Abstract

Hipotesis tindakan dalam penelitian ini adalahl terdapatl pengaruhl latihanl jump to box terhadapl kemampuanl lompatanl block padal permainan bola voli putra Tim B Desa Harapan. Denganl jenisl desainl yangl digunakanl adalahl onel group pretestl and posttestl design.Berdasarkanl hasill pengujianl yang telahl dilakukanl dapatl diketahuil pula seluruhl variabell memilikil populasil yang homogenl dan memilikil populasil yang berdistribusil normal. Hasill pengujianl tes awall dan tes akhirl denganl menggunakanl uji t menunjukanl hasill Thitung sebesar 9,597 sedangkanl nilai Ttabell sebesarl 1,796. Ternyatal nilai Thitungl lebih besarl dari nilai Ttabel, sehinggal Thitungl telahl beradal di luarl daerahl penerimaanl Ho. Jadil dapatl disimpulkan bahwal terdapatl pengaruhl latihan jumpl to box terhadapl kemampuanl lompatan block pada permainan bola voli putra Tim B Desa Harapan.Dalam penerapan latihanl jump to box pada peningkatan kemampuan lompatan block pada permainan bola voli sangat memberikan pengaruh. Sehingga dapatl disimpulkanl bahwal latihanl jump to box memiliki pengaruhl yangl signifikan pada kemampuan lompatan block pada permainan bola voli.Kata Kunci: Jump To Box1, Block2, Permainan Bola Voli3 AbstractThe aim of this research is to determine the effect of jump to box training on the blocking jump ability in male volleyball players of Team B, Harapan Village. The research action hypothesis in this study is that there is an effect of jump to box training on the blocking jump ability in male volleyball players of Team B, Harapan Village. The research design used was a one-group pretest and posttest design.Based on the test results conducted, it can be determined that all variables had a homogeneous population and a normally distributed population. The results of the initial and final tests using the t-test showed a calculated t-value of 9.597, while the t-table was 1.796. It turned out that the calculated t-value was greater than the t-table, indicating that the calculated t-value fell outside the region of acceptance of the null hypothesis (Ho). Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an influence of jump to box training on the blocking jump ability in male volleyball players of Team B, Harapan Village.The implementation of jump to box training has a significant impact on improving blocking jump ability in volleyball. Thus, it can be concluded that jump to box training has a significant influence on the blocking jump ability in volleyballKeywords: Jump To Box1, Block2, Volleyball Game3.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian Tindakan Kelas pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Tapa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan, diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut, Peningkatan kualitas berupa proses pembelajaran dan juga kemampuan melakukan gerak dasar shooting sepak bola yang dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar siswa yang mengalami peningkatan dari sebelum tindakan hingga akhir siklus terakhir, dalam penelitian ini adalah akhir siklus II. Sebelum pelaksanaan tindakan, siswa yang berhasil tuntas menurut kriteria ketuntasan minimal dengan nilai 75 untuk hasil belajar shooting sepak bola tidak ada. Setelah diberi perlakuan berupa penerapan metode pembelajaran modeling, maka didapat nilai pada akhir siklus I yaitu siswa yang berhasil tuntas meningkat menjadi 6 siswa atau sebesar 24%. Titik tertinggi peningkatan hasil belajar shooting sepak bola pada penelitian ini adalah pada akhir siklus II, dimana hasil belajar siswa telah melebihi target indikator keberhasilan siswa yang telah ditetapkan. Siswa yang mampu mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal sebanyak 21 siswa atau sebesar 84%. Dengan demikian, penelitian tindakan kelas yang telah dilakukan pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Tapa dalam upaya  meningkatkan meningkatkan hasil belajar shooting sepak bola dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran modeling telah berhasil meningkatkan hasil belajar shooting sepak bola. Kata Kunci: Shooting, Permainan Sepak Bola, Metode Pembelajaran Modeling ABSTRACTThis study used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method. The classroom Action Research was conducted on students in grade VIII  at SMP Negeri 1 Tapa. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, the following conclusions were obtained. Improvement in quality, including the learning process and the ability to perform basic soccer shooting movements, can be seen from the improved learning outcomes of students from before the action to the end of the last cycle, in this case, the end of Cycle II. Before the implementation of the action, there were no students who successfully met the minimum completeness criteria with a score of 75 for soccer shooting learning outcomes. After being treated with the application of the modeling learning method, the number of students who successfully met the criteria increased to 6 students or 24% at the end of Cycle I. The highest point of improvement in soccer shooting learning outcomes in this study was at the end of Cycle II, where the students' learning outcomes exceeded the target success indicators set. Students who were able to achieve the minimum completeness criteria were 21 students or 84%. Thus, the classroom action research conducted on eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Tapa in an effort to improve the learning outcomes of soccer shooting by applying the modeling learning method has successfully improved the learning outcomes of soccer shooting. Keywords: Shooting, Soccer Game, Modeling Learning Method

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat kebugaran jasmani atlet bulutangkis di PB Asdiba Kecamatan Telaga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei. Teknik analisa yang dapat digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan teknik distribusi frekuensi (statistik deskriptif) dengan perhitungan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata atlet Bulutangkis di PB Asdiba Kecamatan Telaga pada tes lari 40 meter berada dalam kategori kurang, kemudian pada tes gantung siku tekuk rata-rata pada kategori kurang, pada tes baring duduk 30 detik rata-rata pada kategori sedang, pada tes loncat tegak rata-rata pada kategori sedang, sedangkan rata-rata pada tes lari 600 meter berada pada kategori baik.

Abstract

Permainan tradisional hadang atau dalam bahasa Daerah Gorontalo di sebut (Kalari) merupakan olaharaga tradisional sebagai aset budaya bangsa yang memiliki unsur olah fisik tradisional. Permainan tradisional hadang yang saat ini sudah sangat jarang dimainkan oleh anak-anak memiliki kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani seseorang. Permainan rakyat yang berkembang cukup lama ini perlu dilestarikan, karena selain sebagai olahraga hiburan dan kebutuhan interaksi sosial, olahraga ini juga mempunyai potensi untuk meningkatkan kualitas atau kebugaran jasmani bagi pelakunya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah RD dengan menggunakan dua anilisis teknik pengumpulan data yaitu secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil rekapan dari uji hipotesis dari aspek kognitif, aspek  psikomotor, dan aspek afektif dengan syarat Berdasarkan kriteria pengujian bahwa tolak Ho ; jika thitung ttabel (2,51;Aspek Kognitif 3,67;Aspek Psikomotor dan 2,22;Aspek Afektif)  lebih besar dari 1,70 pada α = 0,05; n-1, oleh karena itu hipotesis alternatif atau Ha dapat diterima karena harga t hitung telah berada diluar daerah penerimaan Ho (Hipotesis Nol), sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa pengembangan permainan tradisional kalari di SMA Negeri 7 Gorontalo pada aspek kognitif, psikomotor, dan afektif dapat diterima dan digunakan pada proses pembelajaran Penjasorkes.The traditional game of Hadang or in the Gorontalo Regional language called (Kalari) is a traditional sport as a national cultural asset that has elements of traditional physical exercise. The traditional game of Hadang which is now very rarely played by children has a positive contribution in improving one's physical fitness. Folk games that have developed for a long time need to be preserved, because apart from being an entertainment sport and the need for social interaction, this sport also has the potential to improve the quality or physical fitness of the players. The method used in this research is RD by using two analysis of data collection techniques, namely qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the recap of the hypothesis test from the cognitive aspect, psychomotor aspect, and affective aspect with the condition Based on the test criteria that reject Ho; if tcount ttable (2.51; Cognitive Aspects 3.67; Psychomotor Aspects and 2.22; Affective Aspects) is greater than 1.70 at = 0.05; n-1, therefore the alternative hypothesis or Ha can be accepted because the value of t-count is outside the area of acceptance of Ho (Hypothesis Zero), so it can be stated that the development of the traditional game of kalari at SMA Negeri 7 Gorontalo in cognitive, psychomotor, and affective aspects can accepted and used in the Physical Education learning process

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model teknik passing bagi pemain sepak bola usia 17 tahun yang mudah digunakan oleh pelatih di lingkungan latihan. Telah dibuat model pembelajaran passing sepak bola dengan menggunakan metodologi penelitian dan pengembangan. Analisis dan pembahasan temuan penelitian, berdasarkan data dari penelitian uji yang dikumpulkan sebelumnya, menunjukkan bahwa penelitian tersebut telah berhasil menghasilkan 25 model pengembangan produk yang lolos, yang sebagian besar didasarkan pada teori dan prinsip. Dari hasil uji coba lapangan dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: Pemain sepak bola Persidago U-17 dapat mempraktikkan materi passing sepak bola dengan sukses dan efisien dengan menggunakan model latihan passing. Para pemain sepak bola Persidago U-17 dapat mempelajari materi passing sepak bola dengan cepat dan efektif berkat materi passing yang diciptakan oleh tim peneliti.

Abstract

Cardiovascular endurance is an important component in the performance of martial arts athletes, especially in facing high and continuous physical intensity demands. One of the main indicators in assessing cardiovascular endurance capacity is VOâ‚‚Max, which is the maximum volume of oxygen that the body can consume per unit time during maximum physical activity. VOâ‚‚Max is crucial in martial arts that require endurance and speed over a long period of time. This study aims to examine the VOâ‚‚Max profile in Gorontalo martial arts athletes participating in the 2024 Aceh-North Sumatra National Sports Week (PON). The study was conducted through a descriptive quantitative approach using the Multistage Fitness Test (MFT) method to measure athletes' VOâ‚‚Max. Data were obtained from 9 Gorontalo martial arts athletes representing various sports, such as taekwondo, karate, wushu, muaythai, and kick boxing. The measurement results showed that the average VOâ‚‚Max of athletes was 41.31 ml/kg/minute with a standard deviation of 5.26, which was spread in the categories of "very good" to "poor." These findings indicate variations in aerobic capacity among athletes, which are related to the physical needs of each martial art. Based on these results, a specific training program is recommended that can increase VOâ‚‚Max, especially for athletes in the "sufficient" and "less" categories to achieve optimal endurance. These findings provide useful input for coaches to develop training programs that are more in line with the cardiovascular needs of athletes in preparation for the 2024 PON.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of badminton referee training conducted during the Provincial Gorontalo National Championship (KEJURNAS). The training aims to improve the competence and professionalism of local referees in leading matches, as well as to provide a positive contribution from lecturers to the development of regional sports. The training activities were carried out for two days at Hotel Rachmat, followed by an experience of refereeing matches at the TRISAKA Badminton Hall for four days until the final. This article examines the contributions of this training to the quality of refereeing and its impact on badminton in Gorontalo Province.

Abstract

More facilities and infrastructure are needed to improve Physical Education learning in schools. This community service activity aims to overcome this problem at SMAN 1 Dulupi, Boalemo Regency, through education of Penjas learning media based on augmented reality. This activity is designed to provide basic understanding and training in using augmented reality learning media so that the learning process can run effectively despite limited facilities. The methods used in this activity include participatory education and direct assistance. Evaluation is carried out by measuring students' understanding of augmented reality technology and their practical skills. The activity results showed that 96% of participants understood augmented reality technology, and 100% knew how to use augmented reality-based learning media. This activity is expected to encourage the government to develop programs that support integrating technology into learning to facilitate students' understanding.

Abstract

Olahraga bolavoli adalah olahraga yang dimainkan oleh dua tim dalam setiap lapangan dengan dipisahkan oleh sebuah net. Tujuan dari permainan bolavoli adalah melewatkan bola diatas net agar dapat jatuh menyentuh lantai lawan. Manajemen pembinaan merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam perkembangan suatu tim bolavoli, karena berkembang tidaknya olahraga itu tergantung pada manajemen pembinaan itu sendi. Sebuah keuntungan memiliki seoranb pelatih yang berkompeten memiliki pengalaman dan wawasan yang luas dibidang olahraga bolavoli menjadikan program latihan yang dijalankan menjadi terarah dan dapat bejalan pada jalanya. tugas utama dari seorang pelatih adalah membina dan mengembangkan bakat atlet untuk direaalisasi ke mutu prestasi maksimal dalam waktu yang sesingkat-singkatnya. serta seorang pelatih yang baik itu harus mempunyai kewibawaan sebagai seorang pelatih serta memounyai motivasi untuk kemajuan klub serta atlet-atletnya.

Abstract

Background: Sports tourism based on local wisdom offers an alternative approach to tourism development that strengthens cultural identity and enhances destination uniqueness. However, research that explicitly integrates sports tourism with local wisdom—particularly in Gorontalo—remains limited, creating a gap in understanding how traditional cultural practices can be incorporated into sports tourism strategies. Objectives: This study aims to examine the potential benefits and challenges of developing sports tourism grounded in local wisdom. Methods: An exploratory qualitative approach was employed, in-depth interviews were conducted with a number of informants (n = 18), observations, documentation reviews, and focus group discussions (FGDs) with three key stakeholder groups: local communities, local government institutions, and tourism industry actors. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman and validated through source and methodological triangulation. Findings/Results: Qualitative findings reveal that Gorontalo people continue to preserve cultural traditions such as bowling balls, boat racing, and lumense dance which is the main attraction of sports tourism. The region's strengths include its rich cultural heritage, natural resources suitable for outdoor sports, and active community participation. However, development is hindered by limited infrastructure, weak promotional efforts, and insufficient financial support. Conclusion: Strategic development requires cross-sector collaboration, strengthened community capacity, and innovation in sports-tourism products rooted in local wisdom. Practically, these insights can guide the creation of inclusive and sustainable tourism initiatives that leverage Gorontalo’s cultural and natural assets.
