Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh penggunaan modul pembelajaran berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran sistem dan instalasi refrigerasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuasi ekperimen. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI jurusan Teknik Pendinginan dan Tata Udara SMKN 1 Cimahi sebanyak 70 orang.  Kuasi eksperimen dilakukan dengan menerapkan modul pembelajaran pada kelas eksperimen dan menggunakan bahan ajar (information sheet) pada kelas kontrol. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes, terdiri atas pre test dan post test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai pre tes dan post test kelompok eksperimen lebih baik dari kelompok kontrol. Nilai N-gain kelompok eksperimen lebih baik dari kelompok kontrol. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh penggunaan modul pembelajaran berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013 terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa modul yang sesuai dengan kurikulum dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengentasan kesulitan belajar dan pencapaian nilai KKM.  Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Sampel penelitian yang di ambil adalah 36 siswa kelas X TKR 3 SMK Negeri Situraja. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa tes dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengentasan kesulitan belajar berdampak signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan teratasinya kesulitan belajar 32 siswa pada kesulitan belajar menggambar proyeksi pandangan depan, pandangan atas dan, pandangan samping kiri pada posttest terakhir. Peningkatan hasil belajar ditunjukan dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0,42. Nilai tersebut termasuk kedalam kategori sedang. Observasi ketaatan terhadap SOP terdapat 28 siswa mendapatkan predikat sangat baik dan 8 siswa mendapat predikat baik. Observasi proses menggambar terdapat dua siswa mendapat predikat sangat terampil, 28 siswa mendapat predikat terampil dan enam siswa mendapat predikat kurang terampil. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa metode pembelajaran drill mampu mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan relevansi yaitu terpenuhinya semua kebutuhan pengguna. Mengingat belum adanya pemetaan materi kurikulum secara komprehensip antara MK Bodi Otomotif, MPPKTPBO dengan UKK TPBO standar BSNP. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian evaluasi dengan pendekatan discrepancy evaluation model. Fokusnya untuk mengukur adanya perbedaan antara yang seharusnya dicapai dengan yang sudah dicapai. Subyek dan tempat penelitian adalah SMKN 8 Bandung, DTM UPI dan dokumen BSNP. Temuan penelitian ini yaitu: materi MK Bodi Otomotif belum relevan terhadap materi MPPK TPBO di SMK 8 Bandung. Materi MK Bodi Otomotif belum relevan terhadap materi UKK TPBO standar BSNP. Materi MPPK TPBO sudah relevan terhadap materi UKK standar BSNP. Sekuen antara ketiga materi tersebut telah dipetakan.

Abstract

Guru sebagai pendidik, dalam Undang-undang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional Nomor 20 tahun2003 Bab XI Pasal 39 – Ayat (2) dirumuskan bahwa: Pendidik merupakan tenaga profesional yangbertugas merencanakan dan melaksanakan proses pembelajaran, menilai hasil pembelajaran,melakukan pembimbingan dan pelatihan, serta melakukan penelitian dan pengabdian kepadamasyarakat, terutama bagi pendidik pada perguruan tinggi. Berdasarkan isi UU SISIDIKNAS tersebutdi atas, pengembangan desain pembelajaran atau perencanaan pengajaran merupakan langkah awalyang harus dilakukan oleh seorang guru dalam menjalankan tugas profesinya.Dengan desain pembelajaran yang sistematis diharapkan akan memperlancar prosespembelajaran, di mana pembelajaran tersebut merupakan suatu sistem, yang salah satu subsistemnya adalah perencanaan pengajaran, atau rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP).Sementara itu, penyusunan RPP yang harus dikembangkan guru-guru SMK dalam rangka memenuhituntutan “standar proses” adalah RPP berbasis kompetensi. Hal ini harus disikapi secara profesionaloleh guru-guru SMK yang akan menerapkan Rintisan Standar Bertaraf Internasional (RSBI) ataubahkan Standar Bertaraf Internasional (SBI).Sebagai salah satu syarat sekolah RSBI adalah harus menerapkan manajemen InternationalStandard Organization (ISO), di mana dalam manajemen ISO, apa yang dilakukan harus berdasarkanapa yang tertulis (terencana) atau apa yang direncanakan harus dilaksanakan. Abstract

Maintenance of the domestic air-conditioning system is a basic competency that exists in the refrigeration and air-conditioning expertise program. At present there is no set standard for the time students have to take in one practice training in maintaining the domestic air conditioning system. This study aims to obtain standard time practicum in maintenance domestic air conditioning systems for vocational scholls student. This study describes the standard time results of maintenance work on the domestic air conditioning unit using a quantitative approach with pre experimental design. Data collection uses test and observation instruments, where time measurement uses the stopwatch. The results showed that the standard time for maintaining an ideal domestic air conditioning system for students to achieve competence was 49.18 minutes. The standard timecan be reached after students repeat the practice of maintaining the domestic air conditioning system three times. This research complicates the students' self-confidence is increasing in the practice of maintaining the domestic air conditioning system.

Abstract

Aim of this study is to determine in wich category the student’s perception about pedagogical competence, personality competence, sosial competence, and professional competence. This study is using quantitative descriptive method. The sample of this study is students who have completed the 6thsemester with total 58 samples. This study using closed question that distribute to the samples. The result of this study is that students’ perception about pedagogical competence are in the very good category, students’ perception about personality competence are in the very good category, students’ perception about social competence are in the very good category, students’ perception about proffesional competence are in the very good category.There are 53 (91,4%) students that have a“Very Good” category in perception ofpedagogical competences.There are 38 (65,5%) students that have a “Very Good” category in perception of personality competences.There are 43 (74,1%) students that have a “Very Good” category in perception of socialcompetences.There are 35(60,3%) students that have a “Very Good” category in perception of professionalcompetences.Students’ perception of four teacher competences are in very good category, it mean that students’ quality are in a good category.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information from prospective vocational teacher students about the benefits of competency-based modules in facilitating them to design syllabus and lesson plan (RPP). This study used a qualitative method with research participants who were students of mechanical engineering education as vocational teacher candidates at a state university in Bandung. The informants involved in this study were five students consisting of three men and two women who had already carried out a lesson planning course. The method used to collect data is Focus Group Discussion (FGD) which is used to obtain general information and individual interviews to obtain more specific data. The results showed that the availability of competency-based modules was very helpful for students in guiding the preparation of syllabus and lesson plans. So that, this research will have implications for the achievement of student competencies in planning the teaching and learning process according to the demands of the 2013 curriculum.

Abstract

This research aims to develop autodesk inventor-based multimedia that was designed to increase students’ generic science skill on the application of relative velocity at kinematics and dynamics courses. This study used the mini course method developed by Borg and Gall, including the stage of analysing and planning, developing early product, and validating from the expert and revision the early product. Based on the analysis conducted, it was revealed that there were five indicators that students had difficulties with, including illustrating kinematic diagram, illustrating velocity direction, calculating absolute velocity, illustrating velocity polygon, and calculating velocity based on velocity polygon. Those five indicators were related to six generic science aspects, including modelling, symbolic language, laws of causality, logical consistency, scale awareness, and observation. The developed multimedia consists of nine displays of slider-crank mechanism and eight displays of four-bar mechanisms, using .idw, .iam, and .mp4 formats and has been validated by material and media experts. Based on the judgment from the experts, the inventor-based multimedia was worthy to be applied in the course.

Abstract

Education is an important part of every individual as well as a form of state development. The development of education is closely related to the development of the industrial era, this connection is also supported by the current adherence of individual habits to technology. The fact of the closure of schools and the Ministry of Education and Culture's circular to study at home support a more intense interaction between education and technology due to the development of the industrial era called e-learning. In its current application, there are various obstacles in the implementation of e-learning. The independence of students towards e-learning is important because the active involvement of students in learning is an important part of achieving good e-learning. This study aims to determine the level of independence of students in e-learning implementation. The design of this study used a quantitative approach by methode survey: cross sectional. The population in this study is class X Mechanical Engineering at SMK Negeri 6 Bandung with the determination of the sample using purposive sampling. The sample is determined as many as forty people (one class) to get a picture of the specific independence of learners. The result of this research is the level of independence of the students in class X of Mechanical Engineering at SMK Negeri 6 Bandung is in the high category however, categorized based on the interval class, the dominant of students are in the lowest third grade. There are five lowest indicators based on the class intervals in between: disciplined behavior, active learning, independence from others, continuous learning routines and behavior based on one's own initiatives.
