Abstract

This study examines the role of posyandu as a center for maternal and child health information in Suak Puntong Village, Kuala Pesisir District, Nagan Raya Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of posyandu as a health information center and the active role of the community in utilizing posyandu program services as basic health. This study uses an approach approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The role of Posyandu in Suak Puntong Village, Kuala Pesisir Subdistrict, Nagan Raya Regency, which is the main target for mothers and children, still needs more innovative health information centers. The problems faced in Suak Puntong Village are due to the lack of awareness of mothers to take their children to the posyandu and a narrow understanding of posyandu activities that are limited to weighing toddlers and other reasons, namely mothers are busy working. Posyandu as a health information center in Suak Puntong Village works as a basic health service as well as a motivator for villagers to improve health quality through its program in the form of an integrated family program. The integrated program provides contributions, weighing children under five, exclusive breastfeeding and complementary feeding, examination of pregnant women, family planning programs, and marginal age couples.

Abstract

The government of Gampong Suak Puntong is led by a keuchik or so-called Gampong leader and assisted by other Gampong government officials. Keuchik Gampong Suak Puntong as the head of government has the main role and responsibility to realize this development. It is hoped that the keuchik will be able to become the main driver to improve village development and community welfare. The formulation of the problem in this study is the first problem of unresponsive communication or lack of concern from the community to be involved in the village development process. Second, the problem of a static government system as a result of the long power transfer process as a result of the resignation of the keuchik in 2016. Third, the unstable socio-economic problems of the community due to the covid-19 pandemic, so that many Gampong funds have been diverted to solve problems. In this study the researchers used qualitative methods, with approaches to observations, interviews, documentation, and used secondary data sources such as literature, journals, and other media in explaining activities or facts in the research area that can assist in collecting data in the research area this research.

Abstract

Pengembangan kompetensi sangat dibutuhkan di setiap perusahaan. Pengembangan kompetensi dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan pelatihan, sertifikasi kompetensi, penugasan, dan job shadowing. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa dari segi pengetahuan, nilai, keterampilan, sikap, dan minat sudah sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan dan dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan serta dapat dilaksanakan oleh pekerjaan yang diberikan. Faktor pendorong dalam pengembangan kompetensi ini adalah peran dan dorongan perusahaan yang menuntut dan memfasilitasi setiap karyawan dalam mengikuti Pengembangan Kompetensi yang dilakukan sehingga nantinya diharapkan mampu memberikan yang terbaik bagi perusahaan, peluang, serta sebagai kepentingan dan kesadaran karyawan itu sendiri; dan faktor penghambat yang terjadi dalam pengembangan kompetensi ini adalah E-Learning, dimana pelatihan ini dilakukan secara zoom. Sehingga tidak berjalan maksimal karena karyawan mengikuti pelatihan sambil bekerja, fasilitas yang kurang memadai dari pihak penyelenggara pelatihan, serta waktu dan kondisi yang tidak sesuai dengan harapan karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to find oud the strategy in realizing a world-class bureaucracy carried out by the West Aceh Civil Service and Human Resources Development Agency.  To form employees to have good personalities and skills. Human resource development is a process carried out by an organization in improving its quality. This research uses the theory of human resource development in increasing personal motivation, improving skills, and improving personal self.  Research using qualitative methods through a descriptive approach, this type of research is to analze social events or conditions. The results of this study: the strategy taken in realizing a world class bureaucracy is first to meet quality improvement efforts state civil apparatus, secondly to provide training to become a potentially good civil servant.AbstrakTujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui strategi dalam mewujudkan birokrasi kelas dunia yang dilakukan oleh Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Aceh Barat. Untuk membentuk pegawai agar memiliki kepribadian dan keterampilan yang baik. Pengembangan sumber daya manusia ialah proses organisasi yang dijalankan untuk meningkatkan kualitasnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori pengembangan sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan motivasi personal, meningkatkan keterampilan, dan meningkatkan personal diri. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif, jenis penelitian ini adalah menganalisis peristiwa atau kondisi sosial. Hasil penelitian ini:pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusiauntuk membentuk pegawainya agar mempunyai karakter birokrasi yang baik sesuai dengan kompetensinya.  Strategi yang dilakukan dalam mewujudkan birokrasi kelas dunia adalah pertama melakukan upaya peningkatan kualitas aparatur sipil negara, kedua memberikan pelatihan-pelatihan untuk menjadi aparatur sipil negara yang berpotensi baik.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the local government's strategy in implementing the Economic pillars of SDGs in the agro and marine area of the Simeulue district. Simeulue Regency is one of the agriculture and fisheries-based areas to be precise in the West Teupah and East Simeulue Districts as very strategic locations for superior agro and marine areas to realize SDGs development indicators which have experienced obstacles in achieving them. Farmer groups have achieved very high productivity but marketing is very low and cannot be controlled properly by the government. Likewise, with fishermen groups in the region, the productivity of the fishermen's catches is very large. However, these results are only used by certain groups with marketing prices that do not achieve stability. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. Data analysis was carried out starting from the time of field data collection, data was reduced, presented ,and verified then conclusions were drawn. and the role of BUMDes in advancing superior village products is still weak

Abstract

One of the problems in continuing tertiary education experienced by students is doubt and indecision in determining majors. Choosing the right major will determine the direction of your future career. So, to answer this problem it is necessary to carry out community service activities by introducing study programs and graduate career prospects. The purpose of implementing community service activities is to introduce the Public Administration study program and the profile achievements of graduates so that they become a reference for students in determining career directions according to their interests and aspirations. This service activity is carried out using the lecture method. The author conducted a pre-test and post-Test as a step to find out the extent of students' understanding of the Public Administration study program. As for the results of the community service activities during the pre-test, few participants knew about the existence of the Public Administration study program, but after the post-test was carried out, the students understood and knew about the studies and achievements of graduates of the Public Administration study program so that later it would become one of the list of major choices for students to build a future career.

Abstract

Indonesia's maritime economic potential is now starting to be managed in an innovative and good manner, so that it can become one of the targets of development and can provide optimal benefits for the state and people of Indonesia. This very supportive maritime natural condition can certainly be developed into other potentials, one of which is tourism. This potential certainly should not be missed. Simeulue Island has many beautiful tourist spots that need to be developed. However, the beautiful natural charm is not offset by optimal management. waste management is still bad, there is an assumption that development on the beach will only provide one-sided benefits and a lack of community enthusiasm for the development of beach tourism, and the problem of minimal human resources in managing marine tourism. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of sustainable marine tourism through the Pentahelix concept in Simeulue Regency. The method used is a qualitative method using observation, interviews and literature studies. The results of the study show that there are 5 roles studied, namely the government, which is carried out by the Disparbud and Bappeda collaborating and coordinating with each other on issues related to tourism development planning which are in the process of being prepared and further sustainable development is needed. While academics play a role in efforts to study the development of tourism and community empowerment in the field of tourism. The media play a role in helping promotions to increase tourist attractiveness, social groups through tourism awareness groups that need to be optimized again and business people who provide tourism support facilities in Simeulue Regency such as lodging, culinary, entertainment and transportation

Abstract

Education is an effort to develop a nation to be better in order to create the formation of individuals who have an ethical and quality spirit. The quality of education starts from school, as formal education institutions for the community to improve the quality of education by applying the National Education Standards (NES). NES is a minimum requirement standard for the education system in all regions of Indonesia including content standards, assessment standards, management standards, financing standards, process standards, infrastructure standards, graduate competency standards, educators and education staff standards. This aim is to determine the success of implementing NES at Kampung Krueng Elementary School. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach with primary data sources, namely observation and interviews, then secondary data is collected from reading books, journals, mass media and written documents. The results of the study show that several studies on the success of the NES scope have not been classified as effective and efficient because some standards have not been met, there are standards that already meet the NES well but need effort to be better such as the standards of educators and education staff during the teaching and learning process for students trying to bring a comfortable atmosphere so that students are enthusiastic about learning and those that are still not supportive, namely the standard of facilities and infrastructure which is still minimal in terms of budget and goods by the Department of Education. Keywords:  Application, National Education Standards, Primary School

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to understand the synergy pattern implementation of government policies in accordance with the qanun of traditional farmer institutions number 10 of 2008 in article 25 discusses about traditional farmer institutions have duties and functions that can be synergized by the government village. The rice farming community is always on the poverty line, the dynamics of the socio-economic layers of the farming community are still very attached to values and culture which are often ignored by the government and traditional institutions with unidirectional organizational communication patterns, there are conflicts of interest in increasing the productivity of rice agricultural products. The SDGs-18 Development Target for farming communities is an element of strengthening dynamic village institutions and an adaptive culture which is one of the development prospects in changing the direction of social policy and community empowerment for village development in overcoming poverty. The traditional institution "Keujreng Blang" is one of the roles and functions of rice farming governance which has the potential to create food security which can be integrated through village SDGs development based on farmers' traditional villages. This research method was implemented using a qualitative approach in the form of a phenomenological approach to the socio-economic conditions of society in a more in-depth and comprehensive way towards the problems being analyzed. The research results policy synergy show that rice farming governance cannot be properly integrated by regional governments because the dynamics of policy and the position of traditional institutions at the village level are still assumed by the government. Therefore, it is expected that the government can formulate inclusive policies for traditional institutions in improving agricultural governance in a sustainable way to overcome community poverty. Abstrak: Tujuan Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui pola sinergitas pelaksanaan kebijakan pemerintah sesuai dengan qanun lembaga adat petani nomor 10 Tahun 2008 dalam pasal 25 yakni lembaga adat petani adanya tugas dan fungsi yang dapat disinergikan oleh pemerintah desa. Masyarakat petani padi senantiasa berada digaris kemiskinan, dinamika lapisan sosial ekonomi masyarakat petani masih sangat melekat dengan nilai dan budaya sering diabaikan oleh pemerintah dan lembaga adat dengan pola komunikasi organisasi yang tidak searah, terjadi konflik interest dalam peningkatan produktivitas hasil pertanian padi. Sasaran Pembangunan SDGs-18 bagi masyarakat petani merupakan unsur penguatan kelembagaan desa yang dinamis dan budaya adaptif yang salah satu prospek pembangunan dalam mengubah arah kebijakan sosial dan pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk pembangunan desa dalam penanggulangan kemiskinan. Lembaga adat “Keujruen Blang” adalah salah satu peran dan fungsi tata kelola pertanian padi yang berpotensi menciptakan ketahanan pangan yang dapat diintegrasikan melalui pembangunan SDGs desa yang berbasis desa adat petani. Metode penelitian ini dilaksanakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan bentuk pendekatan fenomenalogis keadaan sosial ekonomi masyarakat secara lebih mendalam dan komprehensif terhadap permasalahan yang dianalisis. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan sinergitas kebijakan dalam tata kelola pertanian padi belum dapat diintegrasikan dengan baik oleh pemerintah daerah dikarenakan dinamika kebijakan dan kedudukan kelembagaan adat diperingkat desa masih semu di asumsikan oleh pemerintah. Maka dengan demikian diharapkan kepada pemerintah dapat memformulasikan kebijakan inklusif bagi lembaga adat agar peningkatan tata kelola pertanian dengan baik dalam penanggulangan kemiskinan masyarakat secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study discusses the stategy of librarian development in improving circulation service performance, in accordance with its function, the library is a to store and disseminate information through a collection of libray matarials. Librarians are always led to improve competence and professionalism in carrying out their duties and functions, this is so that librarians can compete and work together. The purpose of this study was to find out how the stategy of the library in improving the performance of librarians in the  service sector, Through this stategy, Librarians are able to follow the are of information technology and become professionalism in the library field, This study uses descriptive qualitative methods in collecting data where this method  describes the description of words instead of numbers. The results of this research are : Resolution of Librarians in Facing Changes in the Circulition Service System in the Future, Performance Development, Implemented Cooperation, Development of  information Technology in the Field of Services through INLISLITE Applications, Cereer Development, Librarians Ability in Implementing Technology-Besed Library Management (INLISLITE), The process of recruiting librariasn, Budget allocation for librarians  development.  The results  obtained from the researchers, from the interview stge six (6) informants consisting of the librarians and the of sub-section.
