Abstract

KKNT students are given the opportunity to solve problems in the community. The problem faced by the people of Kotaraya Tenggara Village is about garbage in several places of worship. This causes people who worship uncomfortable. Therefore, waste management technology is proposed to overcome the problems in supporting KKNT students' activities and understanding of the environment. The results showed that students and the community gotong royong to reduce the volume of waste decreased from 80% to 20%, and the community understood about the utilization of technology to reduce the volume of waste. Collaborative activities between students and the community have an impact on environmental awareness of worship, tolerance, and waste processing technology.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of spirituality in the workplace and the effect of the implementation to the performance of employees at Sanctoo Suites & Villas, Singapadu, Gianyar. Research methods: The type of data in this study is primary data which obtained through observation, interviews, and questionnaires from 60 samples. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression and processed through the SPSS. Results and discussion: The management of Sanctoo Suites & Villa has not explicitly implemented spirituality in the workplace buat implicitly the concept of spirituality in the workplace has been applied by management based on three dimensions that build spirituality in the workplace, namely meaningful work, feeling connected to the community, and alignment with organizational values. Spirituality has a positive influence on employee performance at Sanctoo Suites & Villas. Implication: This study has particular implications for the Sanctoo Suites & Villa management in building value dimensions that can increase the spirituality of employees in carrying out their duties so that they can contribute to the performance of their employees and to the companies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan manajemen yang efektif dalam pengembangan desa wisata hijau yang mengintegrasikan aspek ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan di Desa Wisata Hijau Bilebante di Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Indonesia. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam dengan pengelola desa, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen terkait. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi implementasi pengelolaan desa wisata hijau dengan menggunakan teori manajemen POAC (planning, organizing, actuating, controlling) dan konsep pariwisata hijau. Desa Wisata Hijau Bilebante berhasil menerapkan pengelolaan POAC dengan baik, terlihat dari pembangunan infrastruktur dan program pariwisata berbasis komunitas. Penerapan konsep pariwisata hijau juga meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pelestarian alam. Pendekatan pengelolaan POAC dan wisata hijau di desa ini dapat menjadi model pengembangan desa wisata hijau di Indonesia.

Abstract

KKN Terpadu Sekolah Tinggi Agama Hindu (STAH) Dharma Sentana Sulawesi Tengah di Dusun Rodo Rodo, Desa Watutau, Kecamatan Lore Peore, Kabupaten Poso, Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah merupakan salah satu bentuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat pengaplikasian dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata ini berlangsung dari tanggal 25 Agustus 2025 sampai dengan 10 November 2025. Kegiatan ini terdiri dari kegiatan inti, kegiatan desa, kegiatan kecamatan dan kegiatan tambahan. Artikel ini lebih fokus membahas kegiatan inti yang telah dilaksanakan berkaitan dengan aspek edukasi dan budaya. Kegiatan KKN bertujuan untuk memberi pengalaman dan sebagai proses pembelajaran bagi mahasiswa untuk menggali dan mengembangkan potensi-potensi masyarakat desa. Metode pelaksanaan KKN di lokasi terdiri dari kegiatan survey, perencanaan, dan pelaksanaan. Kegiatan inti mahasiswa KKN mendapat dukungan dari para tokoh umat, pemerintah setempat dan masyarakat desa. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan meliputi pelatihan pembuatan pupuk kompos dan pelatihan pembuatan briket. Kegiatan KKN STAH diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat di Kecamatan lore peore pada umumnya yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan kebersamaan, dan peningkatan kualitas pertanian, sosial dan budaya masyarakat di Dusun Rodo Rodo Desa Watutau, Kecamatan Lore Peore.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this research is the demand for popular patisserie products in Bali, which prompted The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas, Nusa Dua, Bali to establish Cannelé as their additional dining outlet to offer exquisite patisserie offerings. Research methods: The study employs a POAC-based approach (planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling) supported by theories in Gastronomy, Menu Engineering, and Gastronomic Culinary. This study employs a qualitative approach, collecting data through observation, document study, interview, and focus group discussion. Findings: The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas develop and manage Cannelé through POAC management cycle. Menu management was conducted rigorously through menu engineering and trend analysis to classify items based on sales performance for operational analysis. The model that can be designed and applied is the operational management cycle. The comparison of menu categories shows a strong foundation for items in the Star and Plow horse and potential to the Puzzle. A significant number of items fall in dog categories. Patisserie/cake product line, ice cream, and coffee show the strongest performance. Meanwhile, the savory menu/main dishes and kids’ menu demonstrate low sales. Implication: This study contributes valuable applied knowledge in culinary management and hospitality tourism, particularly in F&B product strategy within luxury hotel environments.

Abstract

This research is to examine the role of pentahelix in building digital marketing in Lubuak Mande Rubiah destination, West Sumatera, Indonesia. It uses a qualitative approach. The data used are participant observation, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussions. The results of research show that the role of pentahelix in building digital marketing in Lubuak Mande Rubiah is that the government plays a role in making regulations to promote people's welfare. Padang city government has made regulations on the management of tourist destinations. Tourism actors collaborate with Pokdarwis and other stakeholders. The digital marketing model of tourist attraction destinations are expanding networks, promoting, and maintaining collaboration with the community, government, tourism actors, academics and media to support improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure.
