Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of students' physical fitness whether there is an influence with traditional sports games. This research design is one-group pretest posttest design. The population was all students of SDN Sidorejo 2 Ngawi. The sample of this study was 20 students in grades IV and V. Instrument data is the TKJI test in children aged 10 to 12 years. Hypothesis testing used is the TKJI instrument test in children aged 10 to 12 years. Data analysis techniques using t-test analysis, swimmer normality and homogeneity tests, and hypothesis testing, are data analysis techniques. The t-test in hypothesis testing produces a t-count value of 3.538 which is greater than 1.730 on the t-table. (3,538 > 1,730). Therefore, there is a significant difference between the data before and after the treatment. The average value during the pretest was 12.40 and the average value for posttest data was 13.95. These results indicate that the level of physical fitness increased by 1.55 or 10.58% after the provision of traditional sports. In this case it can be said that the increase in students' physical fitness after learning through traditional sports is 10.58%. The conclusion is that the physical fitness of classes IV and V of Sidorejo 2 Ngawi State Elementary School increased after the provision of traditional sports.

Abstract

The problem of this research is that generation z or gen z prefers to stay at home playing gadgets or watching television, of course for children this phenomenon is very dangerous for the progress and stimulus of their development both health, mental and physical children. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of sports modification games on early childhood motoric 4-5 years. This study uses quantitative research methods with a quasi-experimental approach or quasi-experimental desing. The population and sample in this study totalled 24 students. In this study using onegrup pretest and posttes type of research. This study uses a child motor test instrument from the director general of sports depdiknas. The results of the calculation show the results of the experimental posttest group are higher (M = 23.0000, SD = 1.47710) showing a level to the control group (t = 4.615, df = 22) compared to the control group (M = 19.9167, SD = 1.78164) from these results a significant increase in the experimental class is obtained. conclusion there is a significant effect on the provision of modified games on early childhood motor development.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship and contribution of mental health and cardiorespiratory endurance among male floorball athletes at Surabaya State University. This study will use a quantitative research design, using the DASS21 questionnaire research instrument and the MFT test to collect data. This study has a population of 50 Unesa Male Floorball Athletes. The sample was taken as many as 30 athletes with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques and instruments used to measure mental health levels are DASS21 questionnaires. Multi-Stage Fitness Test (MFT) is a research tool that helps collect the necessary data. This study analyzed the data using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25. In this study it was found that there was a very strong relationship between mental health and cardiorespiratory endurance in members of the Surabaya State University men's floorball UKM by 78.2%. In this case the mental health factor contributes 61.2% to the athlete's cardiorespiratory endurance, while the remaining 21.8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study such as age, gender, athlete nutrition and so on.
