Abstract

This study examines the effect of recruitment strategy, employee morale, and compensation package on talent acquisition in technology companies in Indonesia through a quantitative analysis. Data were collected from 150 employees using a structured questionnaire, and analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results indicate significant positive relationships between recruitment strategy, employee morale, compensation package, and talent acquisition. Effective recruitment strategies, positive employee morale, and competitive compensation packages are crucial for attracting and retaining top talent in the technology sector. The findings provide practical implications for organizations to optimize talent acquisition practices and enhance organizational performance in the digital age.

Abstract

This research is a classical associative research with a quantitative approach. The sampling method used is the saturated sampling method with 42 respondents. Statistical analysis used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of this study explain that self-efficacy has no effect on employee engagement. Perceived organizational support has an effect on employee engagement. The work environment has an effect on employee engagement. Together, self-efficacy, perceived organizational support and work environment have an influence on employee engagement. The implications of research that can be applied to companies are employees need to get more attention, such as providing training and giving employees the opportunity to try so that employees feel more confident at work, pay attention to the work environment for employees, especially on supporting indicators such as places of worship, canteens, room where equipment is neat and work space is clean.

Abstract

In today’s dynamic business environment, startup companies are increasingly recognized for their ability to innovate and drive creativity. Organizational culture plays a critical role in shaping these qualities, fostering an environment where employees feel encouraged to think outside the box. However, the specific ways in which organizational culture influences creativity and innovation within startups remain underexplored, particularly in small and emerging companies. This study aims to explore the role of organizational culture in fostering creativity and innovation within startup companies. By examining the interplay between organizational culture and creative processes, this research seeks to provide insights into how startups can cultivate a culture that drives innovation and long-term success. A mixed-method approach was employed, consisting of qualitative interviews with founders and employees of 15 startups and quantitative surveys distributed to 100 startup employees. The research focused on three key aspects of organizational culture: values, leadership, and communication. Data was analyzed using thematic analysis for qualitative responses and statistical analysis for survey results. The study revealed that a flexible, open, and collaborative organizational culture significantly enhances creativity and innovation. Startups that prioritized trust, autonomy, and transparent communication reported higher levels of employee satisfaction and more innovative output.

Abstract

Abstrak Kesehatan gigi dan mulut sangat penting bagi kesejahteraan anak, namun banyak siswa sekolah dasar belum memahami teknik menyikat gigi yang benar, seperti di SDN 2 Sedayu, Wonosobo. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa melalui edukasi interaktif dan praktik menyikat gigi yang dipandu fasilitator kesehatan. Dengan dukungan pihak sekolah dan guru UKS, program dilaksanakan melalui pemutaran video, penggunaan boneka gigi, demonstrasi teknik menyikat yang benar, serta evaluasi langsung. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan kebiasaan menyikat gigi yang lebih baik, membuktikan bahwa edukasi interaktif efektif sebagai model promosi kesehatan di sekolah dasar. Abstract Maintaining oral health is vital for children's well-being, yet many elementary students lack proper tooth brushing knowledge, as seen at SDN 2 Sedayu, Wonosobo. This community service aimed to improve students' dental hygiene skills through interactive education and guided practice. Supported by school management and UKS teachers, the program involved video-based counseling, puppet demonstrations, and direct brushing practice. The results showed increased understanding and correct brushing habits among students, highlighting the effectiveness of interactive education as a model for school-based health promotion. Abstract

Pengolahan minyak goreng bekas pakai menjadi lilin aromaterapi merupakan upaya inovatif dalam memanfaatkan limbah rumah tangga sekaligus menjaga kelestarian lingkungan di Kelurahan Kedungwungu, Jawa Tengah. Program yang dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa KKN Universitas Pancasakti Tegal pada Juli 2025 ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat, khususnya ibu-ibu PKK, terhadap dampak negatif penggunaan minyak goreng berulang dan pentingnya pengelolaan limbah yang ramah lingkungan. Melalui metode sosialisasi dan pelatihan langsung, peserta diajarkan proses pembuatan lilin aromaterapi berbahan dasar minyak jelantah dengan komposisi bahan yang telah diuji coba. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan keberhasilan produksi lilin dengan kualitas nyala stabil dan durasi lama, serta menciptakan peluang usaha rumahan yang berkelanjutan. Faktor pendukung utama adalah antusiasme masyarakat dan dukungan teknis dari universitas, sedangkan hambatan berasal dari keterbatasan waktu dan keraguan sebagian masyarakat terhadap inovasi baru. Penelitian ini memberikan alternatif pemanfaatan limbah minyak goreng yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan pelestarian lingkungan.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan masyarakat Desa Kumbung Kecamatan Rajagaluh Kabupaten Majalengka melalui workshop inovasi pembuatan nugget jantung pisang sebagai bentuk pemanfaatan potensi pangan lokal yang bernilai ekonomi. Jantung pisang merupakan bahan pangan yang mudah dijumpai namun belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal oleh masyarakat. Melalui workshop yang berlangsung selama satu hari penuh, peserta diberikan materi mengenai potensi gizi jantung pisang, peluang usaha berbasis pangan lokal, serta demonstrasi langsung pembuatan nugget mulai dari persiapan bahan, proses pengolahan, pencetakan, hingga teknik penggorengan yang tepat. Selain aspek teknis, peserta juga mendapatkan pelatihan mengenai pengemasan produk, penentuan harga pokok produksi, serta strategi pemasaran sederhana yang dapat diterapkan dalam usaha rumahan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu memahami dan mempraktikkan seluruh tahapan pembuatan nugget dengan baik. Antusiasme peserta juga terlihat melalui keinginan untuk mengembangkan produk sebagai peluang usaha keluarga. Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal dan membuka peluang pembentukan usaha berbasis pangan inovatif. Dengan pendampingan lanjutan dan dukungan pemerintah desa, produk nugget jantung pisang berpotensi menjadi alternatif usaha yang berkelanjutan serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Kumbung.

Abstract

Tidak tercapainya target yang telah ditentukan baik mengenai capaian peserta KB aktif maupun target peserta KB baru mencerminkan bahwa kinerja fasilitator Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Pemalang masih kurang optimal karena dalam melakukan sosialisasi belum dapat menggerakan masyarakat ikut berperan serta dalam program khususnya Keluarga Berencana. Tidak maksimalnya kinerja fasilitator Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Pemalang dalam bidang pengendalian kependudukan dan program Keluarga Berencana selain dilihat dari tidak tercapainya target yang ditentukan juga karena kurangnya kedisiplinan fasilitator Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Pemalang di bidang pengawasan dan pengendalian kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana. Metode pada penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan teknik metode survei dan teknik pengumpulan data dalam bentuk kuesioner dan kepustakaan. Dari pengujian parsial locus of control kepada kinerja menggunakan uji t ternyata diperoleh nilai thitung 2,173 dan nilai signifikansi 0,034, Dari uji parsial pengalaman kerja terhadap prestasi kerja menggunakan uji t bernilai thitung 4,141, nilai signifikansi 0,000. Dari hasil uji parsial budaya kerja terhadap prestasi kerja dengan uji t bernilai thitung 2,105 dan nilai signifikansi 0,040. Dari uji simultan SPSS diperoleh nilai Fhitung 92,813 dengan jumlah nilai signifikansi 0,000. Kesimpulannya pengaruh locus of control terhadap kinerja penyuluh keluarga berencana pada Dinas Sosial. Terdapat pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap kinerja para penyuluh keluarga berencana Dinas Sosial. Terdapat pengaruh modal sosial terhadap adanya kinerja para penyuluh keluarga berencana Dinas Sosial. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan locus of control, self-efficacy dan modal sosial secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja para penyuluh keluarga berencana Dinas Sosial. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa locus of control, self-efficacy, dan modal sosial secara signifikan memengaruhi kinerja penyuluh KB Dinas Sosial. Keyakinan diri, kemampuan diri, dan jaringan sosial merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja penyuluh KB Dinas Sosial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa intervensi untuk meningkatkan keyakinan diri, kemampuan diri, dan jaringan sosial dapat berdampak positif pada kinerja penyuluh KB Dinas Sosial.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Insentif, Kesejahteraan Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja. Insentif yang sangat mendukung akan menghasilkan tingkat kepuasan karyawan yang tinggi. Selain insentif, kesejahteraan karyawan sangat penting bagi perusahaan. Kesejahteraan yang diberikan sangat berarti dan bermanfaat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan fisik dan mental pegawai serta keluargannya. Berhubung dengan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung akan menghasilkan kesejahteraan karyawan dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dalam pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, kuesioner. Sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda.

Abstract

This research focuses to analyze the influence of Internal Locus of Control, Preventive Discipline, and Work Ethic on the Performance of Civil Servants (ASN) at the Brebes Regency Education, Youth, and Sports Office. The main issues raised in this study are the fluctuations in employee performance and the level of tardiness, which remain serious concerns. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of 58 civil servants working at the Brebes Regency Education, Youth, and Sports Office. The sample was determined using saturated sampling technique, so that all members of the population became research respondents. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires, then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results showed that Internal Locus of Control had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.123 and a significance of 0.010. Preventive Discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.053 and a significance of 0.021. Work Ethic also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient value of 0.161 and a significance of 0.000. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant effect on employee performance with a calculated F value of 19.899 and a significance of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.525 indicates that 52.5% of employee performance variation can be explained by Internal Locus of Control, Preventive Discipline, and Work Ethic, while the remaining 47.5% is influenced by other factors outside the research model.

Abstract

The hybrid working system has become a dominant work model in modern organizations, combining remote and onsite work arrangements to improve flexibility and operational efficiency. However, the implementation of hybrid work also presents significant managerial challenges, particularly in maintaining team cohesion, communication effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance management. This article aims to analyze how leadership adaptation plays a critical role in managing teams under hybrid working systems within the framework of Human Resource Management. Using a qualitative approach through a literature review method, data were collected from reputable academic journals and scholarly books discussing telecommuting, e-leadership, adaptive leadership, transformational leadership, and organizational behavior. The analysis was conducted through descriptive-qualitative techniques involving data reduction, thematic categorization, and interpretation. The findings indicate that effective leadership in hybrid working environments requires the development of digital leadership competencies, trust-based management, flexible communication strategies, and performance evaluation systems focused on outcomes rather than physical presence. Moreover, adaptive and transformational leadership styles are essential in addressing emerging challenges such as workplace loneliness, blurred work-life boundaries, and reduced team collaboration. This study concludes that leadership adaptation is a strategic determinant of organizational success in hybrid working implementation and highlights the importance of integrating leadership development into HRM strategies to sustain productivity and employee well-being.
