Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia di madrasah aliyah dalam menghadapi tantangan era society 5.0, di mana aspek-aspek yang dikaji yaitu (1) bagaimana visi pengembangan sumber daya manusia di MA Darul Ishlah Lubuklinggau; (2) bagaimana proses pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di MA Darul Ishlah Lubuklinggau. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pengembangan MA Darul Ishlah Lubuklinggau tertuju pada keberhasilan serta terwujudnya SDM yang berkompetensi, baik secara fisik dan psikis, sehingga mempunyai kesiapan dalam menghadapi era society 5.0 secara luas. (2) langkah-langkah SDM MA Darul Ishlah Lubuklinggau adalah penerapan manajemen secara fungsional yaitu : (a) perencanaan, yang dilaksanakan dalam rapat kerja awal tahun yang berhubungan dengan program kerja. (b) pengorganisasian, berupa struktur organisasi, yang mana kepala madrasah membawahi wakil kepala madrasah. (c) pelaksanaan yaitu menggerakkan semua sumber daya manusia di madrasah aliyah sebagai pelaksanaan serta rencana madrasah. (d) pengawasan yaitu dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah, wakil kepala bidang, guru piket. (e) Evaluasi dilaksanakan secara bulanan, serta tahunan, sebagai pemahaman penyesuaian perencanaan dan pelaksanaan.

Abstract

Style of manner of a school principal in his capacity as leader largely determine succes in improving teacher performance under his leadership. The purpose of this study was to obtain data on (1) The principal’s ladership style in improving labor discipline, (2) The principal’s leadership style to motivate the work of teachers, (3) The principal’s leadership style in increasing responsibilities. By using a qualitative approach, data collection techiniques of obsevation, interviews and documentary studies, research subject principals, and teachers, the data analysis techniques with qualiative analysis. This study shows that (1) The principal’s leadership style intructive apply telling in improving discipline, (2) Applying the principal consultative leadership style (selling) in improving work motivation of teachers, (3) The principal’s leadership style apply discretionary (delegating) in improving the teacher’s responbility. It is recommended that principals can implement a better leadership style of varied so that the desired goal can be achieved with good and maximum. Gaya atau cara seorang kepala sekolah dalam kapasitasnya sebagai pemimpin sangat menentukan keberhasilan peningkatan kinerja guru di bawah pimpinannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan data tentang (1) Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja, (2) Gaya kepemimpiman kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru, (3) Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan tanggung jawab. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data di lakukan melalui wawancara, observasi , dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (2) Kepala sekolah menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan instruktif (telling) dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan, (2) Kepala sekolah menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan konsultatif (selling) dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru, (3) Kepala sekolah menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan delegatif (delegating) dalam meningkatkan tanggung jawab guru. Disarankan agar kepala sekolah dapatmenerapkan gaya kepemimpinan yang lebih baik atau bervariasi agar tujuan yang ingin diinginkan dapat tercapai dengan baik dan maksimal.

Abstract

This study discusses Women's Education from the perspective of Sheikh Rifaa Al Tahtawi its relevance to women's education in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to find out the concept of Women's Education from Rifaah Al Tahtawi perspective and its relevance to women's education in Indonesia, This research is library research. Data collection techniques are carried out by documentation studies. The data analysis method uses content analysis. Content analysis is carried out by thoroughly reading Kitab Al-Murshid Al-Amīn Fi TarbiyAl Al-Banāt Wa AlBanīn, observing matters related to women's education in Kitab Al-Murshid AlAmīn Fi TarbiyAl Al-Banāt Wa Al-Banīn. Then how relevant is it to women's education in Indonesia, The results of the study concluded that women's education in Kitab Al-Murshid Al-Amīn Fi TarbiyAl Al-Banāt Wa Al-Banīn is: education should be treated fairly not necessarily differentiated by gender, the purpose of education is to get guidance to purify their souls, to obtain knowledge as a practice to improve the future and understand life in the family this not in line with functionalist structural theory. Its relevance to women's education in Indonesia is that the idea of implementing women's education is carried out by Indonesian women themselves and in its implementation has not been evenly distributed due to cultural barriers that give rise to forms of subordination, marginalization, stereotypes, violence against women, and double workload, so that the impact has not maximized the role of women in realizing the sense of patriotism of the country according to Rifaah Al Tahtawi's expectations.

Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilatar belakangi dengan perkembangan kognitif anak didik masih kurang berkembang dikarenakan anak belum dapat memahami warna, bentuk, huruf, berhitung, antara banyak dan sedikit, besar atau kecil. Berdasarkan asumsi diatas maka penulis melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan menerapkan model permaianan puzzle huruf. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kognitif anak khususnya pada anak usia 3-4 tahun di Kober Kuntum Melati Indah Desa Braja Indah Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Jenis Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, metode ini cocok dan releven dengan objek penelitian. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anak didik usia 3-4 tahun di Kober Kuntum Melati Indah Desa Braja Indah Kabupaten Lampung Timur yang berjumlah 10 siswa. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitan ini dilakukan pada siklus 1 dan siklus II selama empat kali pertemuan dan tiap-tiap siklus terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan. Setelah melakukan analisis dan pembahasan dalam penelitian ini, maka penulis dapat mengambil kesimpulan bahwa penerapan permainan puzzle huruf dapat mengembangkan kognitif pada anak usia 3-4 tahun di Kober Kuntum Melati Indah desa Braja Indah Kecamatan Braja Selebah Kabupaten Lampung Timur Propinsi Lampung. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan presentase perkembangan kognitif anak pada pra survey yang kriteria baik 0% dan pad siklus 1 meningkat menjadi 20%, dan siklus II meningkat lagi 80%.

Abstract

Background: The memorization of the Qur'an (Tahfidz) plays a central role in Islamic education, as it fosters a deep connection with the text and its values. In recent years, the Talaqqî method has gained attention as an effective approach to Qur'anic memorization, particularly in educational institutions. However, its implementation faces several challenges, especially in formal school settings. Purpose: This study aims to analyze the implementation of Qur'an memorization using the Talaqqî method at MI Darul Ishlah in Lubuklinggau. Method: With a focus on evaluating the process and identifying key challenges, this research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design. Result: The findings reveal that the Qur'an memorization program is organized in three main stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. Planning includes selecting qualified teachers and developing memorization strategies tailored to the students' varied abilities, many of whom are at the initial stages of Quranic literacy. During the implementation phase, teachers recite verses for students to repeat, ensuring proper memorization under direct guidance. The evaluation process, conducted at the end of each semester, assesses students' progress and identifies challenges, such as time constraints and diverse learning abilities. Conclusion: Despite the success of the program, several challenges remain, notably the need to improve teacher expertise in the Talaqqî method and to increase parental involvement to enhance the effectiveness of the memorization process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze identifying causes of conflict, analyzing the impact of the conflict, conflict resolution, and the conflict management strategy in Muhammadiyah’s educational institutions in East Lampung. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by using in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that there are differences of opinion, job dependence, differences in status and roles, e.g. communication, division of tasks, delay in honorarium, financial management, misunderstanding, being too sensitive. The impact of the conflict caused by being functional, such as being cooperative, prioritizing the interests of the institution, raising awareness of organization, finding the best solution, getting wiser in making decisions. Disfunctional nature such as uncomfortable working atmosphere, decreased performance, lack of enthusiasm, coming late to go home early, work atmosphere becomes tense, work hampered and delay in achieving targets. Conflict resolution is carried out by the principal by deliberation, advising, strengthening ties, compromise, accepting joint decisions based on spiritual values guided by the Qur'an and Hadith and heeding the Memorandum and Articles of Association (ADART) of the Dikdasmen Council. (4) The conflict management strategy used is collaboration, compromise and accommodation.

Abstract

Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Kindergarten in Kompleks Masjid perak faced a serious issue in finding a specific competitive advantage in anti-corruption education. This is due to its position as an important part of the Anti-Corruption Village component in Prenggan Village, Yogyakarta. The aim of this research is to develop a special characteristic as an anti-Corruption Kindergarten through anti-corruption literacy reading corner. This is a Participatory Action Research (PAR), where researchers become part of and collaborate with research objects to make changes and develop anti-corruption literacy reading corners. The results indicate an increasing empowerment, especially in the area of anti-corruption literacy. Teachers are cooperative with the image of Prenggan village as anti-corruption village, so that they consciously change the literacy reading corner into an anti-corruption reading corner. This change was followed by a series of anti-corruption learning activities, namely the reading of story books about anti-corruption, the screening of the film Honest Kumbi Anak and Anti-Corruption Gymnastics three times a week. Thus, TK ABA Komplek Masjid Perak, Prenggan Kotagede Yogyakarta has potential to be a role model for anti-corruption education in early childhood learning in Indonesia.

Abstract

Death marks the conclusion of the disease trajectory. Prevention of fatality in patients facing acute and chronic diseases requires the competence of reliable health workers, with nurses playing a crucial role in delivering proficient care. Aiming for early detection of patients' clinical deterioration, nurses use an early warning system. Objective: to determine the effectiveness of EWS training in-tray method on knowledge and practice of EWS. We conducted a quasi-experimental study using one group pretest-posttest without a control group. The sample of this study was 70 executive nurses with consecutive sampling techniques. The research was held at the Inpatient Installation of Sulianti Saroso Infectious Disease Hospital (SSIDH) in June 2023. Observation sheets were utilized to assess Early Warning System (EWS) practices, and we employed valid and reliable questionnaires to gather information on respondents' knowledge. We performed univariate analysis using frequency distribution and bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon test. Most respondents were in the late adult category (52.9%), female (80.0%), graduate Diploma III in nursing education (54.3%), and the most working period of 5 years (78.6%). The knowledge of participants increased significantly from 7.00 (2.00-13.00) (pretest) to 11.50 (5.00-20.00) (posttest) (p-value = 0.000). There was an increase in nurses' EWS knowledge and practice (p-value <0.05). Efforts to improve nurse competence in caring for patients with critical conditions are necessary. This can be achieved through coaching and regular training with the priority target of implementing nurses in the intensive care room.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Kinerja guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di MIN 3 Simeulue Kecamatan Simeulue Timur Kabupaten Simeulue. 2) Manajemen strategi kepala madrasah dalam meningatkan kinerja guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di MIN 3 Simeulue Kecamatan Simeulue Timur Kabupaten Simeulue. 3) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat terlaksananya manajemen strategi kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) pada MIN 3 Simeulue Kecamatan Simeulue Timur Kabupaten Simeulue. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di MIN 3 Simeulue memiliki kinerja yang baik dengan Frekuensi 96,25% indikator mampu terpenuhi. Dalam hal ini sekitar 3,75% yang tidak dipenuhi ini terdapat pada kekurangan media pembelajaran. Manajemen strategi kepala MIN 3 Simeulue dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru PAI yaitu guru PAI dituntut untuk mengikuti Musyawarah guru mata pelajaran (MGMP) yang dilaksanakan oleh madrasah bersama dengan Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Simeulue dan menjalankan visi misi yang telah disusun disekolah tersebut sebaik mungkin. Faktor pendukung peningkatan kinerja guru PAI di MIN 3 Simeulue yaitu motivasi guru PAI sangat tinggi dan memiliki inisiatif yang tinggi dalam mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan seperti MGMP, kepemimpinan kepala madrasah memiliki kegigihan dan keseriusan kepala madrasah dalam berusaha meningkatkan kinerja guru PAI. Lingkungan MIN 3 Simeulue memiliki akses yang mudah untuk memperoleh bahan atau alat yang dibutuhkan dalam pembelajaran. Sedangkan faktor penghambat dalam peningkatan kinerja guru PAI di MIN 3 Simeulue yaitu ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana madrasah yang kurang, ada beberapa guru yang memiliki motivasi yang rendah dan lingkungan MIN 3 Simeulue sangat padat sehingga kurang kondusif.
