Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of price discounts on consumer decisions at Indomaret Simpang Lima, Bengkulu City. The approach in this research is quantitative research. The population in this research is consumers who shop with a sample of 48 people. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique uses averages, simple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination using SPSS version 21. The results of this study show that the average price discount is in the strongly agree category that at Indomaret Simpang Lima, City. Bengkulu has many price discounts, the discounts given also vary from time to time and there are also price discounts at certain times and the average of consumer decisions is in the category of strongly agreeing to make purchasing decisions at Indomaret Simpang Lima. Bengkulu city because the price discounts given are in accordance with needs and are also useful and of course consumers will make repeat purchases and from the results of data analysis, it shows that there is a significant influence of price discounts on consumer decisions. The magnitude of the influence of the price discount variable on consumer decisions is 47.5%.

Abstract

Indonesia sebagai negara berkembang tidak luput dari masalah pengangguran dan kemiskinan, meningkatnya pengangguran dan kemiskinan dapat berefek besar dalam perkembangan ekonomi suatu Negara. Dibutuhkan solusi nyata yang lain untuk memaksimalkan penanggulangan pengangguran, yaitu dengan meningkatkan jumlah "entrepreneur" di Indonesia sehingga mampu membuka lapangan kerja baru untuk masyarakat kedepannya. Beberapa teori mengatakan tingkat kesadaran akan berwirausaha di kalangan masyarakat Indonesia masih terbilang rendah, minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang entrepreneurship dapat disiasati dengan mengimplementasikan program sosialisasi dalam bentuk pengabdian masyarakat. SMK sebagai salah satu lembaga tingkat satuan pendidikan yang memiliki peran aktif menciptakan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas dibidangnya dapat dijadikan sasaran utama untuk menanamkan dan memberikan pengetahuan tentang "entrepreneurship dan intrapreneurship" sejak dini, dengan ini siswa dapat menumbuhkan jiwa entrepreneur dan intrapreneurship mereka. Hasil dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini merekomendasikan penerapan Entrepreneurship dan Intrapreneurship sebagai salah satu mata pelajaran yang perlu diajarkan di sekolah menengahatas atau kejuruan dalam upaya menumbuhkan jiwa kreatif, inovatif dan professional siswa serta upaya meminimalisir pengangguran.  Kata kunci: Sosialisasi, Entrepreneurship, Intrapreneurship

Abstract

This research aims to explore how Pojok Sate Taichan business on Jl. Letjend Suprapto, Bengkulu City utilizes Instagram social media to enhance sales performance. This qualitative study employs an inductive thinking approach to understand the reality of the subject matter. The subjects of this study are the operators of Pojok Sate Taichan on Jl. Letjend Suprapto, Bengkulu City. The object of the study is the utilization of social media by the operators of Pojok Sate Taichan on Jl. Letjend Suprapto, Bengkulu City. The findings reveal that Pojok Sate Taichan in Bengkulu effectively utilizes Instagram's Story and Reel features, resulting in a significant increase in daily sales by 39-50% and daily revenue by 15-20%. A comparison before and after using social media indicates a perceived increase in sales results by up to 133% and revenue by approximately 80% for the business operators. Therefore, the effective integration of Instagram social media by Pojok Sate Taichan on Jl. Letjend Suprapto, Bengkulu City has positively impacted the growth of SMEs, such as increased sales, revenue, and opportunities for investment and further expansion.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the awareness of students who need to be more active in the learning process to improve their understanding and skills. This study aims to determine the activeness of X.E class students through the Problem Based Learning model in economics subjects in implementing the independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu. This research uses descriptive qualitative type. Data sources from economics teachers and students of class X.E. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Data validity checking with triangulation, namely source triangulation. The results showed that student activeness through the Problem Based Learning model at SMA Negeri 1 Bengkulu City was quite good in doing the assignments given by the teacher, some students were very active and always wanted to express their opinions while others tended to be quiet or lacked confidence and, quite a lot of students actively asked questions at each meeting but there were still students who were shy or hesitant to ask directly, students also showed active participation in group discussions and students had various motivations in repeating exercise questions.

Abstract

This research aims to develop and test the effectiveness of interactive learning media modules on special journal material in the Economics Education Study Program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D), which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, development, validation, limited trials, and large-scale trials. The results of the study indicate that the use of interactive modules enhances students' understanding and motivation to learn. This module is expected to be widely implemented in the classroom learning process.

Abstract

The problem in this research is student learning outcomes, which are important indicators of success in higher education which are influenced by various factors. This research aims to identify and analyze factors that influence student learning outcomes. These factors can be divided into two main categories, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors include Interest, Motivation and Readiness in the Learning process. Meanwhile, external factors include family aspects, school aspects and community aspects. Apart from that, the cognitive domain, affective domain and psychomotor domain also play a role in influencing the quality of learning outcomes. This research is a type of qualitative research. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation, data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers on economic education students at Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu regarding student learning outcomes in financial accounting courses, it can be concluded that the factors that influence student learning outcomes in financial accounting courses are in terms of interest, motivation and community environment.

Abstract

This study analyzes customer perceptions of digital banking service quality in the era of rapid technological transformation. A qualitative phenomenological approach was employed, involving in-depth interviews with 18 customers and focus group discussions in Jakarta and Surabaya. Results indicate that transaction security is the dominant satisfaction factor (89% of respondents), followed by application usability (68% among younger users) and customer service responsiveness (72% reported complaints). Additional insights reveal expectations for fintech integration and personalized features. The study offers practical recommendations: improving interface design, bolstering digital security, optimizing technology-driven customer service, educating less tech-savvy customers, and enhancing regulatory oversight

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the use of the Khoots and Quiziz applications as interactive learning media in basic accounting courses. The type of research used is qualitative research with observation, interview and documentation methods. The research subjects included first semester economic education students. The research results show that the use of the Kahoot and Quiziz applications as interactive learning media in basic accounting courses is very good for use in the teaching and learning process in the classroom and outside the classroom.

Abstract

This study aims to 1.) determine the effect of promotional media through TikTok on the purchasing interest of Economics Education Students at the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu 2.) to determine the purchasing interest of Economics Education students at the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu and to determine the effect of promotional media through TikTok on purchasing interest of Economics Education students at the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study was 115 students. The research sample consisted of 34 respondents. The sample used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of this study, promotional media through TikTok on Economics Education students at the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu based on the results of the calculations above are included in the Good category with an average of 36.5 in the interval range (35-42). Purchasing interest in Economics Education students at the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu based on the results of the calculations above is included in the interested category with an average of 37.00 in the interval range (35-42). Based on these results, Fsig 0.000 is greater than 0.05 and F count of 57.063 is greater than F table of 3.30, which means HO is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, there is a significant influence between online shopping on student spending priorities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of accounting. This study used quantitative methods. The population in this study were students of Class X accounting expertise program SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu, with a sample of 41 students determined through Strativied Sampling technique. This data collection technique is done through questionnaires and documentation of final Semester exam scores. The results of the analysis showed that the level of student understanding is in the category of" good "with an average score of 31.07, while learning outcomes are in the category of" good " with an average score of 32.31. However, based on the results of the t-test and F-test, a significance value of 0.196 (> 0.05) was obtained, which means that there is no statistically significant effect. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.043 indicates that the level of understanding only explains 4.3% of the variation in learning outcomes, while 95.7% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Thus, although there is a positive relationship, the influence of the level of understanding on learning outcomes is considered weak and insignificant.
