Abstract

Investasi merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengembangkan dana yang dimiliki, dan pada waktu tertentu dana yang dihasilkan dapat memberikan manfaat sesuai dengan harapan tujuan investasi. Tujuan investasi adalah untuk memperoleh kompensasi dari sejumlah uang yang diinvestasikan dalam suatu periode tertentu, kecuali karena inflasi, serta karena ketidakpastian pembayaran di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profil risiko, perilaku diversifikasi, kesiapan pensiun terhadap keputusan investasi, faktor eksternal yang terdiri dari regulasi dan teknologi informasi terhadap keputusan investasi serta mengetahui pengaruh profil risiko, perilaku diversifikasi, kesiapan pensiun, regulasi, dan teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif; populasi penelitian ini adalah nasabah Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK) Bank Mandiri Provinsi Bali dengan sampel sebanyak 100 nasabah dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui google form. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Berganda dengan program SPSS for Windows versi 2.1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal yang terdiri dari profil risiko berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan. Perilaku Diversifikasi dan Kesiapsiagaan Pensiun berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi; faktor eksternal yang terdiri dari regulasi dan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi. Dan literasi keuangan tidak dapat memoderasi profil risiko dan perilaku diversifikasi terhadap keputusan investasi. Sebaliknya, literasi keuangan dapat memediasi kesiapan pensiun, regulasi, dan teknologi informasi pada keputusan investasi.

Abstract

The Indonesian government considers the tourism sector as one of the high contributors to the national economy. As one of them that supports tourism, especially talk about Tourism Villages, is the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf) through a program released recently about ADWI 2022. Julah Tourism Village is one of the highlights that should be developed in the future as sustainable tourism. This research uses qualitative research by primary and secondary data in Julah Village. In primary data, data collection is through direct observation and interviews, while secondary data is collected through several studies, articles, and related literature. In this study, it was found that the development of sustainable tourism was not optimal. So far, tourism potential has been highly conserved but along with modernization and globalization, this can trigger the erosion of tourism potential which has an impact on unsustainability. Therefore, it is necessary to improve tourism development strategies towards sustainable tourism. Keywords: julah, optimization, sustainable tourism.

Abstract

In the structure of regional apparatus, there are individuals who play an important role in achieving organizational goals who fill critical position formations in the organization, but sometimes not all critical position formations in regional apparatus are filled which have an impact on the implementation of the duties and functions of regional apparatus. Employee mapping as one of the stages in talent management also contributes to the achievement of talent management goals. This study aims to analyze the implementation of employee mapping, identify obstacles in the implementation of employee mapping, and formulate strategies for implementing employee mapping in relation to employee career development in regional apparatus within the Buleleng Regency Government. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, data collection is carried out by semi-structured interviews with selected (purposive) informants in regional apparatus whose critical position formations are not fully filled, field observations and secondary data collection from documents related to staffing in regional apparatus. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman data reduction method. The research formulates a strategy for implementing employee mapping which consists of providing regional regulations governing the implementation of talent management, providing facilities for competency testing and employee assessment, as well as optimizing the personnel information system.

Abstract

The problem that often arises is role conflict. The existence of role conflict in an agency certainly dramatically affects the performance of its employees. Role conflicts can occur due to differences in commitment, inappropriate communication language, character, ethics, and individual behavior in social relationships and job competition. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work role suitability and role conflict on the performance of administrative employees at State Vocational Schools in Buleleng Regency. This type of research is ex-post facto quantitative research. The subjects in this study were administrative employees, while the object of this study was the suitability of work roles, role conflicts, and performance of administrative employees. The population in this study were all administrative employees totaling 195 respondents with the Slovin formula calculation formula. The data collection technique used a questionnaire method which was filled in via Google Forms with a Proportional Random Sampling system. The data analysis technique used Path Analysis Test. The results of the study show: first, work role congruence and role conflict have a positive and significant direct effect on employee performance variables. Second, the suitability of work roles to administrative role conflicts shows that the suitability of work roles has a positive and significant direct effect on role conflicts. Third, the suitability of work roles on the performance of administrative employees shows that Role Conflict has a positive and significant direct effect on performance. Fourth, role conflict on administrative employee performance because the Role Conflict variable has a positive and significant direct effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The problem that is often faced is low employee performance. The purposes of this study are to analyse the effect of harmonious leadership on the performance of Undiksha employees, analyse influence on the performance of Undiksha employees and analyse the mutual influence of harmony and leadership on the performance of Undiksha employees. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were employees with the status of Civil Servants who had worked for at least five years at Undiksha, amount 240 people. Determining the sample in the study refers to the slovin formulation so that 150 samples are obtained. Data collection in this study was conducted by interviewing Undiksha employees and questionnaires about the harmony of leadership, personality, and performance of Undiksha employees. Data analysis was performed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that, first, Harmoni's leadership had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Undiksha employees. Second, personality has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Undiksha employees. Third, leadership and personality that are aligned simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on the performance of Undiksha employees. Based on these findings, it can be said that there is a significant relationship between harmonious leadership and the activities of Undiksha employees, both separately and simultaneously. Thus, the second factor can be used as an employee predictor of performance levels at Undiksha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pada petani tanaman hias baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Kuantitatif kausal merupakan desain riset yang dipakai pada penelitian ini. Subjek pada penelitian ini yakni anggota kelompok petani tanaman hias Tunas Mekar Sari Desa Petiga. Dan objek penelitian ini yakni Pelatihan, Motivasi Kerja dan Produktivitas Kerja. Populasi yang diambil pada penelitian ini ialah anggota dari kelompok petani tanaman hias Tunas Mekar Sari Desa Petiga sejumlah 80 responden. Instrument yang dipakai untuk mengumpulkan data yakni kuesioner serta teknik analisis data yang dipakai yakni analisis linear berganda. Hasil dari kajian ini yakni (1) pelatihan serta motivasi kerja memengaruhi produktivitas kerja secara positif serta signifikan, (2) pelatihan memengaruhi produktivitas kerja secara positif serta signifikan, (3) motivasi kerja memengaruhi produktivitas kerja secara positif serta signifikan. Jadi pelatihan dan motivasi kerja penting untuk terus diberikan kepada para petani untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja kelompok petani tanaman hias Tunas Mekar Sari Desa Petiga.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimanakah penerapan strategi pemasaran produk pada LPD Patas saat pandemi Covid 19 dan konsep Taksu yang berpengaruh  terhadap bisnis LPD Patas sebelum dan pada saat pandemi Covid 19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui beberapa prosedur yakni dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan studi dokumen. Kemudian setelah itu data di kumpulkan dan dianalisis melalui 3 prosedur Tahapan yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan analisis data serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran produk sudah terintegrasi dengan baik mengingat sistem pengendalian internal yang diterapkan oleh LPD Patas sangat  baik dan Kepala LPD Patas melakukan pengawasan dan pengoptimalan visi dan misi dari LPD sudah diterapkan secara maksimal. Secara umum dengan inovasi dan produk yang menarik yang dikemas LPD Patas sudah terstruktur dengan rapi yang dimulai dari rasional penggunaan produk dan kelebihan produk sehingga LPD masih tetap eksis walaupun terjadi pandemi Covid 19.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Financial Literacy and Financial Attitudes on Financial Management. This study is a causal quantitative study. The subject of this study is UMKM in Gerokgak Subdistrict. While the objects in this study are financial literacy, financial attitudes, and financial management. Sampling technique using simple random sampling technique, as well as determining the number of samples using the formula slovin, so that the required sample as many as 166 respondents. The data was collected with questionnaires, as well as analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study showed that (1) financial literacy and financial attitudes had a significant effect on financial management, (2) financial literacy had a positive and significant effect on financial management, and (3) financial attitudes had a positive and significant effect on financial management in UMKM in Gerokgak Subdistrict.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine (1) the factors that influence non-performing loans, (2) the most dominant factors influencing non-performing loans and (3) the efforts made to overcome problem loans in the Susila Bhakti Cooperative. The subject in this study was the Civil Servant Cooperative (KPN) Susila Bhakti. The object of this study was members of the Civil Servant Cooperative (KPN) Susila Bhakti Data were collected by questionnaire, and analyzed by factor analysis. The results showed that the factors affecting non-performing loans in the Civil Servant Cooperative (KPN) Susila Bhakti were excessive interference, irregularities in procedures, and lack of oversight from the supervisory body. The most dominant factor influencing non-performing loans is factor 3 with varimax Rotation value of 0.927, which means that the factors affecting non-performing loans are dominated by factor 3 of 0.927, emphasizing the weakness of the debtor's ability.

Abstract

Perumda Tirta Hita Buleleng during the 2017-2022 period has a good and healthy performance but if further analyzed the value obtained from the performance assessment decreases from year to year. This condition indicates that although performance achievements are included in the good and healthy category, there is a decrease in the quality value of governance in Perumda Tirta Hita Buleleng. This research analyzes the influence of transformational leadership on Company Performance using mediation variables in the form of organizational innovation at Perumda Tirta Hita Buleleng. The population in this study was all employees at Perumda Tirta Hita Buleleng. Determination of samples using the purposive sampling method, namely employees who have a minimum work period of 3 years and other related ones totaling 100 people. This research uses a quantitative research design, which is based on the positivism paradigm. The data in this study was collected in the form of questionnaires and the data were managed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of this study show that: Organizational Innovation has a positive and significant effect on company performance, meaning that increasing organizational innovation in Perumda Tirta Hita Buleleng can improve company performance. Based on the research findings and analysis of the research results, it can be concluded that organizational innovation and transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on company performance.
