Abstract

This research aims to analyze the differences in the financial performance of conventional commercial banks and sharia commercial banks in Indonesia in 2016-2021 using financial ratios. The financial ratios used in this research are CAR, NPL, BOPO, LDR, ROA and ROE. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The data source used in this study is documentation by collecting scientific journals and previous research. The data used in this research is financial report data from conventional commercial banks and sharia commercial banks from 2016 to 2021 obtained from the official website of the bank concerned. The sampling method in this research is purposive sampling, based on the conditions that must be met, the sample obtained in this research is Bank BRI Conventional and Bank BRI Syariah. The data analysis technique used in this research is the t test for the difference between two means. The results of the analysis show that there are differences between the financial performance of Bank BRI Conventional and Bank BRI Syariah. Based on the analysis of differences in financial performance carried out, the results showed that the CAR, NPL and BOPO financial ratios of Conventional BRI Bank were smaller than BRI Syariah Bank, while the LDR, ROA and ROE financial ratios of Conventional BRI Bank were greater than BRI Syariah Bank.

Abstract

The Donut Economy visualization emphasizes how important it is to balance social and ecological boundaries to ensure a safe and equitable space for everyone. This research aims to determine the benefits of the Donut Economy concept in prioritizing environmental health in alternative business models by reforming laws in Indonesia. This normative legal research uses a comparative approach. Comparisons were made between Indonesia and the Netherlands. The results of this research found that the Netherlands has succeeded in applying the Donut Economy concept to reorganize cities after the Covid-2019 pandemic, such as the City of Amsterdam. Although Indonesia has legislation on environmental priorities such as the Government Regulations Replacing the Law (Perpu) No. 2 of 2022 on the Creation of Work Section 22, the existing regulations are still not strong enough to emphasize the priorities of the environment for business operators in Indonesia. From that, it is expected that Indonesia will follow the strategy taken by the Netherlands in implementing the concept of the doughnut economy, which should focus on the creation of a circular economy and participate in initiatives such as sharing platforms, used goods stores, online markets, and repair services.

Abstract

The purpose of the results of this study is to obtain the effect of the role-play model on children's abilities. And want to know the difference before and after playing the game. The research method uses a quantitative approach that tests based on statistics. Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires, interviews, and observations. inventory, scale, and size. Data processing such as grouping data based on the type collected from respondents, making tabulations, and calculating hypothesis testing. (1). So there is a significant effect of the role-play model on students' speaking ability. It can be seen that the correlation level is 93.2%. (2). There are differences in students' speaking abilities, before and after using the role-play model game. Because from the results of hypothesis testing the signivicant value is equal to 0.000 where the signivicant value becomes smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

Di Indonesia khsusunya Kabupaten Banyumas, Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Banyumas membuat kebijakan-kebijakan mengenai pengelolaan sampah yang ada, berbagai kebijakan tersebut tertuang dalam Peraturan Bupati Banyumas Nomor 24 Tahun 2023 Tentang Pelaksanaan Pengelolaan Sampah. Selain itu juga, Negara Singapura juga memberlakukan berbagai kebijakan terkait dengan pengelolaan sampah seperti pembakaran sampah dan pengelolaan sampah makanan. Penelitian ini penting untuk dilakukan karena untuk mengetahui bagaimana perbandingan pengelolaan sampah di Negara Indonesia dan Negara Singapura. Metode yang digunakan melalui penelitian hukum empiris melalui wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa pengelolaan sampah di Indonesia khususnya di Kabupaten Banyumas dengan Negara Singapura sama-sama berjalan dengan baik dan dilakukan dengan cara yang berbeda-beda. Kesimpulan yang ada dalam penelitian ini adalah berbagai program dan kebijakan telah diterapkan di Indonesia khsusnya Kabupaten Banyumas dan Negara Singapura sama-sama telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan pemerintah telah mengambil langkah konkret untuk mengatasi masalah pengelolaan sampah di dua negara ini.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi membutuhkan suatu program komputer untuk memudahkan perhitungan struktur, salah satunya yaitu program SAP 2000 versi 14 yang memiliki keunggulan lebih cepat mendapatkan hasil perhitungan struktur bangunan dibandingkan metode perhitungan manual. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk menganalisa profil struktur baja pada Gedung Kuliah Jurusan Akuntansi S1menggunakan SAP 2000 versi 14 dan untuk mendimensi profil struktur baja menggunakan metode LRFD berdasarkan SNI 13-1729-2002. Perhitungan profil struktur baja dimulai dengan menghitung pembebanan yang mengacu pada PPIUG 1983, lalu diinput kedalam SAP 2000 versi 14 dan didapatkan gaya-gaya dalam berupa momen (M), gaya lintang (D) dan gaya normal (N). Hasil analisa gaya dihitung menggunakan metode LRFD yang mengacu pada SNI 13-1729-2002.

Abstract

Tolerance is a noble value that is highly emphasized in Islam. The concept of tolerance in Islam is known as al-tasamuh, which has a broad meaning, namely mutual respect, respect for differences, and peaceful coexistence with others, both fellow Muslims and non-Muslims, the concept of tolerance in Islam has several basic principles, namely: al-hurriyah fi al-i'tiqâd (freedom of belief), al-insâniyyah (human values), and al-wasathiyyah (moderate). This research aims to examine the concept of tolerance in Islam and how this teaching can be applied effectively in Indonesian society. This research is a literature study, which is an in-depth research method to analyze and investigate relevant literature in a particular field of knowledge or topic. The paper explains that tolerance between communities can be achieved by incorporating the concept of tolerance in Islam. In addition, it can explore the various challenges faced in implementing tolerance as well as strategies that can be used to overcome obstacles that exist in society, so as to create tolerance in Islam that is mutually understanding and respectful between human beings. Abstract

Karya seni merupakan hasil kreatifitas manusia. Karya seni dapat berbentuk lukisan, musik, dan film. Film adalah hasil kerja yang dilakukan secara kolektif dan kolaboratif. Film bisa berbentuk audio visual atau visual saja. Karena film dikerjakan secara tim, tentunya membutuhkan beberapa orang dengan berbagai macam keahlian. Keahlian seseorang dalam pembuatan film dapat diperoleh secara otodidak maupun belajar di sekolah perfilman. Salah satu sekolah film yang ada di Indonesia adalah Fakultas Film dan Televisi Institut Kesenian Jakarta (FFTV IK]). FFTV IKJ berdiri 1974, dengan berbagai macam Program Studi (Prodi), salah satunya adalah Prodi Film dan Televisi. Oleh karena itu, FFTV tentunya mempunyai tanggung jawab.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that learning is one-way, there is no learning that can stimulate students to improve problem-solving skills, and learning is still not varied. The purpose of this research is to describe the activities of educators and students and to increase learning outcomes. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR). The type of data used is qualitative data in the form of observing the activities of educators and students during learning activities as well as quantitative data namely learning outcomes in the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains. These results show that the activity of educators in cycle I reached 17 "very good" criteria and increased in cycle II to 19 with "very good" criteria. Student activity in cycle I reached 66.67% with the "active" criteria and increased in cycle II to 94.44% with the "very active" criteria. Learning outcomes in the cognitive and affective domains in cycle I reached 61.11%, psychomotor reached 66.67%, and increased in cycle II to 100%. It was concluded that there was an increase in educator activity, student activity and learning outcomes using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model.

Abstract

The problem of this research is low activity, students are less involved in learning and student learning outcomes in class IV SDN Hapingin Hulu Sungai Tengah with a total of 10 students. The purpose of this study was to describe teacher activities, analyze student activities, and learning outcomes in carrying out learning in science content with the PBL and NHT models. This study used the type of Classroom Action Research which was conducted in 4 meetings. Data were analyzed based on observations of teacher activities, student activities, and student learning outcomes using descriptive techniques, described in tables and graphs. The results of this study showed that there was an increase in teacher activity which at first meeting only got a score of 21 with a percentage of 65.6% and increased at meeting 4 with a score of 30 with a percentage of 94.75%. In classical student activity also experienced an increase, it can be seen from the percentage which was initially 50% then experienced an increase in meeting 4 which increased by a percentage of 100%. In student learning outcomes from meeting 1 with a percentage of 60% students have completed then at meeting 4 it has increased to 100% students complete.
