning on P07 is 89% and 88% power handling at P10. From the results of the summary of the evaluation, it can be concluded that there are if the users of the system are owners, customers, administrators, fully aware of the ease of understanding, learning, use and attractiveness of the NIZ pet care information system created

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi tidak hanya memberi kemudahan saja tetapi juga sebagai sarana informasi dan komunikasi. Dalam sistem transaksi bank pada umumnya memerlukan rangkaian tabel berupa aktivitas nasabah seperti transfer antar bank, transfer sesama bank, penarikan tunai, setor tunai dan lainnya. Data transaksi pada bank tersebut harus dikelola dengan baik, agar berdampak baik yang mempengaruhi aktivitas perusahaan. Cara meminimalisirkan kesalahan atau kejadian tidak diduga ketika mengelola data transaksi bank yang bisa terhitung besar dan banyak maka perlu dihubungkan sistem transaksi bank dengan menggunakan MySQL dan model konseptual data seperti ERD dan PDM. Hasil studi kasus membuktikan bahwa dengan adanya model konseptual dari ERD dan PDM dapat mempermudah proses alur dalam transaksi pada bank. Berdasarkan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketiga konsep model tersebut dapat membantu penyusunan tabel relasi dalam database MySQL, sehingga ketika nasabah ingin mengetahui proses transaksi pada rekeningnya dalam jangka waktu yang ditentukan maka akan otomatis masuk ke database.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) for the selection of an excellent-students in one of the faculties of X University using the gap analysis method (GAP). It was used to identify differences between students' expectations of selection criteria and students' actual performance. A survey was conducted on 31 students to obtain the necessary data. The result of this study revealed a gap between students' expectations and performance regarding academic grades and participation in student organizations. The result before implementation GAP with profile matching there were 29 accurate with two inaccurate data (93.54%). After implemented, there were 30 accurate and one was inaccurate at 96.78%. The DSS used GAP is a relevant solution to reduce errors and more objective.

Abstract

In the digital era, promotional skills through visual media are becoming increasingly important, especially for students and teachers in the field of Visual Communication Design (DKV). This community service activity aims to improve the digital promotion competence of students and teachers majoring in DKV at SMKN 1 Surabaya through training in making animated stickers. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research, with the participation of 17 students and 9 DKV teachers. This training involves several stages, starting from an introduction to the basics of making animated stickers, manufacturing practices, to implementation in digital promotional strategies. The research results show that this training was successful in improving students' and teachers' skills in creating effective animated stickers for digital promotions. Apart from that, training participants also showed an increased understanding of the importance of using animated stickers in more creative and attractive promotional campaigns. Thus, this training can be used as a model for developing other digital promotion skills in vocational education institutions.

Abstract

Market segmentation has an important role in determining marketing strategy and can improve marketing effectiveness specifically in mobile banking (m-banking) services. The aim of this study is to measure customer perceptions of m-banking adoption through segmentation analysis based on their behavior with the TAM construct. This study generates two segments, which are moderate and active adopters. Moderate adopters are members who already have m-banking but have not actively used it. M-banking is considered as a practical, easy-to-operate and they will adopt m-banking in the coming months. Active adopters perceive m-banking as a service which can complete banking transactions quickly and overall m-banking easy to use. M-banking is important to fulfill banking needs and will continue to adopt m-banking in the future. Moderate and Active adopters trust in the bank are positive and majority young-aged. Age has a significant relationship with both clusters, so the young aged group is the right target for m-banking marketing.

Abstract

Effective customer segmentation is crucial in optimizing marketing strategies, particularly in customer-oriented aesthetic clinics. This research aims to enhance customer segmentation in aesthetic clinics using a K-Means approach based on the RFAM (Recency, Frequency, Average-Monetary) model. This approach is utilized to leverage historical customer data to identify customer segments based on their purchasing behavior, including visit frequency, average purchase amount, and the last time they visited the clinic. The K-Means clustering method maps customers into homogeneous groups, enabling aesthetic clinics to adapt more focused and personalized marketing strategies. The research results indicate insights obtained from the analysis and interpretation of RFAM conducted on 493 data points, resulting in the formation of two distinct clusters. In Cluster 1, denoting low loyalty, there are 156 customers, while Cluster 2 comprises 337 customers, reflecting high loyalty. Practical implications of this research include improvements in service customization and promotions tailored to customer needs and preferences. In conclusion, the K-Means approach based on the RFAM model can be utilized as an effective tool to enhance customer segmentation in the aesthetic clinic industry.

Abstract

Hipertiroidisme merupakan kondisi dengan produksi hormon tiroid berlebihan oleh kelenjar tiroid, sehingga meningkatkan metabolisme tubuh. Diagnosis penyakit tersebut cukup menantang karena memiliki gejala yang beragam. Keragaman tersebut dapat diatasi melalui teknologi informasi data mining dengan memanfaatkan prediksi penyakit berdasarkan data yang tersedia. Berdasarkan pada hal tersebut maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menggelompokkan pasien penderita hipertiroidisme berdasarkan algoritma Decision Tree. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer sejumlah 100 pasien dengan 12 atribut gejala. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa model klasifikasi yang terbentuk memiliki tingkat akurasi tinggi. Nilai presisinya sebesar 84,81% untuk perempuan dan 85,71% untuk laki-laki. Nilai recall sebesar 95,71% untuk perempuan dan 60% untuk laki-laki. Berdasarkan pada hasil tersebut maka alogritma Decision Tree cukup efektif untuk digunakan pada proses klasifikasi pasien hipertirodisme berdasarkan gejala yang diamati.
