Abstract

The rapid development of information technology in the digital era demands that teachers integrate technology into the learning process. This challenge not only requires technical skills but also a high level of work motivation. This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of the principal’s transformational leadership in enhancing teacher work motivation at SDN Rancaekek 05 in the digital era. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. Informants included the principal, teachers, and other educational staff. The findings reveal that the principal acts as a transformational leader through four key dimensions: setting an example and providing positive influence, delivering an inspiring vision, encouraging innovation in facing digital challenges, and attending to the individual needs and potential of teachers. Strategies implemented include technology training, teacher rewards, and open, participatory communication. This study highlights how transformational leadership can practically foster an adaptive work culture and enhance teachers’ professional motivation amid the challenges of the digital age, particularly in public elementary schools operating with limited resources.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) management in enhancing student creativity at the senior high school level. Using a qualitative comparative case study approach, the research was conducted at SMAN 1 Rancaekek and SMAN 27 Bandung, which exhibit differing student organization characteristics and school cultures. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis, and were analyzed using the interactive model by Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The findings indicate that OSIS management that is participatory, flexible, and responsive to student needs can significantly enhance student creativity. SMAN 27 Bandung demonstrated more innovative practices in planning, program implementation, and evaluation aspects, whereas SMAN 1 Rancaekek remained focused on routine and administratively inclined activities. Supporting factors include supportive school leadership, active student participation, and the use of technology in organizational coordination. Challenges encountered involve time constraints, limited resources, and insufficient managerial training for OSIS administrators. This study concludes that effective OSIS management can serve as a strategic platform for developing student creativity and recommends strengthening training, program innovation, and cross-sector collaboration in OSIS management.

Abstract

The underutilization of school learning communities in improving learning quality and teacher competence is still a concern. This study explores planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating learning communities at SD Negeri Galudra and SD Negeri Manangga Sumedang (April 9–16, 2025) using observation, interviews, and documentation.Findings indicate a strong link between rising Education Report scores and effective management. The program works through four stages. Planning includes forming teams, setting goals, commitments, strategies, schedules, and budgets. Organization builds resilient teams, assigns responsibilities, and establishes structures. Implementation involves analyzing Education Report results, studying the Pancasila Student Profile (P5), developing P5 modules, and holding open learning activities. Supervision/Evaluation is done through reflection, group assessment, and follow-up plans. Overall, the learning community is managed effectively, though challenges remain in commitment and time coordination. The solution is reinforcing shared responsibility and arranging short, regular schedules to ensure continuity amidst busy routines.

Abstract

English language learning in educational units has experienced many failures. One factor is the preparation of plans that are not in accordance with the reality in the field. Planning is carried out by considering internal and external elements of the school so that in its implementation it runs smoothly and the goals are achieved. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe how planning is carried out, the strategies applied, the challenges faced, and their impact on student competence. The researcher used a case study approach with a qualitative research paradigm. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling. In other words, the sample in the study: edukita partners, class assistants, level 3 students. The number of samples was 25 people. The results of the study showed that learning planning involved collaboration between native teachers and local tutors, with a focus on integrating global insights with local contexts. The strategies implemented include synchronous learning through platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet, asynchronous access to digital modules, and gamified learning using interactive applications such as Quizizz. This approach utilizes technology to create a flexible and engaging learning environment. Challenges include technical limitations (internet access), cultural differences, digital literacy gaps among students, and different teaching methods. To address these, solutions such as technology training, provision of offline materials, and cultural orientation for native teachers have been implemented. Integrating technology with collaboration between native teachers significantly improves students' listening skills, digital literacy, and fosters multicultural understanding.
