Abstract

Perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia mengalami fluktuasi harga saham di periode 2019-2023. Hal ini dapat dipengaruhi oleh salah satu faktor yaitu pembagian dividen tunai yang meliputi dividend payout ratio, dividend yield, dan dividend per share. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan dan parsial antara dividend payout ratio, dividend yield, dan dividend per share terhadap harga saham pada Perusahaan Farmasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan uji hipotesis meliputi uji t dan uji f. Sebelum menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dilakukan statistik deskriptif dan uji asumsi klasik terlebih dahulu. Dari hasil analisis secara parsial (uji t) menunjukan bahwa dividend payout ratio dan dividend per share berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham. Sementara itu dividend yield berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Dari hasil uji analisis simultan (uji f) menunjukan bahwa berpengaruh signifikan antara dividend payout ratio, dividend yield dan dividend per share terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui serta memahami realitas konflik kepentingan dan dilema etis terhadap kinerja auditor internal pemerintah pada Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif melalui pendekatan studi fenomenologi, yang melibatkan auditor internal pemerintah pada Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur sebagai informan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada realitas konflik kepentingan dan dilema etis. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis data Creswell serta menggunakan perangkat bantu aplikasi NVivo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa auditor internal Inspektorat menghadapi tantangan konflik kepentingan dan dilema etis dalam melaksanakan tugas audit, yang dapat memengaruhi independensi dan objektivitas mereka, namun melalui penerapan kode etik, pakta integritas, konsultasi tim, dan kepatuhan pada aturan, mereka berupaya menjaga profesionalisme, integritas, dan akuntabilitas untuk memastikan hasil audit yang dapat dipercaya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how online customer trust is affected by online customer ratings and online customer reviews on the Tokopedia marketplace. This study used quantitative data and was analyzed with the help of SEM-Partial Least Squares (PLS). Data in this study as many as 96 respondents were obtained through online questionnaires with purposive sampling techniques. Results show that online customer reviews have an influence and significance on customer trust, this shows that others have had experience with the product or service. When potential customers see positive reviews from fellow customers, it validates the credibility and quality of the offer, thus building trust. Honest reviews from real customers carry more weight than promotional content from brands. Customers tend to trust their colleagues' opinions more than marketing messages because they perceive them as untendentious and reliable. When individuals feel associated with positive experiences shared by others, they feel more emotionally connected to the brand, which reinforces trust and drives purchase decisions. Then online customer rating has a significant effect on customer trust, it shows that when a product or service gets a high rating from a large number of customers, it signals to potential customers that the item is considered good by those who have used it before. People tend to believe in the majority. If most customers give a high rating to a product or service, potential buyers will tend to go with the flow and also have high trust in the item Customer ratings give a perception of the credibility of a brand or company. When a brand has consistently high rankings, it shows that the brand is considered reliable by customers, which in turn builds trust.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the strategy for establishing a Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) in improving the welfare of the people of Manulea Village, Sasitamean District, Malaka Regency using a SWOT analysis. The method used in the study is qualitative, aimed at obtaining data based on existing conditions, the results of direct interviews with informants and from existing documents. The results of this study indicate that the Establishment of a Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) in Manulea Village has quite good potential to develop BUMDes by selecting a strategic location and close to a major road so that it becomes a special attraction to invite people from surrounding sub-districts to visit. Then the weakness of the Manulea Village community does not yet have adequate human resources to contribute to BUMDes. Next, Manulea Village has very abundant natural resources. Then the Village government strongly supports the establishment of BUMDes so that it is expected to help efforts to alleviate poverty, unemployment and improve the welfare of the Manulea Village community and the threat is that several businesses owned by the Manulea Village community are similar to the business that will be held by BUMDes. This causes internal competition for the types of businesses offered.

Abstract

This study aims to apply the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the priority of using the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) in Bone Village, Nekamese District, Kupang Regency. The background of the research is based on the challenges faced by the village government in managing the budget effectively amidst limited resources and numerous program proposals from the community. AHP was chosen for its ability to solve multi-criteria decision-making problems systematically and objectively. This research utilizes five main criteria: Health, Education, Food Security, Human Resource Quality, and Economy. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires involving village officials and community members. The analysis results show that Health is the highest priority criterion. However, the selected alternative with the highest global weight is Road Construction, as it significantly contributes to all the criteria, including accessibility to health services. Therefore, the application of the AHP method proves effective in assisting the village government in setting development priorities that are more targeted, transparent, and accountable.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of human resource competence and the use of information technology on the quality of financial reports of the East Sumba Regency local government. The population in this study were all Civil Servants (PNS) in the East Sumba Regency OPD. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling, namely the head of the financial sub-section, the expenditure treasurer and accounting staff. The research thesis human resource competence does not affect the quality of the East Sumba Regency local government financial reports. The use of information technology affects the quality of the East Sumba Regency local government financial reports, human resource competence and the use of information technology simultaneously affect the East Sumba Regency local government financial reports. In conclusion, the quality of the East Sumba Regency local government financial reports is influenced by the use of information technology, while human resource competence significant effect.

Abstract

Kemampuan kepahaman literasi keuangan merupakan salah satu keahlian penting bagi para generasi muda untuk menghadapi ekonomi di masa depan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan kepada para calon-calon investor muda melalui edukasi dan pendampingan terkait pengelolaan keuangan pribadi dan investasi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan partisipatif, melibatkan kurang lebih 50 peserta yang berusia 17-23 tahun yang merupakan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Nusa Cendana di kota Kupang. Metode yang digunakan merupakan seminar dengan berfokus pada instrumen pasar saham, reksa dana, dan obligasi. Program ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam mempersiapkan generasi muda yang lebih literat secara finansial dan mampu mengambil keputusan investasi yang bijak. Implikasi dari kegiatan ini adalah pentingnya keberlanjutan program literasi keuangan melalui kolaborasi antara institusi pendidikan, pemerintah, dan sektor swasta untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang lebih sadar keuangan khususnya di golongan generasi muda.

Abstract

Abstract. This study examines the impact of political events, specifically presidential elections, and market volatility on abnormal returns in the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), with trading volume activity as a mediating variable. Employing a quantitative approach, the research utilizes regression analysis on secondary data derived from financial reports of banking firms over a specified period. The findings reveal a statistically significant relationship between political events and market volatility in influencing abnormal returns. Additionally, trading volume activity is found to partially mediate this relationship. These results offer valuable insights for investors in assessing risk-return dynamics during politically sensitive periods and provide regulatory implications for maintaining market stability. The study contributes to the existing literature by integrating political economy and behavioral finance perspectives in the context of emerging markets. Abstrak. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh peristiwa politik (pemilihan presiden) dan volatilitas pasar terhadap abnormal return pada perusahaan sektor perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), dengan trading volume activity sebagai variabel mediasi. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan metode analisis regresi berbasis data sekunder dari laporan keuangan perusahaan perbankan dalam periode tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peristiwa politik dan volatilitas pasar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap abnormal return, sementara trading volume activity berperan sebagai mediator parsial. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi investor dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi selama periode ketidakpastian politik, serta bagi regulator dalam menjaga stabilitas pasar. Studi ini memperkaya literatur keuangan dengan menggabungkan perspektif ekonomi politik dan behavioral finance di konteks pasar berkembang.

Abstract

Wilayah perbatasan Indonesia–Timor Leste memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan sebagai pusat pertumbuhan ekonomi berbasis desa. Desa Manulea di Kecamatan Sasitamean, Kabupaten Malaka, merupakan salah satu desa perbatasan yang kaya akan sumber daya lokal seperti jagung, ternak, kelapa, dan hasil hutan lainnya. Namun, potensi ini belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal karena rendahnya literasi manajerial, dominasi tengkulak dalam rantai distribusi, dan belum adanya kelembagaan ekonomi yang formal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membentuk Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) sebagai instrumen kelembagaan ekonomi lokal serta meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat dalam pengelolaan usaha dan promosi digital. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi potensi, pelatihan manajemen usaha dan keuangan, penyusunan rencana bisnis, serta pendampingan dalam promosi digital menggunakan media sosial. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep BUMDes, terbentuknya dokumen kelembagaan, serta munculnya inisiatif usaha berbasis potensi lokal seperti olahan jagung, kemiri dan pakan ternak. Promosi produk melalui media sosial mulai dilakukan secara aktif oleh pengelola desa. Program ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan partisipatif melalui penguatan kelembagaan desa dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dapat menjadi solusi strategis dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat perbatasan. Intervensi yang dilakukan juga selaras dengan semangat Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka, yang mendorong keterlibatan aktif mahasiswa dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat secara nyata.
