Abstract

Rumusan Masalah dalam penelitian ini sebagai berikut : apakah metode ini dapat meningkatkan keterampilam teknik dasar passing bawah bola voli pada siswa kelas X 1 SMA Negeri 1 Paguyaman Pantai?, Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam melakukan teknik dasar passing bawah dalam permainan bola voli melalui metode drill terhadap kemampuan teknik dasar passing bawah bola voli pada siswa kelas X 1 SMA Negeri 1 Paguyaman Pantai. Berdasarkan data yang telah diperoleh dalam penelitian tindakan kelas dengan metode pembelajaran drill sebagai metode pembelajaran pada permainan bola voli dimata pelajaran penjasorkes yang dilaksanakan dengan II siklus, dapat dilihat kemampuan keterampilan siswa mengalami peningkatan siknifikan. Digambarkan pada tahap observasi awal hasil teknik dasar passing bawah pada sisw kelas X 1 SMA Negeri 1 Paguyaman Pantai 49.16 pada observasi awal, setelah diberi tindakan menjadi 64.26 pada akhir siklus 1 kemudian dilanjutkan ke siklus II dan meningkat menjadi 78.01 pada akhir siklus II. Denga demikian ini membuktikan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode drill dalam pembelajaran memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar teknik dasar passing bawah dalam permainan bola voli.

Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini sebagai berkut: Berdasarkan latar belakang dan identifikasi masalah, maka rumusan masalah ini adalah, bagaimana upaya meningkatkan servis bawah bola voli melalui metode latihan pada siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 1 Bonepantai? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperbaiki teknik servis bawah bola voli melalui metode latihan pada siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 1 Bonepantai. Berdasarkan data yang di peroleh pada penelitian tindakan kelas, dengan penerapan metode latihan sebagai metode pembelajaran dalam tahap permainan bola voli di mata pelajaran penjaskes yang dilaksanakan dengan siklus I ternyata keberanian siswa mengalami peningkatan yang signifik. Digambarkan pada tahap observasi awal ketuntasan hasil teknik dasar servis bawah pada permainan bola voli pada siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 1 Bonepanai dari 48,5% pada observasi awal menjadi 70,88% pada akhir siklus I kemudian di lanjutkan ke siklus II meningkat menjadi 80,61% pada akhir siklus II. Dengan demikian ini membuktikan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode latihan dalam pembelajaran mempunyai pengaruh dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar teknik dasar servis bawah pada materi bola voli.

Abstract

(Indonesian)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan aplikasi Jambura Table Tennis (JTT) yang merupakan produk pengembangan berbasis augmented reality pada pembelajaran tenis meja. Metode pengembangan menggunakan model Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). Adapun tahapan yang dilakukan: 1) Pengonsepan ide produk melalui wawancara dan observasi lapangan, 2) Perancangan produk yang akan dikembangkan, 3) pengumpulan bahan yang dibutuhkan, 4) Pembuatan produk, 5) Pengujian alpha dan beta oleh ahli media dan ahli isi yang menggunakan uji Gregory validasi 100% serta uji efektifitas perorangan 95,4%, uji kelompok kecil dengan subjek 7 orang 95,57% dan uji lapangan  kelayakan produk dengan subjek 33 orang kelas X SMA N 1 Dulupi sebesar 89%, 6) Pendistribusian produk aplikasi Jambura Table Tennis (JTT). Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk aplikasi Jambura Table Tenis (JTT) sangat valid dan layak untuk digunakan di SMAN 1 Dulupi. Adapun kelebihan dari produk ini yaitu lebih flesibel karena dapat digunakan di smartphone masing-masing siswa serta tidak memerlukan data dalam penggunaannya, sedangkan kelemahan produk yaitu hanya membahas materi tentang pengenalan peralatan tenis meja (English)This study aims to determine the feasibility of the Jambura Table Tennis (JTT) application which is a product development based on augmented reality in table tennis learning. The development method uses the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) model. The stages carried out are: 1) Conceptualizing product ideas through interviews and field observations, 2) Designing the product to be developed, 3) collecting the required materials, 4) Making the product, 5) Alpha and beta testing by media experts and content experts using the Gregory test with 100% validation and individual effectiveness test of 95.4%, small group test with 7 subjects 95.57% and field test of product feasibility with 33 subjects of class X SMA N 1 Dulupi of 89%, 6) Distribution of the Jambura Table Tennis (JTT) application product. From these results it can be concluded that the Jambura Table Tennis (JTT) application product is very valid and feasible for use at SMAN 1 Dulupi. Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini sebagai berikut: Bagaimana Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Bola Voli Melalui Modifikasi Bola Voli Mini Pada Siswa Kelas V SDN 82 Sipatana Kecamatan Sipatana Kota Gorontalo, Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk Mengetahui Hasil Belajar Bola Voli Melalui Modifikasi Bola Voli Mini Pada Siswa Kelas V SDN 82 Sipatana kecamatan sipatana kota gorontalo. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan modifikasi permainan bola voli mini pada siswa SD Negeri 82 Sipatana. Peningkatan minat siswa diketahui dari keseluruhan hasil tes Prasiklus, Siklus I Siklus II dan Siklus III, dengan keseluruhan hasil yaitu, perilaku siswa (afektif) dengan pencapaian sebesar 90,2% yang masuk ke dalam kriteria baik. pemahaman siswa (kognitif) dengan pencapaian sebesar 95,83% yang masuk ke dalam kriteria sangat baik. dan keterampilan siswa (psikomotor) dengan pencapaian sebesar 95,5% yang masuk ke dalam kriteria baikThe problem formulation in this study is as follows: How to Improve Volleyball Learning Outcomes Through Modification of Mini Volleyball in Class V Students of SDN 82 Sipatana District Sipatana Gorontalo City, The purpose of this study was to determine the learning outcomes of volleyball through modification of mini volleyball in class V students of SDN 82 Sipatana sub-district sipatana gorontalo city. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an increase in student learning outcomes with the modification of mini volleyball games in students of SD Negeri 82 Sipatana. The increase in student interest is known from the overall results of the Pre-Cycle, Cycle I Cycle II and Cycle III tests, with overall results, namely, student behavior (affective) with an achievement of 90.2% which falls into good criteria. student understanding (cognitive) with an achievement of 95.83% which falls into very good criteria. and student skills (psychomotor) with an achievement of 95.5% which falls into good criteria.

Abstract

The decline in physical activity among adolescents has become an increasingly concerning issue, largely due to technological advancements and sedentary lifestyles. This community service program was implemented in Hutuo Village, Limboto District, Gorontalo Regency, with the aim of enhancing physical activity and fitness among adolescents through volleyball training. The program involved 30 adolescents aged 13–17 years and was conducted over a two-week period with training sessions held twice a week. The implementation methods included delivering fundamental volleyball concepts, hands-on practice sessions, and evaluations using pre-tests and post-tests. Evaluation results indicated a significant improvement in the participants' physical activity levels, with average scores increasing from 58.3 in the pre-test to 74.6 in the post-test. Additionally, there was a noticeable rise in participants’ enthusiasm and motivation to engage in physical activity independently. This program is expected to positively contribute to promoting an active and healthy lifestyle among adolescents in the area.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) Organizational management of Gorontalo Table Tennis PPLP (2) Achievement Development of Gorontalo Table Tennis PPLP (3) Infrastructure and facilities available at Gorontalo Table Tennis PPLP (4) Training methods implemented by Gorontalo Table Tennis PPLP (5) Achievements that have been achieved by Gorontalo Table Tennis PPLP. The research results were obtained as follows: (1) The organization of Gorontalo Table Tennis PPLP is good, because the organization has been equipped with elements that support the running of the organization and there is a good division of labor. (2) Achievement coaching that is carried out is good, because the coaching is carried out through stages of coaching which includes elements of massaging, breeding and talent scouting. (3) The infrastructure and facilities owned by PPLP are quite good, because they can support the smooth running of training in advancing athlete achievement coaching but still need more attention regarding existing facilities. (4) The training program is good, there is already a daily training program which includes basic technical training and physical and mental training as well as a mini competition as a training evaluation event before participating in the upcoming championship. (5) The achievements achieved by PPLP Gorontalo Table Tennis at the National level are in the good category, this can be seen from every championship held at the National level.

Abstract

This study aims to create and develop mongobohulotawu wawu mongodulahu aerobic gymnastics for students of SMP Negeri 1 Suwawa Timur which can be used to support learning so that teachers can more easily convey the material being taught. Mongobohulotawu wawu mongodulahu aerobic gymnastics also provides insight to students that aerobic gymnastics can be used at every level of junior high school. This research is a type of research (RD) this research was developed using five steps of the ADDIE development model, namely 1). Analysis, 2). Design, 3). Development, 4). Implementation, 5). Evaluation. Data collection techniques used with interviews, observations and questionnaires. This study produces mongobohulotawu wawu mongodulahu aerobic gymnastics in rhythmic gymnastics learning for students of SMP Negeri 1 Suwawa Timur in the form of learning media in the form of video books which contain music, writing and pictures. Based on the validation that has been carried out by the researcher on 3 experts, namely: gymnastics experts, learning experts, and multi-media experts, the interval value was ˃4 with a very feasible category. The validation results show that the development product of Mongobohulotawu Wawu Mongodulahu Aerobic gymnastics for students of SMP Negeri 1 Suwawa Timur made by the researcher is feasible to be used in the rhythmic gymnastics learning process for students of SMP Negeri 1 Suwawa Timur.

Abstract

This study aims to develop learning media for Aerobic Fun Young gymnastics for rhythmic gymnastics subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Suwawa Timur. Using the Research and Development (RD) approach with the ADDIE model framework (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), this study produces an innovative and integrated learning media package. This package consists of a guidebook and learning videos that are designed interactively, combining elements of music, and movement visualization. The data collection process involved interviews with teachers and students, direct observation and distributing questionnaires to measure the effectiveness and practicality of the media. The results of validation by three experts, namely (gymnastics experts, learning experts and multi-media experts) showed an average score above 4, indicating that this learning media is very suitable for use to support the rhythmic gymnastics learning process in schools. It is expected that this learning media can improve students' understanding and skills in rhythmic gymnastics and provide a more enjoyable and effective learning experience.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide floor gymnastics education to improve students' movement skills at SMA Negeri 1 Paguyaman. Floor gymnastics is important in physical education learning because it trains strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility of the body. Based on initial observations, the majority of students experienced difficulties in performing basic movements due to a lack of technical understanding and limited practice. This activity was carried out with a participatory educational approach through four stages: program socialization, delivery of theoretical material, demonstration of basic techniques (forward rolls, backward rolls, candle poses, and simple handstands), and evaluation through direct observation and feedback. The results of the activity showed significant improvements, where 85% of students were able to perform forward rolls and candle poses correctly, an increase from the previous 40%. Students also showed enthusiasm and active participation during the training. Physical Education teachers are committed to continuing floor gymnastics practices as part of continuous learning at the school.

Abstract

This research aims to improve basic underhand serve techniques in volleyball using the Group Investigation (GI) method. The data from classroom action research with grade VII-A students at SMP Negeri 1 Molibagu was collected in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of four stages: (1) Planning, (2) Implementation, (3) Observation and Interpretation, and (4) Analysis and Reflection. Learning through the Group Investigation (GI) method can improve the learning outcomes of underhand serves in volleyball among grade VII-A students at SMP Negeri 1 Molibagu. The analysis showed significant improvement in cycle I, and a significant increase in cycle II. The learning outcomes for volleyball underhand serves in cycle I were 67.73%, and in cycle II, there was an increase to 81.84% in student learning outcomes, with a total of 29 students.
